2. Special 3 Way Match: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Akito and Takeshi Masada when Sasaki submitted Masada with the Crossface Lock (9:11).
3. Jun Akiyama & Yukio Naya defeated Yuki Iino & Yuya Koroku when Naya pinned Koroku with The World’s Best Back Drop (10:16).
4. Special Single Match: HARASHIMA defeated KANON with the Somato (13:17).
5. Sanshiro Takagi Indefinite Rest Road ~ Special Tag Match: Sanshiro Takagi & Super Sasadango Machine Vs Danshoku Dieno & Kazuki Hirata ended in a No Contest (12:09).
6. The 37KAMIINA Vs BURNING?: MAO & Tetsuya Endo defeated Yuki Ueno & Shunma Katsumata when MAO pinned Ueno with the Iai Kick (20:46).
In the final prelim match before Sumo Hall next week, MAO at last won against The 37KAMIINA and scored the pinfall on Yuki Ueno. He has spent the last few weeks teaming with different units and his success came from being on BURNING’s side. All he cares about is he has now proven he can beat Ueno for the KO-D Openweight Title. His partner today Tetsuya Endo could tell MAO wasn’t comfortable teaming with him but they can now all move on to Sumo Hall.
So much happened during Match #5. Kazuki Hirata unmasked Super Sasadango Machine. Sasadango got his mask back and poured a bottle of ketchup over Hirata’s head. He then pulled out a fork and pressed it against Hirata’s forehead to make it look like he was being violently attacked. Danshoku Dieno then announced he was going independent from DDT in order to create a brand new wrestling company called Marigo-Round. The decision made Sanshiro Takagi so angry at the thought of his wrestlers being poached that he fired Dieno on the spot. Sasadango pulled out a barbed wire bat that was supposedly rigged with explosives. He accidentally hit Takagi with it, causing the vice president to “explode”. Takagi fired Sasadango and Hirata in response. Then a bunch of wrestlers from the local Niigata Pro Wrestling promotion invaded the building and attacked everyone at ringside. They admitted it was because Sasadango asked them to do it. The match to be called off and everyone settled down afterwards, taking back all of the rash decisions they made.
The KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles are a complete set again. HARASHIMA defeated KANON and Smile Squash then fought off DAMNATION T.A to reclaim the third belt that was stolen from them.
Yuki Iino was made aware of Go Shiozaki winning the ZERO1 World Heavyweight Title at yesterday’s NOAH show. That news does not intimidate him and he is ready to defend the KO-D Tag Team Titles against Shiozaki.
