There was a Tokyo Joshi Pro mat wrestling match held at a Garafes event in Shibuya today. However the original match had to be changed on short notice. Uta Takami was scheduled to team up with Raku & Shino Suzuki on The Up Up Girls team against Miu Watanabe, Ren Konatsu & Shion Kanzaki. However, Takami missed the show due to oversleeping and Miyu Yamashita was called in to be a last minute replacement. Takami has since posted an apology on her Twitter account for missing the event.

Naomi Yoshimura challenged Shunma Katsumata for the DDT Extreme Title.
DDT will be relaunching the DDT New Attitude project in 2027 as a documentary series on Youtube following new recruits training for their debut. It will be called DNA-r (DDT New Attitude reborn). Details about the application process will be revealed soon.

With one week to go until Tokyo Joshi Pro has their next Korakuen Hall show, today was the final prelim match for the title bouts coming up in seven days time. It was a Champions Vs Challengers 8-Woman Tag main event that spread out into chaos at points. Suzume did a Plancha out of the ring. Raku and Haru Kazashiro started a tug of war over who should get Yuki Aino that was split apart by Pom Harajuku cutting through Kazashiro’s grip. Uta Takami was used as a projectile by Shoko Nakajima & RakuPom. The three of them triple pressed Takami out of the ring onto the other team below. The match eventually came down to Yuki Arai against Shoko Nakajima, although the others still tried to get involved to influence the finish. Takami helped pull Nakajima to the ropes so she could break out of Arai’s Scorpion Death Lock. Arai later kicked out of Nakajima’s Northern Lights Suplex but her attempt at giving Nakajima the Spinning Superplex was stopped by RakuPom. That allowed Nakajima to give Arai an Avalanche Hurricanrana. She went up the top rope again only for Suzume & Shunrai Rekka!! Prism Greed to stop her with an attack. However Takami & RakuPom attacked Arai after that, cutting her off from taking any advantage. Nakajima then hit the Diving Senton onto Arai when the coast was clear to win the match.
After the match Nakajima praised Arai for being a Super Princess for most of the year. But next week Nakajima says she is going to beat her and become the Big Kaiju Princess once again! Arai is feeling very frustrated over losing today but that only shows how far she has come. She promises to become hundreds of times stronger by 8th November so she can crush the Big Kaiju! Suzume and Takami then talked to each other about who has the most momentum between them. Raku & Harajuku taunted Aino about their Love Triangle and told her she needs to speak with her heart today. Kazashiro response was to say that Aino is burning with such intensity it makes her burn brighter too. Everyone closed out the show by shaking the hands of their opponents for the upcoming title matches before Nakajima praised her team for showing an amazing future together despite being so mismatched.
Whenever there is a protest in TJPW you can count on Hyper Misao to lead the charge. She walked out holding a placard that said “National Alliance To Prevent Yuki Kamifuku’s Retirement” on one side and “Yuki Kamifuku Withdraw Your Retirement!!” on the other. She encouraged everyone in the venue to chant that along with her until Kamifuku took the microphone away and suggested that it may be time for Misao to retire too! She thinks Misao is looking worn out so she went and bought her two bags of chocolate cream puffs, the same type that Misao used to eat when she was a shut-in. Kamiyu then challenged Misao to prove she is being serious by eating both bags all by herself, then Kamiyu may reconsider her retirement. Misao was nervous to eat the food that reminds her of a traumatic time in her life but proceed with the challenge. Kamifuku then shouted at Misao not to eat in the ring and kicked her in the head to start the match. The two proceeded to force feed each other the cream puffs while wrestling. They also sprayed each other in the face and fought over a bottle of water. Misao got the upper hand and hit the I Am A Hero while holding the placard to pin Kamiyu for the three count. Kamiyu bowed to Misao after the match only to poke her in the eye and leave with the placard. Backstage Kamifuku praised “Taomi” for being quite smart even though everything she does is bizarre. She can’t understand how somebody could have survived on only eating cream puffs but it reaffirms to her what is so great about TJPW. It’s a place where a girl who lived in the shadows can transform into a dazzling and vibrant person. Misao said she will continue trying to stop Kamifuku’s retirement because she herself once called off her own retirement on the day it was supposed to happen.
When Miyu Yamashita, Miu Watanabe & Mifu Ashida are together as atrio you can call them 3M. That name is Ashida’s idea. Mizuki and Mahiro Kiryu are both eligible to join so they all formed the letter M together. Toga is not allowed to join, which made her mad enough to knock down Ashida with the Elbow Strike and then push everyone away to break up the M. Naomichi Marufuji would not approve of this.
The reality is there isn’t much of a gap in time between the debuts of Shion Kanzaki and Momo Sato to call today’s result an upset but Kanzaki is above Sato in the pecking order so it still counts. Sato has made it through to the final of the Next Generation Tournament by hitting a Flying Kneel Kick to Kanzaki and then making her submit to a Half Crab Hold. Sato said it shows how much stronger she has become since her debut and she will use this momentum to beat Ren Konatsu in the finals on 8th November. Kanzaki admitted that even though her first ever win was against Sato, she’s had a lingering feeling ever since that she would one day lose to Sato. She wonders if having that mindset proved to be her undoing.

The majority of DDT’s roster were in Tokyo today for a press conference promoting next week’s “ULTIMATE PARTY 2026” show. However there was another DDT event going on today, an unusual one being held in Chiba. Toru Owashi and Makoto Oishi put together a little outdoor card featuring Masaaki Mochizuki from Dragon Gate, Jewel Bird from JTO and some Tokyo Joshi Pro talent too. The rest of the card was filled up with a couple of apparently local masked wrestlers. But on closer inspection they all look a bit more familiar. Mochizuki & Owashi teamed up with the supposed star of the show El Nagale, who looks like he was wearing Kaji Tomato’s gear. Poison Sawada JULIE brought along two heel wrestlers named Kashiwa Hardcore & Matsudo Inferno but they just so happened to resemble Makoto Oishi & Yasu Urano beneath the masks.
Even the local joshi that took part on the show looked familiar. Sakura Hattori & Ren Konatsu lost their match against Rappi Yoshikawa & Princess Misato but they may as well have lost to Arisu Endo & Haru Kazashiro if I dare throw out the accusation. We can at least safely assume that Jewel Bird is a legit masked wrestler. His opponent Noda Shoyuman though had to go borrow Bomber Tatsuya’s wrestling gear for today according to the latter person’s Twitter account.

The main event was built around two back to back matches featuring Mizuki Watase and Shuichiro Katsumura. The first match was a tag bout where Sussun Katsun put the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles on the line against Watase and his FREEDOMS partner Jun Kasai. The challengers had some fun by putting Katsumura & Yuya Susumu on separate trolleys that were then crashed into each other up on the entrance stage. They also did something more violent by digging bundles of skewers into the heads of the champions. However, Katsumura made a comeback on Watase and put him in the Triple Three 3 Lock while Susumu held Kasai in the Crossface. Katsumura twisted Watase over so his shoulders were pinned to the mat for a three count, marking a successful title defence for Sussun Katsun.
The ring cleared and a preview video for the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title match began to play so Watase and Katsumura could get a little breather before making their entrances back down to the ring. When the match began, Watase taunted Katsumura for throwing tired strikes at him before inviting him down to the canvas for some mat based grappling. Katsumura shouted that he has plenty of energy left and proved it by taking the fight outside and throwing Watase into a row of chairs at ringside. When their own finishers couldn’t put each other away, Watase took Jun Kasai’s pair of goggles and hit the Pearl Harbor Splash for a nearfall. Katsumura took a page out of Susumu’s book by using the Crossface. He also relied a lot on the Moonsault but that couldn’t get him the pin. Katsumura went up top once too often and Watase climbed up after him. From the top rope, Watase gave Katsumura a Russian Leg Sweep down to the mat and that was enough for him to retain his championship.
Watase said afterwards that even though no titles changed hands today, he and Katsumura gave it their all to pull off a tough challenge. It’s even more impressive that Katsumura could do this at the age of 50. Watase told the fans that everybody has lives to lead so they have to try. For the times when they can’t find them motivation they should then come to watch Ganbare☆Pro so everybody can give it their all together!
Ken Ohka has been facing criticism within his own promotion over how many matches he’s been booking to celebrate his 25th Anniversary in wrestling this year. Today’s match with HARASHIMA is the fourth and after it ended, Ohka’s opponent stood up for him over the idea. HARASHIMA does find it funny that Ohka keeps finding opponents for matches like these but he’s perfectly fine with it. If it means Ohka gets to book matches you don’t normally get to see in GanPro then what is the problem? HARASHIMA then suggested he and Ohka should have rematches next year and the year after for Ohka’s 26th and 27th Anniversaries. HARASHIMA is certain he will win both of them too, because he trains! Ohka likes the idea and wants to push it even further to his 30th Anniversary. It’s all because Ohka is now starting a five year plan towards the goal of finally beating HARASHIMA.
The Yuki Kamifuku retirement tour took a stop in GanPro today. She remembers this was the first promotion outside of Tokyo Joshi Pro and DDT that she wrestled in and wanted to come here one last time. She was happy to team up with Tyson Maeguchi because he has a happy, upbeat vibe that’s different to everyone else in GanPro. She thinks Yumehito Imanari has a handsome face but there is something off about him that she can’t put her finger on. As for YuuRI, Kamifuku is jealous that YuuRI has gotten to experience so much in wrestling that she never could. She thinks YuuRI is hitting her stride and has become the star of the Ganbare☆Joshi division. So maybe when Kamifuku has retired from wrestling she might drop by GanPro every now and then. She could even bring along a handsome guy to watch the show with.
The first match of GanPro’s next Korakuen Hall show on 22nd December has been announced. YuuRI will take on Mika Iwata from Sendai Girls!

BASARA history is being made after today with Aijin Tag having tied the record for most Iron Fist Tag Team Title defences in a single reign. Daiki Shimomura & Shuichiro Katsumura were their challengers today thanks to winning this year’s IRON FIST Tag Tournament but Shimomura fell to Masato Kamino’s Lariat while Katsumura was too busy fighting with Takato Nakano outside the ring to save his partner. Aijin Tag took back their complaint that Shimomura & Katsumura had an easy ride through the tournament and praised them for being strong opponents. Nakano & Kamino then talked about how hard they worked together for the last ten years and now they are the kings of the tag team scene on the independents! Over on the other side, Shimomura said he likes the dynamics of teaming with Shimomura so much that he wants it to continue in either BASARA or Ganbare☆Pro. Shimomura though is currently feeling exhausted and he has two back to back title matches in one day coming up in GanPro to worry about. But if he does win the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title he wants to bring it over to BASARA.
It was revealed that Isami Kodaka chose Takashimadaira Kumin Center to be the venue for his Union MAX Title challenge against Takumi Tsukamoto because he believes that is where there rivalry was born. Also since he became the next challenger out of winning an Elimination Tag Match, he wants the title match on 23rd November to add an Over The Top Rope Elimination rule as an extra win condition. He then joked that it will boost his odds of winning the match by 1%. Tsukamoto agreed on the condition that the match will also be Best 2 Out Of 3 Falls so their rivalry can be settled once and for all. He is confident he can beat Kodaka without losing a single fall.
Before this month’s court proceedings began, Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga spent some time talking about the TV show “VIVANT”. Senga then told everyone he is ready to talk for 20 minutes straight once the trial starts. Shota Nakagawa was accused of embezzling donations by acting like the money was being collected for an animal welfare organization. Nakagawa quickly showed proof of his innocence by providing evidence of the money being legitimately transferred to the charity. However Senga wanted to continue talking so he brought up a magazine cover that Nakagawa appeared in, claiming he was somehow profiting from the charity. Nakagawa again proved he was innocent by explaining it was for a free paper and he received no money for doing the photoshoot. Senga continued throwing accusations at Nakagawa including one referencing the recent shoplifting scandal revolving around the comedian Hiroyuki Sugiyama. After being told only five minutes had passed, Senga lost his cool and turned the crowd against him by claiming that BASARA’s female fans only go to shows in order to ogle at the male wrestlers. Soon Nakagawa found himself having to fight both Ryu and Senga but he was easily able to beat them and earn a Not Guilty verdict.

The outdoor show went ahead to its conclusion even though it began to pour with rain during the main event. Everyone in the last match brawled outside of the ring. MAO and Chris Brookes even climbed up to the top of an entrance platform where they put each other in an Octopus Hold. The match eventually returned to the ring where everyone continued wrestling in the ring.

DDT “YOKOHAMA PRO WRESTLING RHAPSODY 2026”, 24/10/2026

1. Special 8-Man Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani, MJ Paul & Ilusion defeated Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku, Shivam & Yuni when Ilusion pinned Yuni with the Swanton Bomb (11:20).
2. HARASHIMA, Naomi Yoshimura & To-y defeated Kazuki Hirata, Soma Takao & Hinata Kasai when To-y pinned Kasai with the Kojima Impact (14:30).
3. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Jun Akiyama & Junta Miyawaki defeated Danshoku Dieno & Super Sasadango Machine (c) when Miyawaki pinned Sasadango with with a Body Press (8:01).
*Junta Miywaki becomes the 1,930th champion.
4. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Akito defeated Shunma Katsumata & Yuki Ishida when Ueno & Akito pinned Katsumata & Ishida with a Linked Pin (11:13).

6. STRANGE LOVE CONNECTION Vs FANTÔMES DRAMATIC!: Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda defeated MAO & Yukio Naya (w/ YUZUKI) when Brookes submitted MAO with the Ground Octopus Stretch (20:36).
Chris Brookes got one back on MAO by using one of his own tricks against him. MAO likes to sometimes use the referee as a vault to do a Flying Stunner onto his opponent. This time Brookes used that idea on MAO and then pulled him down into an Octopus Stretch to make him tap out. MAO admitted that submission move is really intense to be in but that Brookes pulled out his trump card this early just means in MAO’s mind Brookes has already lost. MAO also thinks the ring isn’t enough to contain him and Brookes so they should take this rivalry outside! No matter what happens, MAO is confident he will still be the KO-D Openweight Champion after Sumo Hall.
For Match #4 the two teams had to wrestle while being in constant physical contact with their tag partners. If contact is broken they had a five count to reconnect or face disqualification. Yuki Ueno & Akito were quickly able to develop some teamwork under these conditions while Shunma Katsumata & Yuki Ishida struggled together. The two tried to do a top rope dive together but missed the target, allowing the other team to tangle them both up into a double pin for the finish. Ueno then told the audience he is already coming up with crazy match rules if he wins the DDT Extreme Title from Katsumata. Some of his ideas include a Submission match where only pinfalls count, a match with invisible people at ringside, a 60 minuted Iron Man Match and a Falls Count Anywhere match where you are not allowed physically touch your opponent. It’s all so Ueno can prove he can be interesting and entertaining as the Extreme Champion. Katsumata is starting to show frustration over his inability to beat Ueno. Since he gets to make the rules for the title match, he said it would not be something violent. However if Ueno happens to provoke him between now and Sumo Hall, Katsumata warns he might lose his temper and change his mind.
In a similar manner to the Tokyo Joshi Pro show that happened earlier in the day, Super Sasadango Machine’s mask kept him safe when he was shoved face first into Danshoku Dieno’s Hell Gate. Jun Akiyama then unmasked him and repeated the spot so Sasadango suffered just as much as everyone else did. Akiyama put Sasadango into the Front Face Lock while Junta Miyawaki tried to put Dieno into a Butterfly Lock. Dieno ended up backing into Akiyama, giving Akiyama a face full of his backside. With everyone else down, Miyawaki easily pinned Sasadango and won the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title in the process. He credited Akiyama’s teamwork for helping him win the title and he is ready to accept the challenges of anyone out there who wants to pin him.
Wrestlers from paleyouth and DAMNATION T.A kept provoking each other after the opening match. Takeshi Masada & Yuya Koroku confronted Hideki Okatani & Ilusion, almost sparking off a brawl between the two sides. Backstage Ilusion said he is only interested in taking the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Masada doesn’t believe him and thinks Ilusion cares more about paleyouth than he wants to admit. Koroku complained about how much DAMNATION T.A cheats but also claims he noticed Okatani’s true nature coming to light. That’s the Okatani he wants to fight at Sumo Hall so they can determine who the be wrestler is out of D GENERATIONS.
There was a surprise announcement from Hisaya Imabayashi during the show where he revealed Konosuke Takeshita is booked for “ULTIMATE PARTY 2026” on 3rd November. As he was telling everyone that Takeshita’s match hasn’t been decided yet, Daisuke Sasaki got into the ring and demanded he face Takeshita in a singles match instead of his scheduled bout with Danshoku Dieno. That brought out Dieno who reminded Sasaki that they were supposed to have their singles match last year but it was cancelled because Dieno was ill. DDT went through the trouble of making the match again this year and Dieno wants it to happen so they can go “beyond full nudity” this time. Sasaki doesn’t care and kept demanding he face Takeshita instead. Dieno then came up with an idea to make it a 3 Way Match. That way Sasaki can get Takeshita and Dieno can still go “beyond full nudity” with the two of them. With Takeshita involved that means it will now happen in front of a bigger, more global audience. Imabayashi accepted his reasoning and booked the 3 Way for Sumo Hall.
NωA Jr. are a man down for the time being because Kazuma Sumi is in New Japan competing in the Super Jr. Tag League with Ryusuke Taguchi. In the meantime, Katsumata & Yuni are still opening DDT shows with an NωA Jr. performance. They encouraged the fans today to send their cheers over to Sumi.

3. Special Tag Match: Danshoku Dieno & Super Sasadango Machine defeated Miyu Yamashita & Yuki Kamifuku when Dieno pinned Kamifuku with the Danshoku Driver (13:07).

Some new inventiveness from Uta Takami scored her an upset pinfall over Suzume! She blocked the Ring A Bell in order to lock in the Koala Clutch but Suzume knocked her to the mat. Takami kept her grip on Suzume and from there used the set up of a Running Bulldog to bounce up the ropes and Sunset Flip over Suzume into a Jackknife pin for the three count. Takami said after the match she’s been convincing herself she has gained momentum and today she showed Suzume that the momentum is real. She is now confident she will win the International Princess Title on 8th November. Suzume said momentum won’t be enough to beat her but she is excited to face an apparantly unstoppable Takami in the title match.
Meanwhile Shoko Nakajima thinks Yuki Arai made a fool out of her during the main event. One of their exchanges ended with Arai putting Nakajima into the Scorpion Death Lock. Nakajima was eventually able to get out of it with a rope break but was slow to get back up. Arai then Dropkicked her in the back and Nakajima had to go regroup outside the ring. She fought back by giving Arai a 619 when they were both getting back into the ring but Nakajima said after the match that she isn’t going to forget about how much Arai targeted her lower back.
There was a contract signing before the show for the upcoming Princess Tag Team Titles match between Shunrai Rekka!! Prism Greed and RakuPom. According to Yuki Aino, she understands Raku & Pom Harajuku more than anyone else in Tokyo Joshi Pro. Although to be honest, even Aino doesn’t quite understand why those two are the way they are. Since it is Aino’s birthday tomorrow, RakuPom gave her a super large heart shaped onigiri rice ball as her present. They also gave Haru Kazashiro a tiny riceball because it isn’t her birthday then quizzed her on how much she really knows about Aino with personal questions she couldn’t know the answer to. Later in the show, Raku saved Harajuku from taking Prism Greed’s tag finisher. Harajuku then used Shino Suzuki’s momentum to take out both Aino & Kazashiro through some accidental friendly fire. Raku then slammed Kazashiro onto Aino with a Facebuster and Harajuku followed up with the Pom de Justice for the win. Harajuku said RakuPom won today because they have so much love for Aino while Kazashiro is too naive to entrust her with Aino’s well being. They’re going to go get Aino another birthday present to celebrate.
Halloween is coming up next week so Hyper Misao, Wakana Uehara & Toga were dressed up on costumes for their match and asked their opponents for a trick or treat. They then threw candy at their opponents and dunked the Halloween buckets over their heads to start the match. The wrestlers spent part of the match slamming each other onto the candy too.
It is not often we would see Danshoku Dieno & Super Sasadango Machine inside a TJPW ring but they’ve both been here before. They made a request to Tetsuya Koda before their match with Miyu Yamashita & Yuki Kamifuku, asking if they could change the name of the promotion to Tokyo Oji Pro Wrestling if they win? Koda declined and also strictly ordered Dieno not to do any spots where he exposes his backside. Dieno ignored the rule during the match by attempting the Danshoku Nightmare, causing Koda to run into the ring and pull Dieno’s tights back up. Still, nothing in the end could stop Dieno from doing what he wanted to do. He got into the Hell Gate position where both Koda and Kamifuku got a face full of Dieno’s backside. Yamashita pushed Sasadango face first into the Hell Gate but Sasadango was unaffected because of the mask he was wearing. Yamashita then kicked the mask off of Sasadango’s head before also kicking Dieno in the backside. Sasadango took a High Kick to the head but got to give Yamashita the Lehman Shock before going down, leaving Dieno and Kamifuku as the last ones standing against each other. Kamifuku did her best to fight off Dieno but was out on her feet after taking a Vertical Drop Brainbuster. Dieno gave her a hug and then the Danshoku Driver to win the match.
After the match Dieno said he always suspected people made assumptions about Kamiyu based on her flashy looks. He thinks Kamiyu could have gone and made connections anywhere especially because she can speak English but she always chose to be with TJPW. She started her wrestling career here and she will end it here. There is just one thing Dieno wants to know. There was a day he met Kamifuku in the dojo where she was training to be a wrestler and had not made her debut yet. He noticed she was trying to stay cheerful so he gave her some advice to speak in English as a wrestler because she knows the language. But what he wants to know is from that day to right now, does Kamiyu enjoy pro wrestling? Kamifuku asked Dieno to look her in the eyes for her answer… and then she eye-poked him. Later backstage Dieno remembered the stipulation over changing TJPW into Tokyo Oji Pro Wrestling. Sasadango admitted he didn’t expect they would win today so they should agree the idea was just them spouting nonsense that can be ignored. Since Sasadango is currently the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion, he was kind of hoping Yamashita or Kamifuku would have beaten him today, win the title off of him and take his place on the DDT show he is booked for later.
Ren Konatsu has booked her place in the Next Generation Tournament ’26 final while Chieri Sakimori is the first wrestler to be eliminated this year. Shion Kanzaki is still alive in the tournament after losing to Konatsu and now has to fight with Momo Sato over the Loser’s Bracket spot in the final. Sato’s win over Sakimori today is also her first victory in her TJPW career.

Today’s show was a homecoming for Uta Takami because she is from the Ishikawa Prefecture. She was very happy not just to wrestle in her home prefecture but also bring energy to Nanao City. The show took place in conjunction with Noto Genki Joshi Pro Wrestling, a project consisting of a local committee of people who aid in the reconstruction of the Noto region after an earthquake hit the area in 2024. Members of the committee along with the mayor of Nanao City attended the show and presented Tokyo Joshi Pro with a bouquet of flowers as thanks for their involvement in today’s event.
Understandably, Pom Harajuku was scared to fight Aja Kong so she had Kong chase her around ringside during their tag match. Unfortunately for Pom, Kong caught her, threw her into some chairs and then hit her over the back with one of the chairs. Kong also later hit Harajuku over the head with a still can, setting up Yuki Kamifuku to finish her off with the Famouser. Miu Watanabe also took a steel can to the head earlier when she tried to save Harajuku from the inevitable beating.
Mahiro Kiryu apologized for the poor teamwork between herself and Chika Nanase during their match.
The elevated version of the Crab Hold HIMAWARI has been using lately (mainly on Chieri Sakimori) is now called the Robin Goodfellow. What can I say? She’s a theatre girl through and through.
