The wrestling ring situated inside TOKYO SQUARE In Itabashi became a concert stage for a day thanks to the Garafes idol festival being held there for the first time. The Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) were one of the musical acts involved and later they along with other Tokyo Joshi Pro wrestlers put together a wrestling match. They even assisted with installing the ring ropes and turnbuckles and also taking them down after the match.

It’s soon time for another day at the boat races. Ganbare☆Pro will be hosting matches throughout the day in between the races with some guests and other wrestlers making first time appearances. Minoru Suzuki and Kyoko Inoue are the big names to draw in spectators.

This is probably just a mistranslation on GanPro’s end but I’m confused over one of the wrestlers appearing in Match #3. On the promotional material it looks like Jake Braddock, an American independent wrestler who has been based in Japan for the last couple of years. However GanPro are calling him Jack Bulldog on the match image and have his name written as ジェイク・ブルドック instead of ジェーク・ブラドック. The latter is what the other promotions who book him use (GanPro have also photoshopped his tattoos away). For the moment I’ll just treat it an inconsistent thing and continue writing the name Jake Braddock until this gets cleared up.

Since the wrestling ring in there is permanently installed that means it won’t be moved so Tokyo Joshi Pro decided they can use it to host a wrestling match since The Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) are going to perform there anyway. Arisu Endo and Kira Summer get to join in the fun.

DDT decided the next champions will be crowned on 28th September. Hideki Okatani & Ilusion get the chance to reclaim the belts with MJ Paul filling in for the injured Sasaki. Their oppoenents will be Yuki Ueno & To-y along with the anticipated return of Kaisei Takechi! This will be the first title match for DDT’s new star as he continues his alliance with The 37KAMIINA.

1. Yuki Arai, Raku & Shino Suzuki defeated Miu Watanabe, Haru Kazashiro & Uta Takami when Arai submitted Takami with the Scoripion Death Lock (?:??).

The match turned into a big excuse to have a water fight on stage. Everyone armed themselves with water guns and brought buckets filled with water balloons to throw at each other and also the audience.

While not a part of the Tokyo Joshi Pro segment, NωA Jr. were also at Garafes for a performance of their own. During it they explained the rules of pro wrestling to the audience and demonstrated how matches can be won. Yuni just so happened to be the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion so when Kazuma Sumi put him in a Sleeper Hold that was too tight, Yuni tapped out and Daisuke Kiso declared it a title change! Shunma Katsumata then Super Kicked Sumi and pinned him with a School Boy to become the latest champion. Then later in the concert NωA Jr. chased each other onto the stage in the middle of the Momoiro Clover Z performance. Sanshiro Takagi was there too and he gave Katsumata a Stunner. Reni Takagi then pinned him to win the title. After that the rest of Momoiro Clover Z piled on top of her and Juri Suzue was declared the new champion.

Itoh wants Desperado to learn the Itoh Respect Army dance for their entrance. He didn’t expect that to be part of the deal.

TJPW say a health issue is preventing Max The Impaler from participating at “SUMMER SUN PRINCESS ’25” so Pom Harajuku needs a new tag team partner. Luckily for her TJPW has decided to bring in Kyoko Inoue as the replacement! The joshi legend currently wrestles for Diana, a promotion that just so happened to join the UJPW recently so I wonder if that new connection helped put this deal together.

The Grace Group bus company have their own independent wrestling promotion called GRACE PROJECT. They don’t really have their own roster, save for Captain Grace who is the man in charge of the whole thing. Instead their shows are filled with indie wrestlers from across Japan including those who compete in BASARA. So a lot of familiar faces are showing up in their offer match for the show.

KO-D 6-Man Tag Titles Vacated, Hirata Might Be Booker Of The Year, Full Cards For Grand Princess & Judgement 2025

Today DDT announced the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles have been vacated by DAMNATION T.A. The status of the championship was up in the air since Sunday after KANON was kicked out of the unit. He was one third of the champions along with Daisuke Sasaki & MJ Paul but the situation between them was “deemed difficult” according to DDT for future title defences to be scheduled. A match to determine the 57th champions will be announced as soon as it is decided on. I swear DAMNATION T.A have the weirdest luck with tag team championships. They either lose them immediately or hold onto them long enough for something within them to fall apart.

Meanwhile Chris Brookes decided to defend his KO-D Openweight Title against his longtime CDK teammate Masahiro Takanashi. But this is not being done out of love or friendship. The two want to give DDT fans a fight to remember to close out one of the most important shows of the year for the company.

Danshoku Dieno and Super Sasadango Machine are threatening to give everyone the worst match ever for their DDT Extreme Title bout. Hisaya Imabayashi will be turning back into Amon Tsurumi for one night only to officiate the match.

He doesn’t understand why he’s been expelled from DAMNATION T.A but KANON wants to get revenge on Daisuke Sasaki. DDT quickly put together the singles match between them for this show.

It’s planned to be a five hour show but the card still has to be crammed together a little bit. That means Kazusada Higuchi and Shunma Katsumata will make their respective returns from injury in the same match. It’s also a good excuse to have a Harimao Vs NωA Jr. trios match.

Another Garafes concert featured The Up Up Girls among the lineup sing songs and also wrestle. Wakana Uehara and Pom Harajuku were along for the ride, sticking around to do commentary for the matches they weren’t involved in.

One of the other events that took place during Garafes was an arm wrestling tournament between a bunch of idols. The eventual winner was given a bonus arm wrestling match against a mysterious masked woman named M-chan who was wearing a familiar pink wrestling costume. M-chan easily defeated her opponent.

One day before the DDT Extreme Title is defended, Akito and Danshoku Dieno are facing off in a wacky tag match with Pokotan and Yoshihiko also involved. The stipulation for the title match hasn’t been chosen yet but it would be leaving it very late if this match is meant to set it up.

Tsukina Umino is from Ice Ribbon. She recently fought and lost to YuuRI in a match for the ICExInfinity Title. One of her teammates is London Machine, a masked gimmick that has mostly appeared in ChocoPro. I think in one of his first appearances it was Seiya Morohashi under the mask but I don’t know if it’s been him every time.

Tokyo Joshi Pro and The Up Up Girls took on another summer gig at a Garafes concert after appearing at a previous one a couple of months ago. The summer themed fun continued this time around with Raku using an inflatable dolphin pool toy as a weapon against Uta Takami. Then in the main event Miu Watanabe, Suzume, Pom Harajuku and Shino Suzuki all attacked each other with super soakers, buckets of water and water balloons.
