1. Yasu Urano & Sangre Azteca Jr. defeated Naohiro Katsumi & Yunicaras Jr. (w/ Sumicaras) when Urano submitted Katsumi with a Side Headlock and Azteca submitted Yunicaras with the Atlantida (12:23).
2. Special Single Match: Ryunosuke Nagai defeated MJ Paul with the Spear (9:07).
3. Fake Brahman Army Vs Mataro Army All-Out Confrontation: Fake Brahman Yuki, Fake Brahman Yuki & Fake Brahman Yuki Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Takayuki Ueki & Takeshi Masada (w/ Mataro) ended in a No Contest (13:10).
4. Special Tag Match: Ayato Ishida & Gabai Ji-chan defeated Minoru Fujita & Ilusion when Ji-chan pinned Ilusion with an Inside Cradle (14:20).
5. DDT Extreme Title – Barbed Wire Board Crash Match: Hideki Okatani (c) Vs Yuko Miyamoto ended in a Draw after a Double Barbed Wire Board Crash (14:30).
*V3 for Hideki Okatani.
6. O-40 Title – 3 Way Match: Daisuke Sasaki (c) defeated Shuji Ishikawa and Keisuke Ishii when Sasaki submitted Ishii with La Mistica Crossover Face Lock (14:54).
*V2 for Daisuke Sasaki.

At the age of 40 years old Daisuke Sasaki is having a highlight year of his career. He toured North America, competed at this year’s Best Of The Super Jr. tournament and will be teaming with DOUKI at Sumo Hall in a few months time. But maybe most important of all, Sasaki is taking the O-40 Title to new heights and actually got a title defence to be the main event of his annual “CHARISMANIA” show. His challengers in the 3 Way Match are both very familiar with him either as friends or regular opponents in the past. There were spots when Sasaki would team up with Shuji Ishikawa or Keisuke Ishii to beat up on the other but the match broke down into a free for all. Ishikawa came close to using the Splash Mountain on Sasaki but he rolled out of it and Ishii came in to hit the Kneel Kick. Sasaki then knocked Ishii into the referee so he could Low Blow him without it being seen. The plan worked and Sasaki went on to submit Ishii with La Mistica Crossover Face Lock for the win.

Sasaki was likely in a good mood over the result which would explain why he threw compliments at Ishii after the match. He is surprised that Ishii can still do the crazy moves he used to do in his 20s and 30s and he told Ishii to keep doing them until he reaches his 60s. Sasaki then talked to Ishikawa about them forming the original DAMNATION 10 years ago. The memories made Ishikawa want to sing but Sasaki stopped him so he could change the subject to Shinjuku FACE’s upcoming closure. Sasaki worries with the venue going away there might not be a place left for him to do crazy things. However he will still hang around Kabukicho until he his 105 years old and there will probably be a new Shinjuku FACE established by then. As for the next “CHARISMANIA” show, Sasaki is considering the Nippon Budokan or the Tokyo Dome but he hasn’t made a decision yet.

Hideki Okatani also earned a successful title defence for his DDT Extreme Title match but only just. Sasaki invited Yuko Miyamoto to challenge Okatani for the belt so Okatani decided they would have a Barbed Wire Board Crash match. The reason is because the last time they fought each other in 2023, Miyamoto put Okatani through a table. With revenge on his mind Okatani tried to put Miyamoto through the board. Miyamoto gave him a Power Bomb onto it but it was lying flat on the ring canvas at the time so couldn’t break. The board was then balanced over some chairs and Okatani tried to Dropkick Miyamoto onto it but he backflipped over the board and cleared it instead. With things at a stalemate, both men wrapped strands of barbed wire around their head and Headbutted each other. They then fought up to the aisle where the board was placed below them and they both knocked each other down, crashing through it. The match was ruled a draw which counts as a successful defence for Okatani. He still didn’t beat Miyamoto though. He said three years ago Miyamoto put him through the table and today Okatani defended the Extreme Title against him. So in six years time they will have another rematch so Okatani can finally beat Miyamoto!

Before Okatani could leave the ring, Yuki Ishida charged in screaming about how much he wants to change himself. He’s going to change by challenging for the Extreme Title! Okatani kicked Ishida down and told him he hasn’t changed anything about himself. He also doesn’t have anything to lose. Ishida said he isn’t doing to half-heartedly so to prove it he will put his hair on the line! Okatani remembered Ishida is a former sumo wrestler which means his hair does actually have some value. He accepted the challenge but only to make the match Title Vs Hair. Okatani won’t put his own hair on the line because the Extreme Title by itself is worth about the same as Ishida’s hair.

Ilusion found out the hard way that when you grab hold of Gabai Ji-chan’s walking cane it transfers his age over to you. Ilusion held onto it and became too decrepit to defend himself. Ji-chan then kicked the cane so it flicked in between Ilusion’s legs to make him crotch himself. He couldn’t kick out of the Inside Cradle after that. Ayato Yoshida did not fall for the same fate because he simply kicked Ji-chan’s cane away for heel heat at the start of the match despite being his tag partner. The cane was also used to block Minoru Fujita’s Swanton Bomb.

The real Brahman Brothers were not available to be at the show so a fake band of them appeared instead. The Bramhmans that looked sort of like Yuki Ueno, Yuki Iino & Yuki Ishida caused the same kind of havoc as the originals. They tortured their opponents until Takayuki Ueki pulled out his pistol and demanded to know if they got permission to use the gimmick. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi then tried using the power of his singing to change them back to normal. The Fake Brahmans fought back and targeted Takeshi Masada until all of a sudden Mataro appeared dressed as Frieza! One by one he attacked his opponents but also took out his allies by accident. More disgusting looking Brahman spots happened and once Yukinoru Matsui got pulled into them, he called off the match and declared it a No Contest.

MJ Paul met his match and suffered an upset defeat at the hands of Ryunosuke Nagai. Paul thought he had things under control and turned his back to climb the ropes for the Reverse Splash. He never expected Nagai would get up and give him a Power Bomb from the corner. Paul tried fighting back and kicked out of one Spear but Nagai finished him off with a second.

The opening match was held under Lucha Libre rules. Yasu Urano & Sangre Azteca Jr. took it upon themselves to be the rudos by trying to rip off the bags masks of Yunicaras Jr. and also Sumicaras. They got the win when Azteca lifted Yunicaras up for the Atlantida submission hold. He did the move running around the ring while Urano made Naohiro Katsumi give up to a Side Headlock.

2. YuuRI defeated Moe Hiiro with a Sleeper Hold (7:59).
3. Kouki Iwasaki defeated Shota Kawakami with the Back Drop (11:34).
4. Baliyan Akki & Munetatsu Nakamura defeated Shigehiro Irie & Sentaro Motoshima when Nakamura pinned Motoshima with the Octopus Killer (14:20).
5. Shuichiro Katsumura 50th Birthday Match: Shuichiro Katsumura, Yuya Susumu & Kikujiro Umezawa defeated Yumehito Imanari, Takuya Wada & Moeka Haruhi when Katsumura submitted Imanari with the Standing Ninja Choke (16:05).
6. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Mizuki Watase (c) defeated Tyson “Ultimate” Maeguchi with the Venetian 3rd Time (13:22).
*V3 for Mizuki Watase.

Tyson Maeguchi showed up to the main event in his “Ultimate” form which prompted Mizuki Watase to take off his own boots and wrestling gear so he could also fight in his “Ultimate” form. Watase also leaned into Maeguchi’s strikes determined not to lose to the kickboxing style. He had a few close calls with Maeguchi getting some 2.9 pin counts. Maeguchi then decided to take off his boxing gloves and fight bare handed, almost knocking Watase out with a Knuckle Punch. Watase survived all of that to fight back with a Brainbuster, a Michinoku Driver II and finally the Venetian to get the win. Watase then told Maeguchi after the match he wants a shot at the Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles. However, Ken Ohka & Guts Ishijima have also thrown out a challenge for the belts and later convinced Maeguchi to give them the match first on 4th July.

All throughout the show the wrestler SUSHI would walk down to the ring after some matches and plead his case for Ganbare☆Pro to book him again. He first confronted Ohka after the opening match to complain why he hasn’t appeared in GanPro since his first appearance in April. Ohka wasn’t interested and used the excuse that he is not the matchmaker to ignore him. Keisuke Ishii also turned down the offer of fighting SUSHI again, explaining the time isn’t right for him to get revenge for SUSHI pinning him last time around. SUSHI then interrupted an announcement from Michiyoshi Mishima asking to get booked only to be told has has to wait until the show was over to come talk about it. It wasn’t until after the main event was finished when Watase decided to nominate SUSHI as the next challenger for the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title because unlike the others he likes to make sure promises are kept! Mishima reluctantly booked the title match for 4th July but only because Watase would throw another tantrum if it doesn’t happen.

With his 50th birthday approaching on 17th June, Shuichiro Katsumura decided his first goal at that age is to beat Takuya Wada for the SOG Tag Titles. He also told his opponents to remember today’s match when they all turn 50. He knows Wada will be fifty in two years time and Yumehito Imanari in ten years time. He then asked Moeka Haruhi how old she is and her answer was she hasn’t kept count since she turned 25.

Mishima’s big announcement that SUSHI interrupted was regarding YuuRI and her match at GanPro’s next Korakuen Hall show on 15th August. She is going to face Takumi Iroha in a singles match! YuuRI requested this match to happen because she has looked up to Iroha and watched her matches even before YuuRI became a wrestler herself. However she believes she cannot beat Iroha if she holds onto that admiration forever. That is the lesson she learned from her match with Utami Hayashihita back in April. So when she faces Iroha she will not be fighting her idol. Instead she is going to spark her own revolution inside Korakuen!

The two singles matches underneath could end up being previews for a non-existent match down the line. Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao don’t have a problem with wrestling Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi under normal circumstances but they’re not so enthusiastic over the reason why the these matches are happening here.

Shinjuku FACE

1. Special Single Match: MJ Paul Vs Ryunosuke Nagai
2. O-40 Title – 3 Way Match: Daisuke Sasaki (c) Vs Shuji Ishikawa Vs Keisuke Ishii

The further Daisuke Sasaki moves on from Best Of The Super Jr. the better. At least he doesn’t have to think about the tournament again for another 14 years. Now he can think about defending the O-40 Title with two opponents now chosen for the next title bout. Shuji Ishikawa and Keisuke Ishii both fit the bill so Sasaki will be fighting both in a 3 Way Match.

Ryunosuke Nagai is the 29 year old son of Mitsuya Nagai. He his pro debut last December and is showing up to “CHARISMANIA IV” for a match against MJ Paul.

The remaining lineup of the show at the moment is Hideki Okatani, Ilusion, Minoru Fujita, Yasu Urano, Sangre Aztca Jr. and Naohiro Katsumi.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “SUMMER SUN PRINCESS ’26”, 18/07/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Aja Kong Vs Arisu Endo
2. International Princess Title: Suzume (c) Vs Wakana Uehara
3. Princess Tag Team Titles: Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi (c) Vs Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao
4. Princess Of Princess Title: Yuki Arai (c) Vs Miyu Yamashita

We’re approaching the match that will either break the cycle or just start it all over again. Yuki Arai will be next defending the Princess Of Princess Title against Miyu Yamashita. In recent memory Yamashita once beat Arai in just over a minute but Arai then got to make Yamashita tap out in a 6 Way No. 1 Contender’s match that eventually led Arai to becoming the champion. With that said, Arai does not feel like she can call herself the true champion unless she can beat Yamashita one on one. Yamashita is coming into this match having just won the EVE International Title in England. Doing that made her want to win back the Princess Title even more. Is there no end to her insatiable desire for winning that championship again?!?

Last year’s “SUMMER SUN PRINCESS” had Kyoraku Kyomei beating Daydream in a defence of the Princess Tag Team Titles. This time around Daydream are the champs and they want a rematch at the show to avenge that defeat. The only problem is Kyoraku Kyomei do not want to challenge for the belts right now because they do not feel it is the right time to do so. They couldn’t win the titles in Las Vegas earlier this year and they don’t feel ready to climb that mountain again this soon. Daydream wants the match to happen anyway and it looks like they got their way. Protests from Nakajima & Misao may be on the way unless something happens to change their minds.

There’s no such trepidation in regards to the International Princess Title match though. Wakana Uehara is hungry to become the champion and isn’t shy about making puns about her appetite when it comes to challenging Suzume for the championship.

It is only a matter of time until Hinata Kasai gets to team up with his dad Jun Kasai. It’s going to happen right when he celebrates the end of his first year as a pro wrestler. In the meantime, Hinata made it his goal to get his first direct win in a match before this show takes place.

6. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi defeated Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga (c) when Wada pinned Imanari with the Assault Point (13:46).
*Touchable fails in V3. Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi become the 6th Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Champions!
7. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Mizuki Watase (c) defeated Keisuke Ishii with a Vertical Drop Brainbuster (22:07).
*V2 for Mizuki Watase.

In a rematch from three years ago, Mizuki Watase again defeated Keisuke Ishii to defend the Spirit Of Ganbare World. He was lucky to get out of there in one piece though. The match took so much out of both champion and challenger that Watase needed help being walked to the back afterwards. He felt fulfilled none the less, saying there is nothing in the world with the kind of nourishment that pro wrestling has. He is determined to turn Ganbare☆Pro into a huge wrestling company and lead the way. He also said he loves Ishii and believes today should put away any thoughts Ishii has of retiring from wrestling. Ishii said he felt annoyed over losing yet another Korakuen Hall main event. However he could feel his confidence growing throughout the match and will fight Watase head to head again some day. He promised to work hard to get into the condition needed to not only headline Korakuen Hall but win a main event there too after eight failed times at trying.

The Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles changed hands with two former champions now regaining the gold. Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi both held the belts before but with different partners. Today they defeated Touchable after a few close calls. Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga almost had Maeguchi taken care of with the 3D. Imanari then hit Wada with the Lariat and Power Bomb but he kicked out from both moves. Wada turned things around and used the Assault Point to pin Imanari for the title change.

Last week Utami Hayashihita caused a stir when she announced she will be leaving her home promotion Marigold next month. Today was her first match since dropping that bombshell, facing YuuRI and beating her with the Crusade (Spinning Razor’s Edge Bomb). Hayashihita told reporters backstage that she is friends with YuuRI and they often drink together. She enjoyed the warm atmosphere of GanPro and is happy to see YuuRI grow in this environment. She compared the GanPro atmosphere to being surrounded by a big family, and she should know what that is like! When asked if she would ever come back here, Hayashihita said she isn’t thinking about the future at the moment, she’s living her present life to the fullest. YuuRI thinks Hayashihita has already decided on where she is going to go next and doesn’t know if they will ever be able to have another singles match together again. She will seize the chance if they can.

Akira Shoji & Hideki Sekine used the music of Pride Fighting Championship theme for their entrance and also their victory themes. When Minoru Suzuki & Shuichiro Katsumura attacked them with chairs at ringside, Suzuki mocked them by asking “What kind of Pride is this, you bastard?” Shoji got the win by using a Modified Jackhammer on Katsumura that he later named the Toyama Black Driver or TBD for short. Sekine said he and Shoji are the strongest pro wrestlers because they are both 52 years old and were born during the peak of Japan’s baby boom. The two of them are also carrying the legacies of Pride and RIZIN and think they can chase after the SOG Tag Titles next.

Ken Ohka cannot believe it’s been 25 years since his debut. He had his first match in the same year when Munetatsu Nakamura, Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motoshima were all born! He doesn’t know what he can realistically contribute to society but he hopes his wrestling can play a part in bringing peace to Japan and across the world. He fought as hard as he could with Guts Ishijima against Ryota Nakatsu & Masaaki Mochizuki but was ultimately rolled up into defeat on this day.

The match between Moeka Haruhi and Ram Kaichow was put together because the two of them both debuted in 2005. Haruhi tried winning by going for roll ups and other cradle moves but Kaichow caught her with the Onryo Clutch to get the three count instead.

In the leadup to the opening match, Nakamura revealed that he would avoid using Suplex type moves because he was coming back from a herniated cervical disc. He lived up to his word but the victory still went to the outsider team of PSYCHO, Choun Shiryu & Yuya Susumu.

Yuna Manase attended the show and gave reporters an update to her current health. She is still recovering from getting surgery on her collarbone two months ago because the bone has not fully healed yet. However her doctor noticed an abnormality in her blood tests and after getting an MRI, it was discovered that Manase has swelling in her ovaries. According to her doctor, the ovaries swelled up to five times the normal size and it was a miracle they did not burst while Manase was wrestling. She is currently waiting on the official diagnosis but she is under the impression that she will need to get another operation done soon. She told this to the reporters in order to get the message across about how important it is to regularly get health checkups. She hopes she can be fully recovered in time for GanPro’s next Korakuen show but it will likely take several more months before she can return to the ring.

2. Moeka Haruhi & YuuRI defeated Yuki Mashiro & Konomi Hori when YuuRI submitted Hori with a Flying Body Scissors Sleeper Hold (14:44).
3. Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Tyson Maeguchi with the Wine Hamon Overdrive (11:14).
4. Mizuki Watase & SUSHI defeated Keisuke Ishii & Leatherface when SUSHI pinned Ishii with a School Boy (10:35).
5. Ken Ohka, Guts Ishijima & Banana Senga defeated Yumehito Imanari, Fuminori Abe & Shota Kawakami when Ohka pinned Kawakami with the Flame Spear (19:32).

The main event was set up to help Ken Ohka prepare for his 25th Anniversary match taking place on 29th April at Korakuen Hall. He said afterwards he wants to make that show an exciting one with all of his friends. He then held a post-show talk with Guts Ishijima that was suddenly interrupted by Leatherface dragging Mizuki Watase into the ring. Keisuke Ishii got in and attacked Watase with the Double Arm Lock Driver before leaving the venue with his suitcase.

Leatherface was at the show because he was Ishii’s mystery partner for the tag team match against Watase and his surprise choice, SUSHI. Things went crazy in the end with Leatherface accidentally hitting Ishii with a Lariat. Watase then hit Ishii with an Elbow Butt, knocking him into a School Boy from SUSHI for the pinfall. Watase bragged that the result was decided from the start because he anticipated Ishii would bring in Leatherface but Ishii never expected Watase would tag with SUSHI.

After Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Tyson Maeguchi in a preview of the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles match, their respective partners Yumehito Imanari and Takuya Wada got into a staredown with each other. Backstage Imanari said he could feel the emotion in Maeguchi’s blows but he was the calmer wrestler today. The wrestlers with martial art backgrounds are scary because they are always ready to take on anyone. Touchable can be passionate too but they also calmly observe the situation as the match progresses. That’s why Touchable are confident they will defend the tag titles on 29th April. Maeguchi admitted he fell into his bad habit of rushing to win today. He wants to be perfectly prepared for the title match. Wada complained that everybody else are doing comical things in Ganbare☆Pro while he is trying to be serious.

6. KING OF DRUNK 2026 Opening Round: Chris Brookes Vs HARASHIMA Vs Kazuma Sumi Vs KANON Vs Yuki Iino Vs Rukiya

Beer Garden not only brings back the King Of Drunk tournament for another year but there is also a Nautilus reunion happening on the show too! Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura will be properly teaming up for the first time since 2020. There’s been a multi-man match or two when they’ve been on the same side but an honest to God Nautilus match you’ll have to go back five and a half year or so to find the last one.

They grow up so fast. Yuni is becoming a college student but is still too young to legally drink so it’s a bit mean of DDT to have this match happen at a Beer Garden show. At least Junta Miyawaki is allowed to take part in the fun for his first Beer Garden show. Masami Inahata too, I think.

5. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino (c) Vs SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken

It was only back in January when SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken challenged for the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles. They lost the match and had a crisis of confidence but quickly patched themselves up. When Aijin Tag won the titles, the Super Family pair jumped at the chance to ask for another shot. They’re being rewarded for being so bold but it may just be that Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino see them as an easy first defence.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW LIVE IN LAS VEGAS 2026”, 16/04/2026
Pearl Theater At Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

1. International Princess Title: Suzume (c) Vs Sakura Hattori
2. Princess Tag Team Titles: Jessie McKay & Cassie Lee (c) Vs Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao
3. Princess Of Princess Title: Yuki Arai (c) Vs J-Rod

All three new champions coming out of Sumo Hall will be making their first defences at the Las Vegas show. It was already announced that J-Rod would get the Princess Title shot but instead of getting a rematch with Miu Watanabe, it will now be a first time singles match against Yuki Arai. J-Rod sent a message saying pro wrestling is not a fairy tale and she is ready to become the first American Princess Of Princess Champion on her own home soil. There is a chance that Arai and J-Rod will get a preliminary tag match against each other at one of the Vancouver shows but Tetsuya Koda has not made his decision yet.

Kyoraku Kyomei will be The IInspiration’s first challengers for the Princess Tag Team Titles. Both Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao like to gamble big whenever they visit Vegas. They also took it upon themselves to get the brand new tag title belts back in TJPW’s hands. Unfortunately Misao cannot confirm if there will be Dramatic Hypami bike in Las Vegas after the one in Texas fell apart. Jessie McKay & Cassie Lee showed concern for the roster after hearing the wrestlers had a troublesome trip back home to Japan from the Texas tour. However, they claim they were able to win the titles on just three hours sleep so how will Kyoraku Kyomei fare against them when they have the full eight hours in America?

Before Suzume can make it to Golden Week, she must survive fighting the ninja Sakura Hattori under the bright lights of Vegas! Hattori handed Suzume a scroll at Sumo Hall to tell her she wanted a title shot. Another scroll has since been sent telling Suzume to be prepared because Hattori is targeting her and can take the IP Title away in an instant! As we get towards the match, Hattori is sprinting through a singles match winning streak that’s been going on ever since her gimmick switch.

5. Minoru Suzuki & Shuichiro Katsumura Vs Hideki “Shrek” Sekine & Akira Shoji
6. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga (c) Vs Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi
7. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Mizuki Watase (c) Vs Keisuke Ishii

All of a sudden Ganbare☆Pro has a Korakuen Hall main event rematch that is three years in the making. Back in Mizuki Watase’s first reign as Spirit Of Ganbare World Champion he defeated Keisuke Ishii that was highly praised by those who took the time to watch it. Ishii won a No. 1 Contender tournament to set up the rematch and Watase wants it to be an even better fight than the first one!

Both Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi have held the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles in the past. In fact, Maeguchi was one of the first champions and Wada was one of the second champions. Together they might be the team that can beat Touchable for the belts. That would mean a lot to Maeguchi in particular because the physical championship belts did not exist when he was supposed to hold them.

I get how Minoru Suzuki & Shuichiro Katsumura against Hideki “Shrek” Sekine & Akira Shoji is meant to be the shooter match but I feel like this is going to be a coin flip over if it will be good or not.

All of these comedy matches Moeka Haruhi has been doing lately has lead her to this. She now has to face the Triple Six queen herself Ram Kaichow!

1. International Princess Title: Suzume (c) Vs Winner Of 5 Way Match

Suzume is noticing that many wrestlers in TJPW have been growing stronger lately, many of whom she hasn’t defend the title against before. She thinks there will definitely be plenty of first time matchups happening during this title reign.

2. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title Next Challenger Determination – Round 1: PSYCHO defeated Shuichiro Katsumura with the Reverse Clover Hold (8:49).
3. 3 Way Match: Moeka Haruhi defeated Taiwan Ramen Man and Hora-chan when Haruhi pinned Ramen Man and Hora-chan with a Double Jackknife Pin (9:10).
4. Mizuki Watase & Shigehiro Irie defeated Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motojima when Watase submitted Motojima with a Crab Hold (12:54).
5. Rin defeated YuuRI with a Locomotion School Boy (12:06).
6. Yumehito Imanari, Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi defeated Ken Ohka, Shinichiro Tominaga & Akira Shoji when Maeguchi pinned Tominaga with the Ago Shitsurei Itashimasu (15:38).
7. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title Next Challenger Determination – Final: Keisuke Ishii defeated PSYCHO with a Tiger Suplex (12:07).

All this time spent demanding a match with Keisuke Ishii and Yuya Susumu lost to him in under six minutes? Well, Ishii was a man on a mission today because he was determined to become the No. 1 Contender for the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title. He was Ganbare☆Pro’s last hope against the outside competition when PSYCHO eliminated Shuichiro Katsumura over on the other side of the bracket. Ishii was able to beat PSYCHO in the final and he joked about the fans and probably even Mizuki Watase were disappointed over the result. However, Watase reminded Ishii of the match they had at Korakuen Hall three years ago. He wants the two of them to surpass it in the same building on 29th April! Ishii said that date is when he is at his absolute best form. Watase thought about what he meant and remembered that is the date when Ishii won the All Asia Tag Team Titles back in 2014!

At the end of Match #6 Tyson Maeguchi came to the realization that he just beat one half of the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Champions and it was thanks to the other half. The finish of the match was Yumehito Imanari hitting Shinichiro Tominaga with a Lariat and then Maeguchi finished off Tominaga with the Flying Knee Kick. Maeguchi decided he should get a title shot against Touchable at the 29th April Korakuen show. Ken Ohka offered to be his tag partner but Maeguchi turned him down to team with Takuya Wada instead. Wada agreed, having already kept his schedule open hoping to get booked on the show. He warned everyone that he didn’t come back to GanPro to be treated like a punching bag again! Michiyoshi Mishima thought over their request and pointed out both Maeguchi and Wada are former tag champions but the physcial belts did not exist when Maeguchi was on the first champion team. Mishima felt the two of them would be perfect opponents for Touchable and agreed to book the match.

6. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) Vs Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato

Rumours were swirling around yesterday when a Japanese wrestling blog Kakutolog posted a story about Shinjuku FACE possibly shutting down its doors later this year. Sadly, today the venue’s management confirmed that Shinjuku FACE will be closing down on 30th September when their fixed-term lease with the building expires. To say this is a blow for the Japanese wrestling scene is an understatement given how so many wrestling companies are based in Tokyo and have relied on Shinjuku FACE to put on shows that aren’t on the level of Korakuen Hall but are still easy to access deep in the heart of that city. If Korakuen Hall is where you go to get a heat check on a wrestling company, Shinjuku FACE is where you will experience that company’s status quo. It will have a negative effect on the CyberFight promotions for sure because of how often they’ve booked shows in there over the last 20 years.

Kota Sekifuda has been brought in to take the place of the injured Yuni in Match #1.

Evil Uno is teaming up with Ram Kaichow even though there is also Demonio Uno on the show. The Gym Trainer Kotoka is back to fight the ordinary salaryman Munenori Sawa and city council wrestler Hiroshi Yamato. That’s not all, NOSAWA Rongai is now threatening to invade Super Japan with Mummy wrestlers so who know what else is going to happen here.
