DDT “UTAN FESTA 2026”, 08/11/2026 Tokyo JR Omori Station East Exit Plaza
1. World Omori Title Next Challenger Battle Royal: X Vs X
2. World Omori Title: Kazuki Hirata Vs Ilusion
The annual World Omori Title match was put on hold last year due to the champion Masahiro Takanashi suffering his awful injury. DDT instead created an interim title that was won by Kazuki Hirata in the hopes of someday doing a unification match. Unfortunately there’s no sign of that ever happening so the World Omori Title has become vacant. Hirata will now face the belt collector Ilusion in a match to crown the 10th official champion in the title’s history. Ilusion won the Battle Royal on last year’s “UTAN FESTA” show so he was already the No. 1 Contender.

The next time he appears in DDT will be at the end of November to defend the DDT Universal Title against To-y. The challenger wants to experience every crazy side Taguchi has to offer. Taguchi isn’t sure yet if he should be taking To-y seriously or if his crazy personality is just an act.

4. Hideyoshi Kamitani & Daichi Hashimoto Vs Yuya MAOki & Yuji Munagebayashi
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 33: NE TOUCHE PAS MOI”, 06/10/2026 Tokyo ARENA Shimokitazawa ??? Fans
1. Daruma-san ga Koronda Death Match: Kota Sekifuda defeated Mr. Malo with the Daruma-san ga Koronda Cradle (9:28).
2. Chris Brookes defeated Anton (w/ Munek) with a School Boy (10:02).
3. BK-G Openweight Title: Mr. Bueno (c) defeated Ram Kaichow with a Roll Through Body Press (15:20). *V5 for Mr. Bueno.
4. Hideyoshi Kamitani & Daichi Hashimoto defeated Yuya MAOki & Yuji Munagebayashi when Hashimoto pinned Munagebayashi after a Lariat & Leg Sweep Combo (15:26).
The main event this month took on a Big Japan flavour. The first team to enter were Okami, the pair of Hideyoshi Kamitani & Daichi Hashimoto. Then the next person to enter the room was MAO pretending to be Yuya Aoki again. His tag partner was then revealed to be Takayuki Ueki doing a full on Yuji Okabayashi impersonation. He wrestled wearing a bald cap but during the match the cap was ripped off and he was revealed to be bald for real underneath! Okami quickly got over the shocking sight and took “Yuji Munagebayashi” (Munage meaning chest hair) down with a Lariat/Leg Sweep combo to get the win.
Ueki’s change in behavior this month must have weakened the magical powers of Dark King Ueki. It would explain why Ram Kaichow showed up as herself instead of her Princess Ram persona today. It was a good time to be herself because she was fighting Mr. Bueno for the BK-G Openweight Title! Kaichow tried to use Bueno’s kind personality against him when she said a gentleman shouldn’t be using closed fist punches against a woman. Bueno agreed so he intentionally used painful submission holds on her instead. When that didn’t work he put on Mr. Malo’s mask so he would then have no hesitation in punching Kaichow. The challenger was able to pull off the black mask and demanded that Bueno start treating her like a pro wrestler. From that point on the two didn’t hold back against each other. Kaichow was able to knock Bueno down with Lariats and got a nearfall with the Rainmaker. She then did a Cross Body Block from the bar counter but Bueno rolled through to pin her and defend the title.
It’s been a while since Baka Gaijin + Friends was in ARENA Shimokitazawa. In the time since then Antonio Honda was turned evil by Ueki’s Magic Kingdom and transformed into a Goldberg parody named Anton! He had a homemade WCW World Heavyweight Title around his waist and said heelish things like Chris Brookes’s mom is fat. Brookes said he knows Honda inside out and has a way to break Munek’s spell on him. He took out a cream puff and fed it to Anton. Nothing changed and Anton started attacking Brookes to start the match. The “WCW Title” acted as armor for Anton that neither Brookes nor a fan he forced to punch the belt could break through. Anton then injured his knee so Brookes fed him an ice cream but again the spell was still active. Anton was ready to Spear Brookes when Brookes suddenly pulled out a fox puppet and it made it onto Honda’s hand. It was Gongitsune and it’s filthy joke was overpowering the spell! Munek pulled off the puppet and threw it away, causing Anton to turn on him. But Munek used a spell to make Anton hit himself over and over. At this point the spell was broken and Anton was back to his normal self. Brookes rolled him up anyway to win the match.
In the opening match Mr. Malo asked for an extra rule for him and Kota Sekifuda to follow. They would play a game of Daruma-san ga Koronda while wrestling, which is similar to playing Red Light, Green Light. Suzu Suzuki would tell the wrestlers to freeze whenever he wanted and they wrestlers would have to oblige. This caused Malo and Sekifuda to pause in the middle of exchanging holds or while their bodies were in unusual positions. This included when Sekifuda was doing a headstand, while Malo was hanging from the ceiling and when Sekifuda’s snake was brought into the match! Eventually Suzuki called for a freeze while Sekifuda and Malo were cradling each other. Malo’s shoulders were pinned at this point while Sekifuda still had one shoulder up. Daisuke Kiso wasn’t effected by the rule so he counted to three and rewarded the match to Sekifuda. Even though Sekifuda won, he told Malo afterwards he never wanted to do a match like that again.
The next Baka Gaijin + Friends show will be a “Late Halloween” show taking place on 17th November. The next show after that will be on 26th December at Shin-Kiba 1st RING. That one will be the first time Baka Gaijin uses a wrestling ring for one of their shows!

8. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Final: Suzume Vs Rika Tatsumi
We’ve come a long way from Suzume becoming a pro wrestler because she looked up to Rika Tatsumi. Now it is their fate to fight over the Tokyo Princess Cup! It will be the first time the final will pit one champion against the other, Suzume being the International Princess Champion and Tatsumi holding one of the Princess Tag Team Titles.
The two losing semi-finalists have to deal with the consolation prize of teaming up together HIMAWARI & Toga will be facing a newly motivated Chika Nanase (her homecoming show was recently announced) and the returning Kira Summer.
Whenever Tokyo Joshi Pro has two rookies who have yet to win a match it will be inevitable that they will be put in a match against each other so one of them can earn their first victory. Shion Kanzaki and Momo Sato are now being put in that position together.
Earlier this week a new Twitter account appeared and attracted the attention of the TJPW locker room. Over the following days it posted teases until today when it was revealed to be Tojojo, the brand new TJPW mascot. The promotion has been brainstorming on creating a mascot for a while now with everyone in the promotion drawing concept art of what it should look like. But what’s catching everyone there off guard is Tojojo has immediately claimed it will also be the new TJPW Manager. What that means we just have to wait and see.
GANBARE☆PRO “SPY GAME 2026”, 05/09/2026 Shin-Kiba 1st RING
1. Keisuke Ishii Vs Shota Kawakami
2. Shinichiro Tominaga, Masashi Takeda & Tyson Maeguchi Vs Shigehiro Irie, Takuya Wada & YuuRI
3. Sentaro Motojima 1st Anniversary Debut Match: Mizuki Watase Vs Sentaro Motojima
4. Ken Ohka 25th Anniversary Match Part 3: Ken Ohka Vs Yumehito Imanari
5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Shuichiro Katsumura & Yuya Susumu (c) Vs Moeka Haruhi & Rydeen Hagane
The pair now called Sussun Katsun have become the new Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Champions. They made the same mistake a lot of champions make by saying they will take on any challenge thrown at them then get surprised when the challenge immediately appears in front of them. Moeka Haruhi & Rydeen Hagane have joined forces, describing their tag team like Beauty & The Beast. Hagane also doesn’t want everyone to forget that she was one of the first women to work with Ganbare☆Pro well before the Ganbare☆Joshi division was ever established. So if there is any wrestler who deserves to fight for a GanPro championship, it’s her.
Is three commemorative matches too much to celebrate one anniversary? Ken Ohka is enjoying his 25th year in wrestling so much he doesn’t want the good time to end. He challenge his good pal Yumehito Imanari to a singles match so he too can join in on the fun. Unfortunately Imanari has gotten fed up with GanPro relying on wrestler anniversaries so often to promote their big matches. There are other stories these matches can be booked around you know! Imanari will take the match with Ohka but only so he can take his anger out on Ohka for being so greedy.
To make things a little more awkward, young Sentaro Motojima is going to celebrate the first anniversary of his debut match on the same show. Don’t worry Motojima, Imanari’s not mad at you. I’m sure of it.
DDT “YUKI UENO 10TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW -IN MY MIND “10”-”, 13/09/2026 Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. 3 Way Match: Shinya Aoki Vs HARASHIMA Vs Akito
2. Special 6-Man Tag Match ~ No Tag Rules: Yuki Ueno, HUB & Daisuke Sasaki Vs Ilusion, Yuni & Daichi Sato
3. Special Tag Match: MAO & Yoshihiko Vs Kazuki Hirata & Kaisei Takechi
4. Yuki Ueno 10th Anniversary Match ~ Special Single Match: Yuki Ueno Vs Shunma Katsumata
From the mind of Yuki Ueno he will conjure up the trio of himself, HUB & Daisuke Sasaki has a possibly united force. The idea he has in mind is to put three skillful wrestlers together for a match against three young opponents who all have a world of potential ahead of them. Those three youngsters are Ilusion, Yuni & Daichi Sato. The immediate reaction from Sasaki is unhappiness that he and Ilusion will be on opposite teams.
Three days after Shinya Aoki fights in RIZIN, he will be returning to DDT for a 3 Way Match. If he gets beaten badly by Mikuru Asakura then maybe HARASHIMA and Akito could both take it easy on him.
DDT “DRAMATIC INFINITY 2026 ~AUTUMN OF PRO WRESTLING~”, 21/09/2026 Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: KANON, Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (c) (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI) Vs Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion
It all depends on how things are going with DAMNATION T.A over the next month. Ilusion has become addicted to collecting championships so he went and challenged Strange Love Connection all by himself without consulting the rest of the unit. Sasaki seems to be okay with it which would continue his current apathetic behavior over who ultimately calls the shots within the group. Hideki Okatani will be on the challenger team looking for a chance to become a champion again so soon after losing the DDT Extreme Title. SLC accepted Ilusion’s challenge because Viento Levante wants to beat him. KANON will also likely be motivated to defend the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles against the stable he once held the belts with before they kicked him out. Yukio Naya is just having a good time because it was his birthday recently and he gets to hang out with his friends a lot.

6. Enter Sandman Match: Yuki Ueno Vs MAO Vs Daisuke Sasaki Vs Takeshi Masada Vs Danshoku Dieno Vs Super Sasadango Machine
A day after the Sumo Hall show Rukiya began showing symptoms of a fever so DDT has pulled him from the rest of this week’s schedule. Tomomitsu Matsunaga takes his place as Jun Akiyama’s tag partner on the two Beer Garden shows.
DDT will be holding a press conference a few hours before the show. One of the topics will be news regarding Soma Takao.

3. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: KANON, Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI) (c) Vs Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato
The way Strange Love Connection beat paleyouth for the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles was too underwhelming for the champions to accept. They are getting a rematch to ensure that whichever team deserves to be champions will do so by beating the other side to a pulp.
Rukiya has been taken out of the DDT Variety Team Audition match as well.

DDT “LAST SUMMER STANDING ~SUMMER’S RECKONING~”, 30/08/2026 Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki (c) Vs Jun Akiyama & Rukiya
2. DDT Universal Title: Ryusuke Taguchi (c) Vs Daisuke Sasaki
The DDT Universal Title now belongs to a New Japan wrestler. Ryusuke Taguchi is now the champion and his performance drew out Daisuke Sasaki to challenge him for the belt. Sasaki remembers losing to Taguchi at the Best Of The Super Jr. way back in 2012. That memory of Taguchi being so strong has stayed with Sasaki and that is the version of Taguchi he wants to fight again.
Rukiya is expected to be ready in time to fight for the KO-D Tag Team Titles at the end of the month. He better be because this was his idea in the first place. Shinya Aoki might be risking his RIZIN fight next month for this! Junta Miyawaki will also get reminded of his home in NOAH by stepping across the ring from Jun Akiyama once more.
Kumadori will be on the show.

One the one hand I wasn’t able to get a preview written up for tomorrow’s show. On the other hand I have an urge to do it anyway and can’t shake off the nagging feeling that I can get it posted by tonight. Maybe I’ll get it done in time, just please don’t hold your breath if it doesn’t show up.
Whoever enters the Battle Royal as the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion will receive the prize of a year long bullet train pass to be used whenever DDT books the person for a show held outside of Tokyo.
The Right To Challenge Gauntlet holders heading into tomorrow are Hideki Okatani (Red), To-y (Blue) and KANON (Purple AAAA). If there’s ever an important and dramatic place to cash at least one of them in, it will be at Sumo Hall.

Both Tatsumi and Suzume have reached the semi finals before but never progressed to the final match. Toga and HIMAWARI meanwhile are both achieving their career best in the tournament.
This might be the last time we’ll ever get a Yuki Yuki Yuki 3 Way Match between Yuki Arai, Yuki Kamifuku and Yuki Aino.

11. KO-D Openweight Title – Goodcom Asset Presents: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs MAO
The match order for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2026” was confirmed earlier today. paleyouth’s request to put the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles in the opener was accepted. They think the start of the show is the best place for them to celebrate breaking the most title defences should they beat Strange Love Connection.
The middle of the show is going to get extreme because the DDT Extreme Title match between Hideki Okatani and Shunma Katsumata is going to be a Barbed Wire Death Match!
A lot more Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title changes happened today. Right now Yuki Ishida is the one who can end up winning the Bullet Train pass if he makes it to Sumo Hall as the latest champion.

DDT “THE FINAL SHINJUKU FACE BEER GARDEN PRO WRESTLING”, 14/08/2026 Shinjuku FACE
0. Dark Match ~ Brutal Grudge Final Showdown! Loser Retires Special: Tetsuya Koda Vs Hisaya Imabayashi
1. Jun Akiyama, Rukiya & Masami Inahata Vs Soma Takao, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida
2. 3 Way Tag Match: Kazuma Sumi & Yuni Vs Hideki Okatani & Ilusion Vs Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI)

5. Our LariPro ’26: Keisuke Ishii, Danshoku Dieno & Junta Miyawaki Vs Shunma Katsumata, Yuki Iino & Kazuki Hirata
6. Unit Shuffle! Special 6-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, MAO & HARASHIMA Vs Chris Brookes, KANON & To-y
Things are getting drastic in the long running feud between Hisaya Imabayashi and Tetsuya Koda. All of their matches have previously taken place inside Shinjuku FACE so it is only fitting for them to blow off their feud in the same building before it shuts down. However to make it even more dramatic the loser has promised to immediately end their career!
BASARA “BASARA 314 ~UTAGE~”, 21/08/2026 Shin-Kiba 1st RING
1. 4 Way Tag Match: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Tsutomu Oosugi Vs Daichi Kazato & Seiya Morohashi Vs Takato Nakano & Yasu Urano Vs Lil’ Kraken & Minoru Fujita
2. Ryota Nakatsu & SAGAT Vs Isami Kodaka & FUMA
3. Banana Senga (w/ Gouma Ryu) Vs Antonio Honda
4. Masato Kamino Vs Takeru Inoue
5. Union MAX Title: Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Daiki Shimomura
To me this looks like a bunch of random matches on the BASARA undercard. However Takeru Inoue getting a singles match in the semi-main event might be important down the line if it is going to be positioned that way.
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “FUCKED UP FEST 2026”, 22/08/2026 Tokyo Oji BASEMENT MONSTAR
1. Super P & Bear Ranger Vs Dr. Cube & Erebus
2. SEKIFUDA 1 YEAR OF BAKA ~ Special Single Match: Kota Sekifuda Vs Minoru Suzuki
3. Hardcore Tag Match: MAO & Shunma Katsumata Vs Jun Kasai & Chris Brookes
The inclusion of Super P to “FUCKED UP FEST” isn’t surprising because her band was already booked for the show. But the monsters of Kaiju Big Battel showing up too? I didn’t see that coming.
DDT “MEMORIES OF SUMMER VACATION 2026”, 05/08/2026 Shinjuku FACE
0. Dark Match: Soma Takao & Hinata Kasai Vs Tomomitsu Matsunaga & MBM
1. Kazuma Sumi & Yuki Ishida Vs Jun Akiyama & Rukiya
2. Sanshiro Takagi, Naomi Yoshimura & Hisaya Imabayashi Vs Ilusion, MJ Paul & Tetsuya Koda
3. Daisuke Sasaki & Hideki Okatani Vs Shunma Katsumata & Masami Inahata
4. Special Single Match: Danshoku Dieno Vs Kazuki Hirata
5. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Chris Brookes, HARASHIMA & Antonio Honda Vs Shinya Aoki, Junta Miyawaki & Akito
6. Special 10-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku, Daichi Sato & To-y Vs MAO, KANON, Yuki Iino, Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI)
The Tokyo Idol Festival is over and Tetsuya Koda has come out of it as the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion. The Tokyo Joshi Pro boss pulling off this stunt does not impress the DDT GM Hisaya Imabayashi. The two authority figures have been at each other’s throats on and off for years. The Iron Man Champion is meant to be wrestling on tomorrow’s DDT show which means Koda now has to take part. Such an idea is insulting to Imabayashi so he is adding himself to the match in response to this so he can teach Koda a lesson that DDT is not the place for amateurs in their fifties!
Going into tomorrow’s show the Right To Challenge holders are Shunma Katsumata (Red), Viento Levante (Blue) and KANON (Purple).
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “THE 13TH TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 08/08/2026 Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall
1. Miu Watanabe & Ren Konatsu Vs Wakana Uehara & Momo Sato
2. Miyu Yamashita, Sakura Hattori, Haru Kazashiro & Chika Nanase Vs Yuki Kamifuku, Raku, Shino Suzuki & Uta Takami
3. Yuki Arai, Mifu Ashida & Shion Kanzaki Vs Mizuki, Mahiro Kiryu & Pom Harajuku
4. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Suzume Vs Shoko Nakajima
5. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Toga Vs Yuki Aino
6. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Arisu Endo Vs HIMAWARI
7. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Rika Tatsumi Vs Hyper Misao
We’re currently on a little break from the Tokyo Princess Cup until it resumes with the Quarter Finals this weekend. Rika Tatsumi and Hyper Misao are back in the ring against each other so soon after their Princess Tag Team Titles feud last month. The other end of the bracket has Suzume against Shoko Nakajima in what is sure to be a barnburner. HIMAWARI can set off a Cinderella run if she can defeat last year’s finalist Arisu Endo. The same could be said for Toga if her frozen demeaner doesn’t melt against Yuki Aino’s fire. After this round the brackets will get jumbled up for the final four which makes predicting this round a little bit more difficult than it looks on paper.
DDT “KANDA MYOJIN CULTURAL EXCHANGE PRESENTS AFTER PETER PAN ~RYOGOKU AFTER PARTY~”, 17/08/2026 Tokyo Kanda Myojin Hall
1. New Generation Variety Team Discovery Audition Match: Danshoku Dieno Vs Kazuki Hirata Vs Antonio Honda Vs Kazuma Sumi Vs Yuki Ishida Vs Rukiya Vs Masami Inahata Vs Hinata Kasai
2. Super Sasadango Machine Title: Super Sasadango Machine (c) Vs Ilusion
I think there have been times in the past when Muscle Sakai would defend the championship belt he wears around his waist but I can’t remember a time when Super Sasadango Machine has ever done it in DDT. That changes when the belt labelled King Of Sasadango it put on the line against Ilusion.
The DDT comedy wrestlers are looking for new additions to their “Variety Team”. They are holding an audition and it is mandatory for the wrestlers they invited to take part in it.
This DDT show is going to be a small one because it is more like a fan event with some matches taking place rather than a full on wrestling show. Only one more match is planned to be added to the card.
BASARA “BASARA 314 ~UTAGE~”, 21/08/2026 Shin-Kiba 1st RING
1. Union MAX Title: Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Daiki Shimomura
The new Union MAX Champion already has challengers lined up for him. When Takumi Tsukamoto held a 7-match Gauntlet to prepare himself for his title shot the only wrestler he dropped a fall to was Daiki Shimomura. Now is the time for Shimomura to call his shot and get a title match with his former tag team partner.
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “FUCKED UP FEST 2026”, 22/08/2026 Tokyo Oji BASEMENT MONSTAR
1. SEKIFUDA 1 YEAR OF BAKA ~ Special Single Match: Kota Sekifuda Vs Minoru Suzuki
2. Hardcore Tag Match: MAO & Shunma Katsumata Vs Jun Kasai & Chris Brookes
Just imagine the mess everyone will have to clean up after the Hardcore Match. Jun Kasai takes part in his first “FUCKED UP FEST” to join Chris Brookes so they can fight ShunMao together.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “THE 13TH TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 23/08/2026 Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara Vs Sumire Natsu & Mifu Ashida
2. 13th Tokyo Princess Cup – Final: X Vs X
This doesn’t look like it would be a tough challenge for Ober Eats. After all, Yuki Kamifuku already knows how effective it is to use makeup remover against opponents who are caked in the stuff. Sumire Natsu is like 80% makeup and 20% human at this point! Best stick Wakana Uehara and Mifu Ashida in there to make sure things don’t get too catty between Kamiyu and Natsu.
BASARA “SHINJUKU FACE COUNTDOWN SERIES – BASARA 316 ~KOO~”, 23/09/2026 Shinjuku FACE
1. Union MAX Title: Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Ryota Nakatsu
The winner of the 21st August title match will go on to defend the MAX Title against Ryota Nakatsu at BASARA’s final show to be held inside Shinjuku FACE. The show is happening on the first day of the Shinjuku FACE Countdown Series, a list of wrestling events happening in the final days of the venue’s existence. They will be on after Sendai Girls that day.
