Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Ryota Nakatsu & Shota Nakagawa Vs Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motojima

An injury happened to Takuya Wada recently and he is unable to wrestle at Korakuen Hall next week. Shota Nakagawa will take his place and the tag match has been swapped around to accommodate him. Nakagawa will team up with Ryota Nakatsu since they were recently a tag team together in BASARA. Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motojima will now be on the same side as the Ganbare☆Pro home team.

DDT “DIRECT FROM OTAKANOMORI! LUCHA LIBRE PRO WRESTLING EVENT ~FEATURING AN APPEARANCE BY EL NAGALE!~”, 31/10/2026
Chiba Nagareyama City Otakanomori Forest Town Plaza

1. Noda Shoyuman Vs Jewel Bird
2. Rappi Yoshikawa & Princess Misato Vs Sakura Hattori & Ren Konatsu
3. Masaaki Mochizuki, Toru Owashi & El Nagale Vs Poison Sawada JULIE, Kashiwa Hardcore & Matsudo Inferno

I’m puzzled as to what this show is. Something with wrestlers from Dragon Gate, JTO and Tokyo Joshi Pro along with a bunch of local luchadors that have gimmicks inspired by the Chiba location they are in. Toru Owashi seems to have a hand in putting this event together alongside Makoto Oishi. I assume one of them knows who this El Nagale person is.

DDT “TENSHIN-SAI”, 31/10/2026
Chiba Matsudo Central Park

1. Falls Count Anywhere Match: Tenshin Nasukawa, Yuki Ueno & Shinya Aoki Vs Danshoku Dieno, Takeshi Masada & To-y

On the same day there is another DDT match happening in Chiba with a big name boxer involved. Tenshin Nasukawa worked with DDT back in 2018 when he made some ABEMA related promotional appearances on episodes of the weekly series “MAJI MANJI”. He is promoting an outdoor festival and has invited DDT to hold a Falls Count Anywhere match there. He gets to be a part of it too!

Konosuke Takeshita has been added to the show on short notice and has ended up in the middle of Danshoku Dieno versus Daisuke Sasaki. The latter wants to fight Takeshita instead of Dieno while Dieno is determined to make sure his incredibly lewd plans for wrestling Sasaki will go ahead. He can also get Takeshita involved in those plans too.

5. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – Final: Daiki Shimomura & Shuichiro Katsumura defeated SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken when Shimomura pinned Kraken with the Swanton Bomb (14:01).

Earlier today at a Ganbare☆Pro show in the same venue, Shuichiro Katsumura talked about how potentially wrestling three matches in one day is a piece of cake for him. He ended up only having to wrestle in two. He and Daiki Shimomura received a bye into the IRON FIST Tag Tournament final because Ayato Yoshida suffered a left knee sprain at a 2AW show earlier in the day and had to be pulled from this show. The Super Family defeated Ryota Nakatsu & Shota Nakagawa in the only semi final to happen on the show. In the final SAGAT was able to break out of Katsumura’s Ninja Choke but Shimomura scored the win by pinning Lil’ Kraken with the Swanton Bomb.

After they were rewarded with the trophy, Shimomura thanked Katsumura for teaming with him on short notice before calling Aijin Tag to come into the ring. They made fun of the Iron Fist Tag Team Champions for getting eliminated in the first round and then asked when they are getting their title shot? Takato Nakano pointed out that Shimomura & Katsumura only reached the final because of a bye and it doesn’t sit right with him that they won the tournament without having to wrestle Daichi Kazato & Ayato Yoshida first. He decided the title match will happen on 27th October and Masato Kamino promised they won’t lose to a pair of scrawny little runts!

Judo Master and Tantan Menso spent their match arguing whether or not tantanmen ramen is a Japanese dish or a foreign dish. It is based on a Chinese recipe but Menso claims it is a domestic product because the ingredients come from Chiba. Master tried to attack Menso with a pair of nunchucks but ended up getting pinned with a Gedo Clutch.

By being the sole survivor of the Elimination Tag Match, Isami Kodaka challenged Takumi Tsukamoto for the Union MAX Title. Kodaka explained that he usually isn’t very good with Elimination Tag stipulations so winning one today should definitely earn him a title shot. Tsukamoto accepted and also allowed Kodaka to choose the date and location of the match. Kodaka picked Takashimadaira Kumin Center, the venue they are in right now and the match will happen at BASARA’s next show here on 23rd November. Tsukamoto warned that he is incredibly strong right now and Kodaka is completely aware of that.

With Yoshida pulling out due to a sudden injury, 2AW sent over Chicharito Shoki to the show as a last minute replacement. BASARA decided to eliminate Kazato & Yoshida from the tournament so Kazato’s new match was a singles bout with Shoki. During the match Shoki started imitating Yoshida by finding different ways to bully Kazato. It reached a point where Kazato had to convince Shoki he wasn’t Yoshida while speaking as if Yoshida was no longer among them. The two wrestlers hugged and Shoki suddenly cradled Kazato for the three count. Both of them then encouraged the fans to chant for Yoshida.

BASARA “BASARA 317 ~UTAGE~” Results

October 2, 2026

BASARA “BASARA 317 ~UTAGE~”, 02/10/2026
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Takumi Tsukamoto, Minoru Fujita & Yasu Urano defeated Gouma Ryu, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga when Tsukamoto submitted Ryu with a Crab Hold (8:46).
2. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – A Block Round 1: SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken defeated Judo Master & Muscle Master when Kraken pinned Judo with the Period. (11:23).
3. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – B Block Round 1: Daiki Shimomura & Shuichiro Katsumura defeated Isami Kodaka & FUMA when Shimomura pinned Kodaka with the Asai DDT (16:30).
4. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – A Block Round 1: Ryota Nakatsu & Shota Nakagawa defeated Takeru Inoue & Tomoki Hatano when Nakagawa pinned Inoue with the Swanton Bomb (12:16).
5. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – B Block Round 1: Daichi Kazato & Ayato Yoshida defeated Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Kazato pinned Nakano with the Rocket Punch Body Press (14:11).

The first round of this year’s IRON FIST Tag Tournament sees some big teams already getting eliminated including the reigning Iron Fist Tag Team Champions! That’s right, Aijin Tag lost to the odd couple team of Daichi Kazato & Ayato Yoshida. The result is disastrous for Aijin Tag because Yoshida spent just as much time trying to fight Kazato as he did with them. He even put Kazato through a table and left him for Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino to pick up the scraps. However Kazato wouldn’t give up and seemed to finally win over Yoshida when he bit the bullet for one of the opponent’s double team moves. Kazato then took advantage of the confusing chaos to land the Rocket Punch Body Press on Nakano and pin him for the victory. Aijin Tag blame themselves for the loss and will watch the rest of the tournament from the sidelines to see who will challenge them for the tag titles next. Meanwhile Kazato thanks the fans for their support while Yoshida said the fans should be thanking him because he’s the only reason why he and Kazato won today.

Ryota Nakatsu & Shota Nakagawa joked that they used the power of baseball to defeat the Death Volleyball Club. In reality the admit they didn’t rely on a lot of teamwork between them and even suffered some friendly fire that could have cost them the match. They also think if Takeru Inoue & Tomoki Hatano can be called a volleyball club then maybe Nakatsu & Nakagawa can call themselves The Walk Club.

On paper the team of Isami Kodaka & FUMA should be competitive enough to run the bracket but they’ve been knocked out in the opening round thanks to Daiki Shimomura & Shuichiro Katsumura. FUMA got caught up in Katsumura’s Ninja Choke while Shimomura used the Asai DDT on Kodaka to pin him. The winning team thought they were facing Aijin Tag in the next round and were surprised to find out that won’t be the case. They agreed not to get pulled into Kazato’s world of playing games and instead go for a quick victory. It will be a busy day for Katsumura because he will be wrestling at Ganbare☆Pro too.

The first match in the bracket had to be changed when Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Seiya Morohashi both fell ill with love sickness. The team replacing them were the masked men of Judo Master & Muscle Master. The team introduced themselves as the “Master Of Softness” and the “Master Of Hardness”. SAGAT responded by calling the two of them hard to deal with. He also seemed to recognise Muscle Master was really Morohashi judging by his body shape. SAGAT unmasked him and discovered that Morohashi had his face painted like The Great Muta underneath! Morohashi gave SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken some Dragon Screws then sprayed water instead of Poison Mist. The water missed and got Judo Master by mistake. Krake then gave Judo the Period. for the three count. The Super Family think they won the match but also believe the could have been just a fever dream.

The semi finals on 12th October will be SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken Vs Ryota Nakatsu & Shota Nakagawa and Daiki Shimomura & Shuichiro Katsumura Vs Daichi Kazato & Ayato Yoshida.

6b. HARASHIMA eliminated Ilusion with the Somato (21:21).

Earlier today Tokyo Joshi Pro said its goodbyes to Shinjuku FACE. When the evening came around it was DDT’s turn to do the same. Their idea of a grand sendoff was to do a massive 4 Way Elimination match between four teams of four wrestlers each. Strange Love Connection, DAMNATION T.A and FANTÔMES DRAMATIC made up three of the teams while the fourth was an alliance of The 37KAMIINA & NωA Jr. Originally, Danshoku Dieno was meant to be on that team but he had to pull out on short notice due to illness. The match itself was held under Falls Count Anywhere rules and some really wanted to take that rule to the extreme. MAO and Chris Brookes tried to bring the fight out of the building out to the streets of Shinjuku but nearby security prevented them from making it far past the building’s entrance. When the dust settled, SLC were the last team standing with MAO scoring the final elimination.

A week ago Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki agreed to give paleyouth a shot at the KO-D Tag Team Titles as long as Yuya Koroku lost some weight. Aoki continued to give Koroku a hard time over his alleged heaviness in the match by targeting his midsection. However Koroku was there to make the save for Takeshi Masada when the match was on the line. Aoki took him out with a Topé Suicida but Miyawaki wasn’t able to put Masada away by himself. Instead Masada made a comeback and pinned Miyawaki with his finisher to win the titles! After the match Soma Takao appeared in the ring alongside his ROMANCE DAWN tag partner Shota. Today was Takao’s last match under contract to DDT and he is now a freelancer. That doesn’t mean DDT won’t stop booking him though. Since both members of ROMANCE DAWN are now freelancers they are hungrier than ever to challenge for the KO-D Tag Titles! Masada wasn’t sure about accepting the challenge but Koroku wants to avenge last week’s defeat to Takao so the title match will happen on 18th October.

A variation of the Lumberjack Match was used for the DDT Extreme Title bout. Shunma Katsumata and Ryota Nakatsu brought along their own lumberjacks who were allowed to attack the opponent should he be knocked out of the ring. Katsumata had Kazuma Sumi, Yuni and Yuki Ishida while Nakatsu brought along Takumi Tsukamoto and Masato Kamino from BASARA. The lumberjacks carried both wrestlers on their shoulders for a “cavalry” fight at ringside at one point. Back in the ring, Nakatsu grabbed hold of Katsumata for Kamino to hit with a Lariat along the ring apron but Katsumata ducked and Nakatsu got him instead. Katsumata then capitalized with a German Suplex to pin Nakatsu and remain the champion. Katsumata then decided to nominate Yuki Ueno as his next challenger for Sumo Hall on 3rd November! They just fought for Katsumata’s 10th Anniversary match and he does not want to wait until the 20th Anniversary to wrestle him again. Ueno refused at first but he was just joking. He accepted the challenge and said it is not just so he can wrestle his friend again. He also wants to show everyone he can do entertaining Extreme Title matches too.

Today was also Gota Ihashi’s final appearance under a DDT contract before going freelance. Unlike Takao, he did not find a way to still get a title shot or other further DDT bookings in the short term. But he did get to say goodbye along with Takao and thank everyone for supporting him over the last 17 years.

Due to Dieno’s absence, Sumi took his spot in the main event and Tomomitsu Matsunaga filled in for Sumi in the dark match. Also at the end of the show To-y put on a pair of Danshoku tights so Dieno could have some kind of presence for DDT’s final Shinjuku FACE show.

Everyone gathered together at the end of the show to say farewell to Shinjuku FACE. Sanshiro Takagi said DDT has been indebted to the venue for 21 years and they were never reprimanded for anything they did here. He’s certain nothing they did today would get them in trouble too. No other venue treated DDT so generously. With that being said, Daisuke Sasaki broke off a piece of one of the walls with the intention of auctioning it off for 200 million yen. If he makes that much he’ll use the money to build a new Shinjuku FACE by himself.

3. Soma Takao & Gota Ihashi’s Final Match For DDT: Soma Takao, Kazuki Hirata & Akito (w/ Gota Ihashi) Vs Sanshiro Takagi, Ken Ohka & Naomi Yoshimura
4. DDT Extreme Title – Shura Besieged On All Sides -Battlefield Of Bloody Combat-: Shunma Katsumata (c) Vs Ryota Nakatsu
5. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki (c) Vs Takeshi Masada & Yuya Koroku
6. CASPA Presents Falls Count Anywhere Survival 4 Way 8-Man Tag Match ~FACE FINAL~: MAO, KANON, Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI) Vs Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani, MJ Paul & Ilusion Vs Chris Brookes, HARASHIMA, Antonio Honda & Hinata Kasai Vs Yuki Ueno, Danshoku Dieno, To-y & Yuni

Later this weekend is DDT’s turn to say goodbye to Shinjuku FACE. Their big send off is a massive 4 Way Unit Falls Count Anywhere match with no time limit. Last team left standing wins!

On short notice Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki have given paleyouth a shot at the KO-D Tag Team Titles. However Aoki has already gotten into Yuya Koroku’s head by calling him fat and needing to get in shape for the match. The mind game might knock Koroku from the same page he’s on with Takeshi Masada.

The DDT Extreme Title match will be a Lumberjack match between Shunma Katsumata and Ryota Nakatsu. It has been explained that the lumberjacks are permitted to attack a wrestler thrown out of the ring but they are prohibited from getting into the ring or directly interfering in the match.

Another wrestler is saying goodbye to DDT at the same time Soma Takao will be. Gota Ihashi’s contract with the promotion is ending this month and he has decided it is time to take a different path with his life. He still intends to wrestle and ensures everyone this is not a retirement. Since this news is kind of last minute, he’s been thrown into Takao’s match as a second for that team rather than a participating wrestler.

On the injury front, Viento Levante is going to take some time off soon to get ACL surgery on his right knee. He will finish off the rest of his bookings for this month and appear at the MUSCLE show on 1st October but after that he is on the shelf. He said he recently felt something wrong with his knee and after consulting with his doctor he agreed it would be better to get surgery on it instead of continue to wrestle. That way he can come back in perfect condition for the long run.

DDT “BEER GARDEN PRO WRESTLING 2026 ~THE FINAL~”, 08/10/2026
Tokyo Ueno Park Outdoor Stage

1. Jun Akiyama, Chris Brookes & Hinata Kasai Vs Naomi Yoshimura, Yuya Koroku & Masami Inahata
2. paleyouth Vs NωA Jr.!: Takeshi Masada & Daichi Sato Vs Kazuma Sumi & Yuni
3. A Match To Help The “Variety Team Leader” Regain His Team Leader Instincts: Toru Owashi Vs Kazuki Hirata Vs Antonio Honda
4. Newcomer Danshoku Dieno Debut Match: Veteran Yuki Ishida Vs Newcomer Danshoku Dieno
5. Special 8-Man Tag Match: MAO, KANON, Yukio Naya (w/ KIMIHIRO) & Kumadori Vs Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani, MJ Paul & Ilusion
6. Falls Count Anywhere 8-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, Shunma Katsumata, To-y & Kaisei Takechi Vs Junta Miyawaki, Sanshiro Takagi, HARASHIMA & Akito

The next big step for Kaisei Takechi’s pro wrestling career is to take part in a Falls Count Anywhere match. He’s in there with some reliable people when it comes to that kind of wrestling.

The Beer Garden is a world where you can create the idea that Yuki Ishida is the salty veteran and Danshoku Dieno is the naive little rookie.

The rest of the DDT Variety Team are trying to make Toru Owashi remember why he’s in charge of the group, whether he wants to be or not.

DDT “WRESTLING HARVEST 2026 ~AUTUMN PRO WRESTLING HARVEST FESTIVAL~”, 18/10/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion (c) Vs Shunma Katsumata, Kazuma Sumi & Yuni
2. DDT Universal Title: Ryusuke Taguchi (c) Vs Akito

There is a New Japan show taking place the day before this where Ryusuke Taguchi will be defending the DDT Universal Title against Dick Togo. The two have been building up a feud with each other on the latest tour and Taguchi’s been wanting to have a title defence in his home promotion. Given that his previous challengers have been disciples of Togo, Taguchi thinks it makes all the sense in the world for Togo to be the next opponent. Whoever wins that match must come to DDT the next day for a title defence against Akito.

DAMNATION T.A have the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles in their grasp again but they expect DDT will find an excuse to take it away from them. They had to vacate the belts during their last reign when KANON was kicked out of the group. Daisuke Sasaki thinks they should skip over everything and vacate the belts but Ilusion wants the team to beat up some idols first. DAMNATION T.A aren’t going to miss the chance to crush NωA Jr. while it’s available to them.

DDT “ULTIMATE PARTY 2026”, 03/11/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan

1. Special Single Match: Jun Kasai Vs Hinata Kasai
2. Special Tag Match: To-y & Kaisei Takechi Vs KANON & Kumadori
3. Dramatic Dream Match: Zack Sabre Jr. Vs Shinya Aoki
4. KO-D Openweight Title: MAO (c) Vs Chris Brookes

There are two people in the world MAO wants to headline Sumo Hall with to show that DDT has moved past its dark times. The first is Yuki Ueno and that’s now happened twice. The other is Chris Brookes which is why MAO is defending the KO-D Openweight Title against him this November. Is the idea here to do a match you would see in the small room of Baka Gaijin + Friends in front of DDT’s biggest audience at a major venue?

IRON FIST Tag Tournament 2026

September 24, 2026

The annual BASARA tag team tournament is coming up on short notice this year. The IRON FIST Tag Tournament is a single elimination playoff consisting of eight teams. Every match has a 30 minute time limit except for the final which has no time limit. Matches that end in a draw eliminates both teams from the tournament. *V2 for Takumi Tsukamoto.

Today was the official start of the Shinjuku FACE Countdown Series, a collection of farewell shows held by many different wrestling promotions before the famed Shinjuku FACE shuts down at the end of the month. Sendai Girls ran the first show of the series earlier today and BASARA was next on the schedule. The venue hosted BASARA’s debut show back in 2016. Ryota Nakatsu was in the very first BASARA match back then and he got to be in the final BASARA match to be held here today. Unfortunately for him he wasn’t able to beat Takumi Tsukamoto for the Union MAX Title. After the match Tsukamoto gathered the locker room together so they could all thank Shinjuku FACE and say their goodbyes to the venue.

The dominant run of Aijin Tag continues as they have now reached their 6th defence of the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles. With Death Volleyball Club taken care of, they now look forward to facing their next challenge. BASARA announced during the show that the IRON FIST Tag Tournament will be returning this year and Aijin Tag plan to enter it with the intention of becoming back to back champions. Then they can nominate their next challengers afterward. One of the possible teams entering the tournament was set up after the show. Ryota Nakatsu was approached by Shota Nakagawa to team up together for the tournament.

This was Gouma Ryu’s final appearance in Shinjuku FACE and he wanted to play a bigger part in it. He bribed the referee with 30,000 yen to allow him to stay in the ring for Match #2 and get directly involved even though he was only supposed to support his team at ringside. That idea ultimately backfired when he tried to hit Yasu Urano with his law book and knocked out Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi with it instead by accident.

BASARA “BASARA 315 ~UTAGE~” Results

September 14, 2026

BASARA “BASARA 315 ~UTAGE~”, 11/09/2026
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Isami Kodaka defeated Sentaro Motojima with a Vertical Drop Brainbuster (9:12).
2. 3 Way Match: FUMA Vs Daichi Kazato Vs Tsutomu Oosugi ended in a Draw after a Triple Pinfall (10:28).
3. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Banana Senga (w/ Gouma Ryu) Vs SAGAT & Minoru Fujita was changed into another match.
3a. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Gouma Ryu (w/ Banana Senga) Vs SAGAT & Minoru Fujita was interrupted and changed into another match (1:36).
3b. Banana Senga (w/ Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Gouma Ryu) Vs SAGAT (w/ Minoru Fujita) was interrupted and changed into another match (1:24).
3c. Minoru Fujita (w/ Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Gouma Ryu & Banana Senga) Vs SAGAT was interrupted and changed into another match (1:50).
3d. SAGAT defeated Minoru Fujita, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Gouma Ryu & Banana Senga when SAGAT pinned Ryu with the Gore Grind (1:38).
4. Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Yasu Urano defeated Takeru Inoue, Tomoki Hatano & Hajime when SAGAT pinned Inoue with the Lariat (15:07).
5. Ryota Nakatsu & Lil’ Kraken defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura when Nakatsu pinned Shimomura with the V Slider (13:15).

Pretty soon BASARA will be saying goodbye to Shinjuku FACE and after today Ryota Nakatsu feels like he has nothing left to say to Takumi Tsukamoto. The two of them are ready to fight each other for the Union MAX Title on 23rd September so they decided to shake each other’s hand after the match rather than talk up the title bout. Lil’ Kraken was allowed to close out the show instead and he talked about all of the wonderful footage he’s watched of the various wrestling shows that took place in Shinjuku FACE recently. They’re all great promotions but if you ask Kraken, BASARA is the best one! Backstage Nakatsu talked about being the first wrestler to walk down to the ring in Shinjuku FACE for the inaugural BASARA show. It moves him that over a decade later he became president of the company and will headline BASARA’s final show in the venue. But it will mean nothing to him if he cannot beat Tsukamoto for the MAX Title. Tsukamoto said he knows Nakatsu inside out and vice versa. The match will all come down to whether or not Tsukamoto can figure out how to beat Nakatsu in time. However the gameplan he has in mind is to just fight Nakatsu head on.

Aijin Tag have the advantage over the Death Volleyball Club going into the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles match later this month. Both Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino agreed that their challengers were let down by their third partner Hajime today. They think he was nothing more than a benchwarmer when Takeru Inoue & Tomoki Hatano needed more than that to help them. Nakano wants Death Volleyball Club to remember they are in a wrestling ring but Kamino reminded him that the Club likes to treat the top rope like it is a volleyball net. Nakano doesn’t get that at all and does not want to lose to that team. Hateno said his team lost a set today but in volleyball losing a set does not mean you lost the match. He believes his teamwork with Inoue worked perfectly and next time they’re going to score 25 points to win the Iron Fist Tag Titles! But first they’re going to focus on pro wrestling training in the lead up to the match because they’ve already got the volleyball side of things sorted.

Before Match #3 could begin, SAGAT got on the microphone and pre-emptively accused Gouma Ryu of plotting to interfere in the action. Ryu admitted he would so SAGAT demanded he be added to the match proper. Banana Senga agreed to swap places with Ryu so he ended up becoming the manager who interfered in the match. The referee refused to count the pinfall for Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi after that so more changes were made. Senga agreed to wrestle in the match again but now Minoru Fujita complained about the two sides being misaligned. That somehow ended up with the match becoming Senga Vs SAGAT with everyone else acting as a manager for someone. SAGAT got fed up and demanded everyone be part of the match as a wrestler. Fujita was supposed to be on SAGAT’s team but he decided to join the other side so SAGAT was now fighting everybody else all by himself. Ryu tried to attack him with his law book but SAGAT redirected him into hitting Hiroshi by accident. SAGAT was then able to beat Ryu with the Gore Grind to win despite having the 4-on-1 disadvantage.

Aoki Loses His RIZIN Fight, Mascots Get Violent, T2K2

September 10, 2026

I’ll be away this weekend to attend a wedding so the results for every show happening over the next couple of days won’t be posted until Monday or Tuesday evening.

BASARA “BASARA 315 ~UTAGE~”, 11/09/2026
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Isami Kodaka Vs Sentaro Motojima
2. 3 Way Match: FUMA Vs Daichi Kazato Vs Tsutomu Oosugi

4. Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Yasu Urano Vs Takeru Inoue, Tomoki Hatano & Hajime
5. Ryota Nakatsu & Lil’ Kraken Vs Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura

This is the last prelim match for Takumi Tsukamoto and Ryota Nakatsu before they face off for the Union MAX Title at BASARA’s farewell to Shinjuku FACE later this month.

DDT “YUKI UENO 10TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW -IN MY MIND “10”-”, 13/09/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

0. Super Dark Match ~ Falls Count Anywhere 5 Way Match: Minoru Suzuki Vs Sanshiro Takagi Vs Chris Brookes Vs Kuroshio TOKYO Japan Vs Takeshi Masada
1. Naomi Yoshimura Vs Yuki Ishida
2. Time-Difference Entry Tag Team Rumble: Jun Akiyama & Danshoku Dieno Vs KANON & Antonio Honda Vs Yukio Naya & Yuya Koroku Vs Toru Owashi & Yasu Urano Vs Super Sasadango Machine & S.S.M Vs X & X
3. Special 6-Man Tag Match ~ No Tag Rules: HUB, Yuki Ueno & Daisuke Sasaki Vs Ilusion, Yuni & Daichi Sato
4. 3 Way Match: Shinya Aoki Vs HARASHIMA Vs Akito
5. Special Tag Match: MAO & Yoshihiko (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI) Vs Kazuki Hirata & Kaisei Takechi
6. Special Tag Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & To-y Vs Chihiro Hashimoto & Kazuma Sumi
7. Yuki Ueno 10th Anniversary Match ~ Special Single Match: Yuki Ueno Vs Shunma Katsumata

Earlier today Shinya Aoki lost to Mikuru Asakura in the semi-main event of a RIZIN MMA show. The match pretty much presented this as Aoki’s last stand as a pro fighter and he was accompanied by both Yuki Ueno and El Lindaman. No Junta Miyawaki with the KO-D Tag Team Title belts though. That was a waste of a payoff. While Aoki did give it a good go against Asakura by taking his back and trying to lock in a Rear Naked Choke, he was quickly pummeled into oblivion by Asakura’s ground and pound. Aoki made it clear in his post-match interview that he will be at this show in a few days time to wrestle his match because it is his job to be there.

Ueno has hinted that the X & X tag team in the Rumble are two really strong wrestlers and it is not common for the two of them to team up together.

GANBARE☆PRO “KIM’S VIDEO 2026”, 22/09/2026
Yokohama Radiant Hall

1. Moeka Haruhi Vs Non Toraga
2. Tyson Maeguchi Vs Shota Kawakami
3. Keisuke Ishii & Sentaro Motojima Vs Yuya Susumu & YuuRI
4. Toyama-gun Vs Naka Ward Assembly: Ken Ohka, Shinichiro Tominaga & Masashi Takeda Vs Shuichiro Katsumura, Minoru Fujita & Abdullah Kobayashi
5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Mizuki Watase (c) Vs Yumehito Imanari

While Shuichiro Katsumura was out promoting the show, he ended up finding his second tag partner. He visted Abdullah Kobayashi’s bar during the week and since it is located in Yokohama, why not have Kobayashi join the Naka Ward Assembly?

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “SHINJUKU FACE COUNTDOWN SERIES – I WON’T CRY THERE’S NO WAY I WILL CRY”, 27/09/2026
Shinjuku FACE

1. Shinjuku FACE Memorial 6-Woman Tag Match: Hyper Misao, Shino Suzuki & Uta Takami Vs Mahiro Kiryu, Toga & Kira Summer
2. Yuki Kamifuku Vs Wakana Uehara

Six women from the active Tokyo Joshi Pro roster had their debut matches take place inside Shinjuku FACE so TJPW are putting them all together for a farewell match at the promotion’s final show in the venue. There were four other TJPW wrestlers who debuted here but have since retired. They were MIZUHO, Azusa Takigawa, Maho Kurone and YUMI.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “WRESTLE PRINCESS VII”, 03/10/2026
Tokyo EBARA WAVE Arena Ota

1. Aja Kong, Sakura Hattori & Kumadori Vs Chris Brookes, Kira Summer & Chika Nanase
2. 3 Way Tag Match: Raku & Minimo Vs Pom Harajuku & Pokotan Vs Mahiro Kiryu & Tama
3. VENYU Finale: Yuki Kamifuku & VENY Vs X & X
4. SETUP All Asia Women’s Title: Shoko Nakajima (c) Vs X
5. Princess Tag Team Titles: Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi (c) Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro
6. Princess Of Princess Title: Yuki Arai (c) Vs Suzume

So the three mystery partners in the 3 Way Tag match are all mascots. Minimo is the mascot from the idol group Minimoni that took part in the Battle Royal at “GRAND PRINCESS ’26” earlier this year, Pokotan is DDT’s attempt at breaking into the mascot market and Tama is the seal that is supposed to teach everybody about part-time jobs but ended up fighting wrestlers with a kitchen knife at the Tokyo Idol Festival this past Summer. Tetsuya Koda gathered the mascots together for a press event earlier this week and ended up getting attacked by all of them. Yes, that means Tama stabbed him too.

DDT “ULTIMATE PARTY 2026”, 03/11/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan

1. Special Single Match: Jun Kasai Vs Hinata Kasai
2. Special Tag Match: To-y & Kaisei Takechi Vs KANON & Kumadori

It’s a dance battle in the making at Sumo Hall when Kaisei Takechi and Kumadori will cross paths in the ring. To-y will be teaming with Takechi and wants to name their team T2K2. Fans are hoping he can come up with a better name. KANON looks to be the odd one out in the match but the idea is for it to showcase four of DDT’s young stars.

MAO’s Coming Home, Ueno’s Super Dark Match, Are The Mystery Partners Really A Mystery?

August 31, 2026

DDT “SENDAI NEW LEGEND 2026 ~MAPO YAKISOBA~”, 06/09/2026
Miyagi Yume Messe Miyagi

1. Makoto Oishi Vs Masami Inahata
2. Junta Miyawaki & Yuki Ishida Vs Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya
3. Shunma Katsumata, Danshoku Dieno & Yuni Vs Kazuki Hirata, Akito & Hinata Kasai
4. Chris Brookes, HARASHIMA & Antonio Honda Vs Jun Akiyama, Tomomitsu Matsunaga & Kazuma Sumi
5. DAMNATION T.A Vs paleyouth!: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion Vs Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato
6. Special 6-Man Tag Match: MAO, KANON & Viento Levante (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi

Next weekend MAO is going home to Miyagi as the KO-D Openweight Champion for the first time! It feels like he’s made that promise several times over the years and now he finally gets to do it. Kaisei Takechi being in the match too might help draw more attention to the main event.

It’s been a while since The Apex had a tag team match without the rest of Strange Love Connection involved. Yuki Iino has a busy NOAH schedule coming up but he and Yukio Naya would be a good KO-D Tag Team Titles defence for Junta Miyawaki to try and achieve with Shinya Aoki somewhere down the line.

DDT “RING NO AKIBASHO 2026”, 09/09/2026
Shinjuku FACE

0. Dark Match: Shunma Katsumata & Yuni Vs Akito & Hinata Kasai
1. Jun Akiyama, Yuki Ishida & Masami Inahata Vs Danshoku Dieno, Kazuki Hirata & Antonio Honda
2. 4 Way Tag Match: Junta Miyawaki & Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs KANON & Yukio Naya Vs Chris Brookes & Kumadori Vs Hideki Okatani & MJ Paul
3. Special Single Match: Viento Levante Vs Ilusion
4. Special Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao Vs Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura
5. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato Vs To-y, Kazuma Sumi & Kaisei Takechi
6. Special Tag Match: MAO & Yuki Iino Vs Fuminori Abe & HARASHIMA

The next DDT match for Kumadori is here so it should also turn into a chaotic scramble for the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title with all those people in the ring.

Takechi and paleyouth are going to be dealing with each other a lot more with both parties being involved in the revival of Muscle happening later this year.

DDT “YUKI UENO 10TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW -IN MY MIND “10”-”, 13/09/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

0. Super Dark Match ~ Falls Count Anywhere 5 Way Match: Minoru Suzuki Vs Sanshiro Takagi Vs Chris Brookes Vs Kuroshio TOKYO Japan Vs Takeshi Masada
1. Naomi Yoshimura Vs Yuki Ishida
2. Time-Difference Entry Tag Team Rumble: Jun Akiyama & Danshoku Dieno Vs KANON & Antonio Honda Vs Yukio Naya & Yuya Koroku Vs Toru Owashi & Yasu Urano Vs Super Sasadango Machine & S.S.M Vs X & X
3. 3 Way Match: Shinya Aoki Vs HARASHIMA Vs Akito
4. Special 6-Man Tag Match ~ No Tag Rules: Yuki Ueno, HUB & Daisuke Sasaki Vs Ilusion, Yuni & Daichi Sato
5. Special Tag Match: MAO & Yoshihiko Vs Kazuki Hirata & Kaisei Takechi
6. Special Tag Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & To-y Vs Chihiro Hashimoto & Kazuma Sumi
7. Yuki Ueno 10th Anniversary Match ~ Special Single Match: Yuki Ueno Vs Shunma Katsumata

There are going to be two DDT shows happening at Korakuen Hall in September. The first is Yuki Ueno’s anniversary show. He’s added a Tag Team Rumble with a lot of mixed up teams in there. Also he figured the best place to put a crazy Falls Count Anywhere match between Minoru Suzuki, Sanshiro Takagi, Chris Brookes, Kuroshio TOKYO Japan and Takeshi Masada is in the pre-show. What is this, an AEW PPV?

DDT “DRAMATIC INFINITY 2026 ~AUTUMN OF PRO WRESTLING~”, 21/09/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: KANON, Yukio Naya & Viento Levante (c) (w/ KIMIHIRO & YUZUKI) Vs Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion
2. DDT Universal Title: Ryusuke Taguchi (c) Vs Antonio Honda
3. KO-D Openweight Title: MAO (c) Vs Fuminori Abe

MAO is quick to use his KO-D Title reign as something he can settle past grudges with. He has noticed Fuminori Abe has been hanging around the DDT undercard for the last few weeks and he has unfinished business with him. Two years ago MAO and Abe feuded over the DDT Universal Title where the buildup revolved around Abe getting kicked so hard during a match that it made him throw up a little. There’s no worry about that happening again but Abe does consider MAO to be a rival among his generation, one that he must defeat!

The story between Ryusuke Taguchi and Antonio Honda is a little more personal. Taguchi’s son is a fan of Honda’s band so Honda promised to win the Universal Title and pose for a picture with the son! That doesn’t bother Taguchi too much because his son was never interested in taking a picture with his dad holding any of the championships he’s won in the past.

DDT “FACE FINAL ~GOODBYE TO SHINJUKU FACE! WITH GRATITUDE FOR 21 YEARS! THIS IS OUR SHINJUKU DRAMATIC DREAM!~”, 27/09/2026
Shinjuku FACE

1. DDT Extreme Title: Shunma Katsumata (c) Vs Ryota Nakatsu

Earlier this month Ryota Nakatsu beat Shunma Katsumata at BASARA’s Korakuen show. The rematch is going down at DDT’s final show to be held in Shinjuku FACE. Katsumata is also putting the DDT Extreme Title on the line to motivate him into finally surpassing his DNA rival.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “WRESTLE PRINCESS VII”, 03/10/2026
Tokyo EBARA WAVE Arena Ota

1. 3 Way Tag Match: Raku & X Vs Pom Harajuku & X Vs Mahiro Kiryu & X
2. VENYU Finale: Yuki Kamifuku & VENY Vs X & X
3. Princess Tag Team Titles: Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi (c) Vs Winners Of 05/09 Decision Match
4. Princess Of Princess Title: Yuki Arai (c) Vs Suzume

Mystery partners are being teased for a 3 Way Tag Match that’s been added to the show. Normally for a big show like this we would get Raku teaming with Ram Kaichow as wife and husband again, Pom Harajuku hanging out with Max The Impaler under the team name Pompaler and Mahiro Kiryu getting into lookalike shenanigans with Kakeru Sekiguchi. Surely it’s not going to be that predictable here, right?
