Doctors have not cleared Rukiya to return to the ring next week after he took a medical exam for his pharyngitis and tonsillitis diagnosis. He will now take rest for a couple of more weeks and won’t get to return until October. Yuki Ishida is bumped up to the main card to take Rukiya’s place on this show while Tomomitsu Matsunaga is now added to the dark match.

The weird world of Super Japan continues to grow. Sanshiro Takagi has somehow convinced a business associate of his to debut as a pro wrestler! GAJI is 52 years old, 183cm tall and weighs 120kg. He has an atheltic background in Karate, Judo, kickboxing and shoot fighting. It was with this background that GAJI was once scouted by K1 as well as some pro wrestling promotions. The idea behind this is for Takagi and GAJI to inspire all of the hard working middle aged people or older out there.

The Kanda Myojin temple has been a busy location regarding Tokyo Joshi Pro this week. TJPW held a press conference there yesterday to promote three of the title matches taking place at “WRESTLE PRINCESS VII” next month. Suzume said TJPW has taught her that she can pursue as many dreams as she wants no matter her age which is why she is greedy enough to challenge for the Princess Of Princess Title while also holding the International Princess Title. She thinks back to when she and Yuki Arai were younger. While Arai was performing on stage as a shining idol, Suzume was a shut in doing nothing but giving up on her dreams. Now the two will fight each other over the same dream and Suzume believes they will have the best match at EBARA WAVE Arena on 3rd October. Arai is so impressed by how much Suzume has grown not just in strength but also radiating with confidence. Arai admits she cannot match that drive but she will be entering the match as if she is the one challenging Suzume, not the other way around. Her goal is not to stop Suzume’s momentum or halt her progress. Instead she wants to create a new whirlwind that will propel herself even higher than Suzume!
One half of Shunrai Rekka!! Prism Greed is having a crisis of confidence heading into the Princess Tag Team Titles match. The prelim matches have made Haru Kazashiro consider that she is not on Daydream’s level and her own weaknesses have been exposed too much. Yuki Aino had to interrupt and motivate her, reminding Kazashiro of the Kamen Rider Hibiki episode where it is said that if you do not train your heart to be strong then you will lose. Kazashiro also remembers a quote from Kamen Rider Ghost about how you haven’t lost yet when you don’t think you lost. Prism Greed got even more motivated when they discovered Daydream when combined together look just like Evolt, the bad guy from Kamen Rider Build. Rika Tatsumi thinks it is cute that Prism Greed act like a newly dating couple. She wouldn’t mind if Miu Watanabe acted more affectionate towards her. But enough about that, the prelim matches have been a breeze for Daydream and beating small fry teams is part of what they need to do to break the record for most Princess Tag Title defences. Watanabe believes it is destiny for the strongest tag team to achieve that.
The EVE International Title match is kind of turning into a war of words about fashion. By representing EVE as one of their champions, Miyu Yamashita wants to defend the title and become a sophisticated woman worthy of Great Britain. She pointed out that the super colorful outfit Arisu Endo was wearing would stand out too much in the UK. She doesn’t deny that Endo has great fashion taste but she wouldn’t blend into the streets of London like Yamashita does with her current chic look. Yamashita’s mind is so set on representing the UK that even her watch is on English time instead of Japan. Endo warned Yamashita not to get jetlag over this because she wants to beat her at her best otherwise she wouldn’t be satisfied with taking the title from a sleepy champion. She also thinks Yamashita’s chic outfit is so plain and bland. There are so many colours in the world that Yamashita should at least use some of them. Yamashita fired back that Endo is so flashy that she’s exhausting to look at. By British standards her outfit would be 43 points out of 100.
In other news Kumadori’s dance group O-MENZ will be part of the show, performing during the entrance of Kumadori’s team with Aja Kong & Sakura Hattori.
