Later this weekend is DDT’s turn to say goodbye to Shinjuku FACE. Their big send off is a massive 4 Way Unit Falls Count Anywhere match with no time limit. Last team left standing wins!

On short notice Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki have given paleyouth a shot at the KO-D Tag Team Titles. However Aoki has already gotten into Yuya Koroku’s head by calling him fat and needing to get in shape for the match. The mind game might knock Koroku from the same page he’s on with Takeshi Masada.

The DDT Extreme Title match will be a Lumberjack match between Shunma Katsumata and Ryota Nakatsu. It has been explained that the lumberjacks are permitted to attack a wrestler thrown out of the ring but they are prohibited from getting into the ring or directly interfering in the match.

Another wrestler is saying goodbye to DDT at the same time Soma Takao will be. Gota Ihashi’s contract with the promotion is ending this month and he has decided it is time to take a different path with his life. He still intends to wrestle and ensures everyone this is not a retirement. Since this news is kind of last minute, he’s been thrown into Takao’s match as a second for that team rather than a participating wrestler.

On the injury front, Viento Levante is going to take some time off soon to get ACL surgery on his right knee. He will finish off the rest of his bookings for this month and appear at the MUSCLE show on 1st October but after that he is on the shelf. He said he recently felt something wrong with his knee and after consulting with his doctor he agreed it would be better to get surgery on it instead of continue to wrestle. That way he can come back in perfect condition for the long run.

There is a New Japan show taking place the day before this where Ryusuke Taguchi will be defending the DDT Universal Title against Dick Togo. The two have been building up a feud with each other on the latest tour and Taguchi’s been wanting to have a title defence in his home promotion. Given that his previous challengers have been disciples of Togo, Taguchi thinks it makes all the sense in the world for Togo to be the next opponent. Whoever wins that match must come to DDT the next day for a title defence against Akito.

DAMNATION T.A have the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles in their grasp again but they expect DDT will find an excuse to take it away from them. They had to vacate the belts during their last reign when KANON was kicked out of the group. Daisuke Sasaki thinks they should skip over everything and vacate the belts but Ilusion wants the team to beat up some idols first. DAMNATION T.A aren’t going to miss the chance to crush NωA Jr. while it’s available to them.
