Tokyo Princess Cup – 東京プリンセスカップ
The Tokyo Princess Cup is a single elimination tournament that begun in 2014 to determine the strongest wrestler in Tokyo Joshi Pro. Originally the prize for the winner was either the right to produce their own TJPW event or an opportunity to ask for any match they want. But when the TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title was introduced in 2016 the prize gradually turned into a championship match for the winner. Even in years when the title shot is not actually part of the prize, the winner will immediately challenge the champion anyway. The tournament uses a fixed bracket format until the semi-finals when a lottery is held to determine the semi-final pairings.
The 1st generation Tokyo Princess Cup trophy used from 2015 to 2021.
The 2nd generation Tokyo Princess Cup trophy used from 2022 onwards.
