DDT has held one match only, indoor shows in the past. The most recent was Sanshiro Takagi Vs Kota Ibushi from July 2009. There was also Takagi Vs Atsushi Onita in a No Ropes Barbed Wire Deathmatch July 2000. This time the event will consist of Kenny Omega & Michael Nakazawa defending their newly won KO-D Tag Team Titles against HARASHIMA and his now not-so-heroic alter ego, HERO! The winners will go on to defend the belts at Sumo Hall.

    Just curious…who is wrestling as HERO! now?

      Minoru Fujita. The story is Fujita kept showing up to DDT events uninvited so he could get an extra paycheck, which started to drain DDT’s payroll. Tsurumi Amon finally had enough when Fujita showed up as the fifth man in a 4 Way match, so Amon had him thrown out of the building. Not long afterwards, ‘HERO!’ suddenly arrived during the match to rescue HARASHIMA from a 3-on-1 situation. HARASHIMA is sort of suspicious but currently accepts HERO! as his tag partner. It doesn’t help that HERO! now cheats to win matches. Meanwhile, Tsurumi Amon is excited because HERO! is one of his favourite wrestlers, so he is completely unaware of who HERO! actually is.
