7. Tokyo Princess Cup – Semi Final: Ryo Mizunami defeated Yuki Arai with the HOT LIMIT (13:35).

Eight months ago Ryo Mizunami & Yuki Aino joined forces as Yukiniki and won the Princess Tag Team Titles. Their reign was short lived and the two went their separate ways since then. It is only fitting then that the next time their paths cross will be in the Tokyo Princess Cup final! Mizunami proved to be too high a wall for Yuki Arai to climb over in the semi final. The power of her Lariats and Spears did the damage needed to finish Arai off with the HOT LIMIT. Mizunami praised her opponent for being amazing and she will only get stronger. Backstage Arai was asked if they ever have a rematch would it be for the International Princess Title? Arai said if it does the belt belongs to her and she won’t give it away! For now though, Mizunami is giving all her attention because if she wins the final she can become Princess Aniki!

Aino fought fire with fire against Zara Zakher in the other semi final bout. When it became clear that the Control Z wasn’t going to work out, Zakher used a German Suplex and also went for the Firebird Splash. Aino moved out of the way though and caught her opponent in a Bulldog Headlock. She then lifted her up and dropped her with the UBV to advance to the final. At the end of the show Aino and Mizunami hyped each other up for the final on Sunday. Aino said she always wanted to face Mizunami one on one from the day they first met. They now get to have that match in the final on the greatest stage that is Korakuen Hall! Backstage Aino said Zakher has a great heart for wrestling along with destructive power. But it was Aino’s passion that was the difference between them. Zakher told reporters she is grateful to be here and is really glad she worked so hard.
