2. 3 Way Match: Yoshihiko defeated MIKAMI and Antonio Honda when Yoshihiko pinned MIKAMI with the Rokudo Rinne (8:41).
3. Shigehiro Irie & Takao Soma defeated Hikaru Sato & Makoto Oishi when Irie pinned Oishi with the Flying Sausage (13:26).
4. Michael Nakazawa 3 Match Trial – Match 1: Sanshiro Takagi defeated Michael Nakazawa with the Sit Down Himawari Bomb (12:22).
5. KUDO & Yasu Urano defeated Kenny Omega & Masa Takanashi when KUDO pinned Takanashi with the Diving Double Knee Drop (13:27).
6. Shikoku Special 4 Way Match: HARASHIMA defeated Konosuke Takeshita, Danshoku Dino and Keisuke Ishii (10:40).
6a. Keisuke Ishii eliminated Danshoku Dino with the Kneel Kick (5:12).
6b. Keisuke Ishii eliminated Konosuke Takeshita by Ring Out (8:38).
6c. HARASHIMA eliminated Keisuke Ishii with the Somato (10:40).

Kota Ibushi was hospitalised after an emergency during the week when he suffered a kidney infection. He has pulled out of both shows this weekend as a result. Konosuke Takeshita took his place in the 4 Way main event while Yoshihiko was also added to the card to make up for Ibushi’s absence.

Michael Nakazawa’s intention for his latest trial series is to perform long championship level matches. However he eventually became impatient and went for the kill with an Ultimate Venom Arm. Sanshiro Takagi blocked it, forced Nakazawa’s hand and tights into his own mouth and then delivered the Sit Down Himawari Bomb to win.

Since that problem is now out of the way, Gouma now has another reason to fight Shiryu. Gouma doubts his opponent is really Chinese and he will use this match as an opportunity to discover what Shiryu’s nationality really is.

MIKAMI was asked by DDT who he wanted to face in his first match since tearing his rotator cuff at the end of 2011. MIKAMI unexpectedly chose the legendary Tatsumi Fujinami, who is expected to appear at DDT’s Budokan Hall show next month. After some extra negotiations, Fujinami accepted MIKAMI’s request and will compete in the match at DDT’s last show in Korakuen Hall before the big event.

Road To Origin: Taiji Ishimori Vs Masahiro Takanashi

A special opportunity has opened up for Masa Takanashi as he is set to face Taiji Ishimori in NOAH at Sumo Hall. Masa and Taiji came into wrestling together as classmates in the Ultimo Dragon Gym. While Ishimori went on to be the centrepiece of the failed Toryumon X brand, Masa never debuted and flunked out of the system. Since then their paths led them in very different directions with Takanashi finding his home in DDT while Ishimori eventually navigated his way into NOAH. To mark the occassion, this match has been titled Road To Origin and Masa will wrestle under the name Masahiro Takanashi, which he originally used in the beginning of his career.

Kota Ibushi will also take part in the show, marking his first appearance in NOAH since July 2009.
