DDT’s summer tradition is now in a new home. This year’s Beer Garden week takes place in Shinjuku FACE instead of Shin-Kiba 1st RING. Most of the shows are put together by a different wrestler or group every night. What follows is a whirlwind of beer and creativity with some crazy match ideas and side events.

The week is supposed to begin with a KO-D Openweight Title match. This could change if Toru Owashi loses his Right To Challenge contract to someone else before then.

The other is Gota Ihashi getting punched in the head so many times that it should be registered as a crime. This year might be more pleasant for him since he’s fighting the love of his life Saki Akai.
