1. Yuka Sakazaki defeated Moka Miyamoto with a Sliding Lariat (7:51).
2. Three Loss Point System Irregular Win 3 Way Match ~ Autumn Big Athletic Meet: Hyper Misao defeated Miyu Yamashita and Pom Harajuku (6:19).
2a. Miyu Yamashita eliminated Pom Harajuku by Point Loss TKO (5:55).
2b. Hyper Misao eliminated Miyu Yamashita by Point Loss TKO (6:19).
3. Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Kamifuku defeated Maki Itoh & Himawari Unagi when Kamifuku defeated Unagi with the Fame Asser (11:32).
4. Mirai Maiumi, Suzume & Sena Shiori defeated Rika Tatsumi, Miu Watanabe & Haruna Neko when Suzume pinned Neko with the RKO (12:29).
5. Natsumi Maki & Hikari Noa defeated Shoko Nakajima & Mahiro Kiryu when Maki pinned Noa with the Backlash (10:29).
6. Mizuki & Mina Shirakawa defeated Yuki Aino & Raku when Mizuki pinned Raku with the Cutie Special (13:46).
Mizuki was happy to team with Mina Shirakawa before Shirakawa leaves Tokyo Joshi Pro at the end of the month. Shirakawa responded that she personally loves and respects Mizuki. When they were interviewed backstage, Shirakawa talked about the entire roster sharing their memories of her after the news of her contracting ending came out. Mizuki said she didn’t say anything. Shirakawa corrected her by bringing up a private LINE conversation they had but Mizuki stopped her from providing any more info. For Shirakawa’s last match in TJPW she wants to do something like a Gauntlet match against the entire roster. She reconsidered when she was told that is usually done for retirement matches.
It’s not goodbye yet but Pandemic Boo-Boo teamed up for what could be the last time.
An RKO from Suzume to Haruna Neko created an upset result in Match #4. The match could have ended the other way when Miu Watanabe put Suzume in the Canadian Backbreaker. Sena Shiori made the save with a Dropkick. When Rika Tatsumi got rid of her, Suzume ran rings around Daydream distracting them long enough for Maiumi Mirai to wipe them out with a Double Lariat. After the match Suzume called for Tatsumi’s attention. She joined TJPW because of how much she admires the wrestlers and now she is one too. Suzume wants to herself and Maiumi to shine as bright as Tatsumi so they are challenging Daydream for the Princess Tag Team Titles! The match is accepted and will take place on 21st September. Watanabe seeing two young wrestlers challenging the champions reminds her of when she and Hikari Noa did the same against the Magical Sugar Rabbits two years ago.
Himawari Unagi kept shouting “Wasshoi!” during her match. Trying to get the last of that festival feeling before the summer ends I guess.
Hyper Misao’s latest idea for a match was to give each wrestler 3 points. They lost a point being pinned for 2 seconds, giving up to a submission or getting thrown over the top rope to the outside. Last wrestler with points remaining wins. Misao and Pom Harajuku worked together to take points from Miyu Yamashita. The match came down to everyone with a point each. Yamashita pinned Harajuku with the Attitude Adjustment to eliminate her. But Harajuku rolled into Yamashita’s legs afterwards and helped Misao pin her with La Magistral Cradle to give Misao the victory.
The matches were kept secret until they happened so everyone was surprised to see Yuka Sakazaki in the opener. Moka Miyamoto had her first match back after being absent with illness for a month.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 08/08/2020 Tokyo Kanda Myojin Hall ??? Fans
1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1: Suzume defeated Haruna Neko with the Diving Body Attack (6:06).
2. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1: Maki Itoh defeated Himawari Unagi with the Itoh Deluxe (5:45).
3. 2 Vs 3 Handicap Match: Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao defeated Mirai Maiumi, Sena Shiori & Moka Miyamoto when Misao submitted Shiori with a Body Squeeze Chickenwing Facelock (10:38).
4. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1: Natsumi Maki defeated Mina Shirakawa with the Backlash (7:43).
5. Mizuki, Yuki Aino, Yuki Kamifuku & Makoto Shiryu defeated Rika Tatsumi, Miu Watanabe, Hikari Noa & Pom Harajuku when Mizuki pinned Harajuku with the Diving Foot Stomp (11:37).
6. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1: Miyu Yamashita defeated Raku with the Attitude Adjustment (8:19).
7. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1: Yuka Sakazaki defeated Nodoka Tenma with the Magical Girl Niwatori Yaro (14:18).
In just over two weeks Yuka Sakazaki has beaten both of The Bakuretsu Sisters in singles matches with her new Magical Girl 450 Splash. Sakazaki said the fans may have expected a 1st Round upset today but it didn’t happen here against Nodoka Tenma. Sakazaki has never won the Tokyo Princess Cup and she is extra motivated to end that streak as the reigning Princess Of Princess Champion. She faces Hyper Misao in the next round but doesn’t know which Misao to expect.
The Princess Cup has been Miyu Yamashita’s achilles heel for the entire existence of Tokyo Joshi Pro. This year she got off on the right foot avoiding the potential upset of all upsets against Raku. Yamashita has another Up Up Girl facing her in Round 2, Hikari Noa.
Natsumi Maki showed up wearing the wrestling costume Kairi Sane gifted to her before she left for WWE. The timing of that, eh? She swears she only wore it because she wanted something pink to match with Mina Shirakawa in the ring. Maki faces Pom Harajuku in the next round.
Today wasn’t a big deal for Maki Itoh. If you ask her she simply beat Himawari Unagi because she wanted it more. This year is different for Itoh. She wanted to win back the International Princess Title and make it the most important championship in TJPW. That can’t happen because it is stuck in America with Thunder Rosa. So Itoh will chase after Sakazaki and the Princess Title instead. Yuki Kamifuku is Itoh’s 2nd Round opponent.
The closest thing to an upset today was Suzume beating Haruna Neko in the opener. Maybe it is an upset but eh, I don’t see it that way. She didn’t even think she would be in the tournament this year. Suzume faces Mizuki in the next round. Now that would be an upset if Suzume wins.
The bracket draw for this year’s Tokyo Princess Cup took place a couple of hours after today’s Tokyo Joshi Pro show.

4. Mina Shirakawa defeated Yuki Kamifuku with the GSS (8:20).

6. Princess Tag Team Titles: Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe (c) defeated Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao when Tatsumi pinned Misao with the Missile Hip (13:50). *V3 for Daydream.
7. Princess Of Princess Title: Yuka Sakazaki (c) defeated Yuki Aino with the Magical Girl Niwatori Yaro (18:00). *V3 for Yuka Sakazaki.
The world of Tokyo Joshi Pro is constantly evolving. Yuka Sakazaki proved that by doing a 450 version of the Magical Girl Splash to beat Yuki Aino. Even Sakazaki herself was surprised by how far she flew with that move. She said after the match that she shouldn’t be stagnant in situations like these which is why she used what is now called the Magical Girl Niwatori Yaro. She celebrated in the ring with Mizuki to close out the show. Sakazaki’s next goal is to win the Tokyo Princess Cup so she can continue her title reign without having any further challengers.
Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao pulled out all the stops in their attempt to win the Princess Tag Team Titles. It’s been six months since TJPW was in Korakuen Hall so the two of them wanted to give everyone a fun and exciting pro wrestling match. The most exciting thing they could think of was beating Daydream by any means necessary! Misao used cold spray to blind Miu Watanabe and taped her feet to the corner post so she was left hanging outside the ring. Misao brought out her bicycle and tried to run Watanabe over but Watanabe lifted herself up and Misao crashed into the railing. Nakajima filled the ring with kaiju toys but she was slammed on top of them by Watanabe. She used the Tear Drop on Nakajima, leaving Rika Tatsumi to scoop up the win by hitting Misao with the Missile Hip Attack. The champions agreed it was a really fun match.
Yuna Manase has bid farewell to Tokyo Joshi. She won’t be gone forever but her future lies elsewhere. In the final moments of her match, Manase took a Skull Kick from Miyu Yamashita. There were no hard feelings over it, they hugged after the match. Manase hugged Mizuki and Natsumi Maki too. She said she loved being inside the Tokyo Joshi ring. She will definitely come back again someday and when she does she will be able to fight on a higher level.
Jealousy reared its ugly head within Cat’s Pye, causing Yuki Kamifuku and Mina Shirakawa to face off in a Gravure Wrestler Showdown. Shirakawa won the match with her Glamorous Strong Style Facebuster. There was a tense moment afterwards when Kamifuku hesitated shaking Shirakawa’s hand. But she did so and and two friends left the ring together. Kamifuku said in a backstage interview that she wants to learn more about pro wrestling now she has been doing it for four years. Shirakawa has been inspired by Jushin Liger but he doesn’t match Kamifuku’s taste. So Kamifuku is going to start watching Shuji Ishikawa matches from All Japan.
The other two thirds of The Up Up Girls had a singles match together. Raku came close to a win with the Doctor Yellow. Hikari Noa hit back with a Lariat and won with the Uranage. The result has only motivated Raku to try even harder for her first singles win.
Himawari Unagi returned to the ring for her first match in nine and a half months. She had a new costume and new entrance music for her comeback match. She reunited with three of the other HiSPC wrestlers, teaming with Haruna Neko to wrestle Pom Harajuku & Mahiro Kiryu. Neko got rid of Kiryu with the Codebreaker but Unagi couldn’t seal the deal. Harajuku hit the Pom do Justice to end Unagi’s return with a loss.
The newest Tokyo Joshi debut is Moka Miyamoto. She majored in Japanese Culture at university which is why she wrestled in a hakama. Suzume was there to help out but most of the match was Miyamoto trying to fight off Mirai Maiumi & Sena Shiori.
There will be 21 women entering this year’s Tokyo Princess Cup. The full list is Yuka Sakazaki, Rika Tatsumi, Miu Watanabe, Shoko Nakajima, Miyu Yamashita, Maki Itoh, Natsumi Maki, Mizuki, Hyper Misao, Nodoka Tenma, Yuki Aino, Hikari Noa, Raku, Yuki Kamifuku, Mina Shirakawa, Haruna Neko, Pom Harajuku, Mahiro Kiryu, Himawari Unagi, Mirai Maiumi and Suzume.
The Tokyo Dome City Hall show will go ahead on 7th November. At the moment they are permitted to set up the venue to 50% capacity.

1. Suzume defeated Sena Shiori with a Diving Body Attack (6:28).
2. 3 Way Match: Mizuki defeated Nodoka Tenma and Mahiro Kiryu when Mizuki pinned Kiryu with the Cutie Special (8:04).
3. Natsumi Maki & Hikari Noa defeated Maki Itoh & Pom Harajuku when Maki pinned Harajuku with the Backlash (10:31).
4. Yuna Manase & Yuki Kamifuku defeated Mina Shirakaw & Mirai Maiumi when Manase pinned Maiumi with a Lariat (9:16).
5. Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao defeated Miu Watanabe & Haruna Neko when Misao pinned Neko with the I Am A Hero (9:51).
6. Yuka Sakazaki & Miyu Yamashita defeated Yuki Aino & Raku when Yamashita pinned Raku with the Skull Kick (11:15).
The Tokyo Joshi Pro roster were happy to wrestle in Nagoya again after an 8 month absence. Miyu Yamashita told the audience they will continue to fight for everyone who comes to see them. Yuka Sakazaki was thankful for Nagoya’s kindness towards the promotion travelling from Tokyo to put this show together.
Sakazaki and Yuki Aino were on even ground in the main event. Sakazaki blocked the UBV while Aino dodged the Magical Girl Splash. Raku got overeager when she did the Diving Brain Chop to Yamashita. She dropped her guard so Yamashita could rush her with kicks and win the match with the Skull Kick.
Miu Watanabe is learning how to handle Hyper Misao’s tricks. But in a twist it’s Shoko Nakajima doing the same things that is throwing Watanabe off. Nakajima sprayed Watanabe in the face with cold spray and applied the Unmanned Local Train Hold between the ropes to hold her in place. That allowed Misao to beat Haruna Neko with the I Am A Hero.
With Yuna Manase going to leave Tokyo Joshi, that means Cat’s Pye will be going away. Tensions between Yuki Kamifuku and Mina Shirakawa have gotten worse. Inbetween the wrestler there was also some hair pulling and harsher strikes from one to the other. Manase had to play peacemaker after the match when Kamifuku refused to shake Shirakawa’s hand.
Pandemic Boo Boo had a tight match against Maki Itoh & Pom Harajuku. The Pom Du Justice was blocked when Hikari Noa intercepted the move with a mid-air Dropkick to Harajuku. Natsumi Maki did the Neck Screw Hold but Itoh broke the pin with a Falling Headbutt. Maki then pinned Harajuku with the Backlash.

2. 3 Way Match: Maki Itoh defeated Haruna Neko and Suzume when Itoh submitted Neko with the Itoh Deluxe (8:34).
3. Yuki Kamifuku & Mina Shirakawa defeated Miyu Yamashita & Pom Harajuku when Kamifuku pinned Harajuku with the Fame Asser (10:33).
4. Yuna Manase & Hikari Noa defeated Miu Watanabe & Raku when Manase pinned Raku with the Suzuki Dynamic (10:12).
5. Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao defeated Rika Tatsumi & Mahiro Kiryu when Misao pinned Kiryu with La Magistral Cradle (12:15).
6. Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki defeated Yuki Aino & Mirai Maiumi when Sakazaki pinned Maiumi with the Magical Girl Splash (14:12).
The main event had Yuka Sakazaki and Yuki Aino squaring off in preparation for Korakuen Hall later this month. Their attention to each other split off to the other wrestlers in the match. Aino gave Mizuki her new UBV finisher then left it to Mirai Maiumi to take care of Sakazaki. That was a fatal mistake because Sakazaki gave Mirai the Magical Merry-Go-Round then pinned her with the Magical Girl Splash. Mizuki admitted to Sakazaki after the match that Aino is dangerous. The Magical Sugar Rabbits have to be even more alert against her.
If Shoko Nakajima is teaming with Hyper Misao then she may as well learn to cheat like her too. During their match they brought Rika Tatsumi over to her cornergirl Miu Watanabe at ringside and taped the two together back to back. Tatsumi had to get back inside the ring with Watanabe taped to her but they were able to cooperate and even use themselves as a weapon. When Daisuke Kiso tried to free Daydream from the tape, Nakajima & Misao used the numbers advantage against Mahiro Kiryu. Misao purposely loosened her mask so Kiryu would pull it off by accident, Nakajima hit Kiryu with the 619 after the distraction and Misao got the pin with La Magistral Cradle.
Yuna Manase thanked the Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) for wrestling with her one last time before she ends her regular Tokyo Joshi Pro participation. She got permission from them to give an idol style introduction for the audience and also perform “Upper Kick” with the group. She said her Up Up Girls name would have been Mamamama Manase.
Trouble is brewing with Pink Ready. At the start of the show it was announced Yuki Kamifuku and Mina Shirakawa will have a singles match against each other on 23rd July. They were on opposite sides in a tag match today and Kamifuku won out. Shirakawa told Kamifuku she is determined to win at Korakuen. Kamifuku said she is sorry to see her friend act this way but she won’t lose to her.
Maki Itoh tried to literally sit out of the 3 Way Match by resting on the top turnbuckle. She’s a big star so she would only fight the winner between Haruna Neko and Suzume. Those two got fed up with Itoh’s behaviour and attacked her instead. Itoh blocked Suzume’s Diving Cross Body with a Headbutt then countered Neko’s Codebreaker into the Itoh Deluxe to win.
Nodoka Tenma had to miss the show due to a case of strep throat.

6. Miyu Yamashita, Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Aino defeated Yuka Sakazaki, Mizuki & Suzume when Yamashita pinned Suzume with the Attitude Adjustment (14:59).
The women of Tokyo Joshi Pro welcomed fans back to shows for the first time in almost four months. The audience was limited to 82 fans today but the wrestlers hope that gradually it will safely increase and the company can grow again. Miyu Yamashita was happy for the first show back to take place in Itabashi Green Hall because the venue has hosted the most TJPW shows. Nodoka Tenma described the show as both a restart and a reunion. Yuki Aino wants to protect it.
Daydream now have a double team finish. The Daydream Eternity is a Canadian Backbreaker from Miu Watanabe passed into the Dragon Twist Of Fate from Rika Tatsumi. After Daydream’s win, Maki Itoh & Raku approached them as a reminder for their next Princess Tag Team Titles match. Both teams agreed to have the match on the 4th July Ryogoku KFC Hall show. Tatsumi said Daydream is not going to end. “Daydream is not dead!”
Hyper Misao wrestled wearing cat ears and a cat nose to understand her opponent Haruna Neko better. She acted like a cat for most of the match but eventually snapped out of it and went back to normal. When she was human again she was able to beat Neko.

Another fight broke out among the girls when Tatsumi received the prize and she tried to give it to Mizuki. The chaos stopped when Miyu Yamashita made everyone dance to end the show.
Yuka Sakazaki was taken off the show because she had a mild fever on the day of the show. She did recover in time to compete but was stayed at home as a safety precaution. The competition became an even 10 Vs 10 series instead of the planned 11 Vs 10 handicap.
