Yesterday DDT held a free sponsored event at a medical convention in Ikebukuro called the Jihiken Festival. I found out DDT holds an annual show at this convention but it never gets talked about outside of the wrestlers’ social media posts. I hunted down the results for two reasons. 1) I’m kind of a completionist for this sort of stuff and 2) this was Makoto Oishi’s first match with DDT after his contract with them ended a few days ago. So yes, Oishi’s “final” match with DDT only lasted three days.

Kenji Ikegami is the COO of SSF Holdings, a venture business group that focuses on the medical field. Ikegami made his pro wrestling debut this past Spring and his appearance here was his second ever match. The stipulation for the main event was if Oishi’s team won then he would get a job interview with Ikegami.
