Shuji Ishikawa has chosen Shigehiro Irie as his partner to face the Kensuke Office team of Katsuhiko Nakajima & Mitsuhiro Kitamiya in the main event. Also, Shuji and Sanshiro Takagi have also put aside their differences after the Union Sekigun Vs TKG48 feud.

Isami Kodaka will go through a three match trial in preparation for his DDT Extreme Title rematch against El Generico that will take place in January. Kengo Ohka is the first opponent confirmed to face the Death Match Samurai. Kodaka’s good friend and fellow Big Japan tag team partner Yuko Miyamoto was originally supposed to be the second opponent but he had to pull out of the show due to a scheduling conflict. That now means both the second and third opponents will be mystery wrestlers.

Mio Shirai revealed she will have a photo spread in the new issue of “Young Union”, the event programme that will be available at the show. Ken Ohka confronted her, arguing that he should be on the cover. He also did not want to see any photos of Mio wearing swimsuits and doing suggestive poses appearing in the magazine. Mio shut Ken up by putting him in the dreaded Figure Four Necklock and choking him out.

Togo returns to the infamous Asylum Arena for the first time since the Chikara King Of Trios weekend back in April. 5. Shuji Ishikawa Vs Takaku Fuke
6. KUDO & Kenny Omega Vs HARASHIMA & Mitsuya Nagai
7. Hikaru Sato Vs Daisuke Sekimoto

Hard Hit evens sort of lean more towards the kind of wrestling matches you would find in old shoot-style promotions such as UWF-I. Hard Hit matches can be won via pinfall, submission, knockout, disqualification and count out. There is also a points system in place that can determine when matches can end by TKO. In singles matches both wrestlers begin the match with 5 points each. For tag team bouts both teams start off with 8 points each. A wrestler loses a point when he is knocked down or uses a rope break. He also loses a point if he is called for a foul more than once. When a wrestler’s points tally reaches zero, he automatically loses the fight by TKO.
