Both Antonio Honda and Daisuke Sasaki wanted the main event to be so good that Dick Togo would hear about it all the way over in Bolivia. Yasu Urano said the match would have been better if Honda was drunk. Honda said he wasn’t drinking, he was fit as a fiddle the entire time.
Kento Miyahara hogtied Hiroshi Fukuda with the tiger rope in the lead up to the finish of their Texas Tiger Rope Match.
The Watermelon Crash Death Match featured a watermelon and a barbed wire baseball bat left in the middle of the ring. The first person to smash the watermelon would be declared the winner. Seiya Morohashi won when he grabbed the watermelon and smashed it over GENTARO’s head. That wasn’t Morohashi’s only appearance for the night. At the end of Match #2, he appeared in the ring to perform a “Strange Uncle” dance while only wearing a thong. Hoshitango danced along with him but thankfully he did not strip.
Atomic Bomb is just the translation of the alternate old school name for a German suplex. The reason it does so is weird, but it’s just a German suplex. Damn you, Gotch!
