A moment of silence was held at the beginning of the show in tribute to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.

In the pre-match video of the main event, Gorgeous Matsuno sang a song about how alcohol is bad. This angered the Shuten-dōji team. During their interview Yukio Sakaguchi swore he would strangle Matsuno and Tomomitsu Matsunaga said he was going to crush his throat. Luckily Matsuno was teaming with Happy Motels and together they were victorious. After the match Matsuno asked his teammates how old they were. Konosuke Takeshita said 19, Tetsuya Endo said 23 and Antonio Honda said 12. Matsuno noted he will be 54 in April and he will continue to work hard inside the ring.

Danshoku Dino said he wanted Fukushima to be turned into a gay town. Sanshiro Takagi objected and said he wanted it to become a nudist town for Suguru Miyatake instead. That was the story of Match #4.

Matsuno’s partner, the “Fukushima Diva” Junko Tashiro performed a song during the show. She also sang a duet with Matsuno at the end.

5. DDT Extreme Title: X (c) Vs Akito
*X is Shiori Asahi.
6. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sekimoto & Yuji Okabayashi (c) Vs Danshoku Dino & Super Sasadango Machine

The time has come for my favourite DDT match to take place again. The Right To Challenge Battle Royal is a combined Royal Rumble and Ladder Match. The winner of the Rumble portion becomes the No. 1 Contender for the KO-D Openweight Title. However there are usually extra prizes hanging over the ring which is where the ladder comes in. In recent years the prize has been Money In The Bank style contracts that allow the holder to get a title match at any show they want. However there are also extra stipulations used to keep the contract holder on his toes. For example, last year the contract could change hands like a title if the holder was directly defeated in any match he wrestled in. The rules change or get altered every year so we won’t know for sure what the prizes and conditions are until right after the match.

The Drift Vs Shuten-dōji feud has extended itself into the regular tag team division. The two sides will collide again with a future KO-D Tag Team Title shot on the line.

Sanshiro Takagi will celebrate 20 years in wrestling with a good old fashion Falls Count Anywhere Match.

I think this is the first time anywhere a champion has been labelled as X.

2. Ganbare☆Wrestling Offer Match: Ken Ohka defeated Tiger Bedscene with the Spear Of Flame (8:46).
3. Bra & Panty From Bubble Match: Suguru Miyatake Vs Takayuki Ueki ended in a No Contest (10:32).
4. Shuji Ishikawa & Kazusada Higuchi defeated Antonio Honda & Ryota Nakatsu when Ishikawa pinned Nakatsu with the Running Knee Lift (14:10).
5. YaroZ Army Vs Ikemen Army – Audience Lumberjack & Fans Bring The Weapons Death Match: Sanshiro Takagi, Toru Owashi & Shigehiro Irie defeated Jiro Kuroshio, Madoka & Hiroshi Fukuda when Irie pinned Fukuda with the YaroZ Bomber (14:43).

B-boys Brother Mon & Brother Tommy returned with their YaroZ event in Shin-kiba to go against the BOYZ show happening at the same time in Shinjuku. While BOYZ is exclusively for women, the audience at the YaroZ show was exclusively men. The YaroZ Vs BOYZ dynamic was further pushed with a Bastards Vs Pretty Boys main event. The attendance number for the show proves the plan didn’t work. BOYZ outdrew them by over triple.

Sanshiro Takagi and Hiroshi Fukuda traded insults at the start of the show. Takagi got so angry he wanted the main event 6-Man Tag to be an Audience Lumberjack match and any item the fans gave them could be used as weapons. The fans got a chance to be even more involved when Takagi invited them to be involved in the Train Attack on Fukuda. Even the Samurai! TV cameraman got involved! Shigehiro Irie finished the job with the Beast Bomber and the crowd yelled “Go Home!” at the defeated pretty boy team.

The Bed-In Girls Mai Chusonji and Kaori Masukoji were involved with the Suguru Miyatake Vs Takayuki Ueki match. The women took sides and acted as managers while the wrestlers were not allowed to touch them. The women slowly took off their clothes during the match until they were down to their bra and panties. Hirata and Ueki spent more time fighting their urges than fighting each other as the women did their striptease. The temptation eventually proved too much and on seperate occassions both wrestlers tried to grope the girls. The lights dimmed and the girls stripped Miyatake of his wrestling tights, leaving him with a fan to cover his modesty. Ueki then pulled out a handgun and threatened to arrest Miyatake for his obscene display. The match was declared a no contest.

Gota Ihashi channelled the spirit of UWF for his match against Ryuichi Sekine. Fat lot of use that was for him. Sekine outstruck him and made him tap to the Combine.

Yukio Sakaguchi immediately called for a rematch. Amon Tsurumi decided that a rematch for the belts will happen in Kasukabe Hall on 21st March.

Yoshihiko interfered in Match #4 and attacked Kota Ibushi again! Yoshihiko jumped on Ibushi and gave him a Hurricanrana followed by a Dragon Suplex. 6. Union MAX Title: FUMA defeated Isami Kodaka with the Diving Headbutt (19:08).
*V1 for FUMA.

Isami Kodaka was not 100% going into the main event against his former friend FUMA. Kodaka had medical tape going from his neck down to his back. FUMA wasted no time targeting it and also had the help of Kazushi Miyamoto & SAGAT in his corner. Kodaka wiped those two out with a dive but missed the Diving Double Knee Drop. FUMA capitalised and hit a Deadlift German Suplex, Tombstone Piledriver and then the Diving Headbutt to win his first defence of the Union MAX Title. FUMA told Kodaka “cheers for the hard work” after the match and crowned himself the ace of Union. FUMA then nominated Shuji Ishikawa as his next challenger for the 29/4 Korakuen Hall show.

Mio Shirai and Cherry threw a bunch of insults at each other as they wrestled. Cherry eventually got the better of Shirai and became a two time Fly To Everywhere Champion.

Kazushi Miyamoto & SAGAT wrapped a chain around Daichi Kazato’s neck after their tag match and hung him over the ropes. Isami Kodaka came to the rescue.

They played the FIFA anthem before Match #2.
