1. Special 10-Man Tag Match: Konosuke Takeshita, HARASHIMA, Fuminori Abe, Ken Ohka & Yuka Sakazaki defeated Tetsuya Endo, Antonio Honda, Ryota Nakatsu, Shuichiro Katsumura & Miyu Yamashita when Takeshita pinned Honda with the Fable (18:28).

DDT wanted to celebrate the end of Japan’s Heisei era and the beginning of the Reiwa era so they brought together the best of the best to their new dojo in Ochanomizu. The plan was to do a special 10-Man Tag match that started before the clock struck midnight and ended in the early hours of the morning. On one side was the team of champions from each brand in the DDT family. We had the KO-D Openweight Champion Tetsuya Endo and DDT Extreme Champion Antonio Honda representing DDT. BASARA was represented by the Union MAX Champion Ryota Nakatsu. The Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Shuichiro Katsumura represented Ganbare☆Wrestling and the TOKYO Princess Of Princess Champion Miyu Yamashita was there for Tokyo Joshi Pro. The other team was made up of established non-champions from the same brands. There was Konosuke Takeshita & HARASHIMA for DDT, Fuminori Abe for BASARA, Ken Ohka for Ganpro and finally Yuka Sakazaki for Tokyo Joshi.

Before the match began the champion team posed for a group photo, which annoyed their opponents. Honda quickly tripped on the ropes and injured his leg. He was about to declare his retirement due to injury but first wanted to tell his story of Gongitsune. It was all a ruse for Honda to poke everyone on the other team in the eyes. When the match got going we got plenty of unusual pairings like Endo against Sakazaki, Yamashita against Ohka and Nakatsu against Takeshita. The ending came when Abe stopped Honda’s Diving Fist Drop with a Rabbit Punch. Ohka hit Honda with the Fire Spear, Sakazaki landed the Magical Girl Splash and HARASHIMA followed up with a Swan Dive Body Press. With Honda all but out, Takeshita finished him off with the Fable to win the last match of Heisei and the first match of Reiwa!

Endo didn’t want to stick around afterwards and quickly left the ring when the match was over. The rest stayed behind and gave out thank you messages of support to the audience watching on DDT UNIVERSE.
