A 3 way grudge has built up between Danshoku Dino, Kenny Omega and Antonio Honda over the DDT Extreme Title. After Dino won the belt from Omega, he had his first defence against Honda. Omega demanded to be added to the match and when he was denied, he interfered in the match attacking both men and ultimately stopped Honda from becoming champion. A Triple Threat match is the solution. Hopefully we get a match stipulation that determines once and for all who should be the champion.

The HARASHIMA Vs Yasu Urano build up continues with UraShimaKudo splitting into two teams for a match.

The annual Sapporo Wrestling Festa is a weekend of wrestling shows from DDT, Big Japan, K-DOJO and sometimes other promotions held in Sapporo Teisen Hall. DDT’s main involvement this year will be a doubleshot. First up is a show dedicated to the Young Generation from all the promotions.

Then in the evening DDT brings along its summer tradition and invites the others to join along. Beer Garden is back for one night only!

1. Daisuke Sasaki defeated Kazuki Hirata with the Crippler Crossface (10:04).
2. Makoto Oishi & Michael Nakazawa defeated Antonio Honda & Alpha Female when Nakazawa pinned Honda after a Spinebuster from Female (11:04).
3. Tomoya & MIKAMI defeated Keisuke Ishii & Takao Soma when MIKAMI pinned Soma with a Rotating School Boy (10:30).
4. Sanshiro Takagi & Toru Owashi defeated DJ Nira & Yoshiko when Takagi pinned Nira with the Sit Down Himawari Bomb (12:31).
*Sanshiro Takagi wins DJ Nira’s Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract.
5. Kenichi Yamamoto & HARASHIMA defeated Yukio Sakaguchi & Akito when Yamamoto submitted Akito with a Double Chickenwing (15:41).
6. KUDO defeated Masa Takanashi with the Diving Double Knee Drop (18:50).
7. Sapporo Specialty 4 Way Special Match: Kota Ibushi defeated Shigehiro Irie, Danshoku Dino and Yasu Urano when Ibushi pinned Irie with the Sit Down Last Ride (14:17).

Shigehiro Irie was upset he lost in the main event despite being the KO-D Champion. With his title defence against Yukio Sakaguchi coming up, he is determined not to lose again.

Sanshiro Takagi is now in possession of a Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract. He was so happy that he and Toru Owashi finally won a match together that he now accepts they are a proper tag team together.

The card was slightly reshuffled when bad weather prevented Yoshihiko from being delivered to the arena in time. It was replaced by Alpha Female, the current World of Stardom Champion. Alpha Female was introduced as a corporal for the Monster Army but she turned on her partners and dragged an unconscious Michael Nakazawa onto Antonio Honda after she gave him a Spinebuster. Danshoku Dino then came out and revealed that Alpha Female will be teaming with him and Makoto Oishi to take on the Monster Army for the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles in Shinjuku FACE next week.

The law student turned pro wrestler turned lawyer will return to Union for his first match since November 2011. Ryu Gouma, who took his name from Ryuma Go isn’t the biggest or the strongest or the toughest or the most athletic guy on the roster. But he has probably the most unique background out of anyone in Union. How a law degree is supposed to win him matches is anyone’s guess but at least the guy has heart.

Sapporo is now acknowledged as the home of DDT’s crazy free for all matches. Expect the match to spill outside of the building at the very least. Yasu Urano currently holds one of the Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contracts and risks losing it if he gets pinned or submits in the match, even to the champion Shigehiro Irie.
