It was revealed that Yamashita and KANNA will team together in the main event of the 29th April show in Yokohama. They will face Shoko Nakajima & Yuka Sakazaki. Also on the card Nonoko will take on the undefeated Yuu.

4. Yukio Sakaguchi & Masa Takanashi defeated Danshoku Dino & Makoto Oishi when Sakaguchi submitted Oishi with the Cobra Clutch (8:48).

5. Daisuke Sasaki, Shuji Ishikawa & Guanchulo defeated Konosuke Takeshita, Tetsuya Endo & Mao Inoue when Ishikawa pinned Inoue with the Splash Mountain (13:14).
6. Super Sasadango Machine defeated Hiroshi Fukuda with the Vertical Drop Lehmann Shock (8:46).
7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Kazusada Higuchi, Shunma Katsumata & Kouki Iwasaki defeated HARASHIMA, Akito & Yasu Urano when Higuchi pinned HARASHIMA with the Goten (19:42).
*V2 for Team DNA.

Kazusada Higuchi stepped up big by pinning the KO-D Openweight Champion while defending the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles in the process! The DNA team put the belts on the line against Smile Squash and came out on top. Higuchi was unstoppable, giving both HARASHIMA and Akito a Double Choke Slam. Shunma Katsumata took out Yasu Urano with a Moonsault leaving Higuchi to pick up the pieces. HARASHIMA showed some signs of life when he hit a Jumping High Kick but Higuchi grabbed him once more and pinned him with the Goten. Higuchi told the Niigata crowd that he would like to return to the city as a double champion.

Kazuki Hirata watched Super Sasadango Machine’s match from a distance, the third floor balcony to be precise. Sasadango demanded Hirata to come down to the ring and face him but he refused. They finally faced each other backstage afterwards and they argued about a chair that Sasadango accidentally broke at ringside during his match. Hirata thinks Sasadango should have been disqualified for breaking the chair. Sasadango thinks Hirata is showing weakness by being so concerned about a broken chair.

The KO-D Tag Team Champions weren’t impressed by their competition. Daisuke Sasaki thinks the rematch against the New Gen Combo is just going to have the same result. A victory over them won’t feel rewarding and won’t give him what he wants: Candice LeRae. Konosuke Takeshita knows that this will be his & Tetsuya Endo’s last chance at beating Sasaki & Shuji Ishikawa for the titles. They will have to win no matter what.

Danshoku Dino’s usual Right To Challenge tease at the start of the show was interrupted by Makoto Oishi. He thought it was stupid that Dino was withholding three contracts for a title shot while a 14 year veteran such as himself has nothing. Oishi demanded Dino to give him one of the contracts. Dino stood by his friend and gave him a contract. Unfortunately later in the show Oishi lost the contract to Yukio Sakaguchi after the Shuten-dōji fighter tapped him out with the Cobra Clutch. Oishi demanded Dino give him another contract after the match and Dino gave him the Danshoku Driver in response. Sakaguchi revealed in a backstage interview that he plans to cash in his title shot on 8th May in Sapporo.

6. HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Shunma Katsumata when HARASHIMA pinned Katsumata with the Somato (17:36).

The Danshoku Dino hid in a corner with a blanket draped over him during the entrances for the main event. With three Right To Challenge Contracts now in his possession he could cash in for a title shot, lose a contract should he be defeated and still have one contract remaining for another go. However he instead got cold feet when both HARASHIMA and Kazusada Higuchi stared at him. Dino said he just wanted to see a sporting contest between those two and made them shake each other’s hand before leaving.

In a small preview of the KO-D Tag Team Title Next Challenger match, Shuten-dōji defeated Drift in the semi-main event. After taking the pin Keisuke Ishii said he is now in a state of crisis over the match. How can he & Shigehiro Irie go after the tag titles if they can’t beat the competition?

Another Right To Challenge movement took place when Daisuke Sasaki made Antonio Honda submit in Match #4. Sasaki currently isn’t interested in going after the KO-D Openweight Title. He instead wondered if he could use the contract to marry Candice LeRae. He came to the conclusion that he will need to collect all five active contracts to make that happen.

3. Hardcore Match: Terry Boy defeated Hiroshi Fukuda with the Spinning Toe Hold (11:48).
4. Masamune defeated Ryota Nakatsu with the Kaminarikiri (13:13).
5. Hardcore Cage 6-Man Tag Team Match: Isami Kodaka, Takumi Tsukamoto & Daichi Kazato defeated FUMA, Madoka & Yusuke Kubo when Kodaka pinned FUMA with the Diving Double Knee Drop from the cage (24:50).

BASARA and Kotetsu Gundan went to war in a 6-Man Tag Cage Match. The rules were two members of a team had to escape the cage and the remaining member needed to pin, submit or knock out an opponent to win the match. Kyohei Wada was the man put in charge of the match as all 6 wrestlers entered the cage. Kotetsu Gundan started off in control when Madoka attacked Isami Kodaka with a bamboo sword while his team mates threw their opponents into the cage. Madoka quickly tried to escape but was told to come back down by Yusuke Kubo because it was too early to stop beating up their enemies. Kodaka grabbed the bamboo sword and fired back at the Kotetsu team. Takumi Tsukamoto’s Superplex to Madoka was blocked but when Madoka followed up with a Missile Dropkick he was whacked in mid-air with a massive hammer. Tsukamoto took the opportunity to be the first wrestler to escape the cage. Kotetsu Gundan regained control because of the numbers advantage. Madoka gave Daichi Kazato a Fire Thunder onto a table. It didn’t break but Madoka didn’t care. He escaped the cage to make it 4 wrestlers left in the ring. Kazato was next to climb the cage but took a moment to decide if he should escape or Moonsault back onto everyone in the cage. Kazato went with the Moonsault and hit his target. Even better, Kazato had enough time to recover and crawl out of the cage through the door. Kodaka was the last man on his team so he couldn’t escape to win. FUMA ordered Kubo to escape the cage while he held Kodaka back. So the final stage of the match was between Kodaka and FUMA. FUMA went for the Heavy Metal Hammer but Kodaka surprised him by smashing Madoka’s ukulele over his head. Kodaka placed a ladder on top of FUMA and hit the Diving Double Knee Drop but it left him in great pain. FUMA hit the Heavy Metal Hammer and the Heavy Metal Anthem but Kodaka would not stay down. Kodaka climbed to the top of the cage and hit the Diving Double Knee Drop on FUMA and that was enough to end the match. Afterwards Kodaka told Madoka he would reimburse him for the ukulele he broke. He was told the ukulele cost 30,000 yen and in response said he might have to take money out of the upcoming tournament prize to pay for it. A defeated FUMA told Kodaka “You are also metal!” Kodaka didn’t take that as a compliment and flipped FUMA a middle finger. He then climbed the turnbuckle and did the Diving Double Knee Drop onto the unbroken table. He isn’t metal, he’s hardcore!

Kodaka invited Masamune to team with him on the 3rd May show in Miyagi.

MEN’S Teioh returned to his Terry Boy persona for a Hardcore Match with Hiroshi Fukuda. Despite the special occasion Fukuda did not hold back and busted open Terry after an ambush belt attack. Fukuda did the Perfect Plex off of a ladder but Terry kicked out of the pin. Terry used the ladder himself to give Fukuda the Calf Branding and then submitted him with the Spinning Toe Hold.

BASARA announced its first tournament called Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~. It is a round robin tournament with two blocks of five wrestlers each. The winners of both groups will face each other in the final with 500,000 yen as the grand prize. The money comes from Kodaka’s savings apparently. Block A has Isami Kodaka, Ryuichi Sekine, Ryota Nakatsu, SAGAT and Yusuke Kubo. Block B has FUMA, Takumi Tsukamoto, Daichi Kazato, Ryu Gouma and Hiroshi Fukuda. The tournament begins on 1st May and ends on 23rd June.

6. HARASHIMA, Akito & Yasu Urano defeated Keisuke Ishii, Shigehiro Irie & Soma Takao when HARASHIMA pinned Takao with the Somato (17:08).

Day three of Danshoku Dino’s mind games with HARASHIMA again didn’t work. Dino appeared at the start of the show and said he wasn’t cashing in and the main event will not have Kazusada Higuchi there to interfere with his ambush. However the main event began with all Drift wrestlers attacking Smile Squash as they entered the ring before Dino could do anything. They brawled around the hall so when Dino finally appeared from under the ring HARASHIMA was not inside the ring. Dino instead grabbed onto Soma Takao while the ringside seconds tried to drag him out of the room.

Before Match #4 began Dino & Makoto Oishi remembered that it was in Oita Event Hall one year ago that Tetsuya Endo broke his foot during a dive. During the match they both panicked whenever it looked like Endo was going to dive onto them. Afterwards Endo said told the audience he is back to his old self, both his mind and his body are strong. He assured everyone that he and Konosuke Takeshita will win back the KO-D Tag Team Titles.

4. Hardcore Match: Ryuichi Sekine defeated Madoka with the Dragon Kick (11:35).
5. UWA Middleweight Title: MEN’S Teioh (c) defeated Hiroshi Fukuda with a European Clutch (13:45).
*V1 for MEN’S Teioh.
6. Hardcore Match: Isami Kodaka & Takumi Tsukamoto defeated FUMA & Yusuke Kubo when Kodaka pinned Kubo with the Zeyyari (21:31).

BASARA’s first two Hardcore matches were held on this show. Isami Kodaka thought it was just the thing to put Kotetsu Gundan in their place. It wasn’t as violent as a Death Match but there were chairs, a ladder and a giant hammer involved. Kodaka scored the win but wasn’t finished with FUMA. He called him into the ring for an urgent “business meeting”. He told FUMA that his heavy metal obsession is unusual and quite frankly a middle finger to everyone else. FUMA said his costume is cool because it is made out of steel and metal! Kodaka challenged FUMA to a Steel Cage Match at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in a few days time. FUMA said they could make it a 6-Man Tag Cage match. Kodaka accepted and said they should be able to squeeze six men into the cage.

MEN’S Teioh was brought over to BASARA to hold the first defence of his UWA Middleweight Title reign against Hiroshi Fukuda. The former members of World Men’s Club duked it out with Fukuda playing some dirty tricks along the way. He lured Teioh out of the ring to chase him in circles until he stopped him with a Shoulder Block. Teioh got revenge by throwing Fukuda shoulder first into the corner post. Teioh worked on the shoulder until Fukuda grabbed the referee and pulled him into the way. Fukuda hit the Perfect Plex but the referee slowly counted the pin in protest. Fukuda let go of the hold to complain but was rolled over into a European Clutch to lose the match. Fukuda took the loss in his stride and asked Teioh if they could have another fun match sometime. Teioh heard about BASARA lifting its ban on Hardcore match. He himself isn’t interested but he might know someone who could participate in a Hardcore Match again… Terry Boy! Fukuda Vs Terry Boy in a Hardcore Match was set for 14th April.

The other Hardcore Match was between Ryuichi Sekine and Madoka. Sekine brought out a guitar so Madoka found a ukelele in response. A pile of chairs was used by both as the landing zone for some big moves. Sekine smashed his guitar over Madoka and hit a chair-assisted Dragon Kick to win the match.

7. HARASHIMA, Akito & Yasu Urano defeated Kazusada Higuchi, Mao Inoue & Mizuki Watase when HARASHIMA pinned Watase with the Somato (19:03).

Danshoku Dino was ready to try his plan from the previous day again. He wasn’t cashing in his Right To Challenge contract but wanted to play mind games with HARASHIMA. He attempted to ambush him again before the main event. Kazusada Higuchi was there to stop him but this time Dino tried to put the Lip Lock on him. That plan failed when HARASHIMA came to the rescue and kicked Dino in the face with a Big Boot. The main event went on as normal.

The New Gen Combo got the better of Daisuke Sasaki before their KO-D Tag Team Titles match. But there is a big difference between fighting Guanchulo and fighting Shuji Ishikawa.

Antonio Honda and Makoto Oishi wanted their match to be Falls Count Anywhere. They found a piano near the ring and Honda played a tune with it.

Kouki Iwasaki was taken off the show when he got injured during a warm up session.

6. Kazusada Higuchi, Kouki Iwasaki & Mao Inoue defeated HARASHIMA, Akito & Tomomitsu Matsunaga when Higuchi pinned Matsunaga with the Goten (18:45).

The different potential contenders for the KO-D Openweight Title are starting to get in each other’s way. Danshoku Dino appeared at the beginning of the show to say he was not going to cash in his title shot but he would sneak up on HARASHIMA at some point so the champion would not forget about him. Dino then claimed a second Right To Challenge contract when he pinned Mizuki Watase in a tag match later in the show. Then in the main event Dino appeared from beneath the ring to ambush HARASHIMA during his entrance. Kazusada Higuchi of all people saved HARASHIMA and Headbutted Dino, bringing an end to his night. Higuchi went on to get the pin in the main event and had a staredown with HARASHIMA.

Daisuke Sasaki seems to be over his obsession to fight Johnny Gargano. But he still wants a match with Candice LeRae.

Kazuki Hirata went into the opener with the goal of pinning Antonio Honda for his Right To Challenge contract. With a DDT Extreme Title shot in the bag Hirata also wants a KO-D Title shot so he can become a double champion. However when the HIRATA GO! glasses came out both danced together and the mood lightened. Honda offered a handshake but it was a trap and he locked Hirata in a Manjigatame when his guard dropped. Honda’s still feeling salty over being left out of the DDT Extreme Title race.
