6. HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano defeated Tetsuya Endo & Mao Inoue when HARASHIMA pinned Inoue with the Somato (23:06).

Tetsuya Endo & Mao Inoue are both from Miyagi so they teamed together for their homecoming. Although they weren’t able to win their match, HARASHIMA said their strengths are reliable. He also revealed his grandmother’s house was in Ishinomaki so he himself can be a Miyagi local.

Yukio Sakaguchi had Daisuke Sasaki’s new pet beaten until Sasaki got involved. Sakaguchi hit Mad Polly with the Right Knee Of God and went for the pin but Sasaki Dropkicked Daisuke Kiso to cause a disqualification. Sasaki then tried to give Kiso the Vietnam Driver II but Sakaguchi kicked him into the corner. Sasaki was saved from the Right Knee Of God when Polly pulled him out of the ring.

Makoto Oishi wanted a referee who would keep a strict control over the opening match and not fall for Kazuki Hirata’s dancing antics. He brought out Kyohei Wada to officiate the match. At first it looked like the plan worked. Wada resisted any urge to dance whenever Hirata summoned his music. But at some point the Hirata GO! glasses were knocked onto Wada’s face and he was soon dancing! Hirata joined in but Oishi rolled him over with a School Boy and Wada quick counted the pin.

2. FUMA (2)

It was an all Cavalry main event in Day 2 of the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ tournament. Ryuichi Sekine and Ryota Nakatsu had a little friendly argument at the beginning of the show but when the time came it was all serious between them. Nakatsu avoided Sekine’s High Kicks and locked in a Cross Armbreaker to make his stablemate tap out. Nakatsu said fighting Sekine was a painful but interesting experience.

Miyagi wrestler Masamune was the local attraction for this show teaming with Isami Kodaka. Also making his BASARA debut was Masashi Takeda, a former tag partner of Kodaka. After the Masamune said he wasn’t done wrestling in BASARA. Kodaka shook his hand and told the fans to stay tuned for more tag team bouts and even a singles match with Masamune.

There was no messing around for Hiroshi Fukuda when he fought Abdullah Kobayashi in a Hardcore match. He brought out a Singapore cane while Kobayashi carried a paper bag to the ring and took out an Iron Claw. SAGAT helped out Fukuda when he grabbed Kobayashi by the ropes but the plan backfired when Kobayashi ducked a Superman Punch, causing SAGAT to take the hit. Fukuda tried to win with the Perfect Plex onto a chair but it didn’t work. Kobayashi instead gave both Fukuda and SAGAT the Bakachinga Elbow Drop to win. Fukuda laid the blame on SAGAT for the defeat. Kobayashi agreed with him.

In the remaining Heaven Summit matches Daichi Kazato and FUMA both earned points. Kazato is now in the lead of Block B after beating Takumi Tsukamoto. Kazato is now focused on beating FUMA on 13th May. Ever since Union closed he sees their relationship as two brothers fighting with each other. FUMA was happy with his win over Ryu Gouma even though it was by countout. His goal for the league is not just to win but to take over BASARA by force. Gouma’s strategy to win points by countout has not changed even though it isn’t working for him so far.

The Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ tournament began with four matches, two from each group. In the main event Takumi Tsukamoto fought with Hiroshi Fukuda for almost 20 minutes until a Tiger Suplex won him the match. Fukuda was no joke here and Tsukamoto collapsed in exhaustion afterwards. He praised Fukuda for bring strong and wondered how similar the Perfect Plex is to his own Fisherman Suplex.

Isami Kodaka’s injured left eye was targeted by Yusuke Kubo throughout their match. Kodaka countered the Goro Suplex into a European Clutch for the victory and credited Dick Togo for teaching him how to win matches that way.

Ryuichi Sekine countered SAGAT’s Goregrind with a High Kick and the Ryusetsu to win his first match of the tournament. Sekine said he will ride on a horse to victory and become the new ace of BASARA. SAGAT grunted a lot in his post-match interview but did say enough to warn his remaining opponents he will become more violent.

After the opening exchange between Daichi Kazato and Ryu Gouma had finished Gouma shouted “Ladies and gentlemen this is wrestling!” He then left the ring and requested Kazato to fight him outside. Gouma’s plan for the tournament is to win or tie all of his matches by countout. Kazato didn’t fall for the plan but later in the match Gouma was able to drag him out of the ring. However the plan backfired and Kazato made it back to the ring and left Gouma outside to get counted out.
