8. KO-D Openweight Title: Konosuke Takeshita (c) defeated Jiro Kuroshio with a Casadora Cutback (22:05).
*V1 for Konosuke Takeshita.

For the final show held inside Hakata Star Lanes, Konosuke Takeshita avenged his loss to Jiro Kuroshio from over a year ago. When they last fought each other in DDT, Kuroshio pinned Takeshita with the Casadora. This time he tried the move again but Takeshita blocked it and pressed himself down on his opponent to pin him. Daisuke Sasaki approached Takeshita after the match demanding that their main event in New York this Thursday should be for the KO-D Openweight Title! Takeshita accepted the challenge and promised to wipe out Sasaki in New York. Takeshita also motioned for another match with Kuroshio because they now have one win each against each other.

Kota Umeda asked for the 3 Way Tag to be a Falls Count Anywhere match. So much happened outside the ring that the cameras weren’t able to catch it. Isami Kodaka Suplexed HARASHIMA down some stairs for example.

The Compliance came up with a special match in tribute to Hakata Star Lanes, the Scramble Bunkhouse Kaneko Match! It involved Danshoku Dieno, Super Sasadango Machine & Batten X Burabura kidnapping the venue manager named Kaneko and have him tied to a chair in the middle of the ring. First team to free him or achieve the usual winning conditions for pro wrestling will be the victors. That was proven when Burabura pinned Kazuki Hirata in under two minutes. Kaneko freed himself and demanded the match to restart because the one they just had was a bad way to say goodbye to the building. He didn’t work here the last 33 years for this! The match restarted and Kaneko sat in the corner to watch, getting involved whenever somebody dragged him into the action. Dieno’s team won again and he kissed Kaneko to celebrate.

7. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title: Miyu Yamashita (c) defeated Yuka Sakazaki with the Crash Rabbit Heat (19:16).
*V9 for Miyu Yamashita.

Tokyo Joshi Pro had the honour of being the final joshi wrestling promotion to hold a show inside Hakata Star Lanes before it closes down for good. In the main event Miyu Yamashita increased her record breaking TOKYO Princess Title reign to 9 successful defences by beating Yuka Sakazaki. Yamashita avoided getting counted out after Sakazaki gave her a Brainbuster onto the ring apron. She later had her opponent struggling to defend herself from kick after kick. But Sakazaki prevented the Crash Rabbit Heat and placed Yamashita in the centre of the ring with another Brainbuster. The challenger wanted to do the Magical Magical Girl Splash to win but Yamashita cut her off with a short range Crash Rabbit Heat, then hit it again to win the match. Yamashita said she was happy to defend the belt against her strongest opponent in one of the final shows at Hakata Star Lanes. That she was able to beat Sakazaki today only strengthens her confidence. Yamashita invited the entire Tokyo Joshi roster out for a commemorative group photo to close out the show.

Maki Itoh approached Aja Kong backstage after Kong’s match. Kong didn’t recognise Itoh, which Itoh took as an insult. Itoh said that Kong is from the Heisei era and her time is now up. The Itoh Era will take its place! She challenged Kong to a match at Korakuen Hall but Kong declined, saying she is too busy. Itoh hassled Kong asking if she has even 10 minutes of free time to do the match. Kong finally agreed and they will face each other one on one at Korakuen on 3rd May.

Hakata Star Lanes was the venue where Itoh had her first ever wrestling match. So she was pleased to grab a victory against Rika Tatsumi for her last match in the building. Itoh said it’s proof she really is a star, the star of Hakata Star Lanes! The building may go away but Itoh will still be found in Fukuoka.

Misao used a Chickenwing Facelock to submit Raku. The move is called Libera Me.

7. Gorgeous Brahman Vs Shuten-dōji! Fukushima Specialty Special 6-Man Tag Match: KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Masahiro Takanashi defeated Gorgeous Matsuno, Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei when KUDO pinned Matsuno with the Diving Double Knee Drop (12:07).

The hero of the show was Gorgeous Matsuno which makes his team with The Brahman Brothers in the main event a little weird despite all of them having teamed before. Matsuno received a special entrance with a big drum playing on the stage to give him fighting spirit. Then the Brahmans came out and threw water at everybody. But their antics ended up costing them the match when Matsuno was hit with a traffic sign that was meant for KUDO. Matsuno was then pinned with a Buzzsaw Kick followed by the Diving Double Knee Drop. The Brahmans attacked Matsuno after the match but as the hero, he fought them off with a 619. He then shared a toast with Shuten-dōji and sang a song with his wife to end the show.

Antonio Honda was uncomfortable having to wrestle Moeka Haruhi because according to him, he has never touched a woman before.

Keisuke Okuda joined in with Kazuki Hirata’s dance. But when they shook hands afterwards Okuda put Hirata in a Jumping Cross Armbreaker and tapped him out.

Some of the DDT roster couldn’t stick around for the last few matches because they had a plane to catch for tonight’s show in Hakata Star Lanes.
