7. Suzume, Arisu Endo & Mahiro Kiryu defeated Miu Watanabe, Rika Tatsumi & Ren Konatsu when Suzume pinned Konatsu with the Ring A Bell (15:58).

Tsukuba has always been a place that is special to Suzume because she is from the Ibaraki prefecture. She would have explained to everyone how it became even more special after she came back here as the International Princess Champion but her homecoming speech after the main event was interrupted. Mahiro Kiryu suddenly approached her from behind and rolled her up with a School Boy expecting to hear a pin count. It turns out she wants to win the IP Title but forgot it is not contested under 24/7 rules like the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. Kiryu quickly apologised and then asked Suzume for a title shot. Suzume agreed to it when she figured out Kiryu was serious about wanting the match. They will have a serious match for the title at Korakuen Hall on 7th June.

In their first prelim match for the Princess Of Princess Title bout next month, Yuki Kamifuku didn’t think much of it at first but got more invested as the match went on. She noticed that Yuki Arai looks more imposing now as champion than she ever did before. Toga said Kamifuku is more lively when she’s being herself than she is when she tries to get fired up for a title match. Arai heard about Kamifuku’s opinion that fighting for the championship is going to be her anti-aging technique. Arai looked into it because she will be turning 28 tomorrow and wants to age gracefully. She might go get a Cosme Decorte beauty cream but since it’s her birthday tomorrow, Shino Suzuki promised to get her some as a gift instead. But it’s going to be the cheapest item from the product line.

Pom Harajuku left her match with Shoko Nakajima midway through to go get her secret weapon. She returned wearing a costume of an alien abducting a human! She wrestled in it for a while before deciding to take it off and forcing it onto Nakajima so she would wear it instead. The plan backfired when Nakajima used the loose legs of the costume to hit Harajuku with a 619. Nakajima then pinned her with an alien assisted German Suplex to win.

According to Hyper Misao, the Gotham City of Northern Kanto is located right here in Ibaraki! She tried to recruit either Raku or HIMAWARI to help her bring glory to her hometown but they both decided to fight her 2-on-1 instead. That alliance was short lived and Misao tricked her way into winning the 3 Way Match.

Something Shion Kanzaki has been doing in her matches lately is climb onto her opponent on the corner and then shout out to the crowd for cheers like a singer at a concert. When she did the spot to Yuki Aino here, Aino scolded her for starting the call by herself.

5. Ken Ohka, Akira Shoji & Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Takuya Wada, Tyson Maeguchi & Fuminori Abe when Shoji pinned Maeguchi with the Toyama Black Driver (14:23).

The main event pitted wrestlers from Toyama against wrestlers from the Kanto region. When Akira Shoji scored the winning pin on Tyson Maeguchi, it didn’t take long for Ken Ohka to brag about Toyama winning because it is more urban while Kanto is filled with country bumpkins. Ohka then said when Shoji & Hideki Sekine win the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles, he and Shinichiro Tominaga will be the first to challenge them. Although Maeguchi lost directly to Shoji, he is still confident he can defend the tag titles against him. His reasoning is Shoji only has power and his slow speed is a big weakness that can be exploited. He also revealed he and Takuya Wada came up with a new team name. They are now called The Deadlock.

The Toyama team’s bragging didn’t go unnoticed by Shuichiro Katsumura. The Ganbare☆Pro show on 31st May with the tag title match is being held in his home city of Yokohama. He claims to have powerful allies over there so in order to counter the Toyama trio, he is forming the Yokohama City Naka Ward Association. Its three members are Katsumura, Minoru Fujita and Gouma Ryu. He warns this group is stronger than the Toyama team and he’s going to prove it!
