1. No Mystery Brother Was Better Than His Brother!! The Time Has Come For The Oath! Now I More Than You!! ~ Grudge Liquidation Single Match: Tigger Bedscene defeated Dai Suzuki with an Elbow Butt (7:20).
2. Yuko Miyamoto defeated Mizuki Watase with a WAR Special (11:51).
3. Daichi Kazato defeated Suguru Miyatake with the Sister Abigail (12:47).
4. Ryota Nakatsu & Mao Inoue defeated Shunma Katsumata & Kouki Iwasaki when Inoue pinned Iwasaki with the 450 Splash (16:37).
5. Kazusada Higuchi & Katsuhiko Nakajima defeated Yukio Sakaguchi & Kota Umeda when Higuchi pinned Umeda with the Goten (21:30).

The KO-D Openweight Champion paid a visit to DNA but his team with Kota Umeda was defeated by the impressive pairing of Kazusada Higuchi & Katsuhiko Nakajima. Higuchi was so pleased with his new team that he suggested to Nakajima they should go after the KO-D Tag Team Titles. After a positive reaction from the crowd Nakajima said he couldn’t turn down the offer.

After winning the semi-main event, Ryota Nakatsu challenged Mao Inoue to a singles match on 11th November. Inoue has been motivated to beat the senior DNA wrestlers. Nakatsu may bring him back down to reality.

Daichi Kazato wrestled his first match since the formation of Pro Wrestling BASARA with a victory over Suguru Miyatake.

Mizuki Watase said he learned the severity of different pro wrestling styles when he fought Shinjiro Otani and Keisuke Ishii. With Yuko Miyamoto he learned to show more of his feelings to the audience to gain their support.

Poison Sawada will be in attendance to oversee the Union MAX Title main event. Sawada was the key founding member of Union so it is fitting that he will be there.

Ken Ohka has invited Mio Shirai to be in his & Shinichiro Tominaga’s corner for the 3 Way Tag match. The original Union Diva Rumi Kazama will also come back to be in A.YAZAWA & Mame Endo’s corner in Match #1.

Former DDT wrestlers Yusuke Inokuma & Keisuke Masuda are an unexpected addition to Match #1. Inokuma explains that he and Masuda always wanted to wrestle in Union but never could so this is their last chance. Whenever they were booked in Union they always wound up becoming sick on the day of the show. They were also always supposed to take on the hideous and violent team of Gaijin A and Gaijin A. Now that I think of it what ever happened to them? Hmm…

2. Joey Ryan defeated Suguru Miyatake with the Super Kick (6:57).
3. Mao Inoue defeated Shunma Katsumata with the 450 Splash (9:48).
4. Shinjiro Otani defeated Mizuki Watase with a Half Crab (15:03).
5. Ryota Nakatsu defeated Kota Umeda with a German Suplex (14:28).
6. Katsuhiko Nakajima defeated Kazusada Higuchi with a Vertical Drop Brainbuster (16:00).

Katsuhiko Nakajima offered to team up with Kazusada Higuchi for a match sometime in the future. Higuchi was flattered by the offer and said it’s an interesting idea. The team up might happen on the 12th October DNA show in Kitazawa. Yukio Sakaguchi is also scheduled to compete.

There was mixed fortunes for the two new rookies. Mao Inoue got an upset victory over Shunma Katsumata. Despite being smaller, Katsumata should have had the benefit of experience on his side. Instead Inoue had the Swan Dive X Factor scouted and blocked the move with a Dropkick. He then hit the 450 Splash to end it.

Mizuki Watase on the other hand was taken to school by the visiting Shinjiro Otani. Almost literally in fact. Otani submitted Watase with a Half Crab and told him to look up the move on page 279 in his wrestling textbook.

Another new rookie was introduced on the show. Daiki Shimomura is a high school student who wrestles for the nkw micro indie. His debut is set for 12th October.

Some details have emerged for the two rookies making their debut in the opener. Mao Inoue is from Osaki City in Miyagi and was born 28th January, 1997. He is 177cm high and weighs 80kg. He trained in Judo but also filmed his own pro wrestling matches while in junior high school and posted them to Youtube. The videos caught the attention of Sanshiro Takagi which eventually brought him here. Inoue’s immediate goal is to take advantage of his jumping ability. Mizuki Watase is from Yamanouchi, Nagano and was born on 6th February, 1991. His athletic history includes baseball, swimming and basketball. He is part of the comedy group Tenori Tiger. It has been his dream since a child to be a pro wrestler and his goal is to become a champion.

Look, it’s neat and all for somebody to go all out while they still can before retirement but will somebody tell Mio Shirai to stop getting into matches with psychopaths?

1. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Round 1: Suguru Miyatake defeated Dai Suzuki with the F5 (6:46).
2. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Round 1: Ryota Nakatsu defeated Kouki Iwasaki with the Reverse Cross Armbreaker (6:57).
3. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Round 1: Kazusada Higuchi Vs Shunma Katsumata ended in a Time Limit Draw (10:00).
3a. Overtime – One Count Fall: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Shunma Katsumata with a Cradle Crush (1:47).
4. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Semi Final: Ryota Nakatsu defeated defeated Suguru Miyatake with a Buzzsaw Kick (0:20).
5. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Semi Final: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Kota Umeda with the Canadian Backbreaker (7:33).
6. Wrestling Koshien 2015 – Final: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Ryota Nakatsu with the Goten (13:35).

Today’s show was built around a one night tournament for the DNA wrestlers. Kazusada Higuchi had a bump in the road in the form of Shunma Katsumata when they fought to a time limit draw in Round 1. The match restarted and Higuchi overpowered Katsumata’s Cradle attempt to pin him. In the semi final Higuchi fought off a spirited attack from Kota Umeda. Meanwhile Ryota Nakatsu made quick work of Suguru Miyatake, beating him in 20 seconds. Despite the disadvantage of wrestling longer matches on the way to the final, Higuchi was able to beat Nakatsu and win the tournament. His prize is 100,000 yen and and a match against Katsuhiko Nakajima in the main event of “DNA 9” on 22nd September.

Two new students were introduced to the crowd. Mizuki Watase is the comedian who signed with DDT earlier this year. Mao Inoue was a high school backyard wrestler. Sanshiro Takagi surprised them with the announcement that they will have their debut match at “RYOGOKU PETER PAN 2015”! They will team with Kota Umeda against Yasu Urano, Akito & Ryota Nakatsu. Watase said he has dreamt of being a wrestler since elementary school. Inoue apologised to his parents but said he was grateful for them and his teachers for letting him take the path of a pro wrestler.
