1. 3 Way Match: Nonoko defeated Shoko Nakajima and MIZUHO when Nonoko pinned MIZUHO with the Pie Fly Flow (10:06).
2. KANNA defeated Hyper Misao with the Spear Of Versailles (5:20).
3. Miyu Yamashita defeated Yuka Sakazaki with the Crash Rabbit Heat (8:17).
4. Saki Akai & Ai Shimizu defeated Erin & Akane Miura when Akai pinned Erin with the Rookie Award (10:42).

Saki Akai had some more insults prepared for the Tokyo Joshi Pro roster. She said Garlic Pork would be a good team name for Erin & Akane Miura because Erin looked like garlic and Miura looked like a pig. After the main event Akai dared Erin to challenge her again when she becomes more beautiful.

Yuka Sakazaki targeted Miyu Yamashita’s jaw in their match, believing it to be her weak spot. When she took control she place a large rubber band in her mouth, stretched it out of the ring and then released it so it would snap Yamashita in the face. However Yamashita countered Yakazaki’s Magical Girl Jump and hit the Crash Rabbit Heat for the win.

Ririko Kendo announced she is being renamed and will now be called Rika Tatsumi. Rika is part of her real name and Tatsumi comes from Tatsumi Fujinami. She has also developed a new move inspired by her new name and she aims to use it in her return match.

Hyper Misao was again unmasked in her match. Despite losing to KANNA, Misao thinks she is just going through a rebellious phase on her journey to becoming a hero.

The first round draw for this year’s Tokyo Princess Cup took place at the end of the show. The matches are Erin Vs KANNA, Miyu Yamashita Vs Yuka Sakazaki, Shoko Nakajima Vs Nonoko and Ai Shimizu Vs Akane Miura.

2. 6-Person Tag Match: Misaki Ohata, Tsukasa Fujimoto & Mayumi Ozaki defeated Hiroshi Fukuda, Hamuko Hoshi & Mochi Miyagi when Ozaki pinned Fukuda with a Small Package (17:14).
3. 4 Organization 4 Way Match: Aoi Kizuki, Cherry and Kaho Kobayashi defeated Dynamite Kansai when all three pinned Kansai at the same time (7:19).
4. Hard Mixed Singles Match: Isami Kodaka defeated Yumi Ohka with the Isamuashi Zan (11:34).
5. Mixed Tag Match: Aja Kong & SAGAT defeated Shuji Ishikawa & Neko Nitta when Kong pinned Nitta with the Vertical Brainbuster (11:21).
6. Main Event Singles Match: Mio Shirai Vs Arisa Nakajima ended in a Time Limit Draw (30:00).
6a. Overtime: Arisa Nakajima defeated Mio Shirai with the Dharma Style German Suplex (2:09).

Both Mio Shirai and Arisa Nakajima fought their hearts out in a 30 minute draw. They shook hands at the beginning of the match but Shirai immediately threw a High Kick to start things off. At the 15 minute mark they brawled out of the ring and brought chairs into the match. When 5 minutes remained Shirai locked in the Figure 4 Necklock and Nakajima spent some time trying to escape it. In the final seconds of the match Nakajima hit the Dharma Suplex but the bell rang before she could get the three count. Nakajima pleaded with Shirai to restart the match because she wanted a definitive winner for their last singles match together. Shirai agreed and the match went to overtime with no time limit. The two quickly tried to get the advantage with strikes and finisher attempts until Nakajima hit the Dharma Suplex again and this time got the pin. Nakajima thanked Shirai for he exciting match afterwards.

Isami Kodaka got the better of Yumi Ohka and there seems to be a measure of respect between the two now. However they both gestured towards having a rematch at some point in the future.

The 4 Way Match was pretty much a 3 Vs 1 Handicap match. Aoi Kizuki, Cherry and Kaho Kobayashi were all wary of facing Dynamite Kansai on their own so they all decided to team up on her instead. While the three did eventually wrestle each other they still ganged up on Kansai when the opportunity presented itself. The end came when the trio all Dropkicked Kansai and then jumped on top of her for a triple pin. Kizuki, Cherry and Kobayashi were all pleased with the result.

Hiroshi Fukuda was in the mood for some singing and got the Lovely Butchers to join him midway through the opening match. He also convinced Misaki Ohata and Tsukasa Fujimoto to sing too. Mayumi Ozaki refused to do it but eventually gave in. When she finished she gave Fukuda a Low Blow kick and pinned him with a Small Package.

3. MEN’S Teioh, Kazushi Miyamoto & SAGAT defeated Ladybeard, Mitomi Masayuki & Seiya Morohashi when Teioh pinned Masayuki with a Rope Assisted Pin (11:48).
4. UWA World Tag Team Titles – Empty Can Death Match: Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei defeated Shuji Ishikawa & Masato Shibata (c) when Shu pinned Shibata with the Gotai Fumanzoku (Talks About The Universe) (15:50).
*Shuji Ishikawa & Masato Shibata fail in V1. The Brahman Brothers become the 21st UWA World Tag Team Champions!
5. Union Fly To Everywhere World Title: Mio Shirai defeated Hibiscus Mii (c) with the Tsuchigumo (7:48).
*Hibiscus Mii fails in V1. Mio Shirai becomes the 7th Union Fly To Everywhere World Champion!
6. Union MAX Title: FUMA (c) defeated Yusuke Kubo with the Diving Headbutt (23:18).
*V3 for FUMA.

The former Goro Jr. became an unlikely hero for Union by attempting to win the Union MAX Title from FUMA. Kubo entered to a remixed version of his mentor Dick Togo’s song (I assume it’s “Insane in the Membrane”). He came close to winning with the Goro Suplex and Blowback but FUMA fired back with a combination consisting of the Sole Butt, Argentine Piledriver, Tombstone and finally the Diving Headbutt. That was nough to put Kubo away. After the match FUMA said that the King Legion will show their full power next month and challenged anyone to try and stop them.

With retirement looming on the horizon Mio Shirai made it her goal to win a championship one more time in all four companies she is under contract to. She already holds the tag team titles for both Ice Ribbon and Pro Wrestling WAVE. She also recently won the main championship in OZ Academy but was forced to vacate it after losing a stipulation match but that’s another story for another blog. All that remained was winning back the Union Fly To Everywhere Title. She had to go through Hibiscus Mii to do that and it wasn’t an easy task. The match featured plenty of Headbutts but Shirai prevailed and is now a Triple Crown champion. Shirai apologised for having a swollen red head because of all the Headbutts she gave and took.

In what was probably the weirdest recycling campaign ever, the UWA World Tag Team Titles were put on the line in an Empty Can Death Match. There were no countouts or rope breaks and every five minutes the fans in attendence were encouraged to throw their empty beer cans into the ring. The wrestlers were then allowed to use the cans as weapons. The Brahman Brothers still used their usual array of weapons like the suitcase, bowling ball and pig head. The dreaded black ink also came into play and blinded Masato Shibata long enough to be pinned, resulting in the title switch.

Madoka was nominated by Isami Kodaka to be the next No. 1 Contender for his Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title. The title match will be in Yokohama on 18th July.

The male wrestlers in Match #1 were penalised whenever they did not act like gentlemen towards the women. Daichi immediately lost 3 points at the start of the match when he entered the ring without Cherry. Hiroshi Fukuda smartly escorted Aoi Ishibashi to her corner to avoid the same penalty. Daichi lost another point for locking up with Ishibashi and messing her hair in the process. Meanwhile Fukuda punched Cherry but that was okay because it was ruled as an act performed on an opponent in a competitive wrestling match. Fukuda then used Ishibashi as a human shield for a top rope attack from Daichi. That wasn’t ok and he was penalised 100,000 points before getting pinned by Cherry.

Ryu Gouma participated in a special public training exercise at the beginning of the show. Kazuhiko Ogasawara came out with a baseball bat and challenged Gouma to break it in half. He struck Gouma in the shin everytime Gouma failed. Gouma gave up and Ogasawara dragged him to the back stating he will train him even harder.

4. King Of DDT 2015 – Round 2: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Masa Takanashi with the German Suplex (9:47).

7. King Of DDT 2015 – Round 2: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Shigehiro Irie with the Goten (18:23).

The King Of DDT semi-finals are set. Kazusada Higuchi Vs Yukio Sakaguchi and Konosuke Takeshita Vs Daisuke Sasaki will take place on 28th June along with the grand final. Sakaguchi dispatched Makoto Oishi with the Right Knee Of God. Takeshita narrowly avoided being wrongly disqualified when Masa Takanashi faked getting hit with the DDT Extreme Title belt he stole from Akito again after Match #1. Sasaki got the upset win over his stablemate Kota Ibushi. Sasaki seated Ibushi on a chair outside the ring and did a Super Diving Elbow Drop from the top rope onto him. Sasaki avoided the Sit Down Last Ride and pulled in the ref to distract Ibushi and flash pin him with the Sasaki Huracanrana. Ibushi was disappointed to lose and blamed Suguru Miyatake. Finally in the battle of the heavyweights Higuchi scored a great victory over Shigehiro Irie. Higuchi offered a handshake after the match but Irie rejected it.

DDT will move up from Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium #2 to the bigger Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium #1 on 28th November. The event is called “OSAKA OCTOPUS 2015” and the main event will be the KO-D Openweight Champion defending the title against the winner of this year’s DDT Dramatic General Election. Sanshiro Takagi spoke about the building hosting matches like Nobuhiko Takada Vs Bob Backlund as well as cards from UWF and SWS.

Despite being thrown off by MIKAMI’s speed and use of ladders, Strong BJ succeeded in another KO-D Tag Team Titles defence. Yuji Okabayashi is confident he and Daisuke Sekimoto can beat anyone in DDT. Right now there are no immediate challengers in line.

Ken Ohka appeared in the balcony after the 4 Way Match to give another warning to KUDO about cashing in his Right To Challenge contract. Amon Tsurumi apologised to KUDO for allowing Ohka to sneak into the show again. KUDO didn’t care because he knows Ohka is not going to cash in anytime soon.

Hello darkness my old friend. Gota Ihashi is now a two time King Of Dark Champion. He never got a chance to enjoy wrestling outside of the preshow. Amon Tsurumi happily handed Ihashi the belt after the match.

6. KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Masa Takanashi defeated Antonio Honda, Konosuke Takeshita & Hiroshi Fukuda when KUDO pinned Fukuda with the Diving Double Knee Drop (18:07).

Makoto Oishi’s mother was in attendance and by her son’s side for most of the show.

Shigehiro Irie was impressed with Kazusada Higuchi’s strength in their preview of tomorrow’s King Of DDT 2nd Round. Irie thinks Higuchi’s power is amazing but he will not let himself be overtaken by the new generation.

Match #3 went outside and featured fireworks being used as weapons. Kota Ibushi also Moonsaulted off of a truck as he is known to do. The Arrogant Bastards were able to hit DEATH FROM ABOVE but MIKAMI won the match out of nowhere with the Sliding School Boy.

After a quick match, DJ Nira and Toru Owashi immediately had a rematch. Nira goaded Amon Tsurumi, Daisuke Kiso, Antonio Honda, Gota Ihashi and Yusuke Kubo to form a human pyramid for him to do the Rocket Punch off of. Nira fell short of his target and got pinned.

Gota Ihashi argued with Amon Tsurumi over him still being in dark matches despite no longer being the King Of Dark Champion. Ihashi beat Suguru Miyatake once more with the Cross Body to prevent the title from transferring back to him.

Yusuke Kubo is grateful for the opportunity to wrestle for the Union MAX Title. Not just for himself but for FUMA and the rest of the new generation in Union.

At the age of 28, Hiroshi Fukuda is beginning to consider retirement and what his lasting impact will be on the industry. He wants future generations of Japanese wrestlers to behave more like the gentlemen from Europe and the United States. To prove his point he put together a mixed tag team match to show how gentlemen should treat ladies.

Ohka encouraged Abe to stay with Ganbare☆Wrestling and help him prepare for his inevitable match with KUDO for the KO-D Openweight Title. Shibata came out and had an offer for Ohka. He wanted a 2-on-1 Handicap match between himself and Mitomi Masayuki against Ohka! However Shibata promises they will fight fair and square and there will be no outside interference by any member of Enjo-gun. Ohka accepted the challenge and is determined to beat Enjo-gun even if it’s by himself. He will beat Enjo-gun and he will become the KO-D Champion!

3. Akane Miura defeated Miyu Yamashita with a Lariat (6:45).
4. Biishiki-gun Vs Hero-gun: Saki Akai & KANNA defeated Hyper Misao & Erin when KANNA pinned Misao with the Spear Of Versailles (11:10).

The Hero-gun’s attempt at juctice ended in failure. Hyper Misao convinced Erin to put on the cape and mask to fight Biishiki-gun. Saki Akai said both of them looked like burglars so it was up to herself and KANNA to dispense some “cute justice” of their own. They unmasked both Misao and Erin during the match and KANNA pinned Misao with the Spear Of Versailles. Misao admitted she was a bad partner for Erin but felt KANNA still had justice in her heart. Misao challenged KANNA to a singles match at the next show. Erin then challenged Akai and Ai Shimizu to a tag team match. This time she has a better partner, Akane Miura! The big girl is confident in her abilities after beating Miyu Yamashita in the semi-main event.
