3. Sanshiro Takagi & Kazuki Hirata defeated Danshoku Dino & Keisuke Ishii when Takagi pinned Dino with La Magistral Cradle (10:18).
4. Yoshihiro Takayama & Soma Takao defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Kouki Iwasaki when Takayama pinned Iwasaki with the Running Knee Lift (9:57).
5. Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Polly defeated Makoto Oishi, Shunma Katsumata & MAO when Endo pinned Oishi with the Torture Rack Bomb (12:39).
6. HARASHIMA & Akito defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Antonio Honda when HARASHIMA pinned Honda with the Somato (17:46).

During the main event Antonio Honda let out that he spent all of the previous night thinking about the folk tale Gon, the Little Fox. Akito wanted him to tell the story but Honda attacked him instead. HARASHIMA lost count of how many times DDT ran an event inside the Loisir Hotel Toyohashi during his show closing speech. When he figured out it was the third time he said they should do a fourth show someday.

The show took place on Yoshihiro Takayama’s 50th birthday! He celebrated by kneeing Kouki Iwasaki in the chest. He was also impressed with Kazusada Higuchi’s power despite Higuchi only wrestling for less than 2 years. His advice for Higuchi is not to think too much about winning the championship but instead focus on crushing your opponent.

Danshoku Dino had spent the day eating and drinking at the hotel restaurant and it left him feeling particularly randy for his match. For everyone’s sake he gave Amon Tsurumi a safe word if he went out of control and got them kicked out. The safe word was “Compliance”. Whenever Dino did one of his signature moves Tsurumi said the word “Compliance” on the microphone. It happened so often that Dino could barely do anything to his opponents. Dino eventually climbed the top rope and bent over in his Hell Gate position. Tsurumi climbed into the ring yelling at Dino to stop but Keisuke Ishii grabbed him. Kazuki Hirata then Dropkicked Ishii into Dino’s backside. Sanshiro Takagi wanted to throw Tsurumi into Dino but he yelled “Compliance!” Takagi instead gave Dino a Superplex and then pinned him with La Magistral Cradle.

2. Your Neighborhood Noise Trouble Solution: FUMA defeated Gouma Ryu with the Heavy Metal Anthem (R4 1:00).
3. Koji Iwamoto defeated Daichi Kazato with a German Suplex (11:24).
4. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Shinya Ishida defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & SAGAT when Hiroshi pinned SAGAT with the Perfect Plex (13:08).
5. Isami Kodaka defeated Ryota Nakatsu with an Armlock Manjigatame (17:33).

Ryota Nakatsu went into the main event putting in all that vhe could be he still lost to Isami Kodaka. Nakatsu admitted disappointment over the result and wants to face Kodaka again. It’s possible that they will have a match at the IRON FIST TAG TOURNAMENT semi-finals if both of their teams win in the first round. Nakatsu asked Kodaka to remember him until then. He also warned Kodaka that Shinjiro Otani & Sean Guinness are formidable opponents while Nakatsu only has to worry about Masamune & Gouma Ryu.

The team of Takumi Tsukamoto and SAGAT continues to look a bit shaky. Before their match against Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Shinya Ishida began SAGAT asked Tsukamoto why he is entering the Iron Fist tournament with Kodaka instead of him. Tsukamoto said he already explained why and promised SAGAT he would work hard in this match to sort out their own relationship as a team. However their teamwork fell apart again and Hiroshi even used SAGAT’s momentum against Tsukamoto to get an advantage. Hiroshi got the win and gave SAGAT some encouragement because they are entering the tournament together. He called him a piece of junk in the process but it was meant to be encouragement. Hiroshi hopes he & SAGAT will face Kodaka & Tsuakmoto in the final.

Gouma Ryu has been complaining about FUMA playing his heavy metal music too loud wherever he goes. He challenged FUMA to a wrestling debate that would consist of 5 two minute rounds switching back and forth between wrestling and debating. FUMA struggled during the debate but took control when it switched to wrestling. Back in the debate FUMA could hardly contain his excitement when describing the emotional splendor of his favourite music genre. It ended with him doing an air guitar. In the next wrestling round Ryu was fed up and tried to hit FUMA with his law book. FUMA knocked Ryu down and placed the book on top of him. He then hit the Heavy Metal Anthem onto Ryu and the book to win the match.

6. HARASHIMA, Yuko Miyamoto & Kazusada Higuchi defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Shuji Ishikawa & Mad Polly when Higuchi pinned Polly with the Goten (16:03).
7. Special Single Match: Tetsuya Endo defeated Konosuke Takeshita with the Sky Twister Press (22:13).

A clash of former best friends headlined DDT’s annual “OSAKA BAYS BLUE SPECIAL” in Osaka Edion Arena #2. In fact, Tetsuya Endo’s turn to DAMNATION began because he couldn’t beat Konosuke Takeshita for the KO-D Openweight Title back in July. With a new, darker attitude Endo took his chance to redeem himself. Daisuke Sasaki gave a helping hand early when he swept Takeshita’s leg as he rebounded from the ropes. Endo himself hit some big moves like a No Touch Topé and a Hand Spring Kneel Kick. But Takeshita fired back with a Blue Thunder and a Turnbuckle Bomb. Endo tried to do the Torture Rack Bomb but Takeshita countered it into a Sleeper Hold. Takeshita went for his German Suplex finisher but Endo landed on his feet. This time he hit the Torture Rack and followed with the Sky Twister Press to finally get that victory over Takeshita. After the match Endo told Takeshita that this was reality. He thanked Sasaki for giving him the chance to show his true worth. Sasaki said he and Endo will win the KO-D Tag Team Titles, then Shuji Ishikawa will beat Kazusada Higuchi to keep the KO-D Title. Add in the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles and soon all KO-D belts will be under their control. DAMNATION will conquer DDT!

HARASHIMA could hardly wait to get his hands on DAMNATION in the 6-Man Tag match. After a quick ringside brawl HARASHIMA and Higuchi teamed up to take on Ishikawa. The champion and his challenger fired back and forth until they were both spent and laid out. However Higuchi got his second wind when fighting Mad Polly and slammed Sasaki’s pet with a big Goten for the three count. Higuchi warned Ishikawa that the same will happen to him on 25th September. Higuchi then told the Osaka crowd he will be the champion when DDT returns to the city.

Soma Takao successfully completed his first defence of the AJPW Jr. Title with a win over Kazuki Hirata. Takao’s opponent had spent the last month trying to prove he was taking this match seriously, ditching his dancing antics during his bouts. A Mad Splash got him close to winning but his Egoist Driver was countered into a Reverse DDT. Takao then won with the Gin And Tonic. Hirata sat and bowed to Takao and he got a pat on the shoulder in return. Takao said in his victory speech that he wants to be a strong champion whether it’s in DDT or elsewhere in Japan.

KUDO took time to appreciate being able to wrestle again. He told the crowd this was the first time in a year that he wrestled in Osaka. His knees have recovered steadily and he wants to show more and more strength when he comes back to Osaka next month.

During the 3 Way Tag Match Yoshihiko betrayed its tag partner Antonio Honda! It dove onto Danshoku Dino but was caught and put in the Lip Lock for a long time. The kiss convinced Yoshihiko to join Dino’s side and it gave Honda a Choke Slam. It then performed a Spinning Headscissors that threw Honda into the Danshoku Driver. When the match was over Dino was informed he will defend the DDT Extreme Title in Sapporo on 10th October. His opponent? Sanshiro Takagi! With DDT’s 20th Anniversary approaching Takagi is looking back through the company’s history to find a match for him and Dino. He found just the one, the Dai Ichin Pa-Lien Seiha Match! Dino thinks Takagi is sick because he spends so much time managing different companies. So it is up to Dino as the Wrestling Mentalist to cure him.

Kota Ibushi, Kuishinbo Kamen and Kikutaro were announced for “OSAKA OCTOPUS 2016” in Osaka Edion Arena #1 on 4th December.

6. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated HARASHIMA & Akito when Sasaki pinned Akito with the Vietnam Driver II (15:13).

Immediately after winning the main event, Daisuke Sasaki grabbed a microphone and yelled “Hurry up and drop dead, Smile fucking Squash!” He then wanted to tell a personal story to the audience. Yesterday a women he claims he used to date got married in America. It was Candice LeRae. Well he doesn’t care because he’s with DAMNATION! However he then muttered that he wanted marry Candice and his head sank at the thought. Tetsuya Endo and Mad Polly tried to cheer him up as they left ringside. Ken Ohka had to rush into the ring and finish the post-show speech so it could end on a happier note.

Ohka went into his hometown return determined to beat Antonio Honda for the first time in his career. Honda opened up the show badmouthing Ohka in front of his local fans. Honda was told that Ohka was a hometown hero but he disagreed. Honda said Toyama’s real heroes were Fujiko Fujio, the manga group that created Doraemon. When the match went ahead Ohka dodged the Diving Fist Drop and hit the Flame Spear to score the victory. Ohka thanked his hometown fans for cheering him on and giving him the power to achieve this win.

Tension is brewing between Soma Takao and Kazuki Hirata one day before their AJPW Jr. Title match. Takao said he is raising the title’s value by defending it in DDT before his eventual defences in All Japan. Hirata said he would absolutely not lose to Takao. Instead he will become the 42nd champion. They then squared off before going their separate ways.
