2. Face Iron Bull Phantom Vs Berserk Mammel ~Prince SOS~: Mr. No defeated J-Soul Pandita III IV with the Diving Headbutt (5:29).
3. Let’s Go! COWPER!!: GENTARO & Kotaro Nasu defeated Shinichiro Tominaga & Osochin Aries when GENTARO pinned Aries with a Small Package (13:37).
4. Power Of Dreams Vs Enjo-gun: Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki defeated Yumehito Imanari & Chikara when Shibata pinned Imanari with the Enjo Kick (13:10).
5. Oretachi Nario No – Road To KO-D!?: Ken Ohka defeated Yukihiro Abe with the Spear Of Flame (15:14).

Ken Ohka successfully defended his Right To Challenge contract with a victory over former DDT wrestler Yukihiro Abe. Ohka encouraged Abe to stay with Ganbare☆Wrestling and help him prepare for his inevitable match with KUDO for the KO-D Openweight Title. Shibata came out and had an offer for Ohka. He wanted a 2-on-1 Handicap match between himself and Mitomi Masayuki against Ohka! However Shibata promises they will fight fair and square and there will be no outside interference by any member of Enjo-gun. Ohka accepted the challenge and is determined to beat Enjo-gun even if it’s by himself. He will beat Enjo-gun and he will become the KO-D Champion!

I still can’t get over the fact that a Japanese Austin Aries gimmick exists.

The Arrogant Bastards were added to the card when they requested to add one more match to their schedules before returning home to America. Osamu Namiguchi & Tiger Bedscene were supposed to wrestle each other but had to team together instead.

Ganpuro will have its first show in Shinjuku FACE on 23rd September.

The main event is back on! KUDO reclaimed his Right To Challenge contract from Daisuke Sasaki and still intends to cash it in at Korakuen Hall at the end of the month.

Devin Sparks & Ric Ellis are a Californian tag team known as The Arrogant Bastards. They approached Sanshiro Takagi requesting to participate in the audition for new T2Hide members. Takagi’s advice to them on Twitter is if they can dance better than Kazuki Hirata, they will pass the audition.

Aja Kong is back. She is still the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion last time I checked.

1. Power Of Dreams Vs Enjo-gun: Yumehito Imanari & Chikara Vs Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki
2. Oretachi Nario No – Road To KO-D!?: Ken Ohka Vs Yukihiro Abe

Ken Ohka is now a marked man because of the Right To Challenge contract he currently possesses. Yukihiro Abe has challenged him to a match for the contract. Abe sees this as an opportunity to return to DDT, win the KO-D Title and face all of the new wrestlers that have appeared since he left. Ohka is determined not to lose. However there is danger lurking in the background. Mitomi Masayuki from Enjo-gun also wants a match with Ohka and is not happy to be ignored.

The Brahman Brothers are coming to challenge Shuji Ishikawa & Masato Shibata for the UWA Tag Team Titles. The Brahmans think the champions are freaks. In their minds Ishikawa acts like he’s Jesus and Shibata looks like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters. The Brahmans are preparing for the match by eating a lot of hamburgers and coming up with tactics to attack Shibata’s feet because that is his weak point.

5. Reunion Of Fate! Black Jack Of The Lion And The Rubbish Heap: Ken Ohka & Minoru Fujita defeated Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki when Ohka pinned Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame (16:30).
*Ken Ohka wins Mitomi Masayuki’s Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract.

With the help of Minoru Fujita, Ken Ohka was finally able to gain some ground on Enjo-gun and gain something big for his troubles. Ohka pinned Mitomi Masayuki and won his Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract! Ohka thanked Fujita for his aid. They shook hands but then Fujita suddenly DDT’d Ohka! Fujita apologised and called it a bad habit. Fujita explained he now has a family and that prevents him from wrestling often. He broke down in tears as he told his story. Ohka told Fujita he is always welcome in Ganpuro.

Yumehito Imanari was happy to have a match with Chikara. He felt it got them to bond more and strengthen as a team. Chikara told Imanari he is still really immature but he will become stronger. He promises to do his best for their Power Of Dreams tag team.

Mr. No was… er… well just look at it. It’s the same character from the Tiger Mask anime.

Yukihiro Abe’s Tiro Finale is a Cobra Clutch.

3. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Round 1: Haruka Kato defeated J-Soul Pandita III IV’s Sister with the Enjo Spring Nyan Bomb (4:59).
4. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Round 1: Manami Kanda defeated Akemi Papiyon with the Sliding Lariat (6:41).
5. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Semi Final: Aoi Ishibashi defeated Domestic Woman Police Man with the Natural Moonsault (5:07).
6. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Semi Final: Haruka Kato defeated Manami Kanda with the Enjo Haruka Lock (7:51).
7. Ganbare☆Wrestling Raising An Army Anniversary Special Tag Match: Yukihiro Abe & Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Ken Ohka & Yumehito Imanari when Tominaga pinned Imanari with the JK (15:23).
8. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Final: Aoi Ishibashi defeated Haruka Kato with the Cookie Splash (9:20).

Enjo-gun did what they could to make Haruka Kato win the tournament. Shibata and Mitomi Masayuki interfered in her matches and got her to the final. They blasted J-Soul Pandita III IV’s Sister with a fire extinguisher and attacked Manami Kanda’s arm so Kato could tap her out. The Ganpuro wrestlers had enough and came to the rescue in the final, cutting off Enjo-gun. With the distractions out of the way Aoi Ishibashi pinned Kato to become BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA!

Akemi Papiyon is a cross dresser who had a major wardrobe malfunction during his match with Manami Kanda. His top was ripped off and his bra fell off right as Kanda hit him with the match winning Sliding Lariat.

Hong Kong International Women Police Man looked almost completely the same as the male counterpart. The only difference was the word “woman” was written on the wrestler’s mask. Miyako Matsumoto came close to beating him in the first round but Police Man unmasked. He tricked the ref into thinking Matsumoto did it and got her disqualified. In the semi-final Police Man chose to abstain from the rest of the tournament because his identity was discovered (he was Atsushi Maruyama of course). He was replaced by Domestic Woman Police Man. He looked exactly the same as the other one.

7. DDT Extreme Title – Last Man Standing Match: Akito (c) Vs Shigehiro Irie

A high stakes 3 Way Match guarantees one Right To Challenge Contract will change hands. Daisuke Sasaki wants to have every contract for himself so he can have a Plan B, C, D and E if his eventual cash in fails. He currently has two in his possession but he risks losing one if KUDO or Kazusada Higuchi beat him. Speaking of those two, they are both just weeks away from cashing in their contracts. To lose it now would be catastrophic for that person.

Amon Tsurumi will be the judge for his own Battle Royal. He will pick the winner based on whoever best meets his standards, whatever they are.

DNA rookies Kazusada Higuchi & Ryota Nakatsu are thrusted into the main event with big implications depending on the result. Higuchi and KUDO both have Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contracts and both have made their intentions clear to cash in later this month. Getting pinned would devastate either man’s plan.

The King Of Dark Title only changes hands if Gota Ihashi pins or submits one of his opponents. No title change if DJ Nira gets the win.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “RAISING AN ARMY ANNIVERSARY”, 18/04/2015
Tokyo BASEMENT MON☆STAR
96 Fans – No Vacancy

1. Special Mixed Tag Match: Yukihiro Abe & Manami Kanda defeated Shinichiro Tominaga & Haruka Kato when Kanda pinned Kato with a Lariat (10:28).
2. Berserk Mammal Vs Foreign Mystery – Pittsburgh Death Match: Mr. AKIBA defeated U.S Philadelphia Pandita with the Idol Master (3:16).
3. Ganbare☆Wrestling Vs K-DOJO: Yoshihiro Horaguchi defeated Tiger Bedscene with a Boston Crab (9:22).
4. You Can Bet The Name Of Yoshino: Osamu Namiguchi defeated Kotaro Yoshino with the Lanakila-X (8:56).
5. Special Single Match: GENTARO defeated Chikara with a Backslide (12:33).
6. Special Tag Match: Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki (w/ Tomoya Kawamura) defeated Ken Ohka & Yumehito Imanari when Shibata submitted Imanari with the Dai Enjo (15:42).

The Union invaders are now called Enjo-gun (Flame Army) and they made their presence felt on this show. Tomoya Kawamura & Mitomi Masayuki attacked Ken Ohka & Yumehito Imanari during the opening introduction and tied them to the ring ropes with sticky tape just so they could give their theme music CD to the sound guy. The main event was a heated brawl with Ohka getting bloodied in the process. Shibata locked in the Hell’s Gate on Imanari to win by submission. Ohka revealed that he will face Shibata & Masayuki again on 16th May but this time his tag partner will be Minoru Fujita!

Osamu Namiguchi told Kotaro Yoshino that the most important thing he should learn from their match is fighting spirit.

J-Soul Pandita III IV was nowhere to be found so its American counterpart was brought in to fight Mr. AKIBA. “Real American” played over the speakers and U.S Philadelphia Pandita entered the ring while posing like Hulk Hogan. Mr. AKIBA called Philadelphia dullsville and said he is from the great city of Pittsburgh so they should have a Pittsburgh Death Match. Nobody knows what the rules for that match are since they only wrestled a normal match (as normal as a match can be with a creature like Pandita involved).

Manami Kanda and Haruka Kato were added to the BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA tournament on Ganbare☆Joshi’s debut show next month. Even though Kanda pinned Kato, Ohka encouraged Kato to join the tournament and work hard. That came back to haunt him at the end of the show when Kato was revealed to be the newest member of Enjo-gun!
