UNION “UNION HARVEST FESTIVAL 2015”, 15/09/2015
Shin-kiba 1st RING

1. Hiroshi Fukuda Vs Ryu Gouma (w/ Kazuhiko Ogasawara)
2. Mitomi Masayuki & Ryota Nakatsu Vs Madoka & Ayumu Honda
3. Mio Shirai Last Union Match: Mio Shirai & Ladybeard Vs GENTARO & X
4. Union Fly To Everywhere World Title – Three Match Special Rules: Aoi Kizuki (c) Vs Cherry
5. 8-Man Tag Team Elimination Match: Isami Kodaka, Daichi Kazato, Yusuke Kubo & Masato Shibata Vs FUMA, MEN’S Teioh, Kazushi Miyamoto & SAGAT
6. Last Man Standing Match: Shuji Ishikawa Vs Seiya Morohashi

Shuji Ishikawa Vs Seiya Morohashi is now a Last Man Standing match. This is the kind of pro wrestling where friends who care for one another beat the crap out of each other to prove it.

The Fly To Everywhere Title match between Aoi Kizuki and Cherry will be Best 2 Out Of 3 Falls with each fall having a special rule. The first fall is a 3 Way Match with Miyako Matsumoto also included. Whoever beats Matsumoto first will win the fall. The 2nd fall is a Rock ‘N’ Roll Death Match with A.YAZAWA as the special guest referee. If needed, the 3rd and final fall will be a Total 3 Count match. The best I can describe the rule is if you pin your opponent for a two count then your next pin only needs a one count to win. If you pin and get a one count then the next pin needs a two count to win. I’m not entirely sure if three one counts is enough to win or if the amount needed is only based on the previous pin. But the intention here is pinning the opponent for three seconds in total just not necessarily in a row.

This will be Mio Shirai’s final match in Union before she retires on 20th September. Shirai has chosen Kyoko Kimura to be GENTARO’s partner in the match.

Ryu Gouma has admitted defeat in his quest to learn Karate in order to beat Hiroshi Fukuda’s Judo. This last match is not Judo Vs Karate, but American Vs Lawyer.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “BAD COMMUNICATION 2015”, 23/09/2015
Shinjuku FACE

1. Animal Planet Special 3 Way Match: J-Soul Pandita III IV Vs Neko Nitta Vs Kris Wolf
2. Do Judge!!: Yukihiro Abe Vs Shinichiro Tominaga
3. GANBARE SUPER FIGHT!!: Kotaro Nasu Vs Tigger Bedscene
4. Go Beyond The Asia ~3rd Generation Grandson Vs 94th All Asia Tag Team Champions~: Chikara & Yumehito Imanari Vs Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie
5. Resonance To The Major Sports ~The Real Tiger Mask And Disciple Of Tiger Mask Vs Enjo-gun~: Shuichiro Katsumura & Hayato Mashita Vs Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki
6. Texas Tornado Hardcore Special Handicap Match: Ken Ohka, GENTARO, Shota & Bambi Vs Minoru Fujita, Hi69 & Osamu Namiguchi

Minoru Fujita demanded that the main event will be a Hardcore Match. He also mocked Ganbare☆Wrestling by saying they should worry about Tokyo Joshi Pro outdrawing them in the same building on the same date. Ken Ohka said his team will beat Fujita’s team and they will rehabilitate Fujita out of his bad attitude.

Ganbare☆Wrestling is bringing in a surprise name for this show. The “Real Tiger Mask” Shuichiro Katsumura will wrestle in Ganpuro to help turn it into a major sports company. He will team with Hayato Mashita who was his first opponent in his debut pro wrestling match.

Yumehito Imanari was told that his design of Ganpuro’s new logo plagiarises the logo of the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Imanari still denies the claim and even went as far as to print up T-shrts of the new logo to sell at the show. It is too late for Ganpuro to cancel the order so they have no other choice but to sell the shirts once they arrive.

Ken Ohka has wished Kana good luck on her move to WWE. Kana wrestled a match in Ganpuro back in February. She has inspired Ohka to give back to wrestling and for Ganpuro to do its best in Japan while she does the same in America.

DDT “WHO’S GONNA TOP? ~DDT DRAMATIC GENERAL ELECTION 2015~”, 27/09/2015
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

0. King Of Dark Title: Gota Ihashi (c) Vs Sanshiro Takagi
1. Toru Owashi Vs Kazuki Hirata
2. Tomomitsu Matsunaga & Kouki Iwasaki Vs Makoto Oishi & Shunma Katsumata
3. KUDO & Masa Takanashi Vs Joey Ryan & Hiroshi Fukuda
4. Kota Ibushi & Suguru Miyatake Vs Kazusada Higuchi & Kota Umeda
5. HARASHIMA, Akito & Yasu Urano Vs Antonio Honda, Konosuke Takeshita & Tetsuya Endo
6. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Keisuke Ishii, Shigehiro Irie & Soma Takao (c) Vs Danshoku Dino, Super Sasadango Machine & Ken Ohka
7. KO-D Openweight Title: Yukio Sakaguchi (c) Vs Daisuke Sasaki

Daisuke Sasaki was nominated as the No. 1 Contender by Yukio Sakaguchi himself. With the Vietnam Driver II in his arsenal, Sasaki now thinks he is Earth’s Strongest Man. Sakaguchi may knee that thought straight out of Sasaki’s head.

#OhkaEmpire have impressed and annoyed Team Drift enough to get a KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles shot. Danshoku Dino pinned both Keisuke Ishii and Soma Takao yesterday while Ken Ohka is constantly standing up to Shigehiro Irie despite coming off the worse for wear in every encounter. The one wild card is Super Sasadango Machine. He had a secret plan yesterday that he was unable to use because he was quickly eliminated. The upcoming rematch gives him another chance to use it if he wishes.

KAT-TOO have been working well as a team so far. They face tournament bound KUDO & Kota Umeda.

Normally Gota Ihashi would be in the Pigging 2015 team but he’s locked out of the show because of he is the King Of Dark Champion. Saki Akai has to take his place.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “KNOCKIN’ ON YOUR DOOR 2015”, 29/08/2015
Tokyo BASEMENT MON☆STAR
130 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. Finally Duel! Hold On And Go Beyond The Soul!: Osamu Namiguchi defeated Tigger Bedscene with a Half Crab Hold (8:50).
2. The Outer Drop ~Beyond The Time Of Love And Hate~: Mitomi Masayuki defeated Yumehito Imanari with the Salty Splash (10:10).
3. Rikidozan Sansei Vs Blackjack Of Rubbish Heap: Minoru Fujita defeated Chikara with a Jackknife Pin (10:05).
4. Special Tag Match: GENTARO & Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Hayato Mashita & Yukihiro Abe when Tominaga pinned Abe with an Inside Cradle (14:33).
5. Ganbare☆Wrestling Vs Enjo-gun General Warfare: Ken Ohka defeated Shibata with the Spear Of Flame (9:30).

Ken Ohka can now put his feud with Enjo-gun behind him after he defeated the group’s leader Shibata. He was outnumbered when Tomoya Kawamura interfered. Ohka got rid of him but then Mitomi Masayuki came in, re-establishing his connections with the group after originally having a falling out with them. A bloody Ohka got rid of him too and hit the Spear Of Flame on Shibata to win. After the match Ohka said he wants Enjo-gun to stay in Ganbare☆Wrestling because they have the same drive as him to make wrestling a major sport. Shibata said Enjo-gun will set Ganpuro ablaze and their feud isn’t over. Enjo-gun left but then a new problem arrived…

Minoru Fujita confronted Ohka and told him he’s tired of all his third rate drama. He’s frustrated by how Ohka wrestles his matches and how much he struggles. He doesn’t want to team with Ohka at Shinjuku FACE next month, instead he brought along his own friends. Fujita brought out Hi69, who he knows from K-DOJO. He then brought out Osamu Namiguchi! Fujita knows him from their time together in Zero1. Ohka got some backup when GENTARO walked out and stood by his side. Then Shota came out, appearing in Ganpuro for the first time since March! Shota remembered Ohka telling him to come back to Ganpuro whenever he was ready and now is the time. Shota is back to help his buddy Ohka. A challenge was made for a 6-Man Tag Team match on 23rd September but that was suddenly interrupted when Bambi came out! Bambi wore a Fujita shirt but she took it off, threw it at Fujita and shook hands with Ohka. Now the challenge was for a 4-on-3 Tag match. A brawl broke out and the Ganpuro side came out on top to end the show.

Despite losing his match tonight, Chikara promised he will wrestle at 120% when he & Yumehito Imanari fight Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie on 23rd September.

Hayato Mashita’s High Kicks are dangerous! He knocked out GENTARO with one but also accidentally it his partner Yukihiro Abe with another to cost them the match. Abe was pinned by Shinichiro Tominaga but isn’t convinced he can do it again so he challenged Tominaga to a singles match. When GENTARO came to Tominaga jokingly told him good morning and also to watch out for Mashita’s High Kick.

Osamu Namiguchi said he noticed a change in Tigger Bedscene as they wrestled each other. There was a tense moment when Bedscene responded but they both started laughing and the tension disappeared.

Union gets a visit from All Japan for an inter-promotional tag team match. Shuji Ishikawa has made a few appearances in AJPW this year and even threw out a challenge to Akebono for a Triple Crown Title match. He could send a loud message if he and Daichi Kazato can beat the visiting team of Go Shiozaki & Kotaro Suzuki.

Look, it’s neat and all for somebody to go all out while they still can before retirement but will somebody tell Mio Shirai to stop getting into matches with psychopaths?

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “BEER GARDEN ~DON’T SAY ANYTHING…SUMMER 2015~”, 27/07/2015
Ichigaya Nankai Memorial Clinic
80 Fans – Super No Vacancy Full House

1. Ganpuro Constituency Final: Yukihiro☆Jienotsu☆Abe defeated Mac Imanari with the Abe†Holic (9:33).
2. Unprecedented Rematch: Shinichiro Tominaga Vs GENTARO ended in a Time Limit Draw (15:00).
3. Special Single Match: Ken Ohka defeated Mitomi Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame (12:43).

In the main event Shibata made an unwelcome appearance by attacking Ken Ohka. Mitomi Masayuki dragged Shibata away and told him he wanted to fight Ohka fair and square. Ohka got the victory and Shibata told off Masayuki for rejecting his help.

The problems between Shinichiro Tominaga and GENTARO now seem to be water under the bridge after they fought to a 15 minute draw. Tominaga had GENTARO in the Cobra Clutch but was rolled into a Cradle for a nearfall when the time expired. He and GENTARO drank beer together after the match.

Mac Imanari wrestled in a Superman costume and explained he had to become Superman in order to beat Yukihiro Abe. That didn’t happen. Abe won the match and qualified for the upcoming DDT Dramatic General Election.

J-Soul Pandita III IV appeared at the end of the show sticking pictures of cats and wolves to the wall.

Ohka announced that Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie will come to Ganpuro on 23rd September to take on Power Of Dreams. Ohka wanted Chikara & Yumehito Imanari to face a team that held the All Asia Tag Team Titles, a championship associated with Chikara’s grandfather Rikidozan.

A stipulation yet to be decided will be added to the Union Sekigun Vs King Legion 6-Man Tag.

Kazuhiko Ogasawara sent a letter to Union explaining he has taken Ryu Gouma under his wing. He calls Gouma an idiot who people laugh at but if he learns Karate he could beat people that are 7 and even 8 feet tall! The letter ends with Ogasawara saying the time has come for Karate-gun’s revival! Karate-gun was Union’s first enemy faction when the brand was re-established in 2005. The infamous feud featured Ogasawara fighting Poison Sawada in a Scorpion Death Match and later a Toxic Barbed Wired Board Death Match. I don’t think the same will happen here with Gouma.

4a. Special Match: Minoru Fujita defeated Tiger Bedscene with the Reverse Viper Hold (1:38).
5. Enjo-gun Presents Special Handicap Match: Ken Ohka defeated Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki when Ohka pinned Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame (16:36).

Shibata’s promise of fighting fair and square in the main event went out the window when he attacked Ken Ohka with a stick. However Shibata was attacked by his partner Mitomi Masayuki for cheating. With Shibata out of the way Masayuki and Ohka continued to fight without resorting to dirty tactics. Ohka pinned Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame but Shibata refused to recognise that as Ohka beating Enjo-gun. Shibata challenged Ohka to a singles match and left ringside.

Masayuki admitted that although he wanted to crush Ganbare☆Wrestling he gained respect for Ohka when he saw him win the KO-D Openweight Title. He is now inspired by Ohka’s growth from lowly wrestler to champion and hopes he himself can achieve the same. Masayuki pleaded with Ohka for a match and it was accepted for 27th July.

Although Minoru Fujita been welcomed into Ganpuro he his starting to cause some problems. After going through a lot of effort travelling to the show, Fujita wasn’t satisfied with just beating Yumehito Imanari. He challenged Tiger Bedscene to a match and quickly beat him too. Fujita criticised the Ganpuro talent for not advancing after two and a half years. He then called out Ohka but got a confrontation with Chikara instead.

Tensions were heated between Shinichiro Tominaga and GENTARO. The two had to be seperated after their tag match. A singles match between the two was booked for 27th July.

Mr. No made quick work of Survival Tobita in Tobita’s first Ganpuro match in over a year. Tobita thinks Mr. No has a weakness and he will soon find out what it is.

The two teams in the opener continued fighting after the match until Ohka seperated them. In order to make peace Ohka asked if the four had anything in common. They admitted to either liking Star Wars, AKB48, Love Live!, Invasion of Astro-Monster and Morning Musume. Ohka called them all nerds but at least they were now getting along.
