1. Ganpuro Constituency Final: Yukihiro☆Jienotsu☆Abe defeated Mac Imanari with the Abe†Holic (9:33).
2. Unprecedented Rematch: Shinichiro Tominaga Vs GENTARO ended in a Time Limit Draw (15:00).
3. Special Single Match: Ken Ohka defeated Mitomi Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame (12:43).

In the main event Shibata made an unwelcome appearance by attacking Ken Ohka. Mitomi Masayuki dragged Shibata away and told him he wanted to fight Ohka fair and square. Ohka got the victory and Shibata told off Masayuki for rejecting his help.

The problems between Shinichiro Tominaga and GENTARO now seem to be water under the bridge after they fought to a 15 minute draw. Tominaga had GENTARO in the Cobra Clutch but was rolled into a Cradle for a nearfall when the time expired. He and GENTARO drank beer together after the match.

Mac Imanari wrestled in a Superman costume and explained he had to become Superman in order to beat Yukihiro Abe. That didn’t happen. Abe won the match and qualified for the upcoming DDT Dramatic General Election.

J-Soul Pandita III IV appeared at the end of the show sticking pictures of cats and wolves to the wall.

Ohka announced that Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie will come to Ganpuro on 23rd September to take on Power Of Dreams. Ohka wanted Chikara & Yumehito Imanari to face a team that held the All Asia Tag Team Titles, a championship associated with Chikara’s grandfather Rikidozan.

Kazuhiko Ogasawara sent a letter to Union explaining he has taken Ryu Gouma under his wing. He calls Gouma an idiot who people laugh at but if he learns Karate he could beat people that are 7 and even 8 feet tall! The letter ends with Ogasawara saying the time has come for Karate-gun’s revival! Karate-gun was Union’s first enemy faction when the brand was re-established in 2005. The infamous feud featured Ogasawara fighting Poison Sawada in a Scorpion Death Match and later a Toxic Barbed Wired Board Death Match. I don’t think the same will happen here with Gouma.

2. SURVIVAL IS BACK!: Mr. No defeated Survival Tobita with the Diving Headbutt (3:33).
3. Special Tag Match: GENTARO & Osamu Namiguchi defeated Shinichiro Tominaga & Tiger Bedscene when Namiguchi pinned Bedscene with the Lanakila-X (13:28).
4. Student Of The Rainbow Vs Blackjack Of The Rubbish Heap: Minoru Fujita defeated Yumehito Imanari with the Reverse Viper Hold (9:30).
4a. Special Match: Minoru Fujita defeated Tiger Bedscene with the Reverse Viper Hold (1:38).
5. Enjo-gun Presents Special Handicap Match: Ken Ohka defeated Shibata & Mitomi Masayuki when Ohka pinned Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame (16:36).

Shibata’s promise of fighting fair and square in the main event went out the window when he attacked Ken Ohka with a stick. However Shibata was attacked by his partner Mitomi Masayuki for cheating. With Shibata out of the way Masayuki and Ohka continued to fight without resorting to dirty tactics. Ohka pinned Masayuki with the Spear Of Flame but Shibata refused to recognise that as Ohka beating Enjo-gun. Shibata challenged Ohka to a singles match and left ringside.

Masayuki admitted that although he wanted to crush Ganbare☆Wrestling he gained respect for Ohka when he saw him win the KO-D Openweight Title. He is now inspired by Ohka’s growth from lowly wrestler to champion and hopes he himself can achieve the same. Masayuki pleaded with Ohka for a match and it was accepted for 27th July.

Although Minoru Fujita been welcomed into Ganpuro he his starting to cause some problems. After going through a lot of effort travelling to the show, Fujita wasn’t satisfied with just beating Yumehito Imanari. He challenged Tiger Bedscene to a match and quickly beat him too. Fujita criticised the Ganpuro talent for not advancing after two and a half years. He then called out Ohka but got a confrontation with Chikara instead.

Tensions were heated between Shinichiro Tominaga and GENTARO. The two had to be seperated after their tag match. A singles match between the two was booked for 27th July.

Mr. No made quick work of Survival Tobita in Tobita’s first Ganpuro match in over a year. Tobita thinks Mr. No has a weakness and he will soon find out what it is.

The two teams in the opener continued fighting after the match until Ohka seperated them. In order to make peace Ohka asked if the four had anything in common. They admitted to either liking Star Wars, AKB48, Love Live!, Invasion of Astro-Monster and Morning Musume. Ohka called them all nerds but at least they were now getting along.

Ken Ohka successfully defended his Right To Challenge contract with a victory over former DDT wrestler Yukihiro Abe. Ohka encouraged Abe to stay with Ganbare☆Wrestling and help him prepare for his inevitable match with KUDO for the KO-D Openweight Title. Shibata came out and had an offer for Ohka. He wanted a 2-on-1 Handicap match between himself and Mitomi Masayuki against Ohka! However Shibata promises they will fight fair and square and there will be no outside interference by any member of Enjo-gun. Ohka accepted the challenge and is determined to beat Enjo-gun even if it’s by himself. He will beat Enjo-gun and he will become the KO-D Champion!

I still can’t get over the fact that a Japanese Austin Aries gimmick exists.

The Arrogant Bastards were added to the card when they requested to add one more match to their schedules before returning home to America. Osamu Namiguchi & Tiger Bedscene were supposed to wrestle each other but had to team together instead.

Ganpuro will have its first show in Shinjuku FACE on 23rd September.

Aja Kong is back. She is still the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion last time I checked.

However there is danger lurking in the background. Mitomi Masayuki from Enjo-gun also wants a match with Ohka and is not happy to be ignored.

3. Power Of Dreams Showdown ~ Acceptance Of Rikidozan III Vs Hotel Scam Again: Yumehito Imanari defeated Chikara with a Samson Clutch (8:49).
4. The True Value Of Leeway Generation X!?: GENTARO defeated Shinichiro Tominaga with the Sharpshooter (15:55).

With the help of Minoru Fujita, Ken Ohka was finally able to gain some ground on Enjo-gun and gain something big for his troubles. Ohka pinned Mitomi Masayuki and won his Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Contract! Ohka thanked Fujita for his aid. They shook hands but then Fujita suddenly DDT’d Ohka! Fujita apologised and called it a bad habit. Fujita explained he now has a family and that prevents him from wrestling often. He broke down in tears as he told his story. Ohka told Fujita he is always welcome in Ganpuro.

Yumehito Imanari was happy to have a match with Chikara. He felt it got them to bond more and strengthen as a team. Chikara told Imanari he is still really immature but he will become stronger. He promises to do his best for their Power Of Dreams tag team.

3. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Round 1: Haruka Kato defeated J-Soul Pandita III IV’s Sister with the Enjo Spring Nyan Bomb (4:59).
4. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Round 1: Manami Kanda defeated Akemi Papiyon with the Sliding Lariat (6:41).
5. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Semi Final: Aoi Ishibashi defeated Domestic Woman Police Man with the Natural Moonsault (5:07).

7. Ganbare☆Wrestling Raising An Army Anniversary Special Tag Match: Yukihiro Abe & Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Ken Ohka & Yumehito Imanari when Tominaga pinned Imanari with the JK (15:23).
8. BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA – Final: Aoi Ishibashi defeated Haruka Kato with the Cookie Splash (9:20).

Enjo-gun did what they could to make Haruka Kato win the tournament. Shibata and Mitomi Masayuki interfered in her matches and got her to the final. They blasted J-Soul Pandita III IV’s Sister with a fire extinguisher and attacked Manami Kanda’s arm so Kato could tap her out. The Ganpuro wrestlers had enough and came to the rescue in the final, cutting off Enjo-gun. With the distractions out of the way Aoi Ishibashi pinned Kato to become BEST OF THE SUPER CINDERELLA!

Akemi Papiyon is a cross dresser who had a major wardrobe malfunction during his match with Manami Kanda. His top was ripped off and his bra fell off right as Kanda hit him with the match winning Sliding Lariat.

Hong Kong International Women Police Man looked almost completely the same as the male counterpart. The only difference was the word “woman” was written on the wrestler’s mask. Miyako Matsumoto came close to beating him in the first round but Police Man unmasked. He tricked the ref into thinking Matsumoto did it and got her disqualified. In the semi-final Police Man chose to abstain from the rest of the tournament because his identity was discovered (he was Atsushi Maruyama of course). He was replaced by Domestic Woman Police Man. He looked exactly the same as the other one.
