A retired Guts World championship is being resurrected for the feud between GPW and Real GUTS Army. This was Ken Ohka’s idea because he is becoming more and more hungry to be a champion again. Also the high stakes of a title match shows which wrestlers are the ones with real guts.

The newly created P.P.P. Tokyo gets a warm up against one of Ganpro’s best.

Shigehiro Irie’s tour of Japan with the Southside Wrestling World Title has lead to a string of defences in a short period of time. The sixth and latest defence was against Kouki Iwasaki at Ganbare☆Wrestling. Irie said that he will be going back to Europe with the title but he hopes to wrestle Iwasaki again. However Ken Ohka entered the ring and demanded a shot at the title on 17th July. Irie said he won’t be in Japan that day. Ohka then asked for a match in August. Irie couldn’t commit so Ohka then told Irie to challenge him the next time he comes back to Japan. Irie then suddenly knocked out Ohka with the Beast Bomber.

The combined powers of the GPW alliance succeeded in beating Real GUTS Army in a violent clash. Yumehito Imanari came out wearing a leather jacket similar to Jon Moxley’s “MOX” jacket but with “SEX” on the back instead. Ohka was busted open but with the help of Imanari & Miss Mongol, was able to pin Shota with the Thunder Fire Power Bomb. After the match Ohka demanded Guts Ishijima to bring back the retired GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles that used to be defended in Guts World until its closure. Ohka explained that life is a fight with guts. If GUTS do not want to be in a title match then they have no guts! Ishijima accepted the demand and will bring back the titles on 17th July.

Hiroshi Yamato challenged Shuichiro Katsumura for the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title. Yamato said he has now wrestled in over 50 different wrestling promotions and if he becomes the Independent Jr. Champion he can then raise the belt’s prestige and also the wrestling scene at large by defending it in various different promotions.

Champ Phoenix made the mistake of taking Choun-Shiryu lightly, treating him as an easy opponent and leaving his guard open so Shiryu could pin him with La Magistral Cradle. Shiryu told Phoenix that he’s been living in Japan for 15 years so he should have been treated with respect.

The rookie Shuhei Washida is showing more aggression in his matches. He refused to shake Mitomi Masayuki’s hand before their match and even had to be held back by the referee at one point. However Masayuki took over and used a modified Camel Clutch called the Baby Clutch to make Washida submit.

Masayuki announced before the show that he is forming his own promotion called P.P.P. Tokyo. He said he learned to work hard in Ganpro and will use that spirit to make this new project succeed. P.P.P. will have a business relationship with Ganpro. The first sign of this is Ganpro hosting a match at the debut P.P.P. show in Shinjuku FACE on 30th September.

Spicy food from Nerima has taken its toll on Daisuke Sasaki and he is unable to wrestle on tomorrow’s show. Nerima Sting needs a new opponent. Coincidentally, a letter sent by a mysterious wrestler from nearby Kodaira was delivered to the DDT office. This wrestler claims that Nerima is a cursed city of evil. He has been cursed by this city unlike Kodaira where he lived happily every day. This wrestler formed a bond with Sasaki years ago until Sasaki brought him to Nerima. He couldn’t stand how lewd the city was but he fell for a beautiful woman and spent a night with her. He woke up the next morning alone and in unbelievable pain. He understood immediately that he now has gout! This person has sworn revenge on Sasaki and everything related to Nerima including Nerima Japan Pro Wrestling!

Back in March Shigehiro Irie won the main championship from England’s Southside Wrestling Entertainment. He has brought the title to Japan this month to defend it around the indies. He just had one against Konaka = Pale One a few days ago and won that match. Next he wants to put the belt on the line against Kouki Iwasaki.

Real GUTS Army sent out a statement demanding their match against Ganbare☆ Wrestling to be changed. Their ultimate goal is to unite the indies but that leaves the question as to what is the definitive style of independent wrestling? They believe the most fitting type of indy match is the Scramble Bunkhouse Street Fight! Ganpro accepted the stipulation and will fight the 6-Man Tag under those rules.

Keisuke Ishii noticed that the main event ended after 18 minutes and 14 seconds, the same exact amount of time as his match with Tetsuya Endo for the KO-D Openweight Title a few weeks ago. He also said it was so much fun and exciting to wrestle Shigehiro Irie again. He now wants to wrestle him one on one.

The new war between Ganbare☆Wrestling and Real GUTS Army went ahead today. Guts Ishijima & Shota won the first battle over Ken Ohka & Shuichiro Katsumura in the middle of the show but they made their presence felt again later. When the show ended, Ohka’s speech in front of the fans was cut short by an attack by GUTS. Ishijima was about to give Ohka the Facebuster when Yumehito Imanari & Miss Mongol came to the rescue. With the enemy sent fleeing, Imanari called for an alliance between Ganpro and Pocchari Joshi. Together they can be called GPW! The three challenged Guts-gun to a trios match on 16th June. Ishijima accepted with Shota and Masked Mystery as his partners. Ishijima also said that Yoshimura Pro Wrestling is on his side in this war.

Imanari’s Pocchari Joshi project will show up again at Shin-Kiba 1st RING on 20th August.
