There was nothing really shocking coming out of the first round but Round 2 of the Tokyo Princess Cup is going to serve up a few big casualties. One half of the bracket will be getting ready for Saturday where Miyu Yamashita and Rika Tatsumi will have their first single match against each other since the summer of 2021.

One of the non-tournament matches is purposely pitting Yuki Kamifuku against the trio of teenagers. She’s either going to teach them all a valuable lesson or spend the match battling the reality of aging.

The other half of the bracket has Yuki Arai against Shoko Nakajima as the highlight although Miu Watanabe and Yuki Aino are probably going keeping Shoulder Blocking each other until one of them falls down.

This wll be the last DDT show before “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2026” and likely where we find out who will go into the show as the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion. Whoever the champion is must first take part in a tag match with Ilusion as their tag partner. If the champion is a wrestler who is already on the show then they must still compete in the match, therefore becoming double booked! But what will happen if the champion turns out to be either Sanshiro Takagi or Naomi Yoshimura?

Both Hiroyo Matsumoto and Sumire Natsu will be on the show. It will be Matsumoto’s first appearance in Tokyo Joshi Pro since November while Natsu is making her TJPW debut.

Kamifuku’s retirement road takes a stop in Super Japan for what will be her second and last appearance for the promotion. The last time she was here she got to fight Kuroshio TOKYO Japan so this time they will be tag team partners. Facing them will be Kamifuku’s friend Kumadori as well as the Up Town rookie Saira.
