1. Yuki Aino defeated Hikari Noa with the Venus DDT (9:42).
2. Himawari Unagi & Pom Harajuku defeated YUMI & Mahiro Kiryu when Unagi submitted Kiryu with the Big Fuhen Hold (8:43).
3. Yuna Manase, Yuki Kamifuku & Mina Shirakawa defeated Rika Tatsumi, Nodoka Tenma & Raku when Manase pinned Raku with the Suzuki Dynamic (11:12).
4. Special Single Match: Yuka Sakazaki Vs Su Yung ended in a Double Knockout (13:40).
5. Special Single Match: Mizuki defeated Maki Itoh with the Cutie Special (17:00).
6. Suzume Debut Match: Shoko Nakajima & Riho defeated Mirai Maiumi & Suzume when Nakajima pinned Suzume with the Northern Lights Suplex (11:16).
7. International Princess Title – 1st Champion Decision Battle: Natsumi Maki defeated Gisele Shaw with a German Suplex (14:25).
*Natsumi Maki becomes the 1st International Princess Champion!
8. Princess Tag Team Titles: Sakisama & Misao (c) defeated Miyu Yamashita & Miu Watanabe when Misao pinned Watanabe with the Vanitas (17:25).
*V2 for NEO Biishiki-gun.

NEO Biishiki-gun continue to reign as the Princess Tag Team Champions. The new Momoiro Sparkling team worked well together but the gap between them and the champions was too wide for them to handle. The history between Miyu Yamashita and Sakisama came back to the spotlight when they were in the ring together while Misao enjoyed torturing Miu Watanabe. The challengers had their moment to shine when Watanabe gave Sakisama a Giant Swing then put Misao in the Canadian Backbreaker. Yamashita then jumped off the top rope and hit a Diving Knee to Misao while she was still in the hold. However NEO Biishiki-gun used a 3D to get rid of Yamashita and Misao got the pin on Watanabe with the Vanitas.

Sakisama told Misao that the path she chose was the right one. Misao agreed. She hated this world until she found Sakisama and won the tag titles with her. Together they are searching for a new landscape to create a new strong, noble and beautiful world. Sakisama & Misao were joined in the ring by Martha and Yukio Saint Laurent to close out the show. Sakisama reminded everyone that the four of them will be fighting together in Osaka on 1st September.

The first International Princess Champion has been crowned and it is Natsumi Maki! She won a hard fought battle against Gisele Shaw to earn the honour. Shaw almost won with a Spanish Fly from the top rope. However when Shaw went to climb the turnbuckles again Maki threw her off with German Suplex. Another German Suplex came shortly afterwards to give Maki the victory. Maki said she has been waiting for a moment like this for so long that she still doesn’t believe it is happening. Since it is an international championship, she hopes to go abroad to defend it. She also mentioned Miyu Yamashita, Yuka Sakazaki and Maki Itoh as opponents she wants to defend against. Whatever it takes to make the championship valuable!

The debuting Suzume was thrown straight into the fire when the first person she faced off with was Shoko Nakajima! She got to hit a Diving Cross Body to Nakajima thanks to a Lariat set up for Mirai Maiumi. However Riho got in and hit Suzume with the 619. From there Nakajima did the Rider Kick and went for the Northern Lights Suplex. Suzume fought out of it but Nakajima dropped her with a Double Arm DDT then finished her off with the Northern Lights. Suzume appreciated the cheers from the crowd but she felt so overwhelmed by her opponents that she couldn’t do anything against them. Nakajima & Riho were happy to team up as the Twin Cam Monsters after a long time away from each other. Riho mentioned she will be busy wrestling in Stardom but she would like to wrestle in Tokyo Josho Pro again when the chance comes. She wants to continue what she has built with Nakajima.

The rivalry between Maki Itoh and Mizuki was brought back to the foreground with their latest match. Itoh quickly went for the World’s Cutest Knuckle Punch but Mizuki escaped. The two fought outside where Itoh grabbed a microphone and used the cord to strangle Mizuki against the ring post! Itoh even asked “Who is the cutest in the world” on the microphone while she was choking Mizuki. Back in the ring the two scrambled for submission holds from the Face Lock to the Itoh Special. Itoh used a Headbutt to block a Cross Body but Mizuki then beat her down with Elbow Strikes. Mizuki hit the Diving Double Stomp but did not go for the pin. Itoh struggle to get up and when Mizuki approached her, she stuck out the middle finger. Mizuki pushed her hand away and hit the Cutie Special for the win.

After the match Itoh cried into the microphone. She said she wanted to be in the leading role this summer. She now realises that Mizuki is in that leading role, not her. Itoh will now play the supporting role for Mizuki because that way she will still have an influence on how the big story plays out.

Yuka Sakazaki Vs Su Yung promised to be a chaotic match and delivered. Sakazaki quickly fled the ring when made her entrance. She went over to Tetsuya Koda and took his shoes and socks to defend herself with. Yung caught up with Sakazaki and they fought around the room. Sakazaki placed Yung flat on a table and slid her down the stairs. She then put Yung through the table with the Magical Girl Splash from the entrance gate. She threw Yung back into the ring but Yung kicked out of the pin. Yung spat Poison Mist and Sakazaki but she had her face protected from getting blinded. Yung went for the Mandible Claw so Sakazaki did the same move with Koda’s sock covering her hand. The two claws were thrown into Daisuke Kiso’s face, knocking him out. Yung and Sakazaki then applied the claws to each other at the same time, knocking each other out. Yukinori Matsui came down to replace Kiso and he called the match off because everyone was unconscious.

Yuna Manase, Yuki Kamifuku & Mina Shirakawa are now being called Cat’s Pye. Shirakawa even created a rap song for the three of them to enter the ring to. Their new unit went off to a successful start with a win over Rika Tatsumi, Nodoka Tenma & Raku.

Himawari Unagi has been using the Big Fuhen Hold for a while but today was the first time she won a match with it.

The show began with Yuki Aino defeated Hikari Noa. It took a Side Suplex, a Full Nelson style Camel Clutch and then the Venus DDT for the finish. Noa said she is doing everything she can but she is getting angry at herself for her irresponsible nature. She will use today’s result as a way to take a proper look at herself. Aino is happy to win matches on her own with the level of power she has now.

Tokyo Joshi will return to Korakuen Hall on 4th January, 2020.

1. Special Poccha Libre Match ~American Drag Queen Vs Miss Jumbo~: Himeka Arita defeated Beauty Suzuki after a Crushed Body Slam (7:27).
2. Pocchaminator Manah Connor Chronicles: Pocchaminator (P-800) defeated Manah Connor (Yuna Manase) with the Canadian Backbreaker (?:??).
3. Pocchari Great Mothers Vs Mad Slender Army ~ Rainup War Without Jingi 2nd Season: Miss Mongol & Hamuko Hoshi defeated Moeka Haruhi & Banny Oikawa when Hoshi pinned Haruhi with a Diving Body Press (12:07).
4. Keiko Takeshita International Friendly Match – Keiko Beyond The Heart: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Yumehito Imanari with the German Suplex (?:??).

Yumehito Imanari had an emotional main event with Konosuke Takeshita that explained his infatuation with Takeshita’s mother. Keiko Takeshita scolded her son during the match whenever he was about to do something too violent like using a chair. When Takeshita fought to give Imanari the German Suplex, a voice began to speak over everything. It was the voice of Imanari’s heart. Everybody was told that Imanari’s mother passed away when he was only 20 years old, just 3 days after his first student club wrestling match. She never got to see him wrestle. When Imanari sees Keiko watching her son in the ring he wonders if his own mother would have watched him the same way if she was still alive. That’s why he admires Keiko and also why he wanted to wrestle Takeshita today. So they could both wrestle their best for their moms to see. By now Imanari was fighting back with tears in his eyes but Takeshita was able to hit the German Suplex to win.

After the match Takeshita told Imanari that if he ever feels lonely, he has his permission to call and talk to Keiko. Imanari said has spent the last 13 years of his life searching for maternal love. He found it when he met Konosuke and Keiko. But enough about that. Today’s show was stressful for Imanari to put together. He’s not in the mood to be entertained or pampered right now. Yuna Manase came down to the ring and cheered him up by singing “Soul’s Refrain” from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Imanari joined in while the ring filled with the other wrestlers. Manase left the ring during the performance but came back out wearing a red plugsuit! Imanari asked everyone if they wanted to do a third Pocchari Joshi show. If they do then everyone in the audience should bring their moms with them!

Keiko was involved in the main event because she was appointed as the special ambassador for the match. She came out wearing her son’s amateur wrestling singlet he used back in the 3rd grade. She said it fits her even though she weighs 86kg. She then confessed that she would like Imanari to hold her 86kg body. She also wanted to know if Akito was in attendance.

Hamuko Hoshi and Moeka Haruhi both did sexy poses in front of Daisuke Kiso during the opening trade offs. When Miss Mongol joined in, her pose made Kiso faint. Hoshi bit Haruhi’s arm because she was hungry. Later Mongol threw Haruhi face first into Kiso’s waist in the corner. Banny Oikawa tried to turn things around but Mongol cut her off and Hoshi pinned her with the Diving Body Press.

The Pocchaminator traveled back in time from the year 2050 to pocchaminate every human being with a high BMI level. The only person to stop it it Manah Connor. She was injected with nanomachines before the match but her heightened abilities didn’t seem to have any effect on her enemy. She received instructions from Colonel Hirotsugu Suyama on what to do but none of them worked. She tried calling Yuki Kamifuku but couldn’t get an answer. The Pocchaminator (P-800) took control of the match and was about to do a Choke Slam when Manah received a message from an unlikely source. It was the Stardom owner Rossy Ogawa! He reminded Yuna Manase that she is a Stardom graduate and encouraged her to fight back. Manah yelled the Stardom motto “Believe Now, Shine Tomorrow, We Are Stardom!” as she fought back against The Pocchaminator. Unfortunately The Pocchaminator hit a Lariat and made Manah give up to the Canadian Backbreaker.

When the match was over The Pocchaminator praised Manah Connor for being a great warrior. He warned her that Tokyo will be under future attacks and her pocchari body is the greatest weapon to stop them. Manah went back to being Yuna Manase and she thanked those who helped her. She told The Pocchaminator they should fight together and they left. But unknown to them a video was shown on the screen. It is The Pocchaminator 2! The P-1000 is coming after them!

Beauty Suzuki tried to Body Slam Himeka Arita but wasn’t strong enough to go through with it. Arita landed on top of Suzuki and got the pin.

The show began with Imanari demonstrating the πMAX3D technology he developed. He wore a VR headset while a scene from Manase’s gravure video played. Imanari became… engrossed in the video until Manase got into the ring and gave him a Stunner.

1. Yuki Kamifuku defeated Mahiro Kiryu with the Fame Asser (6:00).
2. Yuki Aino & YUMI defeated Rika Tatsumi & Hikari Noa when Aino pinned Noa with a Reverse DDT (11:02).
3. Miu Watanabe defeated Unagi Himawari with the Tear Drop (7:42).
4. Natsumi Maki defeated Raku with the Backlash (7:30).
5. Yuka Sakazaki defeated Pom Harajuku with the Magical Girl Splash (7:46).
6. Sakisama & Misao defeated Miyu Yamashita & Mirai Maiumi when Sakisama pinned Maiumi with the Academy Award (11:36).
7. Shoko Nakajima, Nodoka Tenma & Maki Itoh defeated Mizuki, Yuna Manase & Mina Shirakawa when Nakajima pinned Shirakawa with the Diving Senton (15:27).

Mizuki’s team thought they had the upper hand when Yuna Manase tossed Mizuki from the apron onto a bunch of the wrestlers outside the ring. However when the action whittled down to Shoko Nakajima and Mina Shirakawa, Nakajima got the win. Mizuki said the match was only a prelude and she had to focus on two future opponents. Maki Itoh said there is nothing wrong with her desire to beat Mizuki even if Mizuki gets distracted. She wants to be in the leading role so in two week’s time at Korakuen Hall Mizuki better be ready for her. Nakajima admitted Mizuki is getting stronger but not as strong as her. When they face off in Osaka next month Nakajima says she will crush Mizuki!

Misao did enough damage to Miyu Yamashita with her Jumping Knee Strike that Miu Watanabe tended to Yamashita after the match. Sakisama told Yamashita that she is at her limit. No matter what she will do, the result will always be the same. Yamashita said she decides when she is at her limit. Misao then pointed out that she won the match so it is unthinkable that Yamashita should be feeling this confident about her abilities. Sakisama calmed Misao down and said only the strong have the right to speak so she doesn’t have to listen to Yamashita.

Raku refused to shake Natsumi Maki’s hand after their match.

Yuki Aino got one over on Hikari Noa as they prepare for their Korakuen singles match. She countered Noa’s Uranage into a Reverse DDT for the victory. Noa said she has not time to be upset and aims to win at Korakuen. Aino believes there is not much of a gap between her and Noa even though she is the senior wrestler. By winning the match with YUMI this proves to her that the seniority pecking order is not that definitive.

The opening match was between two women who both went to Toyo University. Mahiro Kiryu went to the Itakura Campus while Yuki Kamifuku went to the Hakusan Campus. They argued over which campus was better while they wrestled. Kamifuku yelled “Goodbye Itakura Campus!” when she hit the match ending Fame Asser for the win.

4. Pocchaminator Mana Connor Chronicles: Mana Connor (Yuna Manase) Vs Pocchaminator (P-800)

Yumehito Imanari is promising an “Innovative Invention Experiment” on the show called πMAX Digital Theater. Fans in attendance will be wearing special glasses to watch an extra large screen that is so immersive you will feel like you are inside a womb again. He is using this technology to screen one of Yuna Manase’s DVDs. Those who see it will feel like they are being wrapped around in Manase’s motherhood.

Manase doesn’t get what Imanari is trying to do, she is only focusing on her match. And er… at least I think it is a match. The set up is the main event features the Pocchaminator, a cyborg from the year 2050 that has traveled back in time to kill people who have a BMI value above a certain level on behalf of major advertising agencies. The resistance is led by one person. Not Yuna Manase but Mana Connor! If she cannot stop the P-800 then there is no future for Pocchari Joshi Pro!

Konosuke Takeshita’s mother Keiko is a special ambassador on the show. She will oversee the match between Imanari and her son. Imanari hopes that Keiko will show as much love for him as she does for her own son.

I thought this show was just supposed to be a Trainspotting parody…

600 Fans – Super No Vacancy Full House

0. Special Under Match “Star Of Shining Friendship! Eternal Wrestling Boys Legend”: Tetsuya Koda defeated Hisaya Imabayashi with a Modified Torso Sleeper Hold (12:43).
0. Exhibition Match: Danshoku Dieno defeated Keigo Nakamura when Nakamura gave up (3:46).
1. “Summer Feature” Laripro: Yuna Manase, Makoto Oishi & Antonio Honda defeated Keisuke Ishii, Tomomitsu Matsunaga & Yukio Naya by Disqualification when Ishii attacked the referee (14:12).
2. DJ Nira defeated Kazusada Higuchi by Disqualification when Higuchi attacked the referee (5:57).
3. Hana No Sandman Match: Ken Ohka defeated Danshoku Dieno, DJ Nira, Masahiro Takanashi, Muscle Sakai, Antonio Honda, Mike Bailey and Makoto Oishi when Ohka pinned Dieno with the Fire Spear (13:52).

Today’s Beer Garden show was put together by Danshoku Dieno and Super Sasadango Machine. It was headlined by the annual tribute to The Sandman. Several wrestlers came out carrying beer and Singapore canes then met in the ring to share a toast. The bell rang and “Enter Sandman” played while everybody brawled all over the venue. Wrestlers who weren’t part of the match got caught in the mayhem and did what they could to survive while the ring filled up with empty beer cans. Dieno & Sasadango took on all comers but were eventually overwhelmed. DJ Nira hit them with the Rocket Punch, Masahiro Takanashi struck them with a Thrust Kick and Ken Ohka pinned Dieno with the Fire Spear.

With the match over and the music finished, Ohka said he thought he could never survive because he did not have the status or power to go through with it. But today he is in the ring with his most important friends! Even when you are old you can enjoy the time spent with friends. Dieno gathered everyone together and called them his important friends. Sasadango then promoted next year’s show because he believes now is the earliest they can begin to sell tickets for it.

Kazusada Higuchi Vs DJ Nira was an unadvertised match. Higuchi tried to end it quickly but Nira tricked him into having a sumo contest with Daisuke Kiso. Higuchi won easily. Nira then attacked Higuchi from behind. He fled to the corner where Higuchi went for a Splash attack. Kiso took the blow instead of Nira. Kiso was then lifted by Nira into an Argentine Backbreaker position to prevent him from falling and Higuchi was disqualified. The lights went out and everyone heard the words “How strong are you, this is my dream.”

Sasadango’s PowerPoint presentation was a dark project called “Recommended Ghost Spots In Kanagawa”. Sasadango put together a photo diary of supernatural spots that were recommended by paranormal researcher Toshitaro Yamaguchi. Sasadango wanted to visit these spots during the day but it got dark by the time he met up with Konosuke Takeshita and Hisaya Imabayashi to embark on the trip. Some of the spots were blocked off, others turned out to just be empty spaces. While this was going on Takeshita’s right elbow was hurting but he carried on. Sasadango’s conclusion of this story is Takeshita’s an inspiration.

The Lariat Pro Wrestling match begun with the stipulation’s national anthem, “Power Hall”. Everybody played Riki Choshu until the music switched to “Sunrise”. Antonio Honda started acting like Stan Hansen until Yukio Naya put him in a Wristlock, stopping the music. Keisuke Ishii told Naya he was supposed to do Lariats but Naya didn’t understand. Ishii explained how great Lariat Pro matches are but Naya said he didn’t want to do that kind of match. Ishii told Naya to leave and have a drink while the rest continued the match. “J” and the wrestlers acted like Jumbo Tsuruta. Things went a different direction when Makoto Oishi hurt his knee. The music changed to “HOLD OUT” and the Keiji Muto impersonations began. Then it turned into Bruiser Brody spots for “Immigrant Song”. Then Giant Baba for “Soul Of A Champion”. Ishii brought out the Shinya Hashimoto Middle Kicks when “Bakusho Sengen” played. Then came the Mitsuharu Misawa spots for “Spartan X”. Things went out of control when “One Of These Days” played and Honda transformed into Abdullah The Butcher! He took out the referee but a hero was on his way when suddenly “Ikari No Jushin” played. Out came Naya with a beer wearing a Jushin Liger mask! Yuna Manase took the mask off of Naya, wore it herself and hit everyone with Shotei palm strikes. The Lariats returned for “GRAND SWORD” but things went haywire against when Ishii attempted to give Daisuke Kiso a Kenta Kobashi style Burning Hammer! Kiso disqualified Ishii before he could hit the move. Ishii complained that he didn’t break any rules but Tomomitsu Matsunaga and the venue staff disagreed. The staff entered the ring and hit Ishii with Lariats. They then told everyone that the Beer Garden week is happening during Shinjuku FACE’s 14th anniversary. They raised a toast and everyone cheered “FACE”.

Yuki Ueno wanted to begin the show with an exhibition for the trainee Keigo Nakamura. He has been a trainee for over a year and four months but has yet to be in the ring with a certain DDT wrestler. That wrestler is Danshoku Dieno! The exhibition began and Nakamura tried to fight off Dieno. But he couldn’t. He gave up while Dieno was all over him then began to cry. Ueno comforted Nakamura and explained he wanted to see how he would react to Dieno. He asked if Nakamura wants to get stronger? Nakamura does. Ueno said he saw something good in Nakamura today and he encouraged the fans to cheer for him.

Before the show even began the audience were treated to the rematch one year in the making! Last year the two authority figures Hisaya Imabayashi and Tetsuya Koda faced off in the ring. Koda won that battle and left Imabayashi humiliated to the point where he lost the respect of his children. Today his children was here to see their father get revenge! Unfortunately Imabayashi couldn’t hit the Rainmaker, Koda hit him with the Kamigoye and made him submit to a Sleeper Hold. Koda spoke to Imabayashi’s kids and told them what they saw was reality. He wasn’t insulting them however. What he meant was the kids got to see just how strong their father really is! The kids embraced Imabayashi. He may have lost but he did his best to the very end and that won him back his family’s respect.

5. Maki Itoh & Mizuki defeated Shoko Nakajima & Yuki Aino when Mizuki submitted Aino with a Face Lock (10:31).
6. International Princess Title Japanese Representative Decision 4 Way Match: Natsumi Maki defeated Rika Tatsumi, Yuna Manase and Yuki Kamifuku (13:36).
6a. Natsumi Maki eliminated Yuna Manase with a Cradle (6:40).
6b. Yuki Kamifuku eliminated Rika Tatsumi with a Crucifix Pin (11:49).
6c. Natsumi Maki eliminated Yuki Kamifuku with the Backlash (13:36).

The opportunity to compete for a brand new championship means a lot to Natsumi Maki. So much so that in today’s main event she wore the wrestling gear Kairi Sane gave to her before she went to WWE! The 4 Way Match was held under elimination rules. Yuna Manase was the first to go. She attempted the Suzuki Dynamic but Maki countered it into a Rolling Cradle and Rika Tatsumi assisted with giving Manase a Facecrusher on the way down. Tatsumi was next when Yuki Kamifuku countered the Dragon Twist Of Fate into a Crucifix Pin for the upset. Maki was able to win the match entirely when she pinned Kamifuku with the Backlash. Maki said she’s only been in Tokyo Joshi Pro for half a year but there is a new wind approaching in the form of the International Princess Title. She will be a part of the new wind!

The Itoh Respect Army won today but Maki Itoh dropped a bombshell after the match. They’re splitting up! Itoh announced this to everyone but didn’t tell Mizuki about it until then so she was as surprised as everyone else. Itoh explained that they haven’t been a regular team lately so the unit should no longer exist. Also Mizuki is currently on the road to success from winning the Tokyo Princess Cup while Itoh got eliminated in the 2nd Round so that means they should be rivals. Itoh challenged Mizuki to a match at Korakuen Hall on 25th August. The two shook hands until Itoh gave Mizuki both middle fingers.

Miu Watanabe is getting stronger but she isn’t getting the wins to back her up. How strong? Strong enough to Body Slam Sakisama & Misao at the same time! However Misao put Watanabe in the Ribera Me while Sakisama submitted Raku with the Versailles Foot Choke. Watanabe called out to NEO Biishiki-gun after the match telling them that their actions are not beautiful. Misao called her a weed but Watanabe said no matter what happens to weeds they stand up again and again. She challenged them to a Princess Tag Team Titles match to prove it. Miyu Yamashita came out and told Watanabe she will be her partner. Sakisama said it is her right to choose her challengers and it is not them. They were about to leave when Yamashita asked if Sakisama was scared? Sakisama denied being scared and accepted the challenge.

The opening show announcements were interrupted when Shota came down and handed Sayuri Namba a rose with a message attached to it. The message was a receipt for NEO Biishiki-gun’s new photobook coming out this summer. Azusa Takigawa entered the ring and told Namba she has no memory of working on a photobook even though Azusa Christie appears on the cover. Tetsuya Koda ordered Takigawa to sell the photobooks anyway.

“The Gatekeeper From Hell” Demonio Uno, an old gimmick from IWA Japan, will be on the 4th August show held at a Tsurumi market. That is a very obscure gimmick to bring back.

International Princess Title, Other Princess Championships Get Renamed

July 16, 2019

In a bid to expand Tokyo Joshi Pro’s presence around the world some changes have been made to the promotion’s range of championships. First, the current existing championships have been slightly renamed. The “TOKYO” part of the names have been dropped which means the main singles championship is now called the Princess Of Princess Title and the tag belts are called the Princess Tag Team Titles. The reason for this is to present the belts as more global championships.

Here is the second announcement. Because some members of the roster are getting chances to wrestle overseas and more foreign women are visiting Japan to wrestle in Tokyo Joshi, a decision was made to create a brand new singles championship! The International Princess Title belt is currently being produced with plans to crown its first champion later this summer.

The champion decision match will be between a Japanese wrestler and a foreign wrestler. The Japanese wrestler will be decided with a 4 Way Match on 20th July. Each participant in the match was chosen because of their abilities and recent results. Also in order to widen the selection process across the roster, Tokyo Joshi purposely avoided picking women who have been in Princess Title matches this year. The four women picked are Rika Tatsumi, Yuna Manase, Natsumi Maki and Yuki Kamifuku.

11. KO-D Openweight Title – BLACK OUT Presents: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Tetsuya Endo (c) with the Walls Of Takeshita (31:38).
*Tetsuya Endo fails in V5. Konosuke Takeshita becomes the 72nd KO-D Openweight Champion!

An exposed turnbuckle may be the reason for Tetsuya Endo’s downfall and why we have a new KO-D Openweight Champion. When he and Konosuke Takeshita fought outside the ring early in the main event, Nobuhiro Shimatani removed one of the corner turnbuckles while Yukinori Matsui was focused on the fighting. The exposed corner played its part when both champion and challenger were spent. Endo had Takeshita stunned on the top rope with an Overhead Kick but his attempt at a Superplex was countered into the Chicago Skyline chest first onto the metal bracket! Takeshita went on to hit the Fable but Endo still had some fight left in him, escaping from the Cross-Arm German Suplex to hit a Canadian Destroyer. Endo then hit a Cross-Arm Canadian Destroyer and went for the Shooting Star Press. But in a flash Takeshita blocked it with his knees and put Endo in the Walls Of Takeshita. Endo tried to fight out but when Takeshita dragged him to the middle of the ring and applied more pressure it was all over!

There wasn’t much interaction between Takeshita and Endo after the match. When Endo left the ring, Takeshita was given his sponsorship prize of 2,000,000 yen. Chris Brookes interrupted Takeshita’s victory speech. Brookes said he will win the KO-D Title at Korakuen Hall in 6 days time. Takeshita called himself the eternal champion. Next week he will win and Brookes will lose. It is destiny! He ended the show by congratulating the rest of ALL OUT for their success today. This is the DDT he wants and he is glad to share it with everyone. ALL OUT will continue to do their best and wish everyone to come see DDT again in the future.

Soma Takao can smile again because Smile Squash has been vanquished! HARASHIMA wiped himself out with a Swan Dive Somato out of the ring when Daisuke Sasaki got out of the way. The rest of DISASTER BOX were who HARASHIMA landed on instead. Daisuke Kiso was pushed into Yasu Urano which allowed Sasaki to bring a chair into the ring for him & Takao to use. They gave Urano a Gin And Tonic/Pedigree combination then Takao finished him off with the Reverse Gory Special Bomb.

After the match Takao talked about how he was born in Ota Ward, grew up in Ota Ward and now he’s defended a championship in Ota Ward’s biggest venue. Joey Ryan approached DAMNATION to tell them he and Hiroshi Yamato will be the next KO-D Tag Team Title challengers on 21st July. Sasaki denied the match was happening so Ryan took out packaged seaweed that Hiroshi was selling at the merchandise area. He rubbed the seaweed over his body, wrapped it over a lollipop and shoved it into Sasaki’s mouth! He tried to do the same to Takao but he escaped.

Before Danshoku Dieno Vs Shinya Aoki began the rules for the bout were revealed. The match was limited to 10 rounds lasting 3 minutes each. Every odd numbered round was strict fighting rules with no pinfalls allowed. Every even numbered round was normal pro wrestling rules but “courtship” was also permitted. Also Aoki was allowed to throw strikes from the 3 Point Position because there was a 20kg weight difference between him and Dieno. Mina Shirakawa and Yuki Iino provided the fanservice between the rounds. In Round 1 Dieno tried to bend the rules by targeting Aoki’s groin in a defensive manner but he was given a yellow card over it. Aoki overwhelmed Dieno for the rest of the round but Dieno lasted the entire time. In Round 2 Dieno got to do his moves without penalty. A double down spot led to a moment where the lights dimmed and music from “Beauty & The Beast” played. Dieno got Aoki to dance with him until the music stopped and Dieno went to do some dry humping. Round 3 went back to serious fighing but this time Aoki had a damaged rear end holding him back! The fight was more even this time but Aoki was still able to defend himself. In Round 4 Dieno went for a big attack but missed a Moonsault. Aoki applied a Sleeper Hold but again the lights went dim and this time music from “Aladdin” could be heard. The match slowed down and Dieno got out by grabbing Aoki’s crotch. He slowly gave Aoki a Lip Lock then dropped him with the Danshoku Driver. However Aoki slowly countered the pin into a Double Wristlock. Dieno slowly reached the ropes but was slowly put back into another Sleeper Hold. Dieno slowly reached for the ropes once more but went unconscious. The speed of reality went back to normal and Aoki was declared the winner by KO. When Dieno recovered, Aoki told him the match was good. Dieno warned Aoki that he is the weakest of the Four Heavenly Kings. From this point on he better be prepared for how the remaining three will respond!

The first O-40 Champion was determined in a Weapon Rumble between Sanshiro Takagi and Super Sasadango Machine. The first weapon introduced in the match was “The Poison Tongue Commnetator” Kero Tanaka distracting Takagi with insults from the announce table. He called the match “Third Class” mimicking TAJIRI’s tweet that started this whole thing. The next weapon was a collection of tables, ladders and chairs for Takagi to use. Sasadango then brought out a doctor to get a blood donation from Takagi inside the ring. That on its own would make Takagi weaker but Sasadango caused even more damage by doing an Armbreaker to the arm the blood was taken from. Takagi was rescued by Miyako Matsumoto. She did a Diving Foot Stomp to Sasadango then told everyone she has left Ice Ribbon to go freelance. She asked Takagi if she can wrestle in DDT from now on? Takagi agreed but that piece of news was cut off by the appearance of Kurochan. He kept Matsumoto grounded by licking her knee then did the same to Takagi. Tanaka complained about Kurochan’s behavior on commentary and told him to go home. Sasadango grabbed Tanaka and made Kurochan lick his knee until he fainted. Kurochan then chased Matsumoto away from ringside while a pile of plastic cases were brought down for Takagi. A few of them were smashed until Super Sasadango Machine Strong Version appeared. He was unmasked and revealed to be Hideki Suzuki! Takagi’s next weapon was supposed to be Sasadango’s phone number but Yumehito Imanari revealed he was showing everybody Takagi’s phone number instead because he is a brutal boss! Takagi’s phone started ringing over and over so Suzuki was given the task of answering the calls while the match continued. Sasadango then introduced his PowerPoint presentation as his next weapon. In it he talked about how DDT’s management is not always good. If Takagi cannot figure out how to restructure DDT’s cost cutting it is suggested he may have to retire from his role. The PowerPoint then moved on to TAJIRI’s tweet about comedy wrestling. Sasadango defended Takagi by telling everyone he has changed so many lives with DDT from the wrestlers to the staff and even the fans. There was one final weapon to be revealed by Takagi. It was a video announcement that DDT will hold “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020” at Saitama Super Arena on 7th June next year! Sasadango was so surprised by the news that he couldn’t defend himself from Takagi and was pinned after a Sunflower Bomb onto a plastic case.

Takagi brought a revived Kero Tanaka into the ring after the match. Tanaka said it is very hard to make him laugh but Takagi was able to do it today. He encouraged to make pack Saitama Super Arena super packed next year. Takagi asked Tanaka if he would do ring announcing for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020”? Tanaka accepted the offer. Takagi thanked Sasadango for putting together such a stupid match and assured him he isn’t going to retire anytime soon. He has so much to do and wants to take on big challenges in the same year when the Olympics are in the country. He told everyone who came here for free and are watching for free to buy tickets for next year’s big show! Oh and Takagi won the O-40 Title. Are we going to see this again or will it be forgotten about like the KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Titles?

Brookes is going into his KO-D Title match in strong form. He did some “Sick Fucking Tag Moves” with Masahiro Takanashi then saved his partner from The Moonlight Express Michinoku Tornado Driver. They got rid of Mike Bailey then set MAO up for the finish. Brookes held MAO up in the Praying Mantis Bomb then Takanashi hit a Thrust Kick at MAO’s face before Brookes dropped him on his head. Takanashi gives Brookes his support and wants wrestling fans around the world to know that Brookes will be the next KO-D Champion! Brookes calls Takanashi the most talented wrestler in DDT even though he doesn’t get the spotlight. Brookes will be heading home to England soon but when he returns, not only will he be the KO-D Champion but the Calamari Drunken Kings will go after the KO-D Tag Titles too! Over at the Express end, MAO is confused over why he felt nervous wrestling today. He also mentions wanting to wrestle in Britain for Fight Club: PRO as part of DDT’s relationship with the UK promotion. He brought up a potential Moonlight Express Vs CCK match if Brookes’s original partner Kid Lykos ever comes back. Their message is loud and clear. “Hey Martin Zaki, book The Moonlight Express!”

Yukio Naya came out all guns blazing but was quickly extinguished by Hideki Suzuki. The rookie’s power kept him in the match and gave him some moments of hope. That ended when Suzuki put him in a Necklock, transitioned to the V1 Armlock and wrenched it in until Naya gave up. Suzuki says the match went exactly how he thought it would. It wasn’t beautiful but it was messy. What’s important is how will Naya respond to this? Naya knows his lack of experience was a big factor in his defeat but Suzuki told him not to give up wrestling.

Moments before the Battle Royal took place, Toru Owashi was seen breaking up an argument between Gorgeous Matsuno and Furitsuke Kamen backstage. The two elderly gentlemen began fighting until Kamen was unmasked. Owashi was shocked to learn that Kamen is Lucky Ikeda in disguise and everyone piled on top of him to get the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. A three count was made and Kamen/Ikeda was declared the champion because he was directly on top of Owashi. In the Battle Royal itself the belt moved around a few times from Kamen to Matsuno to Tomomitsu Matsunaga to Mad Paulie and then to Kazuki Hirata. The pervert Kurochan chased around Yuki Kamifuku trying to lick her until Yukio Sakaguchi came in and kicked him away. Joey Ryan eliminated both Kurochan and Kamifuku with lollipops. He also did a massive Dick Flip in sync to Hiroshi Yamato’s singing. Pokotan lost its head and was revealed to be wearing a Toru Owashi rubber mask underneath. Shiro Koshinaka came in and Hip Attacked everyone. Antonio Honda needed to power up Gongitsune so he invited Makoto Oishi, Hisaya Imabayashi, Inoue Mic, and a bunch of other wrestlers to fuse together while the theme to the “The Avengers” played in the background. Sakaguchi wanted to be involved too but he was ignored. Good thing too because the combined forces were wiped out by another one of Koshinaka’s Hip Attacks. Sakaguchi won the Rumble when he last eliminated Hirata with the God’s Right Knee. Michiaki Nakano from Souken Holdings presented Sakaguchi with the match prize then tried to roll him up to win the Iron Man Title. Sakaguchi easily stopped him with a stomp.

Safety and ring awareness was of the upmost importance in the IPPON Fluorescent Lighttube Death Match. Mizuki Watase and trainee Keigo Nakamura demonstrated the rules to everybody using a baseball bat before the match began. The Lighttube even got its own entrance to the tune of “Tomaranai Ha~Ha” by Eikichi Yazawa. The challenger Asuka was left frustrated by Akito shielding himself with the Lighttube. When the action got going both wrestlers did what they could to avoid breaking or landing on it. Things got so overwhelming that Asuka focused so much on a strike exchange she didn’t realise Akito held up the Lighttube to block a Middle Kick. Asuka smashed the Lighttube with her kick, meaning she lost the match! Akito apologised to Asuka for any insults he made about her in the buildup to the match. It’s okay if she hates him as long as she likes DDT more and more. Akito then announced he will be choosing his next challenger for the DDT Extreme Title.

Saki Akai had a few brief chances at beating Yoshiko. She hit the Rookie Award after Yoshiko missed a Diving Senton. She also gave her the Quetzalcoatl but Yoshiko was able to grab a rope to break the pin. Akai kicked out of a 2nd rope Diving Senton but another one from the top put her away. Yoshiko stepped on Akai’s head while flipping everyone off after the match. In her post-match interview she called the Quetzalcoatl a shallow move. Akai disagrees. Her move has a 100% success rate and Yoshiko only avoided defeat because she landed close enough to the ropes. As far as Akai is concerned, her finishing move hasn’t been beaten yet.

Kota Umeda pulled double duty for one of his few remaining DDT appearances left. His tag match was a DNA reunion with Kouki Iwasaki, Kazusada Higuchi and Ryota Nakatsu. Higuchi got the win for his team by cutting off Umeda’s kicks with a Lariat. He used his old Goten finisher to get the three count as well. The four of them reminisced about DNA backstage after the match. Higuchi mentioned the DNA shirt he wore to the ring was something he kept because it was so important. Today was his chance to wear it again.

The proper show opener saw Shunma Katsumata, Yuki Iino & Mizuki Watase defeat Yuki Ueno, Naomi Yoshimura & Nobuhiro Shimatani. Katsumata & Iino were pleased to win a match on the big stage. Watase was the odd man out in the match because he is not a part of a unit. However he is still connected to the others through DNA so he was able to channel that energy to mesh with the ALL OUT wrestlers.

There were two pre-show matches. The latter one was presented by Tokyo Joshi Pro. The trio of Rika Tatsumi, Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Aino were victorious over Natsumi Maki, Yuna Manase & Himawari Unagi.

The other pre-show match was an exhibition bout between Kota Umeda and trainee Keigo Nakamura. Rather than beat him with a Crab Hold, Umeda just kicked the rookie in the chest instead.

Part of the introduction video involved a comedy skit between Ryota Yamasato and Danshoku Dieno. Yamazato was reminded to behave or else he will get fireworks shoved up his backside as ordered by his new wife.
