Every dog has his day. Today’s that day and El Lindaman is that dog. In the closing stretch of the main event, Lindaman was close to losing the match when Yuki Ueno hit the Frog Splash. T-Hawk broke the pin and Lindaman got his second wind by clearing the ring with German Suplexes. Tetsuya Endo dove onto HARASHIMA & Naomi Yoshimura with the Sasuke Special. That gave Lindaman clear to pin Ueno with the Tiger Suplex. Endo isn’t satisfied with #DAMNHEARTS only defending the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles once. T-Hawk told everyone he and Lindaman will continue to go 100%.

Inspired by the recent Go Shiozaki Vs Kazuyuki Fujita match, the DDT Extreme Title was put on the line in a NO MOVE, NO LIFE match. The match would go as normal for 60 seconds then Shinya Aoki and Makoto Oishi would have to hold still for a minute. When the minute was up they could wrestle again for another 60 seconds before having to freeze again. This would continue until somebody could not stay still three times. Oishi got Aoki to move twice at time when they were stuck grappling each other. Oishi sneakily licked Aoki’s nipple and poked him in the rear to make him jump. Knowing he was ahead, Oishi purposely moved twice to attack a defenceless Aoki. He did this thinking it did enough damage to pin Aoki. But the plan cost him big time when Aoki caught him in a Cradle in the moment they had to freeze. The pin was counted and Oishi kicked out at two. But it was the third time he moved so he still lose the match by TKO.

Aoki made a surprising choice for his next challenger. It’s Keigo Nakamura! He told Nakamura to take this opportunity seriously. Nakamura accepted the challenge and Aoki yelled at him for not stretching the moment out like a pro wrestler should.

Even without an audience Danshoku Dieno finds a way to get his match cancelled. He tried to get his hands on Mike Bailey at every opportunity, making Bailey mad enough to throw a chair at him. Chris Brookes joined in the fun for extra insult but that just made Bailey even madder. The two teams fought their way out to the parking lot where Dieno & Brookes threw The Moonlight Express into a van and drove off. Yukinori Matsui was left on his own inside the ring and he bowed to the cameras in apology. The match was a no contest.

The Saki Akai Vs Syuri match was taped in Tokyo Ochanomizu Dojo. Hey if taping matches from the same show in different locations is good enough for WWE then it’s good enough for DDT. Syuri escaped from the Quetzalcoatl and made Akai submit to the Suzaku Armbar. She is apologetic for confusing Akai’s Kyoto accent with an Osaka one. Akai’s penultimate match for the “Okibariyasu” series is against Saori Anou on on 3rd May.

Springtime in DDT means Mad Paulie is back in heat! He appeared with a red pattern in his face and he was difficult to control during his match. He attacked his DAMNATION teammates as well as his opponents. Akito weathered the assault and directed Paulie to attack Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao. Paulie then attacked Akito with Mounted Punches but that left him open for Yukio Naya to hit him with a Running Knee. Akito applied a Figure 4 Leg Lock from that position which was enough to make Paulie give up.

Kazusada Higuchi was the only Eruption member in Chiba today. He was put in a handicap match against the two rookies Nakamura & Hideki Okatani. Higuchi’s power nulled the 2 on 1 handicap and he made Okatani submit to the Canadian Backbreaker. For Higuchi this match was made to show off his power to Endo.

Jordan Heatley said his favorite wrestler was El Generico so it is only fitting for Konosuke Takeshita to beat him with a move similar to the Brainbustaaaaahhhhh!!!!! Takeshita beat Heatley with an Avalanche Air Raid Crash onto the top turnbuckle, which I’m translating as Komoritsuri Otoshiiiiii!!!!!!!!!! for the time being.

Heatley got to give a speech later on to keep the show going after Dieno’s van incident. He said it was sad to wrestle in front of no fans but he still had fun. He hopes to return to Japan some day so he can wrestle in front of the Japanese fans. A group photo was then put together for him. When Heatley goes home he promises to spread the DDT style across the world.

At the end of the show Dieno returned to the ring and gave a speech. He thanked the fans at home for watching at a time when Japan and the rest of the world are in a very difficult situation. He explain the job of a major professional wrestler is to get up ever day no matter how driven or beaten they are. He promises that he and the rest of DDT will never give up. He will always fight even if his wrestling style in vulgar.

There was a part in the show where Takeshita also gave a speech to the audience about how hard the entire DDT Group was working to put these shows together.

Yukio Sakaguchi sent in a video message to promote his match with Masato Tanaka for the KO-D Openweight Title. Sakaguchi wanted it to be at Korakuen Hall but it will have to be at Shinjuku FACE instead. He told the DDT fans to take care of each other and he will see them again soon.

The Business Alliance between DAMNATION and #STRONGHEARTS are going from strength to strength. Now they have title belts to share between them because Tetsuya Endo, T-Hawk & El Lindaman are the new KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions! The title change happened when Endo wiped out Konosuke Takeshita & Yuki Iino with a Sasuke Special. In the ring T-Hawk & Lindaman gave Shunma Katsumata a Double Impact Codebreaker. Endo then came back to pin Katsumata with the Shooting Star Press. After the match Endo revealed the official name of the Business Alliance. They figured out how to mash the two unit names together and they are now called #DAMNHEARTS! Their first defence is against DISASTER BOX on 4th April.

The next goal for #DAMNHEARTS is for CIMA & Soma Takao to win the KO-D Tag Team Titles. That way all of the full time members will be a champion, except for Mad Paulie but he doesn’t seem to mind (even though he lost his Right To Challenge Gauntlet to MAO earlier in the show). CimaSoma are making progress on earning their tag title shot. The two Mad Splash combo is continuing to win them matches.

Toru Owashi brought Ken Ohka’s father to ringside so they could cheer Ohka on. Owashi got so into it he forgot he was part of the match and Ohka couldn’t tag him in. He got back in, gave Mike Bailey & Mizuki Watase a Double Choke Slam and set Ohka up to hit the match winning Fire Spear. Owashi told the crowd that today was the first time he and Ohka teamed together since February 2013. Ohka said he was upset because next week’s Bakuha Koshien show was postponed. But once he got back in the ring this weekend to wrestle again he remembered how fun pro wrestling can be.

Yukio Sakaguchi and the rest of Eruption have had a busy weekend wrestling for both DDT and Ganbare☆Wrestling. Sakaguchi said it is giving him a good feel for challenging Masato Tanaka over the KO-D Openweight Title soon. Higuchi got the word out that he is chasing after the Saitama Super Arena Sword because he wants to, not because Sakaguchi told him to.

By being on the winning side today, Antonio Honda thinks he has earned a DDT UNIVERSAL Title shot. He asked Daisuke Sasaki again for a match. He got Sasaki to meditate so he could decide on a clear mind. Sasaki meditated then turned down the challenge again. Honda had to go find Hisaya Imabayashi after the show and use meditation on him to get the title shot. Sasaki Vs Honda for the UNIVERSAL Title will now take place on 19th April.

Kazuki Hirata appeared on the balcony to dance during his entrance. He brought Akito up to the balcony and knocked him out with the Tegatana Chop. Hirata then put on the Hirata GO! glasses and danced in the balcony while Akito escaped back down to the ring. Hirata was still dancing when he got counted out.

Heck if I know if it was a good idea to do this but DDT’s monthly Korakuen Hall show went ahead today in front of an audience. The main event to celebrate DDT’s 23rd anniversary saw the face of the company attempt to regain the KO-D Openweight Title. The champion Masato Tanaka used chairs to great effect, using them to attack Konosuke Takeshita’s knees as well as hit a direct chairshot to the head. A Splash from the top rope through a table outside also caused great damage to Takeshita. However Takeshita used the chair against Tanaka by Corner To Corner Dropkicking it into his face. Takeshita hit an Avalanche Air Raid Crash but Tanaka kicked out of the pin. The Fable was countered into a Power Bomb. Tanaka kept using Elbow Strikes to cut off Takeshita’a offence. He would hit short range Sliding D’s but Takeshita would find a way to prevent Tanaka from hitting the move at full force. Takeshita threw his own Elbow Strikes but Tanaka stood tall at the end when he pulled off his elbow pad and struck Takeshita raw with an unprotected Rolling Elbow. There was no kicking out after that.

Tanaka said he was so happy to fight Takeshita today because of the struggle he gave him. When Takeshita left ringside, Yuki Iino approached the ring threatening to cash in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet. However it was only a threat and he left without doing anything. Tanaka had an opportunity to choose his next challenger again but he wasn’t sure who to pick. Suddenly, Yukio Sakaguchi sprung into the ring! He wants the next title shot in April. The match was accepted with Tanaka standing on the middle rope so he could look down on Sakaguchi. The final words went to Sakaguchi. In April will win the KO-D Title and Kazusada Higuchi will win the Saitama Super Arena Sword. That will mean when June comes around, the main event of Saitama Super Arena will be occupied entirely by Eruption! Sakaguchi then thanked the fans for coming out today. He works a regular job along with his pro wrestling career so he is grateful that the fans continue to support DDT. In return everybody in DDT is encouraged to do their best.

Easy come, easy go. The first DDT UNIVERSAL Champion loses the belt in his first defence. An out of ring brawl made up the early part of the match with Chris Brookes attempting to put Daisuke Sasaki through some chairs with the Praying Mantis Bomb. Instead Sasaki dropped both Brookes and himself into the row of chairs with a Russian Leg Sweep. Sasaki also hit a Diving Elbow Drop from the ring corner to a seated Brookes outside the ring. DAMNATION interfered once Brookes regained some ground. Sasaki intentionally used Brookes to take out Daisuke Kiso. Tetsuya Endo’s Overhead Kick hit Sasaki by mistake and Brookes hit the Praying Mantis Bomb. Kiso counted the pin until Mad Paulie pulled him out of the ring. Brookes wiped out DAMNATION with a dive then made Sasaki submit to the Octopus Hold but there was no referee to call the match. Nobuhiro Shimatani came in to attack Brookes with the DAMNATION signboard but Masahiro Takanashi came out to get rid of him. Kiso got back up to count some nearfalls like Sasaki’s Diving Elbow and Brookes’ Tombstone Piledriver. Brookes went for the Praying Mantis Bomb once more but Sasaki countered it into the Cross Facelock. He then switched it into the Crossover Facelock to make Brookes submit.

Sasaki’s first words as the new champion was “Old dog never die!” He said all beer from the UK is soft with no carbonation so he will not take on any challengers from Britain anymore. Antonio Honda entered the ring to challenge Sasaki but he tripped over the ropes. He got back up and said Sasaki has a filthy heart. Sasaki began to meditate to fix that problem but Honda told him to get back up. Honda challenged Sasaki to a title match but he was turned down.

As briefly mentioned earlier, Eruption has the main event of “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020” in their sights. Sakaguchi is going straight after the KO-D Title while Higuchi is now targeting Endo for the SSA Sword. Higuchi threw Endo for a loop by using a Package Power Bomb but it was Sakaguchi who won the match by pinning Shimatani. T-Hawk was earlier taken out with a Higuchi Lariat so it was a rough match for the Business Alliance.

When the match ended, El Lindaman promoted the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles match he, Endo & T-Hawk will be a part of in two days time. ALL OUT interrupted the Business Alliance because Royce Chambers had something to say. He will be going back to Australia tomorrow so he is using his Right To Challenge Gauntlet to win the SSA Sword right now! Chambers went for the kill by using his own high flying moves to counter Endo’s. They both used Canadian Destroyers on each other but Endo took it one step further by doing a Double Arm Canadian Destroyer. Chambers kicked out of the pin after that but was down and out when Endo hit the Shooting Star Press. Endo got on the mic and said as long as he is in the ring, nobody else will get the chance to be at the top! He told Chambers to study more Japanese if he ever comes back. He then joked about wrestling in saunas before warning ALL OUT that the Business Alliance will win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Titles! Whoever comes out as the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions after 22nd March will defend the belts against DISASTER BOX on 4th April.

Naomichi Marufuji was back to team with DISASTER BOX and his partnership with HARASHIMA in particular had not lost a step. When Yuki Ueno dove out of the ring onto Iino & Chambers, it left HARASHIMA & Marufuji alone with Akito. Together they hit a Double Thrust Kick, Marufuji did the Shiranui and HARASHIMA won with the Somato.

After the match, HARASHIMA thanked Marufuji for reforming HarashiMarufuji after a long time apart. They brought up the idea of tagging together at “WRESTLE PETER PAN”. That caused CIMA & Soma Takao to come out. CIMA made fun of the HarashiMarufuji team name. It isn’t an easy name to say. CimaSoma is easy to say which means it is a better name. CIMA could have confronted Marufuji back on the 3rd January DDT show but he was occupied with Business Alliance stuff. In the end CimaSoma challenged HarashiMarufuji to a match at “WRESTLE PETER PAN”. Marufuji isn’t interested in fighting Takao but he can’t turn down the chance to wrestle CIMA for the first time since their Budokan tag match in NOAH way back in 2007!

A Mad Splash from CIMA followed by a Mad Splash from Takao gave the Business Alliance the victory in the 8-Man Tag Match. The bout was Shinya Aoki’s first 8-Man Tag Match and also the return of Mike Bailey to DDT. Aoki found out after the match that his next DDT Extreme Title defence is on 5th April. An opponent has not been decided yet but he would like to face Makoto Oishi in a matchup between Sambo and Judo. Meanwhile The Moonlight Express want to win the KO-D Tag Team Titles so they can claim the shiny new championship belts.

The Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title lineage was fractured into multiple co-champions during the Battle Royal. Before the match even begun, Takanashi pinned Toru Owashi during his entrance to win the belt. Everyone chased Takanashi into the ring so the Rumble style entries were thrown out and a regular Battle Royal began. Owashi & Hiroshi Yamato pinned Takanashi at the same time to they became co-champions. The two of them were then all pinned by Danshoku Dieno, Yukio Naya, Antonio Honda & Mizuki Watase at the same time creating 4 co-champions! Kazuki Hirata had to eliminated each of the 4 co-champions to unify the title back into one whole piece. All of that hard work was taken away when Owashi pinned Hirata after the match to become the champion again.

The debuting Hideki Okatani was pinned in his first match as expected. He was mostly on the defensive against Naomi Yoshimura and also Keigo Nakamura. He was able to do a Northern Lights Suplex after Shunma Katsumata softened Yoshimura up. But a Lariat put Okatani down for the three count. Just like Nakamura, Okatani’s goal is to beat a senior wrestler as soon as possible.

The trainee Jordan Heatley faced Higuchi in the pre-show exhibition match. Heatley tried to put on a Tazzmission but Higuchi instead submitted him with the Canadian Backbreaker. Heatley will make his official debut against Honda on 2nd April.

Yoshiaki Yatsu appeared to introduce the show and also promote his return match at “WRESTLE PETER PAN”.

The 5th opponent in Saki Akai’s “Okibariyasu” trial is Syuri. Akai knows Syuri is a powerful kicker so she is looking forward to comparing them with her own kicks. Their match is on 2nd April.

DDT is holding a Falls Count Anywhere Match inside the Saitama Anzukai Clinic to protect the elderly from the COVID-19. The match on 30th March will be Konosuke Takeshita, Shunma Katsumata & Gorgeous Matsuno Vs Shinya Aoki, Makoto Oishi & Gabai Ji-chan.

*Royce Chambers wins Danshoku Dieno’s Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Gauntlet.

By the end of today’s show, Royce Chambers felt like he made the right choice coming to DDT. A bonus Battle Royal was whittled down to Chambers facing against Konosuke Takeshita. A confident Takeshita told Chambers to wave bye bye when he threw him over the ropes. But Chambers skinned the cat and launched himself into a Canadian Destroyer before throwing Takeshita out of the ring. Chambers thought he had won when Danshoku Dieno was found to be still in the match after getting laid out earlier. Dieno did the Danshoku Driver but Chambers kicked out. Chambers got the upper hand and pinned Dieno with a Shooting Star Press to win the match. His prize was Dieno’s Right To Challenge Gauntlet! He thought it was a gardening tool. Hisaya Imabayashi explained the Gauntlet to him and said he can use it to challenge for either the KO-D Openweight Title or the Saitama Super Arena Sword. Chambers said he would like to challenge Tetsuya Endo for the Sword.

Daisuke Sasaki stole the DDT UNIVERSAL Title belt from Chris Brookes again! This time he did it before their tag match and Sasaki entered the ring with it over his shoulder. He gave it back to Brookes, claiming he only picked it up to give it over to him. MAO armed himself with a squeeky duck toy attached to a small stick. It didn’t protect him from Mad Paulie much. Sasaki used the duck toys to confuse Brookes and then distracted the referee. With the ref’s back turned, Sasaki gave Brookes a Low Blow then pinned him with a School Boy when the ref came back. MAO blessed Brookes with the Duck Stick to heal him after the match.

Chambers good string of results continued with him pinning Makoto Oishi in the 6-Man Tag match. Shunma Katsumata kept shouting “Heat Wave!” after every move.

The constant shouting of phrases was also in the match before that. Tetsuya Endo kept ordering Soma Takao to do the Gin And Tonic to his opponents. Mizuki Watase was able to counter that move but Takao eventually pinned him with La Magistral Cradle. In the post match interview Endo said he saw the perfect Gin And Tonic today. Takao agreed with him.

Match #2 began with Akito complaining about Dieno’s behavior. He does not want to have a match today where Dieno sexually harasses him. He asked Yukinori Matsui why he never stopped the sexual harassment in the first place! Akito then demanded Matsui to be more strict for this match. Matsui was taken aback by this but agreed to be more strict but only for today. He lived up to his promise and prevented Dieno from using his lewd moveset. Dieno lost his cool and gave Matsui a Low Blow from behind. Dieno then put a whistle in Akito’s mouth and told him to blow it whenever he feels good. Yukio Naya grabbed one of the cameras to film Dieno assaulting Akito. Matsui tried to step in but he doubled over still in pain from the Low Blow. Yuki Iino enjoyed watching Dieno’s antics and joined in. Matsui finally called off the match while the sound of the whistle echoed over the room.

Keigo Nakamura went into today’s match with a positive attitude. He did well against Masahiro Takanashi, getting a good chance with a Swan Dive Missile Dropkick. Takanashi thought outside the box to get the win. He pulled down the shoulder straps from Nakamura’s ring gear and tangled his arms with them. That left Nakamura powerless to kick out of Takanashi’s cradle.

For ages there has been a foreign trainee working ringside at DDT shows and I could never find out who he was. Finally he was introduced to the world today. Jordan Heatley is 25 years old and from Australia. He had an exhibition with Naomi Yoshimura before the show. He applied an Achilles Tendon Lock but Yoshimura calmly pulled himself over for a rope break. Yoshimura then won with a Camel Clutch. Afterwards it was announced that Heatley will have his debut match on 2nd April!

During intermission, Imabayashi promoted next week’s Rojo Pro Wrestling match at Saitama Super Arena. Suddenly Dieno attacked Imabayashi, complaining that he didn’t find out he was on the show until it was announced. He asked if that was Sanshiro Takagi’s idea to book him behind his back? Well it’s time for a coup in the locker room! He wants wrestlers to join his army to take on the DDT Army at Saitama Super Arena on 11th March!

Today MAO welcomed Masato Tanaka into his world of fucked up wrestling. The challenger used a lot of what he learned in Europe to keep Tanaka on his toes early in the match. A out of the ring battle had Tanaka take control with a Brainbuster on the floor. MAO got a lucky break when Tanaka accidentally knocked Yukinori Matsui out of the ring with a Lariat. MAO’s friends from the DDT Sauna Club gave him plastic cases and rubber ducks to attack the champion with. He did a Spaceman Plancha out of the ring just to smash a box over Tanaka’s head. MAO then set a table up next to the ring but Tanaka regained control with a Death Valley Driver on the ring apron. Tanaka then put MAO through the table with a Diving Body Press. MAO kept on fighting and even hit the Ultima Weapon as a shoutout to Mike Bailey for a nearfall. MAO did a backflip to avoid the Sliding D but was caught out with a Lariat. Despite his spirited attempt to get back up, Tanaka finished MAO off with the Sliding D.

After the match Tanaka said he enjoyed MAO’s weird wrestling style. He also explained that he won the match today because he hid some of the rubber ducks in his tights, guarding his waist from MAO’s attacks! It turns out Tanaka was inspired by MAO’s weirdness to try something weird himself and it worked. Tanaka wants to do more weird wrestling with MAO some day. The two shook hands and MAO left the ring while Tanaka waited to find out what he’s doing next.

None of the Right To Challenge Gauntlet holders came out so Hisaya Imabayashi decided the next KO-D Openweight Title defence will be on 20th March. He asked Tanaka if there was someone he wanted to fight. Tanaka did. He called out Konosuke Takeshita! When Tanaka entered DDT he had three wrestlers in particular that he wanted to fight. He already went through HARASHIMA and Tetsuya Endo. Now Takeshita is next, it doesn’t matter that he lost his match earlier in the show. Tanaka has won the D-Ou Grand Prix, became the KO-D Champion and just now defended it. If Takeshita thinks he is at the top of DDT then he should fight Tanaka. If he doesn’t have the confidence then he should get out of here. Takeshita accepted the challenge. He respects Tanaka as both a wrestler and a trainer at Gold’s Gym so he would like to fight him for the title.

Takeshita’s defeat that Tanaka mentioned was of course the DDT UNIVERSAL Title match. The allure of being the first champion of this brand new title pushed Takeshita and Chris Brookes to take bigger risks. Brookes laid Takeshita across two railings near the entrance and Double Stomped Takeshita through the gap. Later Takeshita hit an Avalanche Air Raid Crash onto the turnbuckle. Brookes kicked out of the Fable and went into a back and forth with his opponent. It ended with Brookes all of a sudden pinning Takeshita with Death By Roll-Up, that Figure 4 Backwards Bridge pin that’s been used more and more across the wrestling scene lately. Brookes is now the 1st DDT UNIVERSAL Champion!

Sadly Brookes did not get much time to celebrate. His victory speech was cut short by an ambush from Daisuke Sasaki! He had lost that Saitama Super Arena Sword earlier in the show and figured that he should get a title belt to replace it. So he stole the UNIVERSAL Title from Brookes! However Sasaki handed the title to a reporter backstage because he doesn’t want to be a thief. This little stunt was just a warning. Sasaki said that Brookes never got his permission to come live in Japan! When Brookes got his belt back he called Sasaki a stupid wrestler.

The Saitama Super Arena Sword did leave Sasaki’s grasp but it still belongs to a DAMNATION wrestler at the end of the day. The Business Alliance between DAMNATION and #STRONGHEARTS was victorious over ALL OUT and Chihiro Hashimoto in the Elimination Tag Match. Hashimoto was eliminated along with El Lindaman when Yuki Iino Speared the both of them off the ring apron. Sasaki lost the Sword to Akito when Akito pinned him right after Sasaki pinned Iino. But Endo and T-Hawk stood tall together and had Akito beaten. Endo made Akito submit, meaning that Endo now holds claim to the Sword and the Saitama Super Arena main event spot! That’s not all. We were told that the alliance between these two units will spread all across the world from Japan to America to Mexico to Europe. Puma King is partnering with them in Mexico for example. But there is one place where #STRONGHEARTS have not been in yet. Saitama Super Arena! They asked Imabayashi to book them for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020”. He eventually agreed to it after some back and forth about keeping their schedules good and proper.

The DAMNATION/#STRONGHEARTS alliance had a good day across the card with CIMA & Soma Takao also winning a 3 Way Tag Match. The crowd gave Takao “BIMA” chants, referencing his gimmick from his college club wrestling days. Some of his opponents even called him that as a joke. Takao got the last laugh by using the Mad Splash to pin Makoto Oishi. CIMA even used the Venus & Iconoclasm combo to set it up.

For the safety of the audience during the Coronavirus epidemic, all of the wrestlers in Match #3 were given special protective masks to wear while they wrestled. The masks were used specifically for this match because it would also stop Danshoku Dieno from doing the Lip Lock. The protective masks were all Super Sasadango Machine masks which led to the wrestlers getting confused and losing track over who they were supposed to fight. During the confusion, Dieno noticed that there were more people in the ring than a 3 Vs 3 Match is supposed to have. Everyone took off their mask and found out the man in the middle of the ring was a complete stranger. They asked who he was and the lights went out. When they came back on the ring was empty and the show continued like nothing happened.

Saki Akai was surprised to find out that Miranda Gordy was in attendance. She came out after the Eruption match and interrupted Akai’s promotion for their match in Nagoya tomorrow. Gordy asked for a handshake but then kicked Akai and attempted to Power Bomb her. Kazusada Higuchi and Yukio Sakaguchi came to the rescue and Gordy fled the ring, saying “See you tomorrow” to Akai as she walked away. Akai complained that Gordy does not know Japanese courtesy.

The opening 3 Way Match did not last long. Keigo Nakamura was able to get Yukio Naya out of the ring but he was quickly flattened by Mad Paulie afterward.

Shunma Katsumata had his first match back from surgery today. Imabayashi gave him a welcome back gift. It is a No DQ Match against Maku Donaruto on 3rd March!

Sakaguchi & Iino were revealed as the new producers for YaroZ. Their first message is they will accept any wrestlers who want to graduate from BOYZ because YaroZ is the more exciting place to be.

The newest DDT trainee to make his debut is Hideki Okatani. The 19 year old will have his first match on 20th March. He said he will do his best to get his first win over a senior wrestler as soon as possible.

Another fresh face to show up today is DDT’s new ring announcer Kazunori Kosuge.

A bunch of special guest names were announced for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020” on 7th July. Kenny Omega, Naomichi Marufuji and Meiko Satomura will all be there!

As a preview for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2020”, a special Street Wrestling match will be held at Saitama Super Arena on 11th March.

The debut of the DDT Sauna Club could have gone better. MAO would have had Mad Paulie beaten but Daisuke Sasaki pulled Yukinori Matsui out of the ring during the pin count. By the time he recovered, DAMNATION went on the offensive. Konosuke Takeshita attempted to turn the tides but that fell apart when a Lariat aimed for Tetsuya Endo hit Yuki Ueno instead. Endo finished off Ueno to give DAMNATION the win. After the match Takeshita offered to bring MAO & Ueno to a local sauna. Ueno didn’t know if they deserved to visit one after losing a match. Takeshita told him that saunas accepts winners and losers. They can win and lose in wrestling but they never lose in the DDT Sauna Club!

The Running Elbow Butt is becoming an effective counter move for Soma Takao. He used it to stop dead Yuki Iino’s Spear.

Match #2 began with Yoshihiko lying on the canvas. Toru Owashi stepped on top of it and his weight easily pinned down his opponent for the three count. Kazuki Hirata complained about the match being so short. They didn’t go on a 16 hour bus ride to give paying customers a 20 second match! He told Makoto Oishi team with him and restart the match straight away. In the rematch Yoshihiko put up a far better fight. Hirata knocked out Owashi and Oishi with the Tegatana Chops to the neck. When he got his hands on Yoshihiko, the Hirata GO! Glasses came into play. All four wrestlers wore the glasses and danced until Yoshihiko pinned Hirata with the Reincarnation.

5. Cody Hall defeated Yuki Ueno with the Razor’s Edge (9:30).
6. Charisma Vs Gongitsune!: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Antonio Honda with the Cross Facelock (12:22).
7. Harashimao Vs ALL OUT!: HARASHIMA & MAO defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Yuki Iino when MAO pinned Iino with the Cannonball 450 (14:42).

HARASHIMA & MAO made a good team together in the main event. HARASHIMA took out Konosuke Takeshita with the Somato and MAO picked up the win by hitting the Cannonball 450 on Yuki Iino. After the match HARASHIMA gave MAO some advice for his KO-D Openweight Title match later this month. HARASHIMA told him Masato Tanaka is… incredibly strong! MAO thanked HARASHIMA for giving him this vital piece of information. With this knowledge, he can definitely beat Tanaka now!

HARASHIMA & MAO were then interrupted by Shinya Aoki. He brought out his Right To Challenge Gauntlet and told HARASHIMA he wants to cash it in for a DDT Extreme Title match. Hisaya Imabayashi stopped him to explain that the Gauntlets are only meant to be used for the KO-D Title and the Saitama Super Arena Sword. However Imabayashi is willing to grant Aoki an Extreme Title shot due to his existing track record in DDT. HARASHIMA accepted the challenge and the match will take place on 3rd March.

Aoki was earlier seen watching the Daisuke Sasaki Vs Antonio Honda match near ringside. Sasaki threw his shirt at Aoki after the match, daring him to use his Gauntlet to try and win the Sword. Aoki kept calm and let Sasaki be.

Cody Hall used Danshoku Dieno’s help to beat Yuki Ueno. When a ref bump happened, Dieno got into the ring and gave Ueno the Lip Lock. The Hole Brothers then did their Brainbuster/Spear combo. Ueno kicked out of the pin but then Hall used his father’s finisher the Razor’s Edge to put him away. Dieno had earlier won an RTC Gauntlet from Naomi Yoshimura so The Hole Brothers are going from strength to strength against Nautilus.

DAMNATION being such a well oiled machine is the reason why Mad Paulie now has an RTC Gauntlet. He was in danger of submitted to Akito’s Ankle Lock when Tetsuya Endo covered Akito’s eyes break the hold. The distraction allowed Nobuhiro Shimatani to give Akito the Fisherman Buster. Paulie then followed up with the Reverse Splash for the three count.

When the 3 Way Match spilled outside of the ring, Yukio Sakaguchi and Soma Takao noticed a bunch of Cody Hall portraits was already placed out on the merch tables. So they took a quick break to shill the portraits for fans to buy.

At the beginning of the show, Takeshita spoke about the upcoming DDT debut of Royce Chambers. Takeshita said Chambers is pretty green but his aerial skills are amazing. Takeshita would like to branch ALL OUT over to Australia and invite more Australian wrestlers to join his group. Chambers wills face Chris Brookes on 3rd March.

The 2020 King Of DDT begins on 10th June and the final takes place on 28th June.

3. Kazusada Higuchi & Yukio Sakaguchi defeated Masahiro Takanashi & Mizuki Watase when Higuchi submitted Watase with the Canadian Backbreaker (10:51).
4. Again That Wonderful KO-D Openweight Non-Title Match! Itabashi Specialty Special Single Match: Tetsuya Endo defeated Makoto Oishi with the Shooting Star Press (15:23).
5. Daisuke Sasaki & Mad Paulie defeated MAO & Shunma Katsumata when Paulie pinned Katsumata with the Reverse Splash (14:44).
6. DISASTER BOX Vs ALL OUT!: Konosuke Takeshita, Akito & Yuki Iino defeated HARASHIMA, Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura when Iino pinned Yoshimura with the Spear (21:00).

Yuki Iino has now pinned one of the KO-D Tag Team Champions. After the main event Konosuke Takeshita asked Iino if it is true that he will challenge for the titles with somebody from outside ALL OUT? Iino told him he is teaming with Chihiro Hashimoto although he struggled to spit it out. He explained that if he wins the title with Hashimoto on his team, then he can get a singles rematch against her. Takeshita accepted his answer and told him to focus on winning the Tag Titles first. Also if it means Hashimoto gets the option to join ALL OUT then that makes the idea even better!

MAO & Shunma Katsumata brought a box of Lego into their match. They ended up regretting the idea when Daisuke Sasaki attacked them with the same box then filled up Mad Paulie’s bodysuit with Lego. Paulie hit the Reverse Splash on Katsumata. Paulie was also in pain with all the Lego inside his wrestling gear but he got the pin in the end.

Makoto Oishi did the same Luminous Press move he used to beat Saki Akai but Tetsuya Endo kicked out of it. Endo countered the Miracle Ecstasy into the Torture Rack Bomb and pinned him with the Shooting Star Press.

Former stablemates Yukio Sakaguchi and Masahiro Takanashi shook hands after their match.

Keigo Nakamura proudly showed off the article about him in the latest issue of Shukan Puroresu to everyone during his entrance. He doesn’t want his growth to stop there so he told Kazuki Hirata to give him the Hirata GO! glasses. Hirata wasn’t sure that Nakamura was strong enough to use them but he trusted him with the glasses. Nakamura’s attempts to wear the glasses were stopped several times. When he finally had the all clear to wear them, he threw them away! Nakamura instead asked to wear Hisaya Imabayashi’s regular glasses. Imabayashi obliged, Nakamura put them on and “Toriko” by Nissy played instead of “Tokyo Go”. Nakamura danced until Hirata gave him the Egoist Driver for the finish.

6. Yuni Kids Wrestler Graduation Countdown! Osaka Specialty Special Exhibition Match: CIMA defeated Yuni with a Camel Clutch (6:12).
7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Konosuke Takeshita, Shunma Katsumata & Yuki Iino (c) defeated Kuishinbo Kamen, Antonio Honda & Kazuki Hirata when Iino pinned Kamen with the Haka Elbow (22:23).

8. DISASTER BOX Vs DAMNATION!: HARASHIMA & Naomi Yoshimura defeated Daisuke Sasaki & Mad Paulie when Yoshimura pinned Paulie with the Drill-A-Hole Piledriver (15:54).
– Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Kazuki Hirata defeated Yuki Ueno (c) with a School Boy (2:42 pm).

– Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Toru Owashi defeated Kazuki Hirata (c) with a School Boy (2:43 pm).
*Toru Owashi becomes the 1,473rd champion.

The right arm of Naomi Yoshimura was targeted by DAMNATION throughout the main event. Daisuke Sasaki attacked the arm with chairs outside the ring. However Yoshimura’s power couldn’t be contained and he was still able to smash Mad Paulie around. HARASHIMA helped Yoshimura set up Lariats. From there Yoshimura gave Paulie the Drill-A-Hole Piledriver for the win. This was a successful tour in his home of Osaka because he won the main events of both DDT shows.

The inclusion of Kuishinbo Kamen in the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles match delivered some Osaka flavored comedy to the proceedings. When the match began Kamen sat in the front row and refused to wrestle. He finally got involved when Kazuki Hirata needed to make a hot tag. Kamen tagged in and started a chain reaction of Low Kicks to the leg with everyone over reacting the sell. Yuki Iino missed the Haka Elbow on Antonio Honda. When Honda attempted the same move he tripped and injured himself. He told his Gongitsune joke and Hirata did his dance afterwards. Iino joined in with the Haka and became too excited. Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata tried to calm him down but he knocked them back and ran around ringside. Takeshita got him back under control. He then yelled “Iino Rocket” and threw him into Honda. Honda maneuvered Iino back around and made him Spear his ALL OUT teammates. All six wrestlers got into the ring and did a chain reaction of Low Blows ending with Yukinori Matsui. He unintentionally hit Kamen with a Lariat then hit Honda & Hirata with a Double Lariat when they both grabbed him in protest. Iino pinned Kamen with the Haka Elbow to ensure ALL OUT kept the titles. Takeshita swore he will invade OSW (the Osaka one, not the Review one) and show Kamen what strong style really is!

Yuni begun the day as DAMNATION’s temporary signboard holder, lost the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title to Yuki Ueno in a tag match and then got to face CIMA one on one! Yuni got a nearfall on CIMA with a Moonsault. CIMA came out on top by countering a Hurricanrana into a slow drop Power Bomb. He then applied a Camel Clutch to make Yuni give up. CIMA said that El Lindaman told him about a talented elementary school student training in DDT so he came here to have a look. When CIMA was 16 he spent a month in Mexico on his own. He joked that Yuni can do the same when he gets to that age. When Yuni graduates into a real pro wrestler, CIMA wants to face him again in a DDT ring. He promised this time he will fight Yuni at 120%! He also teased more appearances in DDT thanks to the business relationship between #STRONGHEARTS and DAMNATION.

Akito had the bright idea of loosening some of the corner turnbuckle pads. The plan backfired when Hiroshi Yamato tried to give him a German Suplex. Akito grabbed the turnbuckle to block the move but the loose pad made him slip through his grip and get Suplexed. Yamato went on to win with the Northern Lights Bomb.

At the end of the show Makoto Oishi tried to win the Iron Man Title from Ueno. He failed and ran off. Hirata then got the jump on Ueno and succeeded. Yukio Sakaguchi stood at the entrance gate waiting for Hirata. He chased him into Toru Owashi and Owashi pinned Hirata to end the show as the champion.
