1c. Falls Count Anywhere Survival Death Match: Sanshiro Takagi defeated Rambo Kawamura with the Spicolli Driver (6:08).
*V2 for Sanshiro Takagi.
When last we saw the DDT Extreme Title it was being held hostage by Rambo Kawamura. He was previously Rocky Kawamura but he transformed into Rambo when an exploding bat death match on one of Atsushi Onita’s shows left him shell shocked. Sanshiro Takagi met with Kawamura in the battlefield and his mission was to regain possession of his championship belt. Daisuke Kiso explained to them the rules of the Savage Death Match. It is Best 2 out of 3 Falls with a different stipulation for every fall. Firearms are permitted and both men were encouraged to keep their goggles on the entire time for their safety. Kawamura said the battlefield means he is the law here!
The first fall was Capture The Flag. Both Takagi and Kawamura walked over to their starting points each armed with an air gun. Kawamura quickly went Rambo which caused Takagi to go hide. The spot he took cover in was where Takagi found Keigo Nakamura. He ordered Nakamura to run across the field to act as a decoy. Nakamura refused until he was told he can either run and get shot by Kawamura or stay and get shot by Takagi! Nakamura ran over but quickly got gunned down. Takagi tried to run during the distraction but Kawamura shot him too. Kawamura then reached the flag to win the first fall. Takagi thanked a motionless Nakamura for helping him.
Before the second fall began, Kawamura sensed something dangerous was about to happen. Kiso announced a Don’t Scream Torture Death Match! Takagi and Kawamura would have to take turns being tortured with cane strikes. First one to yell in pain is the loser. Kawamura said this match is his specialty because he is a prisoner of war. A revived Nakamura was joined by Hideki Okatani to cane the POWs. The rookies were hesitant to do it but they were encouraged to put their full power into it. Neither Takagi or Kawamura would fall to the torture. Eventually they agreed to swap places with the rookies, Nakamura for Takagi and Okatani for Kawamura. Also the cane shots went from one hit to five per turn. Impressively, Nakamura and Okatani took the shots and neither made a sound! A winner needed to be determined so the cane shots were increased to 10 at a time. Nakamura beat Okatani in a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors so Okatani had to go first. Takagi hit Okatani 9 times and Kawamura couldn’t take it anymore. He stepped in front of Okatani to protect him and took the final cane shot, screaming in pain. Takagi won the second fall.
The third and deciding fall was a Falls Count Anywhere match with the entire battlefield in play. The firearms were now changed to rapid fire mode to make it the most dangerous rule yet. Takagi and Kawamura ran all over the battlefield hunting for each other. Takagi shot Kawamura, forcing the challenger to pull the bullet out of his wound with a knife. Okatani then jumped in front of him to be a human shield until Takagi ran out of bullets. Takagi wanted to finish the job but Nakamura turned on him! He held onto Takagi while Kawamura armed himself with a bow and arrow. Kawamura fired but Takagi ducked and Nakamura got hit with a headshot! Takagi picked up his gun and riddle Kawamura with bullets. He then gave him the Spicolli Driver and pinned him for the three count.
Takagi fired his remaining ammo into the air to celebrate his victory. He told Kawamura that the war is over but Kawamura refused to listen. He was abandoned by his country and also by DDT. He lives an empty life and the only thing keeping him going is living for tomorrow. Takagi threw him a gun and told him they can fight again and again on any battlefield. Kawamura said he will live and he walked off firing his gun. Takagi reclaimed his Extreme Title and again declared that anyone can challenge him. Suddenly Danshoku Dieno appeared in a suit laughing. He told Takagi he wants to see him lose against amateurs, not professionals. For the last year Dieno has been recruiting amateurs to train them into becoming pro wrestlers. He now has five elite amateurs all ready to fight Takagi. The champion accepted Dieno’s challenge and will take all five of them on!

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Rambo Kawamura is heavily inspired by Sylvester Stallone. To combat this, Sanshiro Takagi tweeted he take inspiration from Sonny Chiba!
The match is now 2 Out Of 3 Falls and firearms are permitted because of the location it is taking place in. This could be the most dangerous match in DDT history!

1b. Shunma Katsumata defeated Sanshiro Takagi with the Heat Wave WER!! (6:55).
1c. Sanshiro Takagi defeated Shunma Katsumata with the Throwaway Himawari Bomb into the hot water (13:20).
*V1 for Sanshiro Takagi.
Sanshiro Takagi is exclusively defending the DDT Extreme Title in Street Wrestling matches on Youtube. His first defence was against Shunma Katsumata in a Best 2 Out Of 3 Falls Hardcore match held at a Kanagawa bath house. The first fall took place outdoors in the parking lot. Katsumata brought along a ladder and jumped off it onto Takagi below. Takagi fought back with a pile of chairs he found laying around. He placed Katsumata on a table, climbed the ladder and broke through his opponent with a Diving Body Press for the three count.
The wrestlers went into the bath house for the second fall but first they had to remove their boots out of courtesy. They walked into the public bath and decided to hold the match inside the sauna room. Takagi immediately regretted the decision because he could not handle the heat. Katsumata meanwhile felt at home which makes sense for a member of the DDT Sauna Club. The bath house Heat Master Katsumasa Inoue entered the sauna and filled a bucket with heated stone inside with water to make the room even hotter. Katsumata grabbed his towel and waved the heat wave coming from the bucket over to Takagi, making him tap out from the heat.
The third and final fall took place in the bath area. Katsumata took a quick dip in one of the baths and came out of it feeling so rested that he began to take a nap. The referee lifted his arm three times and Katsumata woke up feeling refreshed. Takagi was thrown back and forth into cold and hot baths before getting trapped inside of a shower booth. He turned the tables by blinding Katsumata with shampoo then began to build a small castle of washing chairs. He grabbed Keigo Nakamura and covered him in soap to try and slide him into Katsumata but the floor was not slippery enough. Katsumata then tried to do the same but Nakamura was still unable to slide. Takagi toppled the chairs on top of Nakamura in disappointment. Katsumata hit Takagi with several Thrust Kicks and a Buzzsaw Kick. He went for the pin but Takagi grabbed onto a bath railing and that counted as a rope break. Katsumata carefully jogged around the room in order to do a Lariat but Takagi blocked it with his own Lariat, knocking Katsumata into a hot bath. Takagi tried pinning him with a couple of Small Packages in the bath but he kept kicking out. The match ended with Takagi doing the Himawari Bomb into the bath for the three count.
Takagi celebrated by looking into the camera and calling for anyone to challenge him. Even amateurs and ordinary people can come fight him. Suddenly, Rambo Kawamura emerged from the bath behind Takagi and he assaulted the champion! He shouted about being abandoned by both his country and by DDT. He no longer has a job so his mission is to take away the DDT Extreme Title. He now has possession of the belt!

1. Falls Count Anywhere 3 Way Tag Match: Sanshiro Takagi & Yukio Naya (w/ Manami Arai & Konatsu Furukawa) defeated Danshoku Dieno & Keigo Nakamura (w/ Midori Nagatsuki & Momona Matsumoto) and Makoto Oishi & Hideki Okatani (/w Sakura Takamiya & Kaori Naruse) when Naya pinned Nakamura with a Power Bomb through a Table (8:52).
Even without an audience the stage was set for DDT’s third annual Tokyo Idol Festival match. The three teams were given idols to cheer them on. Sanshiro Takagi & Yukio Naya were accompanied by Manami Arai & Konatsu Furukawa from The Up Up Girls armed with chairs. Danshoku Dieno & Keigo Nakamura were with Midori Nagatsuki & Momona Matsumoto from Last Idol armed with picopico hammers. Last but not least, Makoto Oishi & Hideki Okatani had the assists of Sakura Takamiya & Kaori Naruse from //Necopla// carrying baseball bats. Dieno heard that a lot of men attend the Tokyo Idol Festival and wanted to know where they were. Takagi explained to him this was an online festival. Dieno told the idols to keep their distance from him.
The match began in front of the stage. Dieno used his Danshoku moveset on his opponents in front of the idols. Takagi hit Oishi with a chair and Naya put him in a Cobra Twist. Oishi wanted to give up but asked to hear //Necopla// sing first. He was motivated by their performance but Naya threw him away when he fought out of the hold.
Extra damage was dealt when Takagi encouraged Arai to hit Oishi with a chair. She broke it over Oishi’s head. Takagi went for the pin but Dieno broke it up. Nakamura then held Takagi in place for Last Idol to hit him with the picopico hammers until his face guard fell off.
Dieno said he was left with no choice but to do his worst attack. He climbed up a ladder and pulled down his tights to unveil the Hell Gate. Oishi, Takagi, Okatani and Naya were all thrown face first into Dieno’s backside one after the other.
With nobody left to stop him, Dieno declared he was going to crush the Tokyo Idol Festival! He approached the idols but stopped when Nagatsuki stepped forth to protect the others. Dieno then came up with the idea to use a fire extinguisher on the idols.
Takagi became worried that Dieno’s behavior would cancel DDT from future TIF events. He jumped in for the rescue then used the extinguisher to freeze both Dieno and Nakamura. Naya put Nakamura through a table with the Power Bomb to win the match for his team.
The show ended with Takagi asking the two Up Up Girls if they wanted to try out pro wrestling. They said they would consider it.
We have another contract expiration, this time it’s a DDT wrestler. Ladybeard finished up with DDT on 30th September and is now a freelancer. Ladybeard thanked the staff, wrestlers and fans for making great memories with them over the last 5 years. Ladybeard hadn’t wrestled with DDT since August 2018 anyway so this is just a formality.

There is a late change in tomorrow’s big match. Yuki Kamifuku broke the ring finger on her right hand and will not be able to wrestle for around three weeks. Under doctor’s recommendation she has pulled out of the main event. Kamifuku is aiming to return on 17th October. Mahiro Kiryu was going to remove herself from the match because of this but Kamifuku convinced her not to waste the opportunity she made for herself. Kiryu agreed and nominated Pom Harajuku to be her new tag partner. Both Daydream and The Bakuretsu Sisters gave their approval for the math to go ahead.
Marika Kobashi’s return match involves her former tag partner from the JK Strikers. However Miyu Yamashita is not on her team, instead they are against each other.

4. Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie defeated HARASHIMA, Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura when Sasaki pinned Ueno with a Diving Elbow Drop from a vending machine (16:18).
5. Retirement Match If Onita Loses ~ Street Current Blast 3 Vs 4 Handciap Death Match: Atsushi Onita, Sanshiro Takagi & Chris Brookes defeated Shinya Aoki, Konosuke Takeshita, Caol Uno & Kuro-chan when Onita pinned Kuro-chan with a Current Blast Swing (15:44).
DDT bid the Toshimaen theme park farewell by putting Atsushi Onita’s career on the line in a Current Blast Death Match. It was supposed to be 3 Vs 3 but Onita wanted Kuro-chan to get involved. He refused, only staying around to serve as witness to the match. It began with a full brawl until they split off. Onita and Shinya Aoki fought over to a Current Blast Baseball Bat. Aoki swung the bat but Chris Brookes blocked it with a Stop sign and no explosion went off. Onita had to hit Caol Uno with the bat twice for it to explode. Kuro-chan ran in to break pins so Sanshiro Takagi forced him to enter the match on Aoki’s team. Onita and Aoki fought over to a staging area where the experimental Blast Rocket was aimed. Konosuke Takeshita hesitated setting the rocket off so Kuro-chan fired it instead! Aoki crawled on top of Onita for the pin but Takagi broke it up. Takeshita shouted out “Thank you Toshimaen for 94 years of hard work!” before putting Brookes through a table with a Diving Body Press. Kuro-chan stomped on Onita until Onita stood back up, grabbed the Blast Bat and hit Kuro-chan with it. Kuro-chan went down and Onita pinned him to win and avoid retirement for the 7th(?) time. Onita demanded a singles match with Kuro-chan afterwards.
DAMNATION made their entrances on slow moving animal vehicles. Daisuke Sasaki was clad in Toshimaen shirts and towels, blaming his opponents for closing the theme park down. When DISASTER BOX had the upper hand in the match, Sasaki pleaded to go on one of the rides one last time. HARASHIMA accepted his request and all of the wrestlers went on the Magic ride. When it ended they all fought each other again except for Mad Paulie and Naomi Yoshimura. They had difficulty getting on and off the ride because of their size. HARASHIMA was thrown onto the lion vehicle and very slowly went away. Sasaki sprayed Yuki Ueno with a fire extinguisher. Tetsuya Endo pinned Ueno down between chairs and a ladder while Sasaki climbed a vending machine. He shouted “Toshimaen forever!” and landed a Diving Elbow Drop onto Ueno for the finish. He really doesn’t want the place to close down.
One of the matches took place in the poolside area. Yuna Manase and An Chamu got their teams to lift them up for a game of horseback riding. It got so rough it turned into a wrestling match. Wrestlers suplexed each other into the pool. Kuro-chan kept trying to lick Manase’s knee so they threw him onto a float and pushed him across the pool away from everyone else. Mizuki Watase unmasked Super Sasadango Machine and pushed his face under the water. Chamu stripped off Manase’s top and threw it into the pool. Manase jumped in afterwards to retrieve it. Akito gave Keigo Nakamura an Avalanche Brainbuster into the pool from the observation platform. Chamu ran along poolside and hit a Double Knee Attack onto Nakamura on a floating ring. She pinned him on the water’s surface.
Over at the stage, Danshoku Dieno came up with some very lewd ideas to use on Eruption. He called in samba dancers to come in while he did the Brazilian Nightmare to Saki Akai. “TOKYO GO!” then played and Kazuki Hirata made a grand entrance on the stage. That ended when Yukio Sakaguchi drove in on a jumbo digger and attacked Hirata with it. Kazusada Higuchi also grabbed onto the digger’s shovel to swing around and knock over his opponents. Dieno found a large bubble blower on the stage and unleashed the “Anal Soap Samba”, soaking everyone in foam while the samba dancers performed on stage. Akai climbed the digger and dove onto everyone below, pinning the entire opposing team to win.
Jiro Kuroshio and Shunma Katsumata kept trying to throw each other into any pool of water they could find. Kuroshio was about to succeed pushing his opponent over a fence when Katsumata verbally gave up. He can’t swim so he would rather lose the match. Kuroshio pushed him into the water anyway.
