4. Pro Wrestling NOAH Special Tag Match: Kenou & Hajime Ohara defeated Atsushi Kotoge & Daisuke Harada when Kenou pinned Kotoge with a Diving Foot Stomp (13:33).
5. Impact X Division Title: Taiji Ishimori (c) defeated Mike Bailey with the 450 Splash (9:20).
*V2 for Taiji Ishimori.
6. Differ Cup Memorial Special 6-Man Tag Match: Ryota Hama, Minoru Tanaka & Ikuto Hidaka defeated Naomichi Marufuji, HARASHIMA & Kappa Kozo when Hama pinned Kozo with the Okido Press (14:52).
7. Differ Cup 2017 – Final: Konosuke Takeshita & Yuki Ueno defeated Katsuhiko Nakajima & Hitoshi Kumano when Takeshita pinned Kumano with the German Suplex (16:48).

The power of friendship spurred DDT’s team to go all the way and win the 2017 Differ Cup! Pro wrestling’s farewell to Differ Ariake was represented by the return of the inter-promotional Differ Cup tag team tournament. Konosuke Takeshita said he wants to use this victory to push him towards making DDT the best and strongest wrestling company in Japan. He also took satisfaction from beating Katsuhiko Nakajima’s team in the final, gaining a little revenge from Nakajima beating him four years ago at “RYOGOKU PETER PAN 2013”. Takeshita’s tag partner Yuki Ueno was thrilled to win his first tournament and wants to evolve even more as a wrestler. He said Nakajima’s kicks were so painful that he thought he was going to die.

Naomichi Marufuji, HARASHIMA & Kappa Kozo were accompanied by Kozo’s middle aged father. He wore a YOSSHA shirt so the fans chanted “Masao” at him, thinking it was Masao Inoue in a kappa costume. The father got involved to protect Kozo from Ryota Hama but he ended up getting squashed by Hama too.

Mike Bailey failed to win the Impact X Division Title from Taiji Ishimori. He missed the Ultima Weapon and Ishimori capitalised with the 450 Splash to win.

Danshoku Dino convinced Go Shiozaki & Mitomi Masayuki to go along with him and together become The Three Danshoku Brothers for the night.

But a gamble this big against an opponent so uncaring has caught the attention of the rest of DAMNATION so now they are coming along for the ride!

Natsu only accepted one more rematch when she made Ohka pay for her bullet train tickets to and from the show. Ohka has gotten his own little dig in against Natsu by giving her the nickname “Shabby Thick Makeup”.

2. Ganpuro “Kotori” Farewell Rumble!: “Kotori” defeated J-Soul Pandita III IV with the Morning Star (11:33).

3. Ganjo’s Symbol Vs Shabby Thick Makeup!: Sumire Natsu defeated HARUKAZE with the Yoran (8:27).
4. Ken Ohka Debut 16th Anniversary Memorial Match ~Toryumon 7th Graders Vs Sayama Sayama~: Ken Ohka & “brother” YASSHI defeated Shota & Yumehito Imanari when Ohka pinned Imanari with the Fire Spear (12:48).
5. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Daisuke Sasaki (c) defeated Shinichiro Tominaga with the Cross Facelock (18:31).
*V4 for Daisuke Sasaki.

The self-proclaimed “Best And Strongest Amateur” stepped up to face Daisuke Sasaki for the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title. There was a promise by Sasaki to fight a clean fight but he soon broke it by throwing a chair at Shinichiro Tominaga. Sasaki later kicked Tominaga into the referee. Sasaki went far enough to attempt the Vietnam Driver II onto the ref but Tominaga rescued him. From there Tominaga fought fire with fire and threw the ref at Sasaki then gave Sasaki a Hurricanrana after the distraction. Sasaki applied the Cross Facelock but Tominaga got out of the move by biting Sasaki’s wrist. He later countered the Crossover Facelock with the Kido Clutch for a nearfall. Sasaki hit his flash Hurricanrana for another nearfall but Tominaga broke out an Overhead Kick afterwards. Sasaki locked on the Cross Facelock one more time and got Tominaga to tap out.

Sasaki taunted Tominaga after the match. He knows Tominaga wants him to say he did well but an amateur is an amateur. Is Tominaga still a salaryman away from wrestling? Then he should quit and restart his wrestling training from scratch as a trainee. Sasaki then complained he came all the way from Yamagata to wrestle in Ganbare☆Wrestling, an organisation full of amateurs. Ken Ohka heard Sasaki and stormed out to the ring demanding a title match. Sasaki doesn’t want it nor does he ever want to wrestle in Ganpuro again. Ohka then pulled out Sumire Natsu’s deposit book and offered to put it on the line. Sasaki threw it away and said he doesn’t wrestle for money. The crowd jeered Sasaki for the obvious lie. Sasaki finally broke and accepted Ohka’s challenge but on one condition. If Sasaki wins he takes the most important thing in Ohka’s life other than his family (Sasaki hates kids). When he wins he takes over Ganbare☆Wrestling! And to make sure the debt will be paid Sasaki will be bringing DAMNATION with him to the match on 20th December. Ohka accepted and has the rest of Ganpuro supporting him. Yumehito Imanari even did his own version of DAMNATION’s catchphrase. “We will not flock! We will not flirt! We want to get married! Ganbare☆Wrestling will never be defeated!”

Ken Ohka & “brother” YASSHI teamed up to celebrate Ohka’s 16th anniversary in wrestling. YASSHI gave himself and Ohka a big introduction ending with a shout of “Toryumon” as the match against Shota & Yumehito Imanari began. Ohka was in danger when Shota gave him the Frog Splash and then followed up with a Tope Con Hilo to YASSHI. But when Tominaga took over, Ohka recovered and hit two Fire Spears to win the match.

The rematch between HARUKAZE and Sumire Natsu was meant to be the last meeting between the two but there was another dodgy finish here. Natsu again used the ropes for leverage when she pinned HARUKAZE but this time the referee caught her cheating. When the two argued with each other HARUKAZE tried to grab Natsu. Natsu avoided her and went for a Big Boot but HARUKAZE ducked and the referee took the kick. HARUKAZE hit Natsu with the Fire Spear but couldn’t get the pin because the referee was knocked down. When the ref got up Natsu recovered and hit the Big Boot on HARUKAZE. She did a Cutie Special and a Shining Wizard then finally got the win with the Yoran. Ken Ohka tried to protest the result but realised that HARUKAZE and Natsu had already agreed to make this their last singles match against each other. Ohka begged Natsu to have one more rematch with HARUKAZE. Natsu would only agree to it if Ohka pays for her bullet train ticket from Osaka to Tokyo. She knows Ohka has saved up some cash since he lost his money to Sasaki, Also if Natsu win then she will replace HARUKAZE as the regular female wrestler for Ganpuro. Ohka hesitated but agreed to make the match for 20th December.

“Kotori” was given a special Rumble match as a gift before she retires from pro wrestling on 21st December. She and J-Soul Pandita III IV were the first two entries in the match. “Kotori” challenged Pandita to a game of sumo until the creature lost its temper. The evil Dr. Kiriko was the next entrant and he scared off “Kotori”. Yumehito Imanari, Shota and Ken Ohka rounded out the remaining entries. Ohka was eliminated immediately, getting thrown out while he was in the middle of his entrance. Daisuke Kiso got involved in one of the multi-man spots and Lariated Shota to eliminate him from the match. Imanari asked “Kotori” why she was retiring but he was so tired that he was easily Clotheslined out of the ring by her. “Kotori” continued her elimination streak and pinned Kiriko and then Pandita to win the Rumble. “Kotori” shook hands with Ohka after the match and then flipped him over with a Shoulder Toss. That is her farewell from Ganpuro.

The second Ganbare The Tryout was almost as big of a mess as the first one. Ganbare The Akihabara came out without a mask and was more interested in reading manga. Ganbare The Shooter took off his own mask and offered it to Akihbara but was told to put it back on. Ganbare The Power wouldn’t stop shouting “Power!” and generally ignored everyone else’s shenanigans. He hit the other three wrestlers with Saber Chops, some intentional and some not. He dove on top of all three of them to get the three count. Power asked Ganbare The Great if winning the match meant he passed the audition. Great said “Of course not!” and rejected Power. Akihabara failed because he wouldn’t wear his mask and Shooter failed too. Shooter took off his mask in response to the news. Great then admitted that he himself also failed. He unmasked and threw the mask into the air to end the audition.

6. You And I Next To Yellow Cherries! Yamagata Specialty 6-Man Tag Match: Konosuke Takeshita, Akito & Diego defeated KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Kota Umeda when Takeshita pinned Umeda with the Surprise Rose (17:58).

In a preview of the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Title Match on 10th December, ALL OUT beat Shuten-dōji. The Shuten-dōji line-up here was different from the one challenging for the titles. Kota Umeda was wrestling instead of Masahiro Takanashi. Umeda was the weak link today and he was pinned by Konosuke Takeshita after a Knee Strike, a Lariat and the Surprise Rose.

Mike Bailey’s current tour of Japan is nearing its end. He confirmed he will be back in January and he hopes to team with MAO more when he returns. MAO will be feeling upset in December because Diego and Bailey are leaving Japan and Dai Suzuki is retiring. All of his friends are going away.

Danshoku Dino complained about Kazuki Hirata’s dancing. Hirata is supposed to be fighting Miyu Yamashita from Tokyo Joshi Pro for the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title next month and she is a better dancer than he is. Hirata was driven to prove Dino wrong and went on to pin Makoto Oishi with the Viagra Driver. He promised to regain the Iron Man Title while carrying all of the feelings of DDT fans around the world.

Gorgeous Matsuno sang a song called “Your Ballad” to close out the show.

6. Union MAX Title: Isami Kodaka (c) defeated Ryuichi Sekine with the Isamuashi Ki (18:56).
*V1 for Isami Kodaka.

Ryuichi Sekine prepared himself for a today to be special. He was in proper wrestling gear, had his hair freshly dyed blonde and had his sights set on winning the Union MAX Title. Sadly for him Isami Kodaka had other ideas. The one move Sekine had that could definitely beat Kodaka was the Let’s Combine Crab Hold but Kodaka was able to either reach the ropes or avoid the move entirely. Sekine tried to combat Kodaka’s Isamuashi kicks with his own Middle Kicks but the champion would not be beaten. Both wrestlers were spent after the match but agreed that they had a fun match together. Kodaka announced his next title defence will take place in March next year. He was then interrupted by a voice asking “Can I be a bit greedy?” The voice was Fuminori Abe and he entered the ring. He said during his time here in BASARA he had wanted to test himself and find out how pure a wrestler he can be. He now wants a singles match with Kodaka to discover how far he has progressed although he was hesitant to ask until now. Kodaka asked Abe if he is certain he could beat him. Abe said he is. Kodaka accepted Abe’s challenge and decided he will put the MAX Title on the line against him on 14th December. Abe then pulled out an envelope. It was an invitation letter for the upcoming Shinjuku Strongest Ground Budokai tournament. He confessed that he stole it from Kodaka’s luggage while Kodaka went out for a smoke earlier. Abe wanted three things: a singles match with Kodaka, a Union MAX Title match and a place in the Budokai tournament. Kodaka promised to fulfill all three requests for Abe.

The 6-Man Tag was a battle between BASARA and HEAT-UP. It broke down to where Daichi Kazato and Kazuhiro Tamura were the ones left in the ring. Kazato had Tamura beaten with the Sister Abigail when Fuminori Abe broke up the pin and trapped Kazato in an Octopus Hold. Kazato submitted, making the HEAT-UP team the winners. Both Takumi Tsukamoto and Kazato were frustrated by the loss and both said the HEAT-UP wrestlers have no guts. Tsukamoto is also annoyed that HEAT-UP might be selling more posters than BASARA at shows.

Early on in the Ryota Nakatsu Vs Minoru Tanaka match, Tanaka threatened to break Nakatsu’s hobby horse. Other than that the two had a serious match. Tanaka escaped from Nakatsu’s Cross Armbreaker and countered with a Jumping High Kick. Nakatsu still showed life after taking a Tiger Suplex and some Buzzsaw Kicks but was down and out after Tanaka gave him the B“D”F Diving Foot Stomp.

Trans-Am ★ Ryuichi seems to be turning over a new leaf since he lost the Union MAX Title. He hugged the referee Yuya Okada at the start of his match because it was so long since he last saw him. He also wished FUMA a “Merry Christmas” after Body Slamming him. Even though he and SAGAT lost the match to IRON PRIEST, he was still happy to see FUMA & Yusuke Kubo again too. He said the Trans-Am ★ Family and IRON PRIEST have been fighting each other all year so it was time for them to let bygones be bygones and shake hands. SAGAT pulled his hand back and shouted “Woooooo!” thinking Ryuichi would do the same but he was on his own. Ryuichi punched SAGAT for misbehaving and they then did the Heavy Metal hand signs with IRON PRIEST.

The reputation of Guts Ishijima and his Guts World promotion were put up to questioning by Gouma Ryu and Atsushi Maruyama and their court of law. Maruyama accused Ishijima of defying the Labour Standards Act by forcing his workers to have a pro wrestling mentality. Maruyama’s evidence was Daisuke retiring and Toshihiko Yoshino leaving the promotion. Ryu’s defence of Guts World was “It’s a nice group.” He asked Takumi Tsukamoto what he thought of the company because he wrestled there before. Tsukamoto said he wanted to quit. Yasu Urano gave a similar answer when he was asked the question. Ishijima described his post-show antics as “Showa Style” and it involved eating and drinking until they threw up. Fuminori Abe was asked about those drinking parties and he said he couldn’t remember much outside of losing his wallet. Ishijima invited both Ryu and Maruyama to wrestle at a Guts World show. They all shook hands until Ryu and Maruyama attacked Ishijima. He fought them off with a Double Lariat and then pinned Maruyama with the Facebuster. Judge Kyohei Wada declared Ishijima was innocent.

Akiyori Takizawa came here from ASUKA PROJECT for a rematch against Takato Nakano. Their previous match took place earler this month and just like then, Takizawa won the match. This time Takizawa used a Reverse Double Chickenwing submission called the Sleng Teng to make Nakano give up.

Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi and Gouma Ryu read through the line up of wrestlers entering the 3rd Shinjuku Strongest Ground Budokai tournament being held in Korakuen Hall on 28th December. The entries so far include Yasu Urano, Isami Kodaka. Naoki Tanizaki, Yuko Miyamoto, Riho and Hideki Suzuki. Fuminori Abe would take a spot later in the show as already mentioned above.

6. Tale Of Toyama – Ken Ohka’s Triumphant Return! Takaoka Specialty 6-Man Tag Match: HARASHIMA, Soma Takao & Ken Ohka defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when HARASHIMA pinned Paulie with the Somato (17:56).

DDT was in Ken Ohka’s hometown of Toyama and DAMNATION did not like it one bit. Daisuke Sasaki wanted to have another bet with Ohka in order to wrestle in the main event. Ohka said Sasaki had already taken his money and the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title. He has nothing left. Sasaki saw that Ohka’s 70 year old father was in the audience and he demanded the father put his own deposit book on the line! Ohka accepted the challenge but his team was then ambushed by DAMNATION. Ohka, HARASHIMA & Soma Takao eventually isolated Mad Paulie in the ring and overwhelmed him with their signature moves until HARASHIMA got the pin with the Somato. HARASHIMA called Ohka the “Hero Of Toyama” after the match. Ohka then told his life story to the audience. He grew up as a bad child, kind of like Sasaki. When he lost the Independent Jr. Title to Sasaki he felt shame whenever he came back to Toyama. But not matter how embarrassed he gets, he has a dream and even at 40 years old he trusts himself to achieve it.

Masahiro Takanashi said that Shuten-dōji are not fighting ALL OUT to create happy memories for Diego before he leaves Japan. ALL OUT will be finished when Shuten-dōji wins the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles from them.

Ken Ohka’s dad got involved in the opening match. Kazuki Hirata came out complaining that his entrance gown and HIRATA GO! glasses went missing. Ohka’s dad came out wearing them while dancing to Hirata’s music. Sanshiro Takagi said his dancing is better than Hirata’s.

6. TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuka Sakazaki & Shoko Nakajima (c) defeated Nonoko & Yuna Manase when Nakajima pinned Nonoko with a Diving Senton (17:02).
*V1 for Miraclians.

The combined size advantage of the Super Milk Combination was not enough to beat the Miraclians. They came close when they hit the W Oppai Ye on Shoko Nakajima but Yuka Sakazaki was there to make the save. From there the Apricots took over and wore down the challengers until Sakazaki got rid of Yuna Manase. Nakajima gave Nonoko a DDT and then won the match with a Diving Senton. The Apricots celebrated their first defence of the TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles until the Itoh Respect Army came down to the ring. Maki Itoh said even though she already has a match planned for 4th January she still wants Mizuki to get a tag title match on the same show. Itoh claims that there are many members in the Itoh Respect Army and one of them will be Mizuki’s partner on 4th January.

Two prizes were on the line in the match between Yuu and Miyu Yamashita. The Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title and, more importantly, a spot in the main event TOKYO Princess Title match at Korakuen Hall on 4th January. Yuu bruised Yamashita’s chests with Chops and threw her around the ring. In return Yamashita kicked back with all that she had. The High Kicks took their toll and soon Yuu was defeated by the Crash Rabbit Heat. Yamashita wins the Iron Man Title and also goes on to face Reika Saiki for the Princess Title! It’s been a year and a half since she last held the Princess Title. She cannot wait to win it back. She also has to defend the Iron Man Title against Kazuki Hirata in DDT on 1st December. It will be the dance battle between Genghis Khan and TOKYO GO!

Saki-sama continues to pick on the weakest girls in Tokyo Joshi Pro. Today Azusa Takigawa tried to stand up to her but was beaten with the Two Step Face Kick. Saki said the match was truly inappropriate from beginning to end. But she was willing to show mercy because there is some beauty in Takigawa. She offered Takigawa to join her side. Takigawa refused because she is chasing her dream and Saki-sama’s obsession with beauty does not fit with that goal. Saki didn’t care what Takigawa said, her offer would not be refused. Suddenly Yukio Saint Laurent appeared and he approached Takigawa. She tried to fight him off but Laurent injected a syringe into her neck, knocking her out. He and Saki-sama left the ring with Takigawa being carried over his shoulder. Saki promised that Takigawa will become a fine lady under her supervision. She reckons we will see the new Takigawa at the next Shin-Kiba 1st RING show.

Hyper Misao had her first match in over 10 and a half months, returning from a long absence after getting reconstructive surgery on her right ACL. She reintroduced herself as the hero to protect love and peace in Tokyo Joshi. She asked Rika Tatsumi to team up with her but Tatsumi turned her down. Misao put up a fight when she was put in a Figure Four Leg Lock but eventually gave up when Tatsumi used the move a second time. Misao said afterwards that she will not give up looking for a tag team partner. But until she finds one she will also focus on becoming a stronger singles wrestler.

After the Ito Respect Corps won their match, Ito demanded a Princess Tag Title shot for 4th January. She was interrupted by Sanshiro Takagi. He has another idea that he thinks is more suitable for Ito. On 4th January Maki Itoh will face Danshoku Dino one on one! Takagi thinks it is the perfect match to determine how far Itoh has advanced since she became a pro wrestler. Itoh accepts the match. She thinks she is so cute that fighting Dino will awaken his love for women. She will then use her cuteness to crush Dino! Mizuki expressed disappointment because she wanted to team with Itoh at the show. Itoh promised to talk it over with her later.

Yuki Kamifuku tried to get over her fears of wrestling a zombie but her inexperience was her downfall. Maho Kurone didn’t have much trouble wrestling her and even got a few bites in too.

The Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) unit introduced themselves to the audience at the start of the show. Hikari said she discovered wrestling when she was in junior high and wants to dedicate everything in her young life to take part in it. Hinano has nine years of training in judo and sambo. She wants to win a championship within one year of her debut. Raku will turn 20 years old on 5th December and is greeting her last days as a teenager with a smile. Miu is trying her best to be both an idol and a pro wrestler.

6. DDT Extreme Title – No DQ Match: Daisuke Sasaki (c) defeated Soma Takao by Referee Stoppage with the Crossover Facelock (18:24).

7. KO-D Tag Team Titles: HARASHIMA & Naomichi Marufuji (c) defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Akito when HARASHIMA pinned Akito with the Somato (24:01).
*V4 for HarashiMarufuji.

There were two stories to keep an eye on in the main event. One was the first meeting between Konosuke Takeshita and Naomichi Marufuji. But the other that led to the match result was HARASHIMA getting a measure of revenge on Akito after losing to him earlier this month. Takeshita and Marufuji took each other out of the match late. Takeshita hit the Knee Strike but Marufuji fired back with the Tiger King. Akito locked HARASHIMA in a European Clutch again but this time HARASHIMA kicked out. Akito kicked him afterwards but all it did was made HARASHIMA angry. In response HARASHIKA kicked Akito until Akito was knocked out. From there HARASHIMA hit the Somato and that was it. Marufuji praised the challengers afterwards for providing them with a highly tense match. He called Akito a wonderful wrestler and told Takeshita he would like to fight him again.

When ALL OUT left the ring, DAMNATION appeared to declare themselves as the next challengers for the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Tetsuya Endo told the champions there are two geniuses in pro wrestling: himself and Daisuke Sasaki! HARASHIMA accepted the challenge and told Marufuji the next DDT show in Korakuen Hall is on Christmas Eve. It took some discussion for Marufuji to accept because he already has plans that day but he agreed to be there.

Chairs, steel basins and plastic boxes were all used in violent fashion during the No DQ Match. Soma Takao broke the plastic box over Sasaki’s head then hit a Diving Double Stomp while Sasaki was buried beneath a pile of chairs. Sasaki brought in handcuffs but he ended up wearing them instead. Tetsuya Endo and Mad Paulie eventually freed him but they took some chair shots from Takao during the process. Sasaki gave Takao the Vietnam Driver II onto the basin for a nearfall. Sasaki then locked in the Crossover Facelock until Takao lost consciousness. The referee called for the bell and rewarded the match to Sasaki. With this result Sasaki has now tied the record for most DDT Extreme Title defences in a single reign.

Dodgy translations aside, Mike Bailey had a clear plan put in place against Tetsuya Endo. Bailey thinks he is the calmer of the two so if he could make Endo mad, he can then use it to his advantage. Bailey intentionally left his guard open at the start by bowing to Endo. Endo didn’t fall for the trap. Instead he bowed back. Endo’s ability to match Bailey’s calmness with his own was the deciding factor. Bailey kicked out of the Tetsuya In The Sky and dodged away from the Shooting Star Press. But when it was his turn to fire back, Endo used Bailey’s momentum from the Green Tea Plunge to roll on top of him for the sudden three count. Whatever tension that existed between the two seems to have vanished after the match because they bowed to each other again. Bailey is taking the loss in his stride. He was hoping to win and go into his upcoming Impact X Division Title match against Taiji Ishimori at the Differ Cup with a lot of momentum. Instead he is going into the match as the clear underdog.

Super Sasadango Machine laid out his plans to beat the YaroZ in the KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Titles match. He singled out Shiro Koshinaka as the biggest threat on the challenger team. In order to beat YaroZ, the champions will have to destroy Koshinaka’s greatest weapon. His ass! So a special rule was put in place. If anybody laughs during the match, they must take a baseball bat swing to the ass. The goal is to make Koshinaka laugh. Kota Umeda, Yuki Ueno and Daiki Shimomura appeared dressed in black bodysuits carrying bats to attack any wrestler who laughed. Some of the others had some surprises in store to make Koshinaka laugh. Sasadango swapped places and costumes with the referee, LiLiCo was very aggressive with her shouting and everyone piled onto Sanshiro Takagi to stop him from doing the Spiccoli Driver. Takagi collapsed with back pain so Antonio Honda called for a doctor. Ultraman Robin appeared wearing a medical coat and he helped bring Takagi back to the locker room. He was interrupted by Yuki Iino dressed as a nurse. Iino decided that Takagi needed mouth to mouth resuscitation. It worked, Takagi regained consciousness and yelled at Iino not to use his tongue. Back in the ring the batsmen continued to attacked those who laughed but everyone noticed there was now a fourth batsman. It was Shinjiro Otani! He even used his bat the same way he does his Facewash Kicks in the corner. Honda stopped the match so he could talk about Gon, The Little Fox but he mixed it up with Fist Of The North Star. This made Koshinaka smirk and that was enough for him to get attacked. However Koshinaka shrugged off the bat shots and attacked the batmen and the others with Hip Attacks. Honda held LiLiCo in place for Koshinaka to hit the Super Hip Attack but LiLiCo moved out of the way. Honda got hit instead and he was then hit by Ken Ohka’s Fire Spear. LiLiCo climbed on top of Honda for the three count and a first successful defence of the 10-Man Titles. In the post-match interview Sasadango opened up a challenge for any fivesome in Japan to come over and face them. Big Japan, K-DOJO, WRESTLE-1, even All Japan or NOAH. Come on over!

A wild mix of teams were put together into a 3 Way Trios match. Diego was put with NωA and he filmed their entrance on his phone. Shunma Katsumata & MAO wiped out most of the field with stereo Suicide Dives but Shuten-dōji got away from them unscathed. That gave Yukio Sakaguchi the chance to pick apart Rekka and win the match for Shuten-dōji.

The King’s Game match featured plenty of surprises and suspense for the wrestlers involved. The match was overlooked by four of the voice actresses from the show. They spoke in-character and announced missions for the wrestlers to complete during the match. If anyone failed a mission they would be eliminated by death! The first twist came when the match was changed from a 5-on-1 Handicap Match into an all against each other Battle Royal. The first mission was to perform a throwing technique within 30 seconds. Everyone passed. Kazuki Hirata was about to dance when he was told dancing was prohibited by one of the other missions. The next mission was to slap Hirata within 30 seconds. Everyone did it except for Mizuki Watase. When the time expired the lights went out for a moment. When they came back on Watase spat blood out of his mouth and collapsed dead. He was out. The next mission was for the wrestlers to kiss each other. Danshoku Dino gladly kissed Koji Yoshida but Saki Akai hesitated to do the same with Nobuhiro Shimatani. They almost went through with it but Akai instead slapped him at the last second. The time expired, both of them spat out blood and they died. The next mission was to hit a Lariat. Yoshida failed and died. Lastly, Dino was instructed not to expose his ass. Hirata pulled down Dino’s tights and that was enough for Dino to fail the mission. He died and Hirata was declared the winner! Hirata danced to celebrate only to discover that his No Dancing mission was still active. Blood burst out of his mouth and he died to end the segment.

In his first singles match back from injury, Kota Umeda was victorious over Yuki Ueno. A Brainbuster, a Penalty Kick and the Umeda Driver scored him the win.

Mad Paulie made easy work of Daiki Shimomura in the dark match. The only time he was threatened with defeat was from a Missile Dropkick and a School Boy. After that Paulie lifted Shimomura up for an Argentine Backbreaker then put him away with the Paulie Buster.

Shuten-dōji are the subjects of the new DDT PREMIUM PHOTO book released at the show. Masahiro Takanashi was embarrassed when one of his sexy photos was shown on the screen and asked for the segment to be clipped out of the broadcast. KUDO’s picture was of him taking a batch and Sakaguchi’s was of him wearing only a fundoshi. He hopes those who buy the book will enjoy it “with a sense of comfort”.

The two block entries for the D-King Grand Prix were released. Block A contains Konosuke Takeshita, HARASHIMA, Tetsuya Endo, Keisuke Ishii, Masahiro Takanashi, Joey Ryan and Jiro Kuroshio. Block B contains Daisuke Sasaki, Yukio Sakaguchi, Soma Takao, Akito, Kazusada Higuchi, Mike Bailey and Shuji Ishikawa.

Shuji Ishikawa & Suwama will team up to face the Brahman Brothers at “DAMNATION ILLEGAL GATHERING VOL. 2” in Korakuen Hall on 30th December.

Diego’s farewell match will be against Dick Togo on 1st December.

“RYOGOKU PETER PAN 2018” is scheduled for 21st October next year.
