DDT “D GENERATIONS 9”, 20/05/2026 Tokyo Ueno Park Outdoor Stage ??? Fans – Unannounced
1. Ali Najima defeated Hinata Kasai with the Victor-Style Kneebar (7:29).
2. Yuya Koroku & Yuki Ishida defeated Hideki Okatani & Ilusion when Ishida pinned Ilusion with the Flame Palm (11:58).
3. Munetatsu Nakamura defeated Rukiya with the Mune-chan Clutch (8:39).
4. Takeshi Masada Produce Match – No Throwing Moves Match: Takeshi Masada Vs To-y ended in a Double Disqualification after a Double Brainbuster to the Referee (10:51).
5. Special Single Match: Kazuma Sumi defeated Yuni with the School Boy (11:12).
Since NωA Jr. are soon going to be challenging for the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles, the main event of today’s D GENERATIONS show was the showdown between Kazuma Sumi and Yuni. Sumi kicked out of a Moonsault so Yuni then went for the Phoenix Splash but had to land on his feet when Sumi rolled out of the way. Sumi tried to hit the Mickey Boomerang (MIKAMI’s original version of the move that everyone now knows as the 619) but Yuni dodged that and locked in a Jorge Clutch for a nearfall. Sumi eventually found a crack in Yuni’s defence to give him a High Kick to the head and then roll him into the School Boy for the victory. After the match Sumi asked Yuni if he really thinks that NωA Jr. can win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Titles at the end of this month? Yuni said that if he didn’t think the could win it, he would have never made the challenge in the first place! He admits to being the weak link of the unit right now but promised he will catch up to Sumi & Shunma Katsumata so they can all win the titles together on 31st May!
The match between Takeshi Masada and To-y had special rules implemented by the former. Masada wanted the match to prohibit all forms of throwing or slamming moves so he and To-y could only attack each other using strikes or submission holds. The rule meant neither Masada nor To-y could use their usual finishing moves. To-y ended up breaking the rule and in a panic knocked out Yukinori Matsui before he could disqualify him. With the referee down, Masada and To-y started using all of the throwing moves they could think of on each other. Yuya Koroku tried to interfere on Masada’s behalf but he was taken out with the Kojima Wonderland. Masada and To-y then got into a stalemate trying to Suplex each other. A groggy Matsui pulled himself back up only to get grabbed by both wrestlers so he could be Suplexed instead! Matsui was still conscious enough after the bump to disqualify both wrestlers for giving him a throwing move together.
During the show closing speech Sumi revealed that the original main event planned for today was going to be the singles match between Masami Inahata and Rukiya. He sent a message out to the injured Inahata, telling him to hang in there and keep on fighting but also to take his time coming back to the ring. Everyone in D GENERATIONS will be waiting for him. Rukiya instead fought Munetatsu Nakamura in the midcard, losing to the guest from Ganbare☆Pro.
A misfire from Hideki Okatani led to him giving the Skewered Claymore to Ilusion by accident. That allowed Yuki Ishida to finish Ilusion off with the Leg Scoop Suplex followed by the Flame Palm.
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 30: NEW MOON ON MONDAY”, 19/05/2026 Tokyo ARENA Shimokitazawa ??? Fans
1. Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Chie Koishikawa defeated Dark King Ueki, Munek & Princess Seki when Koishikawa pinned Ueki with a School Boy (17:40).
2. Special Single Match: The Great American Indie Wrestler defeated Anarko Montaña with the Package Piledriver through a Plastic Case (11:50).
3. BK-G Openweight Title: Mr. Bueno (c) defeated Baliyan Akki with the Backslide From California (17:04). *V2 for Mr. Bueno.
4. Special Single Match: Shinya Aoki defeated Mr. Malo with the Bar-Pulled Manjigatame (11:51).
The weirdness of Baka Gaijin + Friends is an atmosphere that Baliyan Akki is quick to adapt to but this is still Mr. Bueno’s house. With his brother Mr. Malo by his side, Bueno was able to survive a potential arm injury to defend the BK-G Openweight Title. Bueno and Malo held Akki in an Arm Wringer and convinced the audience to link up a daisy chain by holding hands together. The Arm Wringer charged through the audience until it rebounded, leading to Akki popping out Bueno’s shoulder. However Bueno popped it back in and tagged Malo to fight for him. Malo threw his poncho over Daisuke Kiso’s head so the referee couldn’t see him give Akki the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Bueno tagged back in and did his own version of the I Am The Apex Elbow Drop. Akki fought against the numbers game and brought a more serious edge to the title match but couldn’t find a way to win. He ended up duelling for a Gory Special position that was instead countered by Bueno into a Backslide Pin to win the match.
Bueno made a demand to Chris Brookes afterwards for Mr. Malo to have a match to close out the show. Brookes told him that all of the wrestlers here had competed already but Bueno revealed he invited his own friend to show up and wrestle Malo. This person is not a “Baka Gaijin” though. He is the “Baka Survivor” Shinya Aoki! He used the tight confines of ARENA Shimokitazawa to keep the fight to mostly grappling holds and chain moves. He then used the scenary to his advantage, putting Malo in a Standing Octopus Hold and reaching up to grab a bar from the ceiling to apply even more pressure until Malo submitted to him.
Anarko Montaña’s original opponent for the show MAO was nowhere to be seen. Instead when it was time for MAO’s entrance, “Walk” by Pantera played and a person known as The Great American Indie Wrestler appeared chanting “Five Star” at everybody. He tried to hype up the crowd by swearing in English over and over until Montaña got the jump on him during a handshake. Wrestler brought out a Singapore Cane to turn the match hardcore but he missed Montaña and hit himself with the stick by mistake. He got his second wind when fans started chanting “Fight Forever” and pulled out a bag filled with another foreign object. He was just as confused as everyone else when he pulled out a carrot from the bag but made up for it by finding a bundle of skewers to dig into the top of Montaña’s head. Montaña brought out a plastic box to try and fight back but was made to regret it when Wrestler crashed him through the box with the Package Piledriver to win the match.
The show started with Ueki’s Magic Kingdom bringing along some surprises for their opponents. First, Munek is completely healed from his neck injury and is able to fight again. However Ram Kaichow isn’t in Japan right now so Dark King Ueki used his magic vase to transfer her captured soul into another body for the time being. That body belongs to Kota Sekifuda so he has now temporarily become Princess Seki! The Kingdom went and captured a member of the audience to hold them hostage while Brookes’s team all fought to rescue her. The Kingdom also grabbed another fan and shoved his face into Ueki’s hairy chest. Things went out of control when Munek used magic on Antonio Honda’s Gongitsune attack, leading to almost everyone being magically forced to Gongitsune pinch their own nipples. Chie Koishikawa ran into the middle of this to stop everyone but they all ganged up on her instead. However she ducked the group Bionic Elbow so they all hit each other and she rolled up Ueki to get the three count.
I am going travelling this week so there may be some delays in posting results and other news. Things will be back to normal service before the King Of DDT finals happen at the end of the month.

DDT “KING OF DDT 2026 FINAL!!”, 31/05/2026 Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. King Of DDT – Semi Final: Minoru Suzuki Vs Shinya Aoki
2. King Of DDT – Semi Final: MAO Vs Danshoku Dieno
3. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato (c) Vs Shunma Katsumaa, Yuni & Kazuma Sumi
4. King Of DDT – Final: X Vs X
The majority of D GENERATIONS are filling up the next KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles match. Yuni summoned up the courage to challenge paleyouth for the titles because NωA Jr. only held the belts for a very short amount of time last year and didn’t get to do anything with them before losing in their first defence. Kazuma Sumi also sees this as a chance to take down three rivals from his generation in one go. I have an inkling that could backfire and we end up with somebody from paleyouth as the next Japanese challenger for the DDT Universal Title.

9. Double Main Event I – Shosho Kogyo Presents Special Tag Match ~ Infinite Stimulation Anniversary: Zack Sabre Jr. & Chris Brookes defeated HARASHIMA & Shinya Aoki when Brookes pinned HARASHIMA with a Modified Samson Clutch (16:44).
10. Double Main Event II – Special Tag Match ~ A Ruthless Giant That Blocks The World Guide Us To Our Dreams Blooming Flower: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & Yuki Ueno defeated Jun Akiyama & Shuji Ishikawa when Takeshita pinned Ishikawa with the Raging Fire (22:29).
For the second year in a row, Yukinori Matsui’s annual Osaka show was headlined by Konosuke Takeshita & Yuki Ueno teaming up together. This time around they took on a more honorable set of opponents, Jun Akiyama & Shuji Ishikawa. Although as soon as Takeshita and Ishikawa face off to start the match, Ishikawa quickly knocked down his opponent with a big Elbow Strike. He also gave Ueno a Giant Swing outside the ring throwing his into the front row of abandoned chairs. Akiyama also wrestled more aggressively but Takeshita launched a comeback that included giving Ishikawa a Superplex. He combined the Jumping Knee with Ueno’s Dropkick to knock over Ishikawa and then Ueno did a Moonsault onto Akiyama outside the ring. Ishikawa was able to kick out of the Wagamama but Takeshita lifted him up for the Raging Fire and dropped him back down to get the win. Both Takeshita & Ueno showed their gratitude to Matsui after the match.
The other big match for the show involved Zack Sabre Jr. & Chris Brookes teaming up again as SchadenTekkers (with matching purple gear between them) to take on HARASHIMA & Shinya Aoki. It would be the first time Sabre and Aoki got to wrestle each other. That confrontation was not enough to determine who was beter. Instead Brookes got the result by pinning HARASHIMA with a Samson Clutch. Aoki wished he could have gotten to fight Sabre for a little longer. Sabre suggested they have a singles match together the next time they meet. He also called Aoki one of the best submission wrestlers he has ever fought.
A ringside chairshot from Dick Togo stunned Shunma Katsumata and left him vulnerable to Hideki Okatani to finish him off.
KANON was made into the target of everyone’s comedy in Match #6. That meant he was the one tricked to hop in the air while nobody else joined him. MAO and KIMIHIRO then got into dueling Figure 4 Leg Locks with Kuishinbo Kamen & Kikutaro, leaving KANON out in the cold. When the four of them all got caught in the holds, KANON simply rolled them all over so he could put both Kamen & Kikutaro in a Camel Clutch. He got both of them to then give up. He doesn’t understand why he had to go through that in Osaka today but he admitted it was fun.
Kyoto indie wrestler Hiroaki Taniguchi came in as a substitute for the injured Masami Inahata in Match #5.
The mixed rules fight between Bushimasa and Tyson Maeguchi was a two round contest. The first round was MMA rules that lasted for three minutes. Then the second round was Tyre Boxing Rules where a tyre was placed in the middle of the ring and they had to fight while keeping one foot each inside the tyre hole. Maeguchi punched Bushimasa out of the tyre three times to earn a TKO style victory.
Ilusion had something of a trial by fire in his match. He often got himself isolated away from Magnitude Kishiwada & MJ Paul then had to find ways to get to safety. However he successfully Low Blowed both CIMA & Akito while Kishiwada took care of Yasu Urano. Ilusion then got the last laugh by getting the pin with the Swanton Bomb.
The 4 Vs 1 Handicap match had to be restarted because Hisaya Imabayashi wasn’t happy to see Yuto Kikuchi win it so easily. Kikuchi ended up giving him a Low Blow late in the rematch before winning again the second time.
It was a packed house for the show but that caused a little bit of a problem. While Sanshiro Takagi was giving the show opening speech, Keiko Takeshita (Konosuke’s mom) was seen walking around the venue looking for her seat. Takagi and Imabayashi invited her into the ring to say hello to the fans but she ended up attacking them with chops to the chest instead. Matsui tried to stop her because she was ruining the start of his show again just like last year. She gave him the Rainmaker and finished off the opening call by herself.

6. Special Tag Match: Danshoku Dieno & Kazuki Hirata defeated MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) when Dieno pinned MAO with the Gaydo Clutch (21:21).
As far as Danshoku Dieno is concerned, it is up to him and MAO to make sure the winner of King Of DDT this year is a full blown DDT wrestler and not an outsider like Minoru Suzuki or Shinya Aoki. MAO and Kazuki Hirata spend the main event fighting each other in a Stand Battle with Yukinori Matsui wearing special glasses that allowed him to see what was going on. Dieno and KANON joined in until Dieno used his Stand powers to pin MAO with the Gaydo Clutch. After the match Dieno told MAO that this is what DDT is all about. He has a dream for DDT and he believes MAO has that same dream, so when they face off in the tournament semi final they will mean everything from the bottom of their hearts. MAO said he is committed to fight for DDT but unlike two years ago, he has to take his own path if he wants to fight Yuki Ueno for the KO-D Openweight Title again.
It was a case of partners today, opponents tomorrow for Match #2. After his team won the match Yuni called Takeshi Masada & Yuya Koroku back into the ring but struggled to tell them what he wanted to say. Shunma Katsumata went out and told Yuni he has to learn how to properly convey his feelings. Yuni then said he wants to challenge paleyouth for the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles. He was rejected by Koroku and was called a timid little brat who did nothing in the ring today while Masada & Koroku did all the work to get the win. Both Katsumata and Masada criticised Koroku for being harsh towards Yuni because he was only trying to do his best. Yuni then pressed Koroku into accepting the challenge and the title match will go ahead on 31st May. NωA Jr. briefly held the belts last year but the reign only lasted a month with no successful defences. Yuni explained he wants to win the titles again so NωA Jr. can do everything they didn’t get to do the first time around. Kazuma Sumi wants to take part because paleyouth are all from D GENERATIONS like he and Yuni both are and he wants to crush them!
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “SHE KNOWS HER WAY ~SHINO SUZUKI HOMECOMING SHOW~”, 16/05/2026 Shizuoka Shimizu Marine Building 237 Fans – No Vacancy
1. Wakana Uehara defeated Shion Kanzaki with the Sushi Tornado (7:59).
2. Hyper Misao defeated Mifu Ashida with the Chickenwing Face Lock (7:21).
3. Miyu Yamashita & Sakura Hattori defeated Raku & Pom Harajuku when Yamashita pinned Harajuku with the Attitude Adjustment (10:08).
4. Suzume & Arisu Endo defeated Mahiro Kiryu & Chika Nanase when Suzume pinned Nanase with the Ring A Bell (13:20).
5. Mizuki, Yuki Aino & Uta Takami defeated Miu Watanabe, Rika Tatsumi & Ren Konatsu when Takami submitted Konatsu with the Koala Clutch (11:58).
6. Yuki Arai defeated Kira Summer with the Scorpion Death Lock (7:47).
7. Shino Suzuki & HIMAWARI defeated Haru Kazashiro & Toga when Suzuki submitted Kazashiro with the Modified Cobra Clutch (14:17).
Today was Shino Suzuki’s day in the spotlight with Tokyo Joshi Pro paying a visit to her home area of Shizuoka. She made the most of it by winning the main event and tapping out Haru Kazashiro to get there. With this being her third homecoming show in her career, Suzuki said she feels very fortunate to get these events and to wrestle with her classmates like HIMAWARI, Kazashiro and Toga. However it frustrates her that she never takes advantage of these opportunities and is always falling behind everyone else. But today proves she will always reach her destination no matter the circumstances. She’ll sometimes get stuck in traffic and may need to take a back road but ultimately she will guide everyone in TJPW to where they want to go. She hopes there will be more homecoming shows for her in the future. HIMAWARI told her she’ll have to win in every main event for them from here on out.
Jealousy is rearing its ugly head towards Rika Tatsumi as she getting fed up of seeing Mizuki getting along with Uta Takami instead of her. Her feelings on the matter are getting noticed by Mizuki and Takami too. Today was the first time in a while Mizuki got to wrestle Tatsumi and see isn’t looking forward to doing it several more times in the near future. Takami says the relationship between those two is scary but also precious. Tatsumi is convinced Mizuki wants to be with her instead of the “naughty koala” and her proof is the way Mizuki clung onto her during the match. Miu Watanabe admits the “naughty koala” can be very annoying but is also very dangerous. They both agree that they should capture it quickly, probably at the next prelim match.
Suzume said that when Mahiro Kiryu asked to challenged her for the International Princess Title, she could see the Kiryu that she spends time with outside the ring rather than the Kiryu that is a pro wrestler. She is happy to put the title on the line against her because Kiryu is both her senior and her friend but she’s a little worried for that reason too. Kiryu is determind to face her and thinks today’s match was good preparation despite being on the losing side. She knows she will have to neutralize Suzume’s strengths but doesn’t want to reveal all of her tricks before the title match.
Whenever TJPW held a show in North America this year, they often relied on a referee who was only ever referred to by the name Mike. Well it turns out after working some of their shows in America and Canada, he has now travelled over to Japan and worked on today’s show! His match just so happened to be the one with Pom Harajuku in it and she screamed in his ears just like all the other times they were in the ring together. Meanwhile Raku brought out a fishing rod with a packet of potato chips attached to distract Miyu Yamashita & Sakura Hattori with. It distracted Yamashita long enough for Harajuku to catch her in a butterfly net. Yamashita took it off her head pretty easily so RakuPom then took out a much bigger net to trap her in. Yamashita eventually got freed and she wasted no time in pinning Harajuku with the Attitude Adjustment.
Hyper Misao wanted to liven up Suzuki’s homecoming show, believing they have a close connection because they both wear the colour green. Her plan was to have Mifu Ashida lead the way with her cheerleading skills but it was all a trap for Misao to attack her before the match began.
BASARA “TRANS-AM ★ HIROSHI GOLDEN 15TH ANNIVERSARY”, 15/05/2026 Shin-Kiba 1st RING ??? Fans
1. Isami Kodaka & Takumi Tsukamoto defeated Minoru Fujita & Antonio Honda when Tsukamoto pinned Honda with the High Angle Backslide Pin (8:21).
2. Hiroshi Reincarnation Rumble: Dildo Love (SAGAT) defeated nakatsunoH (Ryota Nakatsu) and Taz Urano (Yasu Urano) by Double Ring Out (11:51). Order Of Elimination: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi (American Era) (Gouma Ryu) & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi (Asian Kung Fu Revolution era) (Yasu Urano), Judomaster, Hiroshi Fukuda (Mamono Era) (Ryota Nakatsu), Hiroshi Fukuda (Union Era) (SAGAT), William Ryugaru (Gouma Ryu) & Kung FUMAki (FUMA), nakatsunoH (Ryota Nakatsu) and Taz Urano (Yasu Urano).
3. Kazuki Hirata defeated Daichi Kazato with a Body Press (13:34).
4. MEN’S Teioh, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga defeated Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Takeru Inoue when Teioh pinned Inoue with a Kaiser Knuckle (11:13).
5. Ayumu Honda defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi with the Flying Armbar (12:00).
The 15th Anniversary show for Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi didn’t have the perfect main event he was hoping for. His attempts to give Ayumu Honda the Perfect Plex were either countered or couldn’t get him the win. He tried it one time too many and Honda was able to counter it into a Flying Armbar to get the victory. After the match Hiroshi brought up that Honda used to compete in Judo and asked if he was happy just to beat him in pro wrestling today? Suddenly some judo outfits were brought down to the ring and Honda agreed to have a two minute sparring session with Hiroshi in front of everybody. Honda was dominant for most of it but Hiroshi made a comeback as time ran out on him. Hiroshi then thanked everyone for coming to the show and said he would like to team up with Honda to fight for a tag team championship together. He then sang a song to bring the event to a close.
Match #4 was held under No Tag Rules as is tradition for MEN’S Club multi-man tag matches. MEN’S Teioh and Speed Of Sounds all did the Miracle Ecstacy together before Teioh went on to get the win by himself.
Kazuki Hirata isn’t familiar with the kind of comedy wrestling that BASARA does and he got booed for not going along with Daichi Kazato’s usual spots. He begun to understand it when Kazato gave a demonstration but decided not to join in, drawing even more boos. He instead put on the Hirata GO! glasses to power himself up to 200%. Kazato successfully knocked the glasses off of Hirata but at the cost of knocking himself out in the process, allowing Hirata to gently pin him for the three count.
The Reincarnation Rumble began with wrestlers appearing under the previous personas and alter egos of Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. But things took a weird shift and soon the entries turned into WWF/WWE gimmick parodies from the world of Ultimate Superstars Action!
