2. Your Neighborhood Noise Trouble Solution: FUMA defeated Gouma Ryu with the Heavy Metal Anthem (R4 1:00).
3. Koji Iwamoto defeated Daichi Kazato with a German Suplex (11:24).
4. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Shinya Ishida defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & SAGAT when Hiroshi pinned SAGAT with the Perfect Plex (13:08).
5. Isami Kodaka defeated Ryota Nakatsu with an Armlock Manjigatame (17:33).

Ryota Nakatsu went into the main event putting in all that vhe could be he still lost to Isami Kodaka. Nakatsu admitted disappointment over the result and wants to face Kodaka again. It’s possible that they will have a match at the IRON FIST TAG TOURNAMENT semi-finals if both of their teams win in the first round. Nakatsu asked Kodaka to remember him until then. He also warned Kodaka that Shinjiro Otani & Sean Guinness are formidable opponents while Nakatsu only has to worry about Masamune & Gouma Ryu.

The team of Takumi Tsukamoto and SAGAT continues to look a bit shaky. Before their match against Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Shinya Ishida began SAGAT asked Tsukamoto why he is entering the Iron Fist tournament with Kodaka instead of him. Tsukamoto said he already explained why and promised SAGAT he would work hard in this match to sort out their own relationship as a team. However their teamwork fell apart again and Hiroshi even used SAGAT’s momentum against Tsukamoto to get an advantage. Hiroshi got the win and gave SAGAT some encouragement because they are entering the tournament together. He called him a piece of junk in the process but it was meant to be encouragement. Hiroshi hopes he & SAGAT will face Kodaka & Tsuakmoto in the final.

Gouma Ryu has been complaining about FUMA playing his heavy metal music too loud wherever he goes. He challenged FUMA to a wrestling debate that would consist of 5 two minute rounds switching back and forth between wrestling and debating. FUMA struggled during the debate but took control when it switched to wrestling. Back in the debate FUMA could hardly contain his excitement when describing the emotional splendor of his favourite music genre. It ended with him doing an air guitar. In the next wrestling round Ryu was fed up and tried to hit FUMA with his law book. FUMA knocked Ryu down and placed the book on top of him. He then hit the Heavy Metal Anthem onto Ryu and the book to win the match.

4. HEAVY METAL vs BEST STRETCH: FUMA & Jaki Numazawa defeated Daichi Kazato & Tsutomu Oosugi when FUMA pinned Kazato with the Heavy Metal Anthem (13:05).
5. Triangle Basara: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi defeated Takumi Tsukamoto and SAGAT when Hiroshi pinned SAGAT with the Perfect Plex (10:49).

Although Takumi Tsukamoto and SAGAT are a tag team in BASARA, it was every man for himself in the 3 Way Match with Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. Well, kind of. As the match progressed Tsukamoto and Hiroshi started fighting each other over who gets to have SAGAT. Hiroshi said SAGAT is his pet but Tsukamoto responded that SAGAT is his buddy. SAGAT escaped the Perfect Plex but his momentum was stopped with a Spinebuster. That allowed Hiroshi to do the Perfect Plex again and pick up the win. After a bit of bickering after the match, Tsukamoto shook hands with both Hiroshi and SAGAT.

Jaki Numazawa is blending in well with his new IRON PRIEST pal. He wrestled in a similar heavy metal costume as FUMA for their match. Daichi Kazato tried to block out the heavy metal stuff by singing his own song about the Best Stretch gym he works for. He was able to Clothesline Numazawa out of the ring but FUMA gave him an Extreme Twist Of Fate. FUMA then pinned Kazato with the Heavy Metal Anthem. He is pleased to have “NUMA-METAL” as his new support act as IRON PRIEST prepares to battle with Cavalry next month.

After Match #3, Tomoya Kawamura made an unexpected appearance wearing a suit. The former Rainbow Kawamura wanted to speak to Isami Kodaka. MC.33 who had just wrestled disappeared and Kodaka just so happened to appear in his place. Kawamura talked to him about being in Union Pro together but an injury robbed him the chance of wrestling there for the company’s final months. When he came back he became Rainbow Kawamura so he could have some fun but now it was time for his old self to come back. Kawamura announced he will quit DNA and now wants to wrestle in BASARA! Kodaka accepted him into BASARA and booked a match between the two of them on 8th September.

6. Fluorescent Light IPPON Grand Prix – Final: Akito defeated Isami Kodaka by IPPON (12:28).

Drunkers Kingdom ended with the Fluorescent Light IPPON Grand Prix. Every match in the tournament had a single lighttube attached to the ropes. The goal was to use your opponent to break the lighttube by either throwing him through it, smashing him with it or slamming him onto it. Isami Kodaka defeated Takumi Tsukamoto by using a Samson Clutch to roll him onto the lighttube and break it. Akito, the wrestler who came up with the rules for the tournament, beat Yuko Miyamoto. Miyamoto narrowly avoided being slammed onto the lighttube by forming a bridge over it but Akito then Double Stomped him onto the tube. Akito went on to win the Grand Prix by dropping Kodaka with the Hanamasa onto the lighttube. Akito was given a trophy with IPPON written on it. He celebrated by using the trophy to drink beer. Kodaka said he wants the Grand Prix to be an annual event.

Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi wore a Judo uniform to go along with Mike Bailey’s Taekwondo outfit.

Hyper Misao said her job of protecting Shin-Kiba has become more difficult because of all the Pokémon that have recently appeared in the area. She said her phone detected a high level Pikachu backstage but that was just to distract Yuka Sakazaki so Shoko Nakajima would have to wrestle against two people on her own. Sakazaki eventually came back to aid her partner when she couldn’t find the Pikachu.

The group stage of Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ are now over and there are two clear block winners. Isami Kodaka and Hiroshi Fukuda will face each other in the final on 23rd June. Kodaka beat Ryota Nakatsu and Fukuda beat FUMA, both matches determined who would have won the blocks. Ryuichi Sekine was also in the running but he suffered an upset defeat to Yusuke Kubo.

Masamune called Kodaka into the ring after Match #3. He asked Kodaka if he was available on 14th August? Masamune will be running a show in Osaka that day and he wants to team with Kodaka to take on Billiken Kid & HUB! With the audience supporting the idea, Kodaka accepted.

Takumi Tsukamoto and SAGAT seem to have bonded after their hardcore match. After the bout Tsukamoto asked SAGAT to say his real feelings instead of having Hiroshi Fukuda speak on his behalf. SAGAT just screamed and grunted into the microphone. Tsukamoto said that was nothing to worry about and shook SAGAT’s hand after. SAGAT was a lot calmer in his post-match interview. He said that while he is still with Fukuda under the team name Hiroshi du Soleil, he is open to change and a possible team with Tsukamoto in the future.

Atsushi Maruyama arrived late to the show, appearing at ringside when it began. He and Ryu Gouma did their in-ring warm ups during the show introductions. Gouma wanted revenge on Koji Iwamoto for damaging his statute book on last Friday’s show. Gouma tried to use his book as a weapon but Kyohei Wada blocked him. That allowed Iwamoto to hit the Aloof Art and get the win for his team.

-. Takumi Tsukamoto (5)
3. Daichi Kazato (4)

5. Ryu Gouma (0)

After the main event Isami Kodaka gestured to Daisuke Sekimoto that he wants one more match. Kodaka said he lost to HARASHIMA in DDT and he lost to Sekimoto in Big Japan. It frustrates him but he has BASARA to fight for. He said it is a place for guys like Hi69 to step up. He will continue to fight for now and beyond. He thanked the fans for cheering for him. Oh, and also for cheering Hi69.

There was no love lost between Takumi Tsukamoto and FUMA. Both of them lost their cool and could not be separated. Kyohei Wada couldn’t regain control of the match and disqualified both of them. They were finally kept apart by the other wrestlers at ringside. The match counts as a draw so both of them received a point. However Tsukamoto cannot qualify for the final. That goes to the winner of FUMA Vs Hiroshi Fukuda on Sunday.

In the match between Hiroshi Fukuda and Daichi Kazato, Fukuda kept offering to shake Kazato’s hand. Whenever Kazato reached out to accept it Fukuda lifted his own arm into the air and yelled “Hooooooo!”. Even when Fukuda beat him to keep him out of the final, Kazato saw the funny side and smiled.

Ryu Gouma brought in two “beleaguered foreigners” to help him fight Cavalry. The foreigners turned out to be Heddi French and Choun-Shiryu, making this Shiryu’s BASARA debut. Gouma wanted to help solve his partner’s problems. Cavlry protested Shiryu’s entry into the match and he reminded them he is Chinese. Gouma said the unjust discrimination shown by Cavalry should be solved with legal fighting and the match began. French admitted learning Japanese is difficult. Gouma encouraged him because he was able to say that in Japanese. During the match everyone in Cavalry decided to share their problems with Gouma. Ryota Nakatsu was worried that no one in the audience will go to the Drop Kick Bar after the show. Gouma told him at least two people will. Ryuichi Sekine complained that his liver function is insanely high and he can’t donate blood because of it. Gouma said his problem might involve uric acid so he should take medicine for it. Koji Iwamoto didn’t want to tell anyone his problems. Sekine cut in and said he hates sweet peppers. The match broke down into a brawl and Iwamoto gave his finisher on Gouma onto his statute book to win the match for Cavalry.

In his final match for the Heaven Summit tournament, SAGAT finally grabbed a victory. He beat Yusuke Kubo to end his losing streak and was so happy he hugged the referee down onto the ring mat. With no more matches left in the tournament SAGAT is looking forward to the future. First up is a Hardcore Match against Takumi Tsukamoto this Sunday.

-. Daichi Kazato (2)
3. FUMA (0)
-. Hiroshi Fukuda (0)
-. Ryu Gouma (0)

The Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ tournament began with four matches, two from each group. In the main event Takumi Tsukamoto fought with Hiroshi Fukuda for almost 20 minutes until a Tiger Suplex won him the match. Fukuda was no joke here and Tsukamoto collapsed in exhaustion afterwards. He praised Fukuda for bring strong and wondered how similar the Perfect Plex is to his own Fisherman Suplex.

Isami Kodaka’s injured left eye was targeted by Yusuke Kubo throughout their match. Kodaka countered the Goro Suplex into a European Clutch for the victory and credited Dick Togo for teaching him how to win matches that way.

Ryuichi Sekine countered SAGAT’s Goregrind with a High Kick and the Ryusetsu to win his first match of the tournament. Sekine said he will ride on a horse to victory and become the new ace of BASARA. SAGAT grunted a lot in his post-match interview but did say enough to warn his remaining opponents he will become more violent.

After the opening exchange between Daichi Kazato and Ryu Gouma had finished Gouma shouted “Ladies and gentlemen this is wrestling!” He then left the ring and requested Kazato to fight him outside. Gouma’s plan for the tournament is to win or tie all of his matches by countout. Kazato didn’t fall for the plan but later in the match Gouma was able to drag him out of the ring. However the plan backfired and Kazato made it back to the ring and left Gouma outside to get counted out.

3. FUMA & Madoka defeated Hiroshi Fukuda & SAGAT when FUMA pinned SAGAT with the HEAVY METAL ANTHEM (11:00).
4. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Shiori Asahi (c) defeated Yusuke Kubo with the Aun (15:28).
*V4 for Shiori Asahi.
5. Hercules Senga & Tsutomu Oosugi defeated Ryuichi Sekine & Ryota Nakatsu when Senga pinned Nakatsu after the PICTURES (13:58).
6. Isami Kodaka defeated Takumi Tsukamoto with the Isamuashi Zan (16:57).

During the main event both Isami Kodaka and Takumi Tsukamoto threatened to use their weapons on each other. After an early lock up Tsukamoto went out of the ring and grabbed his massive hammer. Kodaka then grabbed his samurai sword. Kyohei Wada had to tell both of them to drop their weapons and apologise to each other. Tsukamoto later used his hammer to whack Kodaka in mid-air during a Tope Suicida spot. Tsukamoto apologised to Wada afterward. Kodaka avoided the Drake Driver and felled Tsukamoto with Knee Strikes and the Isamuashi Zan. The two wrestlers paid each other compliments after the match and Kodaka was ready to close the show when Hiroshi Fukuda and SAGAT interrupted him. With Fukuda speaking on his behalf, SAGAT challenged Kodaka to a match on 13th March. Kodaka accepted.

Cavalry lost to Speed Of Sounds in the semi-main event but were quick to ask for a rematch. It was refused with SOS citing that their enthusiasm isn’t enough to convince them. Instead two single matches were booked for 3rd March: Ryota Nakatsu Vs Hercules Senga and Ryuichi Sekine Vs Tsutomu Oosugi. Unfortunately reports came out after the show that Senga injured his jaw during the match and could be out of action for a while.

When Yusuke Kubo failed to win the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title he was comforted by FUMA & Madoka. FUMA called him a true heavy metal samurai and asked him to join his heavy metal team. Kubo shook FUMA’s hand and grabbed a guitar. FUMA said a new metal warrior is now born and together they will take over BASARA! For the moment the group is called Kotetsu Gundan.

Fukuda isn’t a fan of FUMA’s heavy metal personality. Fukuda is more of a classic rock ‘n’ roll kind of guy. Same with SAGAT according to Fukuda. FUMA told them their long hair does not have to stop them from head banging. When FUMA went for his HEAVY METAL ANTHEM Diving Elbow Drop he yelled “I received a judgement from Lucifer!”

Fukuda & SAGAT Vs New Gen Combo and Kodaka Vs Akito were announced for the next Tavern Wrestling show held on 8th March.

2. 3 Way Match: SAGAT defeated Ryu Gouma and Atsushi Maruyama when SAGAT pinned Maruyama with a Modified STO (6:47).
3. Isami Kodaka & Hi69 defeated Yusuke Kubo & Tsutomu Oosugi when Kodaka pinned Kubo with the Diving Double Knee Drop (12:07).
4. Madoka & FUMA Vs Ryuichi Sekine & Ryota Nakatsu ended in a Time Limit Draw (20:00).
5. Takumi Tsukamoto defeated Daichi Kazato with the Drake Driver (14:36).

Takumi Tsukamoto was full of praise for Daicho Kazato after the main event. He called out Isami Kodaka to talk about their upcoming match on 26th February. He said he’s been wrestling with Kodaka for four years and he’s learned a lot during that time. He is grateful for the opportunity BASARA has given him. Kodaka said he is amazed by the young wrestlers like Tsukamoto and Kazato.

BASARA’s two new tag teams went to a 20 minute draw against each other. FUMA was close to winning the match in the final seconds when he gave Ryuichi Sekine the Heavy Metal Anthem but the bell rang before he could go for the pin. Madoka also brought out a ukulele and smashed it over Sekine’s head. Madoka hasn’t completely figured out FUMA’s new obsession with heavy metal music but he promises to find his own metal music to fit in.

After the 3 Way Match Atsushi Maruyama called out Ryu Gouma for being unable to wrestle fair and square and always using weapons. He challenged Gouma to a fight and then attacked him with his Statute Book. Gouma recovered and hit the Jumping Neckbreaker. Maruyama backed off and they both agreed to settle their feud with one more 3 Way Match on 26th February.
