DDT is bringing back intermission for their Korakuen Hall shows beginning with this one.

4. 3 Way Match: Mizuki Vs Nodoka Tenma Vs Hinano
5. Shoko Nakajima Vs Yuu
6. Miyu Yamashita & Hikari Vs Maki Ito & Yuki Aino

Now that the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title is out of the main event picture, Maki Ito has to put all of her focus on Miyu Yamashita. According to Yamashita this will be the best idea for Ito because the chase for the TOKYO Princess Title is more interesting when the challenger doesn’t already have a belt.

There is history between Ken Ohka and Minoru Fujita, sometimes as friends but mostly as enemies. To ensure both men will give their absolute all, the match is going to be a No Rope Barbed Wire Death Match!

2. TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki (c) Vs Shoko Nakajima & Riho
3. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title: Miyu Yamashita (c) Vs Maki Ito

The relationship mapping for the TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles match is a little bit all over the place. Yuka Sakazaki and Shoko Nakajima are friends and team together as the Miraclians. But Sakazaki currently teams with Mizuki as the Magical Sugar Rabbits. Mizuki has been friends with Riho since before joining Tokyo Joshi and they teamed together to challenge for the Tag Titles back in January. So when Nakajima was looking for someone good enough to beat the best team in TJPW, she picked Riho. No mention of a team name for them yet but there has certainly has to be one for the sake of the relationship chart.

-. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Rika Tatsumi defeated Miyu Yamashita (c) with a School Boy (6:08 pm)
*Rika Tatsumi becomes the 1,334th champion.
1. Yuu defeated Hruna Neko with the Katahajime (3:05).
2. Hikari defeated Raku with the Missile Kick (6:24).
3. Lucha Libre Rules: Mil Nodocaras & Yuki Caras defeated Hyper Misao & Hyper Hinano when Nodocaras pinned Hinano with the Killswitch (6:23).
4. Borrowed Competition Match – 2 Count Fall Rule: Yuka Sakazaki defeated Yuna Manase with the Broom Assited Magical Girl Splash (14:32).
5. Miyu Yamashita & Mizuki defeated Shoko Nakajima & Miu when Yamashita pinned Miu with the Attitude Adjustment (10:13).

Miu surprised her opponents with her strength during the main event, prompting Miyu Yamashita to praise her for progressing so quickly.

Yuka Sakazaki Vs Yuna Manase had special rules attached to it. A two count pin is only needed to win however pinfalls only counted when the attacker held an item borrowed from a fan at ringside. Sakazaki and Manase ended up fighting over other people’s socks, a belt, their chairs and a small plastic broom.

The Bakuretsu Sisters were unable to compete on the show because they ate too much lunch backstage. Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Aino were replaced by guest luchadoras Mil Nodocaras & Yuki Caras, aka The NodoCaras Sisters. They ended up swapping their masks with Hyper Misao & Hyper Hinano during the match.

Shoko Nakajima tried to pin Miyu Yamashita with a School Boy during the show opening introductions. Yamashita escaped but was then rolled into a School Boy by Rika Tatsumi on the stage. Tatsumi is the new Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion! She later reappeared to sing her entrance song and did so clutching her new championship the entire time.

1. Yuki Kamifuku defeated Hinano with the Fame Asser (7:43).
2. Haruna Neko Debut Match: Shoko Nakajima defeated Haruna Neko with the Unmanned Local Train Hold (6:36).
3. 3 Way Match: Yuna Manase defeated Raku and Mina Shirakawa when Manase pinned Raku with the Neck Screw Hold (11:20).
4. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Miyu Yamashita & Nodoka Tenma defeated Maki Itoh (c) & Hyper Misao when Yamashita submitted Ito with a Crab Hold (13:24).
*Miyu Yamashita becomes the 1,333rd champion.
5. Yuu defeated Yuki Aino with the Katahajime (8:28).
6. TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki (c) defeated Hikari & Miu when Sakazaki pinned Hikari with the Magical Magical Girl Splash (14:34).
*V2 for The Magical Sugar Rabbits.

The Up Up Girls duo put up a good fight with even Miu doing a Double Body Slam to Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki but they just couldn’t beat the TOKYO Princess Tag Team Champions. Late in the match Hikari kept Sakazaki in her clutches with the Cobra Twist but Mizuki broke the hold. Sakazaki dropped Hikari with the Complete Shot, Mizuki followed up with a Diving Foot Stop and Sakazaki got the pin with the Magical Magical Girl Splash. The champions told Hikari & Miu that they respect them from the bottom of their hearts.

Shoko Nakajima then entered the ring. She congratulated the Magical Sugar Rabbits and called them the best team in Tokyo Joshi Pro. She wants to challenge them for the tag titles at Korakuen Hall on 4th Janaury but knows that Sakazaki is her best partner when they team up as Miraclians. She needs to team with somebody beyond Sakazaki and boy did she find someone. It’s Riho! The Rabbits accepted the challenge. It kind of complicates the relationships between all four women but they all think it is worth it to create the best match possible.

Yuu asked Nodoka Tenma to be her final opponent in Tokyo Joshi on 1st December. The two made their debuts on the same day and have wrestled each other more times than any other person in the company. Tenma accepted but told Yuu she will not lose to her again. Tenma will finally beat Yuu on the day Yuu leaves Tokyo Joshi!

Maki Itoh suffered a major blow in the build up to 4/1 by losing the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title to Miyu Yamashita! The two faced off in a tag match with Nodoka Tenma and Hyper Misao also involved. Itoh kicked out of a Right High Kick at one but was beaten down by Yamashita with Buzzsaw Kicks and a Cobra Clutch. Yamashita then locked in a Crab Hold to make Itoh submit. Yamashita poured salt on the wounds by taunting Itoh with both the Iron Man Title and the TOKYO Princess Title before leaving the ring. Yamashita achieved her goal for today. She thinks their Korakuen match will be more interesting if Itoh has to chase after her in the build up. Itoh can’t do that if she already has a championship. Well, problem solved.

Haruna Neko had her debut match against Shoko Nakajima. It started off playful as both girls had fun with each other’s tails. Haruna also used a test of strength to make fun of Nakajima’s height by lifting her hand above Nakajima’s reach. Nakajima rolled Haruna into the Unmanned Local Train Hold from a La Magistral to make the rookie submit. For now Haruna hopes to learn more moves that she can use in her next matches.

The two remaining trainees waiting to debut learned who they will be facing in their first matches. Kyou takes on Yuka Sakazaki on 24th November and Yumi will face Saki Akai on 1st December.

8. KO-D Openweight Title & 1,000,000 Yen Prize Money ~ DDT Special Four Great Singles Match: Daisuke Sasaki (#5) (c) Vs Masahiro Takanashi (#1)

The KO-D Openweight Champion and his challenger have gotten into a war of words over each other’s drinking habits. Masahiro Takanashi heard a story earlier this week about Daisuke Sasaki getting drunk at a restaurant that Takanashi regularly eats at. According to Takanashi, Sasaki ate other people’s food during his stay and fled towards a nearby taxi without paying his bill. After learning of this, Takanashi swears he will not lose to a man who does not know how to handle his drink. Sasaki denies being drunk and refuses to apologise for what went down. The two argued during a press conference while both drinking from the same bottle of sake. Their ramblings included Sasaki asking for a lend of 5,000 yen to get the train home. That somehow led to Takanashi agreeing to put the 1,000,000 yen cash he won from the Dramatic General Election on the line in to go along with the KO-D Title.

Remember Michiaki Nakano? He was the Uchikomi/Souken Holdings advertising director in charge of dealing with DDT for a marketing campaign back in July. He got stuck with Ken Ohka as the star for his adverts. Well the ads did terrible numbers and Mr. Nakano was demoted down to a regular employee as a result. He blames DDT for this so to make it up to him, he’s been invited to watch the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title match between Maki Itoh and Konosuke Takeshita from ringside. Mr. Nakano accepted the offer fully knowing the rules of the Iron Man Title…

Takeshita isn’t distracted by the complete and utter differences between himself and Ito. It’s a wrestling match and when he’s in the ring, Takeshita is a pro wrestler against anyone whether it is men, women, grandparents or children. Takeshita and Ito are both the same age and have the same goal of making pro wrestling an interesting place. His only criticism of Ito is she sticks up her middle finger in the ring too much. Even though Ito did not win the Dramatic Election, she thinks she got the better match with Takeshita instead of Sasaki. She said Takeshita comfortably fits in place as her generational rival. Also if she beats Takeshita then she can absolutely beat Miyu Yamashita on 4th January. Takeshita calls Ito more of a rival to him than Tetsuya Endo because rivals are meant to be people who are doing their best against each other.

Danshoku Dieno regained his memories at the press conference when Akito kissed him. Unfortunately he lost it again when Mr. Nakano felt cold in the room and brought out a heater still in its boxed package. Nakano accidentally dropped the box on Dieno’s head. Akito is due to have a championship match of his choosing for finishing second in the Dramatic Election. However he badly wants to have a match with Dieno first. He won’t be satisfied if Dieno can’t keep his memories together.

Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Special Single Match: Meiko Satomura Vs Reika Saiki
2. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title & Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Miyu Yamashita (P/c) Vs Maki Itoh (I/c)

Reika Saiki is preparing for a lot more pro wrestling in her life. She recently graduated from the Cheer1 idol group so she could put more focus on her wrestling career. Now she’s taking on the “Final Boss” of joshi, Meiko Satomura! However, Saiki isn’t looking at this match as a destination. This is going to be a gateway opening up new paths for her. She is prepared to hit Satomura at full force with all of her Pro Wrestling LOVE! Satomura has been keeping an eye on Saiki over the last three years and is impressed by her professionalism. She admits that Saiki might even be too powerful for her to handle so the timing of her attacks will be vital. Satomura’s opinion on this match is a lot different to the one she had with Miyu Yamashita in August 2017. Satomura hasn’t paid a lot of attention to Tokyo Joshi Pro as a whole since then but she knows enough to acknowledge that the group can turn into a dangerous rival for Sendai Girls. Saiki hopes that their match will steal the show from the Yamashita Vs Ito main event.

6. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs SAGAT

Naoki Tanizaki & Akiyori Takizara are the two men joining Ryota Nakatsu for his new unit. The Nakatsu Gundan will hit the ground running by going against the Iron Family for their first show together.

I think this is the first time a Tenkaichi tournament match will be held outside of ZERO1. It’s normal for the tournament’s opening round to consist of only a handful of matches while the majority of entrants join in at Round 2. Ikuto Hidaka has a long history with Tenkaichi, winning it three times. Fuminori Abe is entering for the first time and will be in the unique position of having the home field advantage in the opening match.

Imanari recently watched Michael Moore’s new documentary “Fahrenheit 11/9” about Donald Trump’s presidency and has become heavily influenced by Moore’s work. His role at the next Ganpro show is to film more footage for the video using Michael Moore’s style of film making.

DDT Dramatic General Election Ranking In Parentheses

0. Under Match: Mizuki Watase (#21) & Yuki Ueno (#24) Vs Gota Ihashi (#22) & Makoto Oishi (#23)

3. Tetsuya Endo (#6) & Soma Takao (#8) Vs Keisuke Ishii (#10) & Yumehito Imanari (#11)
4. DISASTER BOX Vs STRONG HEARTS: HARASHIMA (#4) & Kazuki Hirata (#18) Vs CIMA & El Lindaman
5. DDT Special Four Great Singles Match: MAO (#9) Vs Jun Kasai (#20)
6. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title ~ DDT Special Four Great Singles Match: Maki Ito (#3) (c) Vs Konosuke Takeshita (#13)
7. DDT Special Four Great Singles Match: Akito (#2) Vs Danshoku Dieno (#7)
8. KO-D Openweight Title ~ DDT Special Four Great Singles Match: Daisuke Sasaki (#5) (c) Vs Masahiro Takanashi (#1)

This is the grand result of the Dramatic General Election. We have Masahiro Takanashi getting the KO-D Openweight Title shot against the new champion Daisuke Sasaki for being the most popular wrestler in DDT. Akito faces the previous champion Danshoku Dieno who may still be suffering from drastic memory loss when the match takes place. Maki Ito defends the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title against the man who was screwed out of the title last July Konosuke Takeshita. MAO gets to continue his crazy path by taking on one of the craziest of them all Jun Kasai. DISASTER BOX are the latest force in DDT to step up to STRONG HEARTS when HARASHIMA & Kazuki Hirata face CIMA & El Lindaman. Maybe Hirata’s persona can distract CIMA when they fight each other. Maybe bring back some awkward past acquaintances.

1. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title & Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Miyu Yamashita (P/c) Vs Maki Ito (I/c)

Friends become rivals when they’re put in the main event against each other. Maki Ito won a Rumble match to earn the next TOKYO Princess Title shot at Korakuen Hall. If she somehow still has the Iron Man Title by the time the show takes place then we’ll be in for a double title match!

Veda Scott will be on the show. She will be touring with Tokyo Joshi Pro for all of December and also the first half of January.

5j. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Maki Itoh (c) eliminated Yuki Kamifuku with the Flying Big Head (16:01).
*V1 for Maki Itoh.

What a day it was for Maki Itoh! Earlier in the show she lost her Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title to Shoko Nakajima after their tag match. However when they faced off again the the main event Rumble, Ito countered the Northern Lights Suplex into a Cradle to eliminate Nakajima and regain the title. Itoh then pinned Yuki Kamifuku with the Flying Big Head to win the match and earn the TOKYO Princess Title shot on 4th January! Itoh and Miyu Yamashita stood opposite from each other in the ring after the main event. Yamashita is excited to finally defend the title against Itoh. However, Itoh immediately set the mood by saying the match isn’t going to be for fun. Yamashita’s time is over, the next era of Tokyo Joshi Pro belongs to Itoh!

Yuu told the fans about her plan to leave Tokyo Joshi and become a freelancer. She apologised for delaying the news because she didn’t want to overshadow Azusa Takigawa’s graduation last month. Yuu thinks she made a positive decision and she thanks everyone for supporting her.

Hikari stopped the Magical Sugar Rabbits from leaving the ring after Match #4. She told them that while the up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) have only been wrestling for less than a year, they’ve been rapidly progressing. Hikari wants to raise the unit’s position on the roster before the new set of trainees debut so she and Miu asked for a TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles shot. The champions weren’t sure about the challengers but they accepted the request. The title match takes place on 17th November. Later in the Rumble, Hikari & Miu sent a message to Sakazaki & Mizuki by eliminating the both of them from the match.

Mina Shirakawa wanted to win her first match in Tokyo Joshi so she could immediately make an impact. Instead she quickly found out how much of a struggle it was just to avoid getting pinned. Shoko Nakajima pinned her with the Northern Lights Suplex to start Shirakawa’s run with a loss. Nakajima then snuck in a School Boy on Maki Itoh on the entrance ramp to win the Iron Man Title.

Hyper Misao doesn’t understand why there are two girls named Yuki on the Tokyo Joshi roster. She proposed the creation of the YUKI Of YUKI Championship to distinguish the two. Misao also wanted the loser of the 3 Way Match be renamed either Hyper Aino or Hyper Kamifuku depending on who got pinned. Yuki Kamifuku gave Yuki Aino the Fame Asser but Misao got in and pinned Kamifuku with a rope assisted School Boy. Her stipulations didn’t stand afterwards.

Rika Tatsumi gave a live performance of her entrance song after intermission.

Veda Scott will be returning to Tokyo Joshi on 1st December. She will be wrestling on Tokyo Joshi shows up until 13th January.
