DDT “TAISHIDO SHOPPING DISTRICT YEAR-END PRO WRESTLING”, 18/12/2016
Tokyo Taishido Shopping Street Pedestrian Heaven
??? Fans

1. DDT Offer Match: Hoshitango & Gota Ihashi defeated Mizuki Watase & Guanchulo when Hoshitango pinned Guanchulo with a Jumping Body Press (15:52).
2. Tokyo Joshi Pro Offer Match: Shoko Nakajima & Miyu Yamashita defeated Mil Clown & Maho Kurone when Nakajima pinned Kurone with the Northern Lights Suplex (14:40).
3. BASARA Offer Match: Ryuichi Sekine & Ryota Nakatsu defeated Daichi Kazato & SAGAT when Sekine submitted Kazato with the Let’s Combine (18:11).

A special Street Pro Wrestling show was put on by DDT in Taishido Shopping Street to celebrate the holidays. Blue mats were placed down on the road to act as the wrestling mat. None of the matches were Falls Count Anywhere but they also did not have a countout rule in effect so the wrestlers were free to bring the fight elsewhere for a while.

In the DDT match they wound up fighting outside the Silver Wolf Gym owned by K-1 fighter Masato. Both Gota Ihashi and Mizuki Watase stood outside the gym yelling for Masato to come out and fight them. When nothing happened they decided to kickbox each other instead. Meanwhile Hoshitango and Guanchulo were fighting in the food market hitting each other with vegetables. When the match came back to the mats, Ihashi put Watase in an Argentine Backbreaker while Hoshitango splashed Guanchulo or the victory.

Tokyo Joshi Pro was up next and Maho Kurone chased Shoko Nakajima around wanting to eat her while Miyu Yamashita and Mil Clown wrestled as normal. Their match found its way towards a Christmas shop. Nakajima meanwhile found garlic sticks at a greengrocer and tried to fight of Kurone with them to no effect. She eventually found a way to beat Kurone and it was with her trusty Northern Lights Suplex.

BASARA handled the final match of the show. Everyone in the match was given 2,000 yen to spends on items to use on their opponents. Daichi Kazato got a balance ball and used it as part of a Senton Drop. Ryota Nakatsu bought a plastic baseball bat to attack SAGAT with. Ryuichi Sekine borrowed a bicycle and ran over the opposition with it. Sekine then purchased food and drinks forced a rice cake into Kazato’s mouth. They found a photo booth and Cavalry forced their opponents into it. However they had no money left so they asked fans to lend them money. The fans who lent them money were allowed to be part of the photos taken in the cramped booth with the wrestlers. When that was done Kazato climbed on top of a drinks machine and Moonsaulted off of it. Sekine however then put him in the Let’s Combine and made him submit.

One more skirmish before the big BASARA show. This time Isami Kodaka is bringing in the big guns. However Kengo Mashimo doesn’t always get along with him. So the main event may look one sided on paper but when the match takes place one wrong move can thrash Kodaka’s plans to pieces.

DDT “NEW YEAR LOTTERY SPECIAL! ALL SEATS 2,000 YEN BOX OFFICE!! 2017”, 03/01/2017
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. KO-D Openweight Title: HARASHIMA (c) Vs Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey has built a lot of momentum in the last few months, winning the week long DNA Grand Prix tournament and now holding the KO-D Tag Team Titles with Konosuke Takeshita. His success has been rewarded even more with a KO-D Openweight Title shot at DDT’s first Korakuen Hall show in 2017.

Joey Ryan, Laura James and Candice LeRae will be on this show.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO JOSHI PRO ’17”, 04/01/2017
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Rika Tatsumi & Hyper Misao (w/ Minami Momochi) Vs Akane Miura & Maho Kurone
2. Reika Saiki Vs Itoh Maki
3. Nodoka-oneesan Vs Cherry
4. Konsho-gun Vs Married Woman Army: Azusa Takigawa & Nonoko Vs Ai Shimizu & Laura James
5. Mil Clown Vs Candice LeRae
6. Miyu Yamashita Vs Saki Akai
7. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title: Yuu (c) Vs Shoko Nakajima

One of the big rivalries in Tokyo Joshi Pro’s history will come back for a special match. Miyu Yamashita has never been able to beat Saki Akai one on one. Akai has shown no interest in having any future plans with Tokyo Joshi so this may be Yamashita’s last chance for now to get that win.

Hyper Misao has enlisted Rika Tatsumi and Minami Momochi to help her latest attempt to protect Tokyo Joshi from evil. It wasn’t long ago when Akane Miura was practising snake magic although she has shown no evil behaviour since returning to normal. Maho Kurone however is pretty much a zombie now. She’s always been acting weird since her debut match but yeah, carrying a severed arm to the ring while her mouth is covered in blood isn’t exactly being subtle. Momochi will be finishing up her role as Tokyo Joshi’s ring announcer at this show so what a way to go, getting involved in this creepy situation.

DDT “ROAD TO SUPER ARENA IN OYODO ~DRAMATIC DREAM TENROKU~”, 09/01/2017
Osaka Oyodo Community Center

1. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Konosuke Takeshita & Mike Bailey (c) Vs Masakatsu Funaki & Yukio Sakaguchi

The pairing of Masakatsu Funaki & Yukio Sakaguchi at “OSAKA OCTOPUS 2016” worked so well that they will get a KO-D Tag Title shot next month.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “IN A CORNER OF A CITY CALLED KASUKABE”, 10/12/2016
Saitama Kasukabe Hall
187 Fans – No Vacancy

1. Akane Miura defeated Nodoka-oneesan with the Lariat (5:24).
2. I Also Want To Be In Love! This Year’s Christmas Will Also Be Special!: Rika Tatsumi & Hyper Misao defeated Azusa Takigawa & Nonoko when Tatsumi submitted Takigawa with the Zexy Dragon Sleeper (11:48).
3. Reika Saiki defeated Maho Kurone with the Tower Bridge (6:06).
4. ROAD TO “Ittenon” Special Tag Match: Yuu & Miyu Yamashita vs Shoko Nakajima & Mil Clown ended in a Time Limit Draw (20:00).

In a first for Tokyo Joshi Pro, the main event ended in a time limit draw. In the final seconds Yuu tried to put Shoko Nakajima in the Cross Armbreaker but could not sync it in when the time expired. Nakajima noted that she must be doing something wrong since she couldn’t win the match. Yuu told her she is looking forward to their match at Korakuen Hall on 4th January.

Saki Akai appeared after the main event to confront Miyu Yamashita. She told “Ms. Pelican” that they will have a match together at Korakuen. Akai wants to know how much Yamashita has changed since their last singles match. She also asked her to wash her face before the match. Yamashita said she will slash Akai down.

Maho Kurone is becoming more zombie like in her appearances. This time she entered the ring carrying a severed arm to chew on. Maki Itoh watched her future opponent Reika Saiki beat Kurone by submission.

Azusa Takigawa is building more and more of her matches around copies of Zexy magazine. She put a stack of issues together to use as a foreign object but that backfired when she hit Nonoko by mistake. She still held the magazine neatly in her arms when she tapped out to Rika Tatsumi’s Dragon Sleeper. Hyper Misao asked Tatsumi after the match to help her fight Akane Miura & Maho Kurone at Korakuen Hall. Misao called her opponents scary because one of them eats human meat and the other practised devil worship for a while. She also asked ring announcer Minami Momochi to help her preserve the peace in Tokyo Joshi as a special assistant. Konkatsu-gun’s plan for 4th January is to face Ai Shimizu & Laura James. It’s a battle between married women against women who want to get married!

DDT “INOUE MIC & AI SHIMIZU WEDDING PARTY”, 26/11/2016
Tokyo Ebisu Duodomo
124 Fans – Super No Vacancy Full House

1. Tokyo Joshi Pro Offer Match – Battle Royal: Miyu Yamashita defeated Maho Kurone with the Attitude Adjustment (12:24).
Order Of Elimination: Nodoka-oneesan, Nonoko, Hyper Misao, Rika Tatsumi, Shoko Nakajima, Akane Miura, Azusa Takigawa, Yuu, Mil Clown and Maho Kurone.
2. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Ryota Nakatsu when Endo pinned Nakatsu with a Swan Dive 450 Splash (7:40).
3. Muscle Offer Match: Danshoku Dino, Yasu Urano & Ken Ohka Vs Antonio Honda, Choun-Shiryu & Pedro Takaishi ended in a Draw after a Groom Explosion (10:29).
4. Mic Inoue & Ai Shimizu Marriage Memorial Special 6-Man Tag Team Match: Sanshiro Takagi, HARASHIMA & Shigehiro Irie defeated Yoshihiro Takayama, Akito & Kazusada Higuchi when HARASHIMA pinned Akito with the Somato (11:43).

DDT ring announcer Inoue Mic and voice actress/joshi wrestler Ai Shimizu got married back in August but this week was their actual wedding. DDT threw them a special party to celebrate it. Attendees weren’t aware of what DDT had planned until they arrived at the venue and saw a wrestling ring set up. Inoue & Shimizu were hosting a special DDT wrestling show!

Everyone in the main event tried to get the bride and groom involved by having them chop the wrestlers as they were held in place. Yoshihiro Takayama was in a good mood and grabbed a spectator’s phone. He then took photos of the wrestlers as they were put in the Cobra Stretch. Akito paused after giving a Dragon Screw to HARASHIMA so he could congratulate the happy couple. The others gave their congratulations after the match.

The Muscle brand reappeared for the special occasion and it included a PowerPoint presentation by Super Sasadango Machine. Sasadango spoke about his recent heart surgery and how lonely he felt while staying in the hospital. He was so lonely that he kept track of all the times his friends either visited him or kept in touch while he was hospitalised. Danshoku Dino visited him twice, Ken Ohka visited once and he put Yasu Urano down with 0.3 visits because Urano tweeted him twice and also sent a LINE message. However Sasadango’s other friends Antonio Honda, Choun-Shiryu and Pedro Takaishi never came to see him. So Sasadango set up a match between his good friends against his bad friends. Both teams were given cocktails to drink before the match began. However Sasadango revealed afterwards that the cocktail given to his bad friends contained laxatives that would kick in after 10 minutes! During the match Yumehito Imanari took Shimizu captive and held her for Ohka to Spear. That was when the laxatives kicked in and Ohka collapsed with stomach cramps. Inoue came to the rescue but he also began suffering cramps. It turned out he drank from the tainted cocktail too! Yukinori Matsui had to call off the match due to wrestlers collapsing as well as the bad smell that was now surrounding the ring.

Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi sang “Love Is Over” for the bride and groom but Daisuke Sasaki cut him off.

Former Tokyo Joshi wrestler KANNA was in attendance. She posed with Shimizu for some of the wedding photographs.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “BATTLE MISSION 2016 CODE.6”, 20/11/2016
Tokyo BASEMENT MONSTAR
142 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. Konsho-gun 2nd Single Match: Nonoko defeated Maho Kurone with the Boinmaker (7:06).
2. Mil Clown & Hyper Misao defeated Yuu & Nodoka-oneesan when Clown pinned Nodoka with the Mil Clutch α (10:38).
3. Konsho-gun 2nd Single Match: Rika Tatsumi defeated Azusa Takigawa with the Dragon Sleeper (8:14).
4. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title Next Challenger Survival 3 Way Match: Shoko Nakajima defeated Miyu Yamashita and Akane Miura (12:06).
4a. Shoko Nakajima eliminated Akane Miura with the Coax (7:48).
4b. Shoko Nakajima eliminated Miyu Yamashita with the Northern Lights Suplex (12:06).

Shoko Nakajima pinned both Akane Miura and Miyu Yamashita, absolutely earning her No. 1 Contendership for the TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title. Miura’s power was on display when she gave both her opponents a double Brainbuster but Nakajima recovered and cradled her for the three count. Yamashita kicked out of Nakajima’s Northern Light Suplex the first time but couldn’t hit the Attitude Adjustment. Nakajima then gave Yamashita a Double Arm DDT and a second Northern Lights to win the match. Nakajima said she’s been waiting for this opportunity for a year and this time she will not let go until she wins the championship. Yuu is encouraged by Nakajima’s determination. The champion wants a strong rival and it looks like she is going to get one!

Azusa Takigawa is really going in on the marriage thing. She entered her match wearing a wedding veil to a song called “Love Will Win”. Nonoko interfered with a copy of Zexy magazine to use as a weapon on Rika Tatsumi but it backfired. Nonoko accidentally hit Takigawa instead and that gave Tatsumi an opening to lock in the Dragon Sleeper. Takigawa’s plan for her next match is to buy the next issue of Zexy. Maybe she will stack the magazines together to make them thicker.

After losing again today, Nodoka-oneesan is feeling discouraged. She comes from the same class as Yuu but their levels of success could not be more opposite. She needs advice that can take her out of her slump so she challenged Cherry to a match at Korakuen Hall on 4th January. Cherry once told Nodoka that if she had any trouble or needed consulting about anything she would be there for her.

Mil Clown will take on Candice LeRae on 4th January. Mil’s sister Yuka Sakazaki fought and lost to LeRae at the last 4/1 show. Because of this, Clown sees LeRae as a family enemy.

Ohka had been wanting to wrestle Maruyama ever since he saw him wrestle a Mask Contra Mask match as Tigers Mask in 2008. Also they both had their debut matches within months from each other, Maruyama debuted in June 2001 and Ohka debuted in December. Ohka cannot imagine what kind of match they will have.

The beautiful opponents for Bambi & Manami Kanda come from Ice Ribbon. Yumehito Imanari isn’t impressed even though the match was his idea. He likes his women to be bigger than Maya Yukihi & Tequila Saya so he’s rooting for Bambi & Kanda.
