3. Ayato Yoshida defeated Daiki Shimomura with the Revenge For Your Booing (13:13).

5. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA defeated Fuminori Abe & Takuya Nomura (c) when Sekine submitted Abe with the Let’s Combine (17:57). *Astronauts fail in V5. Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA become the 13th Iron Fist Tag Team Champions!
With Sento Minzoku now in the rear view, Ryuiche Sekine has found new success for himself by joining forces with FUMA to win the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles! The pair of wrestlers have bonded over both being farmers away from the wrestling ring as well as having similar backgrounds in karate. Fuminori Abe tried to break down Sekine with his submissions and limb work but found no help from his partner Takuya Nomura because FUMA had cut him off. FUMA took care of Nomura with an Exploder Suplex while Sekine wore down Abe with Low Roundhouse Kicks until he applied the Combine and Abe gave up.
Sekine thanked their opponents for the match and promised them he and FUMA will help grow the Iron Fist Tag Titles Astronauts had been nurturing so carefully. Sekine & FUMA then decided they will aim for 100 title defences together! Abe admitted defeat and compared Sekine’s Combine submission to Suwama’s Last Ride Power Bomb as the moves that hurt his back the worst. Nomura promised he will get stronger from tomorrow and will be back in BASARA soon.
Win, lose or draw Yuki Ishida was happy to wrestle Ryota Nakatsu in a match filled with the Harimao and Dosukoi spirit. The other members Kazusada Higuchi and Naomi Yoshimura were at the show too. Higuchi said he would like to wrestle in BASARA again after his return match in DDT happens. Nakatsu would like the whole unit to appear together in BASARA again.
Over the last few months Ayato Yoshida has been getting boos from fans over in 2AW. It carried over to BASARA today because the fans were booing him after every action he made in his match against Daiki Shimomura. Yoshida got the last laugh by winning the match with his Pump Kick finisher called the Revenge For Your Booing. He also called the fans drunks as he was leaving the ring.
Ayumu Honda also didn’t show good sportsmanship in his match with KUBITO. After Honda beat KUBITO with a Jumping Armbar, he held up KUBITO’s arm after the match only to jump him and attack the limb even more.

The next chapter in the eternal rivalry between Kuishinbo Kamen and Kikutaro has Yuki Ueno being thrown in between them. The bottom half of the card has a bunch of mystery wrestlers showing up. To-y is going to fight somebody who might love saunas more than he does. Maybe the tag team facing Akito & Yuki Iino will have to go ALL OUT to beat them.

2. Princess Of Princess Title: Mizuki (c) Vs Rika Tatsumi
It was confirmed right at the start of the Max Heart Tournament that this year’s winners will get a Princess Tag Team Titles match at “GRAND PRINCESS ’25”. The champions right now are 121000000 but they have a title defence coming up in Chile next month. If Zatara & Sara Phoenix beat them on 9th February then it will be the Chile team who will be defending the belts at Ota Ward Gymnasium.
Both Aja Kong and Max The Impaler will be at the show along with Yuki Arai.
1. Daiki Shimomura defeated Shota Kawakami with a Half Crab Hold (7:29).
2. Takato Nakano & Lil’ Kraken defeated Yasu Urano & Banana Senga when Nakano pinned Urano with the Takagari (12:15).
3. Ryota Nakatsu & Masato Kamino defeated Daisuke Sekimoto & Kuma Arashi when Nakatsu pinned Arashi with a Jackknife Pin (19:06).
4. Inaugural Rumble: Ryuichi Sekine defeated Daichi Kazato by Ring Out (24:21). Order Of Elimination: Gouma Ryu, Gouma Ryu, Isami Kodaka, Tsutomu Oosugi, KUBITO, SAGAT, Gouma Ryu, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Takumi Tsukamoto, FUMA and Daichi Kazato.
Look at how fast time flies. Today is BASARA’s 9th anniversary of their launch and they celebrated by holding a Rumble match with nostalgic elements included. Daichi Kazato wore the costume he wrestled in nine years ago, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi showed up as Hiroshi Fukuda again in full USA gear plus a blonde wig, FUMA started acting like a heavy metal rocker again and Gouma Ryu kept getting eliminated over and over. Ryuichi Sekine was the last man standing and he told everyone how lucky he felt today. He also felt touched fighting with FUMA again and suggested they team up more often. In fact, the two of them should go challenge Astronauts for the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles! FUMA was still feeling the heavy metal energy and accepted the offer. He started having second thoughts later backstage when he found out Sekine is a fake heavy metal fan but Sekine reminded him they still have a bond together because they are both farmers.
Masato Kamino wasn’t satisfied with his team winning today’s match. He and Ryota Nakatsu were able to beat Daisuke Sekimoto & Kuma Arashi but that’s only because Arashi missed Nakatsu with the Diving Senton and was then accidentally hit by a Lariat from Sekimoto. Nakatsu ended up pinning Arashi with a Jackknife Pin. Kamino had wanted himself to get a definitive win against either opponent and that didn’t happen.
The injured Takeru Inoue was in attendance to greet the fans at the start of the show and apologize for being unable to compete today. Isami Kodaka later pointed out Inoue must have only been 10 years old when BASARA was created. Kodaka also said he wants BASARA to be more fun for the wrestlers because if they’re not enjoying it, then the fans won’t either. Looking back Kodaka said BASARA struggled to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic so the company cannot take the future for granted.
1. SAGAT defeated Takeru Inoue with the Gore Grind (10:13).
2. FUMA defeated Ryuichi Sekine with the Jawbreaker (12:37).
3. Turnabout Pro Wrestling Trial: Minoru Fujita defeated Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga when Fujita pinned Ryu after a Double Kawazu-gake Otoshi (8:51).
4. 3 Way Tag Match – No Tag Rules: Daiki Shimomura & Tsutomu Oosugi defeated KUBITO & Daichi Kazato Yasu Urano & Judo Master when Shimomura pinned Kazato after a Standing Moonsault/Jackknife Pin Combo (10:04).
5. Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Lil’ Kraken defeated Isami Kodaka, Takumi Tsukamoto & Ryota Nakatsu when Kamino pinned Nakatsu with the Lariat (15:34).
After the main event Lil’ Kraken started a rap and was about to challenge Masato Kamino for the Union MAX Title. However Takato Nakano stopped Kraken with a Dropkick and decided to challenge Kamino instead! He sees Kamino currently has three indie championships (the other two are a TTT Indie Unified Six Man Tag Team Title and the Shinjuku Nichome ILNP Title) but the MAX Title is the only one he wants. Kamino said it will be a rare match where Aijin Tag fights each other. He will crush his partner because he is creating a new era and he’s not asking Nakano to follow him.
Backstage after the show Kamino said there are two wrestlers who beat him last year that he wants to get revenge on. So on 21st January he wants a match against Daisuke Sekimoto & Kuma Arashi! He’ll go through that match first and then have his title bout with Nakano on a later date.
Minoru Fujita is on a break from wrestling in BASARA but he was still called in for a Turnabout Pro Wrestling Trial. Banana Senga spent more time trying to speak like Kenny Omega and also wishing Tsutomu Oosugi a happy birthday than talking about the trial. He eventually accused Fujita of fraud because BASARA was still paying him during his time off. Fujita easily defeated Senga and Gouma Ryu to convince the ref/judge he is not guilty.
After the trial Isami Kodaka announced that Sento Minzoku is splitting up! The unit is disbanding in order to let Ryuichi Sekine fight more often without them as well as to help Daiki Shimomura’s future development. He and Fujita came to the decision on the car ride home after Fujita lost the MAX Title. Their last match as a group will be on 10th February.
FUMA told Sekine after their match that he woke up today at 5am to work on his farm before coming over to Shin-Kiba 1st RING. He’s proud to be a pro wrestler and asks if Sekine feels the same? He wants the two of them as part-time farmers to continue working hard in BASARA.

After a hard fought Asian Double Titles match, Yuki Kamifuku took a liking to Lei Ying Lee and decided she wants to team up with her.
We have an international trio of Matcha, Ivy Steele & Kira Summer teaming together.
During the Princess Rumble Raku accidentally eliminated Aja Kong from the match by hugging her and then having everyone else pile on top of them. Kong will now be facing Raku in a 6-Woman Tag Match but Raku has the rest of Love Triangle looking out for her. Or they should be as long as they’re not scared of fighting Kong.
This is not the full card for the Ittenyon show. Tokyo Joshi Pro want to have either 9 or 10 matches in total so expect one more update to announce the remaining bouts.
BASARA “BASARA 266 ~SOUEN~”, 10/01/2025 Shin-Kiba 1st RING

Even though Shunma Katsumata vacated the KO-D Tag Team Titles a while back he now finds himself stuck in the middle of the next title match! He is a part of NωA Jr. with Yuni & Kazuma Sumi and that pair want to challenge the new champions. The champions just so happen to be MAO & To-y from Katsumata’s main unit The 37KAMIINA. To-y is excited to fight them but the last thing MAO wants to do is get involved with idol wrestlers again.
“SANSHIRO TAKAGI 30TH ANNIVERSARY COMMEMERATION EVENT ~ NEVER SAY NEVER”, 03/02/2025 Shinjuku FACE
1. Special Single Match: Muscle Sakai Vs Hyper Misao
2. Special Tag Match: Dump Matsumoto & Toru Owashi Vs Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei
3. Special Single Match: Yuji Nagata Vs Kuroshio TOKYO Japan
TJPW won the battle against DDT at Sumo Hall but another fight is coming out of it. Super Sasadango Machine is all of a sudden feeling defensive over how much Hyper Misao gets over for her crazy ideas. That’s meant to be his strength as a wrestler! He challenged her to a match at Sanshiro Takagi’s 30th Anniversary Match and also decided to go back to his roots. He will be unmasked and wrestling as Muscle Sakai once more!
1. Next Challenger For The Union MAX Title 1-Day Tournament – Round 1: Takato Nakano defeated Takumi Tsukamoto with the Takagari (6:47).
2. Next Challenger For The Union MAX Title 1-Day Tournament – Round 1: Masato Kamino defeated Isami Kodaka with the Lariat (7:43).
3. Next Challenger For The Union MAX Title 1-Day Tournament – Round 2: Ryota Nakatsu defeated Takato Nakano with the V Slider (5:15).
4. Next Challenger For The Union MAX Title 1-Day Tournament – Round 2: Masato Kamino defeated FUMA with a Cradle (10:18).
5. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Ikuto Hidaka & Itsuki Aoki defeated Ryuichi Sekine, Takeru Inoue & Fuminori Abe when Hidaka submitted Inoue with the Shawn Capture (15:17).
6. Next Challenger For The Union MAX Title 1-Day Tournament – Final: Masato Kamino defeated Ryota Nakatsu with the Lariat (17:16).
Masato Kamino is the last man standing afer winning three matches in the 1-Day Tournament. All of his opponents were former Union MAX Champions too. He beat Isami Kodaka clean in Round 1, survived FUMA’s Crossface Lock to roll him up for a pinfall in Round 2 and outlasted Ryota Nakatsu with a Lariat to the back of the head in the final. The tournament was Kamino’s idea in the first place and he received praise from Takato Nakano (who also beat a former champion in Takumi Tsukamoto before getting eliminated by Nakatsu) for winning it.
Kamino told the fans he wants to get his MAX Title shot at the last BASARA show of the year. Suddenly Minoru Fujita entered the room to everyone’s surprise because he was already wrestling in Shinjuku FACE today. He got in the ring in a hurry and told Kamino they will have the title match at 29th December, which is what Kamino wanted anyway. Fujita wants to end the year with a successful title defence so he can say 2024 was his year from start to finish. Kamino shared a toast with him to confirm the match rather than go through a contract signing ceremony.
Itsuki Aoki now has the distinction of being the first woman to wrestle in BASARA. Her Shawn Capture leader Ikuto Hidaka won their match by using, what else, the Shawn Capture for the submission victory.
BASARA “BASARA 262 ~OJI NI KITSUNE ’24~”, 17/11/2024 Tokyo Oji BASEMENT MONSTAR ??? Fans – Unannounced
1. FUMA defeated Takeru Inoue with a Stretch Muffler Hold (10:57).

5. Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Lil’ Kraken defeated Takumi Tsukamoto, Ryota Nakatsu & SAGAT when Kamino pinned SAGAT with the Lariat (17:24).
After the main event Masato Kamino declared himself the next challenger for the Union MAX Title. However several other wrestlers came out and argued one by one that they should get the title shot instead. Rather than have a Battle Royal to determine the No.1 Contender, Kamino came up with the idea of doing a one day tournament on 29th November. Kamino, Ryota Nakatsu, Takato Nakano, Takumi Tsukamoto, Isami Kodaka and FUMA are the six wrestlers taking part. Lil’ Kraken also wanted to get involved but everyone else rejected him.

1. Takato Nakano defeated Takeru Inoue with a Step-up Enzuigiri (8:15).

3. Masato Kamino & Yusuke Kodama defeated Isami Kodaka & Ryota Nakatsu when Kamino pinned Kodaka with the Lariat (9:07).
4. Billy Ken Kid defeated Daichi Kazato with a Cradle (12:37).
5. Union MAX Title: Minoru Fujita (c) defeated Masahiro Takanashi with the Modified Samson Clutch (22:21). *V7 for Minoru Fujita.
It was around four years and eight months ago when Masahiro Takanashi defended the Union MAX Title against Minoru Fujita. It would be the last successful defence of his reign and he would lose the belt a month later by getting injured during his next title match. He never felt like he was beaten for the belt. Fujita meanwhile has been carrying the defeat to Takanashi ever since it happened and wanted the chance to exorcise it. So today’s match was an important title match for both wrestlers. Takanashi can regain the MAX Title and continue from where he was cut off or Fujita beats him properly and avenges his defeat from 2020. Either way Takanashi came to BASARA to finally get some closure.
The match was a bitter fight and Fujita even admitted out loud he waited four years for this. He did the Tombstone Piledriver but Takanashi kicked out of it. Fujita then countered the Takatonic and went for another Tombstone but it was turned into a Cradle for a nearfall. The two wrestlers kept countering Cradle moves on each other until Fujita pinned down Takanashi with the Modified Samson Clutch for the three count. Fujita said he worked really hard for this win which is why he is really happy about it. He and Takanashi now both have one win against each other. Takanashi said they could settle their score with a drinking contest in the ring. The two did just that with Takanashi finishing his drink before Fujita could. Fujita called Takanashi an irreplaceable friend who is always there for him. Also Fujita now has the record for most MAX Title defences in a single reign.
Daichi Kazato tried using a lot of unusual rolling moves to confuse Billy Ken Kid but in the end Kid was able to roll Kazato onto his shoulders and pin him down for the victory.
Even though Isami Kodaka lost to Masato Kamino he asked him for a UWA World Tag Team Titles shot after the match. Kodaka also said Hideyoshi Kamitani will be his partner because they haven’t teamed together in a while. Kamino accepted the challenge for 22nd October and said Aijin Tag won’t lose to a hastily made team.
At the start of the show FUMA and Gouma Ryu started talking about their careers outside of wrestling (hunter and lawyer respectively) and started getting along even though they were supposed to be opponents later. KUBITO then called Ryu a part-time wrestler which Ryu found insulting. FUMA & Ryu both wouldn’t stand for it so they decided to change their 6-Man Tag Match into a Handicap match. The two of them were now teaming up against the other four wrestlers! During the match Ryu kept getting ganged up on by his opponents and FUMA got tired of saving him. FUMA walked out of the match leaving Ryu to fight by himself. Through sheer luck Ryu fought off his opponents and climbed the top rope to hit a big finish on Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. FUMA then reappeared at the entrance armed with his hunting rifle and he shot Ryu. Ryu ended up falling on top of Hiroshi anyway and scored the pinfall.

6. Hideki “Shrek” Sekine defeated FUMA with the Atomic Bomb (18:34).
FUMA found the strength to use a Brainbuster and German Suplex on the much larger Hideki Sekine but the result he wanted was just out of reach. Sekine countered a Triangle Choke by throwing him off Power Bomb style, knocked down FUMA with a Lariat and then picked him up to finish him off with the Atomic Bomb German Suplex. After the match FUMA told Sekine he admires him for having a double career as both a policeman and martial artist. FUMA is trying to do the same by being a farmer and pro wrestler at the same time. FUMA also said he would like to hold a BASARA show in Kanra Town again for a third time next year.
