??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Parka Contra Parka Match: Ayato Yoshida defeated Isami Kodaka with a Back Drop (32:08).

Isami Kodaka came up with an idea to do a one match independent show away from BASARA to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of his debut. He fought Ayato Yoshida from 2AW and they both decided to put their hoodies on the line so there would be a prize to fight for. Minoru Fujita was at ringside for the match and even got involved in the ring at points. But Yoshida ended up getting the clean win and possession of Kodaka’s ATDK hoodie.

BASARA “BASARA 283 ~UTAGE~” Results

July 8, 2025

BASARA “BASARA 283 ~UTAGE~”, 08/07/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Daiki Shimomura defeated Takeru Inoue with the Swanton Bomb (8:59).
2. Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Gouma Ryu when Oosugi pinned Ryu after a Double Brainbuster (7:52).
3. SAGAT & Minoru Fujita defeated Daichi Kazato & Munetatsu Nakamura when SAGAT pinned Kazato with the Gore Grind (10:56).
4. Masato Kamino, Lil’ Kraken & Fuminori Abe defeated Ryuichi Sekine, FUMA & Ayumu Honda when Kraken pinned Sekine with the Period. (13:41).
5. Isami Kodaka & Ryota Nakatsu defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & Takato Nakano when Nakatsu pinned Nakano with the V Slider (14:13).

During the main event Takumi Tsukamoto taunted Ryota Nakatsu in a bid to provoke the Union MAX Champion. But his attempt to hive him the Zudon was stopped by Isami Kodaka and Nakatsu went on to beat Takato Nakano with the V Slider. After the match Nakatsu told Takeru Inoue to hand him over an envelope because inside it was the name of his next MAX Title challenger. He then crumpled up the envelope and decided Tsukamoto will face him for the title at Korakuen Hall on 3rd August! The two of them are now the highest ranked management in BASARA so Nakatsu thinks the promotion’s biggest match of the year should be between those two. Tsukamoto said he will do his best to win the title and write BASARA’s next page.

It turns out Ayumu Honda really didn’t want to join forces with Hyakusho Ikki. He betrayed Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA and helped Lil’ Kraken with the match for the other team. Honda whispered into Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi’s ear after the match and had him interpret his message. Hiroshi told Hyakusho Ikki that Honda would never join a lame team like them. He only went near them because he wants the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles. He already has a partner ready and he’s at the show today. Suddenly out walked Kengo Mashimo and he started fighting Hyakusho Ikki with Honda that made its way to the back! Later when things calmed down FUMA said Honda had made fun of farmers. Sekine warns that when you make fun of farmers you will see hell! They’re going to fight Honda & Mashimo fair and square with the Iron Fist Tag Titles on the line.

After Match #3 several wrestlers all got in the ring trying to figure out what match they should have on 3rd August. Daichi Kazato completely lost track of who he wanted to team with so Gouma Ryu suggested they do a 3 Way Trios Match. Ryu himself isn’t going to wrestle. Instead he wants to be in the corner of Speed Of Sounds & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. Kazato decided he will team with Yasu Urano and a third person. Both Minoru Fujita & SAGAT agreed to team with each other and go find another partner. Later in the day Hiroshi, Ryu & SOS all decided to form a new unit called with-kai.

DDT “CHARISMANIA II” Results

June 18, 2025

DDT “CHARISMANIA II”, 18/06/2025
Shinjuku FACE
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. ~20 Years Of Promise~: Yasu Urano defeated Naohiro Katsumi by Referee Stoppage (5:26).
2. LUCHA LIBRE WORLD WIDE: Ilusion & Sangre Azteca Jr. defeated El Pantera Jr. & Sumicaras when Ilusion pinned Sumicaras with a School Boy (11:14).
3. Brahman Brothers Vs Dirty Cops: Brahman Shu, Brahman Kei & Brahman Ueno defeated Takayuki Ueki, Akito & Mataro when Shu, Kei & Ueno pinned Mataro after a Dessert Attack (12:49).
4. BIG BOYS BURGER: MJ Paul & Minoru Fujita defeated So Daimonji & Ryoma Tsukamoto when Paul pinned Tsukamoto with the Reverse Splash (14:01).
5. Hardcore Match: Isami Kodaka defeated Hideki Okatani with the Isamiashi Zan (12:21).
6. GREATEST WRESTLING MATCH EVER: Dick Togo defeated Daisuke Sasaki with a Knuckle Part (23:33).

Last November Daisuke Sasaki held the first “CHARISMANIA” and fought Dick Togo in a tag team main event. Sasaki won the match but Togo was not involved in the fall so Sasaki challenged him to a singles match. Togo promised to do it once he turned 60 years old but Sasaki convinced him to do it a lot sooner. At the time Sasaki wanted the match to happen in November for his 40th birthday but even that turned out to be too long a wait. “CHARISMANIA II” was booked for June and the match needed to happen there. After receiving bouquets from members of the rock band HEAD PHONES PRESIDENT, Sasaki and Togo battled it out for almost 25 minutes. There was a little bit of everything involved ending with Togo getting the upper hand. He escaped from La Mistica Crossface Lock, gave Sasaki the Pedigree and followed up with the Diving Senton. Sasaki kicked out of it and got back to his feet but was pretty much a dead man standing. Togo knocked him down with a Knuckle Punch and pinned him clean for the three count.

Sasaki said after the match it wasn’t supposed to be like this but everyone could see he was completely defeated by his master. He asked Togo to give him another match in five years time and then he’ll be able to finally surpass him. Togo said that is too early so he will give him ten. He’ll be older then but so will Sasaki. Togo also promised he will never stop evolving. Sasaki needs to remember that. When he left Sasaki then revealed he was going to announce his 20th Anniversary show happening at Korakuen Hall on 2nd October is he had won today. He announced it anyway. The show will also feature a live concert by HEAD PHONES PRESIDENT. He promised there will be a lot of big names involved. He gave out hints like X, Y, Z, Alpha, Beta, Omega and so on.

Hideki Okatani’s return to hardcore wrestling saw him face Isami Kodaka in a car crash of a match featuring chairs, ladders, trash cans and tables. Kodaka laid a ladder on top of Okatani and did the Diving Double Knee Drop with chairs onto it. He then gave Okatani a Brainbuster onto an open chair. Okatani kicked out of the pin but was down and out after taking the Isamiashi Zan. Kodaka said it was a Hardcore Match the likes of which he hadn’t experienced before. He came out of the match with blood flowing from his chin so he’ll have to get revenge on Okatani for that somewhere down the line. Okatani said he had so much fun doing this kind of match again despite losing. If Kodaka is offering him a rematch then he will take it just to taste his blood again!

So Daimonji showed some power by being able to carry MJ Paul & Minoru Fujita at the same time. Those two had to isolate Ryoma Tsukamoto in order to win the match.

A new member of The Brahman Brothers showed up, looking kind of familiar. Nobody could guess how dangerous Brahman Ueno could be so Mataro stepped up to him. He was quickly overpowered so needed the cops Takayuki Ueki & Akito to come save him. Mataro retreated only to return later dressed as a Dirty Cop! He injected himself with a syringe to the head and had the power to fight off everyone who stood in his way, freind or foe. He then stuck a piece of tuna to his head using wasabi and Ueki tried to force Ueno to eat it. When that didn’t work Mataro made Ueki & Akito form something like a Hell Gate in the corner. But The Brahmans blinded him with powder and threw him into the Hell Gate instead of Ueno. Mataro fainted after that an all three opponents pinned him to win.

Ilusion couldn’t tell who Sumicaras was under the plastic bag mask and had to ask him if he was Japanese? Sumicaras told him he doesn’t know in response. Their tag match ended when Sangre Azteca Jr. unmasked Pantera Jr. and Ilusion unmasked Sumicaras, revealing it was Kazuma Sumi all along. Azteca then gave Sumi a Low Blow and Ilusion rolled him up with a School Boy to get the win. The then ripped up the Sumicaras mask/bag to celebrate their victory.

The opening match was called off early when Naohiro Katsumi injured himself. He hit Yasu Urano with a Forearm Strike with his right arm and then grabbed his wrist in pain. Tomomitsu Matsunaga was the ref and he quickly called for the bell after checking on Katsumi, rewarding Urano with a TKO win.

BASARA “BASARA 281 ~OJI NI KITSUNE 29~” Results

June 15, 2025

BASARA “BASARA 281 ~OJI NI KITSUNE 29~”, 15/06/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Fateful Seven: Minoru Fujita Vs Takato Nakano ended in a Draw after a Double Pinfall (7:13).
2. Ultimate Rumble Battle: Takumi Tsukamoto, Ayumu Honda & Tsutomu Oosugi defeated Daichi Kazato, Ryota Nakatsu & Isami Kodaka when Honda submitted Kazato with an Armbar (?:??).
3. Jusenkyo Battle: SAGAT defeated Ryuichi Sekine with a Vader Bomb (12:22).
4. Baseball-ken: Banana Senga & FUMA defeated Masato Kamino & Daiki Shimomura when Kamino stripped naked (11:11).
5. Prison Siege: Lil’ Kraken defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi with the Kenobi-Style Cradle (6:28).
6. Decisive Battle By A Draw: Takato Nakano, Ryota Nakatsu, Isami Kodaka, Daichi Kazato, SAGAT, Daiki Shimomura, Masato Kamino & Lil’ Kraken defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Ryuichi Sekine, FUMA, Takumi Tsukamoto, Minoru Fujita, Tsutomu Oosugi, Banana Senga & Ayumu Honda when Nakano pinned Hiroshi with the Takagari (5:38).

Martial Arts Health Army: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Ryuichi Sekine, FUMA, Takumi Tsukamoto, Minoru Fujita, Tsutomu Oosugi, Banana Senga & Ayumu Honda

Sports Fighting Army: Takato Nakano, Ryota Nakatsu, Isami Kodaka, Daichi Kazato, SAGAT, Daiki Shimomura, Masato Kamino & Lil’ Kraken

The first BASARA show held under new management pitted wrestlers who use martial arts to keep active against wrestlers who prefer to partake in other kinds of sports. This was set up when Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi and Takato Nakano had an argument about it on the previous show. Everyone on the martial arts team fought in karate outfits and other similar clothing. Meanwhile the sports team all wore different types of outfits from gym tracksuits to baseball kits to swimming togs.

Every match had different rules applied. The Prison Siege was a Lumberjack Match. The “Baseball-ken” rules were somehow about forcing wrestlers to take off one piece of clothing as a penalty until they were completely naked (the lights went out before Masato Kamino took off his g-string). The Jusenkyo Battle had Ryuichi Sekine and SAGAT behave like different people or animals every time they were knocked out of the ring. The Ultimate Rumble Battle had everyone enter the match one at a time Royal Rumble style before they could win. The Fateful Seven had Minoru Fujita and Takato Nakano racing to get seven pin counts in total but they both reached a count of six and pinned each other for the seventh count, ending the match in a draw. By the end of the show the two sides were tied at two wins a piece so a 16-Man Tag Team match was held to determine a winner.

During the show Takeru Inoue announced his comeback match from injury will happen on 25th June.

1. DDT Pro Wrestling x New Japan Pro Wrestling One-Sided Match: Super Sasadango Machine Vs Toru Yano

Yesterday Super Sasadango Machine gave an impassioned PowerPoint Presentation to explain the history behind this DDT Vs New Japan one match show. He and Toru Yano have both taken past interactions between the two promotions personally and want to settle things their own way. There will be several wrestlers from both companies getting involved one way or another. Antonio Honda and YOH will be the special support ambassadors at ringside. MAO and El Desperado will both be there for special separate autograph sessions. Kazuma Sumi and Daiki Nagai will be working young boy duties. Yukinori Matsui and Kenta Sato have been appointed as the two referees. Also Inoue Mic and Makoto Abe will be the two ring announcers.

I haven’t seen any hints out there as to who the other team in the main event is going to be. They’re also going to have a third person in their corner too to counter Sayuri Namba.

BASARA “BASARA 281 ~OJI NI KITSUNE 29~”, 15/06/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Martial Arts Health Army Vs Sports Fighting Army: X Vs X

Sports Fighting Army: Takato Nakano, Ryota Nakatsu, Isami Kodaka, Daichi Kazato, SAGAT, Daiki Shimomura, Masato Kamino & Lil’ Kraken

An argument between Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi and Takato Nakano became the inspiration for BASARA’s next team challenge show. Hiroshi thinks martial arts is the best way to stay healthy while Nakano believes other forms of sport is the better way.

BASARA “BASARA 282 ~UTAGE AKA – HIEN~”, 25/06/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Daiki Shimomura & Takato Nakano Vs Thanomsak Toba & Tyson “Ultimate” Maeguchi
2. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA (c) Vs Lil’ Kraken & Akira Jo

It’s looking like a new group has formed in BASARA, one with a bond as thick as blood. Lil’ Kraken claims that he is part of a Super Family with Akira Jo, Minoru Fujita & SAGAT. He & Jo will be challenging Hyakusho Ikki for the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles. The champs apparently have Ayumu Honda joining their side but he is not booked for this show.

Tyson Maeguchi is living up to his promise of becoming “Ultimate” whenever he will fight with his gloves on. Why else would he be teaming with Thanomsak Toba again?

DDT “KING OF KINGS ~ARASHI’S JUNE SHOWDOWN~”, 29/06/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

0. Dark Match: Akito & Kazuma Sumi Vs Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida
1. Jun Akiyama, Daichi Sato & Soma Takao Vs Toru Owashi, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada
2. 3 Way Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki & Hideki Okatani Vs MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Shunma Katsumata & To-y
3. Special Tag Match: HARASHIMA & Kumadori Vs MJ Paul & Ilusion
4. International Special Tag Match: Mansoor & Mason Madden Vs Danshoku Dieno & Kazuki Hirata

6. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Fuminori Abe & Takuya Nomura (c) Vs Yukio Naya & Yuki Iino
7. KO-D Openweight Title: Chris Brookes (c) Vs Kazusada Higuchi

Four months of recovery time was enough time to keep Yuki Iino away from the ring. He was eager to come back and jumped at the opportunity to team with Yukio Naya so they could challenge Astronauts for the KO-D Tag Team Titles.

Poison Sawada JULIE will be at the show to unveil the new Iron Man Heavymetalweight Championship belt. The second generation belt will continue the long, long, long lineage of the title. JULIE is currently the 1,471st champion as of this post.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “SUMMER SUN PRINCESS ’25”, 21/07/2025
Tokyo Ota Ward Gymnasium

1. International Princess Title: Suzume (c) Vs Moka Miyamoto
2. Princess Tag Team Titles: Shoko Nakajima & Hyper Misao (c) Vs Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe
3. Princess Of Princess Title: Mizuki (c) Vs Yuki Arai

Later this month Hyper Misao will be back from injury and just in time too because Kyoraku Kyomei now have their next Princess Tag Team Titles defence on the horizon. Last year when Miu Watanabe and Rika Tatsumi had their match for the Princess Of Princess Title, Tatsumi afterwards said Daydream were done teaming together because she believed Watanabe no longer needed her. Watanabe didn’t agree with that and the team was left in limbo for almost a year. Yesterday the two reunited and denied any claims that Daydream had disbanded. They are as united as ever and will prove it by going after the Princess Tag Titles again.

Will it be third time’s the charm for Moka Miyamoto. She has challenged for the International Princess Title twice and lost both times to Miu Watanabe and Yuki Arai. She is giving it another go now that Suzume is the champion and she has a recent pinfall over her that qualifies her for a rightful title shot.

BASARA “BASARA 280 ~TAKAGARI 28~” Results

June 7, 2025

BASARA “BASARA 280 ~TAKAGARI 28~”, 07/06/2025
Tokyo Takashimadaira Kumin Center
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Takumi Tsukamoto & Banana Senga defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Fuminori Abe when Tsukamoto pinned Hiroshi with the Osotogari (7:16).
2. 3 Way Match: Tsutomu Oosugi defeated Daichi Kazato and Daiki Shimomura when Oosugi pinned Kazato with the Tsuki no Ishi (7:57).
3. Lil’ Kraken & Akira Jo defeated SAGAT & Isami Kodaka when Kraken pinned SAGAT with the Period. (12:42).
4. Ryota Nakatsu defeated Munetatsu Nakamura with the V Slider (15:56).
5. Ryuichi Sekine, FUMA & Ayumu Honda defeated Isami Kodaka, Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Sekine submitted Nakano with the Let’s Combine (17:44).

The winners of the main event Hyakusho Ikki made an offer to Ayumu Honda to join their team, thinking his addition will make them even better. Honda didn’t want to but was afraid to turn them down directly so he whispered his decision into Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi’s ear and asked him to tell them. Hiroshi lied to Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA, telling them that Honda loves the idea and wants to join the team! Suddenly Lil’ Kraken walked down to the ring leading a train of Akira Jo, SAGAT and Minoru Fujita lined up behind him. Kraken heard Hyakusho Ikki call themselves the best team but he has his own family, a Super Family if you will, which is even better. The four of them created a strong bond together in their tag match today (a lot of the match was the two teams both struggling to get along) and they would all like to challenge for the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles as one unit. They were convinced to whittle their team down to just Kraken & Jo in order to get the title match. Jo then told Kraken they will need to coodernate by wearing the same colours on the day. He suggests red and wasn’t going to argue any further because he has to bring his daughter to see Lilo & Stitch once this show was over. FUMA agreed to have the title match on 25th June.

After beating Munetatsu Nakamura in a BASARA Vs Ganbare☆Pro battle, Ryota Nakatsu continues to be on the lookout for his next Union Pro Title challenger. Nakatsu taunted Nakamura throughout the match and even pulled back his hand when he offered his a handshake after the bout. He praised Nakamura for being an amazing young wrestler and said a guy like him would be a great choice to be his next challenger. So he wants Nakamura to help him find his actual next challenger.

During the show opening introductions an argument broke out between Hiroshi and Takato Nakano. Hiroshi claimed martial arts is the best while Nakano threw his support behind sports instead. The solution to this is to have the 15th June show be dedicated to pitting Team Martial Arts against Team Sports!

Tokyo Ueno Park Outdoor Stage

2. Thank You Toru Owashi ~ Toru Owashi 20th Anniversary Of DDT Participation Series Vol. 4: HARASHIMA & Yuki Ueno defeated Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata when Ueno submitted Hirata with a Sleeper Hold (12:05).
3. Special Tag Match: Kazusada Higuchi & Yukio Naya defeated Jun Akiyama & Daichi Sato when Higuchi pinned Sato with the Claw Hold (7:18).
4. Referee Daisuke Kiso 15th Anniversary Match ~Special 6-Man Tag Match~: MAZADA, Minoru Fujta & Yoshiko Hasegawa defeated Yasu Urano, Akito & Shoko Nakajima when Fujita pinned Urano with the Modified Samson Clutch (12:34).
5. Lumberjack Pool Crocodile Match: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion defeated Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada when Sasaki submitted Honda with the Crossface Lock with the Crocodile in the Pool (12:51).
6. STRANGE LOVE CONNECTION Vs The 37KAMIINA!: MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) defeated Shunma Katsumata & To-y when MAO pinned Katsumata with a Running Palm Strike (19:00).

MAO has come back from spreading the word of DDT to New Japan as part of the Best Of The Super Jr. tournament. KANON was there with him for parts of the tour but today was the first time in a month that Strange Love Connection were teaming together. When To-y tried to get the fans to chant “T.O.Y”, MAO countered with the “Shikaku” chants he started doing during BOSJ. The match soon left the ring where KANON put To-y in the Cobra Twist 2.0 beneath the stage platform while MAO knocked Shunma Katsumata onto a pile of chairs below. Back in the ring MAO gave Katsumata the Michinoku Driver II and then got the win after hitting a Running Palm Strike. After the match KIMIHIRO talked up The 37KAMIINA because MAO wouldn’t be who he is today without them. He also brought up KANON making it to the King Of DDT final recently. MAO talked about finishing tied for first place in his BOSJ block and while he couldn’t reach the final, he tried his best to attract New Japan fans to DDT. For that reason he wants everyone here to make DDT more exciting so they can create a new good era and all get rich together.

The Lumberjack Pool Crocodile Match was one big excuse for SCHADENFREUDE International and DAMNATION T.A to have a massive water fight against each other. There were some rubber pools filled with water placed around ringside and everyone walked out wearing summer outfits and also armed with water pistols. There was also a biting crocodile toy game placed nearby which Daisuke Sasaki used to dig into Antonio Honda’s head Crossface style to make him give up.

Six wrestlers who all have some sort of connection to Daisuke Kiso gathered together to celebrate his 15th anniversary in the business. Shoko Nakajima and Yoshiko Hasegawa were there from Tokyo Joshi Pro where Kiso also works. MAZADA & Minoru Fujita made sure Kiso wasn’t getting an easy day on the job. They pulled some dirty tricks on Akito & Yasu Urano that ended with Fujita grabbing the ropes for leverage to pin Urano without Kiso seeing it. Both teams congratulated Kiso backstage and he said he is looking forward to working hard for the next 16 or 17 years!

1. Referee Daisuke Kiso 15th Anniversary Match ~Special 6-Man Tag Match~: MAZADA, Minoru Fujta & Yoshiko Hasegawa Vs Yasu Urano, Akito & Shoko Nakajima

For 15 years Daisuke Kiso has been doing his best to officiate the chaos and nonsense that happens in DDT and Tokyo Joshi Pro rings. To celebrate he is gathering together six wrestlers who all mean a lot to him in some way for a 6-Man Tag Match. According to Kiso, MAZADA taught him the foundations of the wrestling world while Minoru Fujita once faced him in them middle of the crossroads between wrestling and life. Yasu Urano has already pointed him down the right path and Akito has been incredibly helpful to him ever since they started working together. Since TJPW means so much to him too he picked Shoko Nakajima to be in the match because she always puts her life on the line for the company. Last but not least he wants to be a part of Yoshiko Hasegawa’s retirement road and do everything he can to help her even if it’s just this little bit.

1. Antonio Honda 20th Anniversary Match ~ Special Single Match: Daisuke Sasaki Vs Antonio Honda

Another important milestone happening this year is Antonio Honda’s 20th anniversary. Chris Brookes asked him if he wanted to do an entire show to celebrate it. Honda considered it would be suitable for a Baka Gaijin + Friends sized show but he doesn’t have the desire to run an event himself. Brookes then asked Honda who he would like his opponent to be and he answered maybe Daisuke Sasaki. Word eventually made its way to DDT and they went and booked the match just for him. He is grateful for it.

Tokyo Ueno Park Outdoor Stage

1. Special Single Match: Keisuke Ishii Vs Yuya Koroku
2. Special Tag Match: Shigehiro Irie & Shota Vs Takeshi Masada & Kazuma Sumi

So far the D GENERATIONS shows have seen the home side getting beaten and humiliated by the Young Communication wrestlers. For the third show the Young Generation are now thinking about taking the entire series over for themselves. Can’t blame Shota, Shigehiro Irie and Keisuke Ishii for acting that way if Takeshi Masada, Kazuma Sumi and Yuya Koroku can’t beat them.

8a. Overtime – 1 Count Fall Rules: FUMA defeated Ayumu Honda with an Arm Bar (1:21).

After taking a year off the Chouten ~Itadaki~ returned for 2025 with an opening round full of shortened matches to encourage wrestlers to go at a sprint pace. Every bout needed only a 2 Count Pinfall to win. There was also a 10 minute time limit with any draws going into sudden death overtime where just a 1 Count Pinfall won the match. FUMA and Tomoki Hatano both made it to Round 2 by reaching the time limit and winning in extra time. Ryota Nakatsu and Minoru Fujita ended up pinning each other from an Inside Cradle so even though it wasn’t a time limit draw, they still went into overtime rules. Fujita very quickly went for the Samson Clutch but Nakatsu blocked it and say on top for the 1 Count Pin. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi used a Judo Master doppelganger to distract Daiki Shimomura but his plan didn’t work in the end.

The 2nd Round matches on 14th May will be Takumi Tsukamoto Vs Daichi Kazato, Isami Kodaka Vs Keisuke Ishii, Daiki Shimomura Vs Tomoki Hatano and Ryota Nakatsu Vs FUMA. Nakatsu accused BASARA of coming up with a conspiracy to stop him from winning the tournament because he had to fight Minoru Fujita instead of KUBITO (who was too injured to compete). He would like to have a rematch with Fujita under normal rules though. Hatano admits he was saved by the rules today and he remembers fighting Shimomura before. Shimomura doesn’t though.

FUMA said he will treat his Round 2 match with Nakatsu as if it was for the Union MAX Title itself. Kodaka remembered when he was invading Ganbare☆Pro he thought he would cross paths with Ishii but never did. They did have a tag match against each other last year but that was long after Kodaka was an enemy of GanPro. Ishii has never beaten Kodaka in a singles match so he is only focused on that instead of any inter-promotional feud. Tsukamoto is confident he will beat Kazato without needing a gameplan because his previous wins against him were all done with feeling instead of strategy. Kazato normally thinks Tsukamoto is scary but for some reason he thinks he is looking cute lately so he isn’t worried about fighting him.
