Earlier in the weekend Super Sasadango Machine sent a message to the ToJo Tokusatsu Club giving them more detailed instructions over the Super Sentai training they were tasked with doing. They were specifically told to take part in the “Fireball Return Training” that was seen in Episode 19 of Gekisou Sentai Carranger. The training hasn’t solved their problem of being unable to combine together successfully since neither Yuki Aino nor Haru Kazashiro have become strong enough to carry the others on top of their shoulders. Thankfully Aino was fired up by wrestling in her hometown and got her team the victory. She was happy the show got a full house today because Tokyo Joshi Pro usually comes to Okayama in January so she was worried the later date this year meant some fans who usually come to the shows wouldn’t appear. Shoko Nakajima called Okayama her second hometown because so many of her relatives live there. Kazashiro joked that Okayama is her third hometown next to the place where she was born and the place where she lives.

Tensions between Miu Watanabe and Yuki Arai is also firing up those two wrestlers and continues to reveal a more agressive side of Arai that hasn’t been seen before. The finish to the match had Mifu Ashida hold Watanabe back on the ring apron while Yuki Arai made Kira Summer tap out to the Scorpion Death Lock. But before Arai applied the move she shouted “I’m not giving up” and she refused to let go of the hold until the referee pulled her off of Summer. Backstage Arai said she wants to continue cherishing everything that is important to her but she also knows she may need to throw some of those things away in order to change what she needs to change. However Watanabe said nothing Arai did today has changed her expectations of her. There are two things in particular about Arai that she wants to explore before their Princess Of Princess Title match but they didn’t show up today. She won’t reveal what those two factors are until the next prelim match.

After yesterday’s show in Kobe, backstage shenanigans ended up with Rika Tatsumi winning the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title from Aja Kong. She is thinking about taking it all the way to Sumo Hall to defend the title there but is worried that Watanabe will want to take it off her before then. Watanabe assured Tatsumi that she will pass on any opportunity to take the belt from her. Summer also think she isn’t strong enough yet to beat Tatsumi and asked her to remain the champ until she is ready to challenge.

Hyper Misao’s pre-match promo had her talk about how great the Okayama delicacy kibidango is. According to her, many pro wrestlers eat kibidango to gain power before their matches. She & Shino Suzuki then ate some during their match to power themselves up into a frenzy. Mahiro Kiryu used her attacks to knock them back to their senses (and of course apologized to everyone afterwards). Suzume went on to win the match by pinning Suzuki with the Ring A Bell.

TJPW OG, Okayama local and Aino’s older sister Nodoka Tenma greeted everyone at the start of the show. She promoted the upcoming Gaisen Sakura Pro Wrestling show taking place on 11th April.

A mystery suddenly opened up backstage during the show. Mizuki’s Pico Pico Hammer was stolen by an unknown person and they removed the hammer head while leaving a small American flag next to the pole. Mizuki found the remains of the hammer with the flag alongside it and is currently wondering what could this mean?

Just like yesterday, parts of the undercard were changed around because Yuki Kamifuku was too sick to be at the show.

It wasn’t a very happy return for Yuki Aino to her home town. She dropped the fall in the main event to Mizuki. Aino’s team is nicknamed the Tokyo Joshi Tokusatsu Club so she had an idea to stack up with Shoko Nakajima & Haru Kazashiro Megazord style. However Kazashiro wanted to be the base like Nodoka Tenma used to and she wasn’t strong enough to carry Aino & Nakajima on her shoulders. The trio were able to recover with Nakajima giving Miyu Yamashita the Northern Lights Suplex while Kazashiro gave Wakana Uehara the Fisherman Suplex. However Mizuki fought back against Aino, gave her the Run Up Foot Stomp and then won with the Cutie Special.

Mizuki congratulated Aino on her hometown return and asked for forgiveness because she beat Aino in front of her parents. Aino told the fans she is really happy to perform in Okayama every year in front of such a warm audience. Nakajima said Okayama is the place where people feel the most like family. Tokyo Joshi Pro is a family that continues to grow so she wants to cherish it. Kazashiro said she couldn’t stop dreaming about getting to team with Aino in Okayama. She also can’t stop dreaming about Tenma either.

After her team won the match, Tenma said she didn’t think Okayama was anything interesting at first. But after wrestling here she discovered there are a lot of good things about the city. So much so that Tokyo Joshi Pro will come back on 4th October next year!

Nobihiro Shimatani got so much confidence from beating Takato Nakano on Sunday that he challenged Isami Kodaka to a match!

The trainee Keigo Nakamura has spent all year working at DDT shows and getting dragged into other wrestler’s antics. He finally gets to debut but his opponent Naomi Yoshimura does not want to face him until he weighs at least 75kg. Nakamura weighed himself on Sunday and learned he is at 71.7kg. He weighed himself again today and found out he dropped down to 70kg! He’ll weigh himself again next week with the hopes of reaching at least 72kg.

An email was sent to the DDT office by somebody identifying themselves as the manager of DAMNATION. This person complained about being called plump in the marketing for the BOYZ show. At first Akito thought the email was sent by Shimatani but then considered who out of DAMNATION would also get offended if they were called plump. Tetsuya Endo then became Akito’s main suspect. He decided to change the Shimatani Vs Kouki Iwasaki match into a tag bout between Shimatani & Endo against Iwasaki & Keisuke Ishii. Now he just has to make sure Endo will show up and Ishii is available.

MAO believes he will return from England a changed man so this may be the last time he gets to do a match like this. Could MAO be taken away by the fabled Wind Of Liverpool?

DDT will be at the Animate Girls Festival for some collaboration matches with upcoming anime shows. “Warahibi!” is a stand up comedy project made by Sanrio. It consists of animated comedy double acts competing in a talent competition throughout the festival. Two of the acts will be represented in the DDT match by their voice actors accompanying each tag team.

1. Makoto Oishi, Shunma Katsumata & MAO defeated Sanshiro Takagi, Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata when Oishi pinned Hirata with the Jikiden Tornado Clutch (9:33).
2. OPG Offer 6-Man Tag Match: Gota Ihashi, Great Mutiger & Shun-mise defeated Tomoya Uehara, Jerry K & ZAKA when Mutiger pinned ZAKA with the Liger Bomb (8:53).
3. Shigehiro Irie & Mike Bailey defeated Yukio Sakaguchi & Kouki Iwasaki when Bailey pinned Iwasaki with the Ultima Weapon (10:37).
4. Tokyo Joshi Pro Offer Match ~ Nodoka-oneesan’s 2nd Regional Triumph!: Nodoka-oneesan defeated Azusa Takigawa with the Back Flip (9:29).
5. Danshoku Dino & Keisuke Ishii defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Antonio Honda when Dino pinned Honda with the Danshoku Driver (10:59).

6. KUDO & Masahiro Takanashi defeated HARASHIMA & Soma Takao when Takanashi pinned Takao with the Takatonic (11:27).
7. Okayama Specialty! Special 6-Man Tag Match: Konosuke Takeshita, Akito & Diego defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when Takeshita pinned Sasaki with the Surprise Rose (17:03).

Daisuke Sasaki took a page out of Ken Ohka’s book and used the Spear to try and beat Konosuke Takeshita. He hit his target and latched on the Cross Facelock but Takeshita escaped the hold. It went worse for Sasaki as Tetsuya Endo’s Overhead Kick intended for Takeshita missed and hit Sasaki instead. Takeshita then pinned Sasaki with the Surprise Rose. Sasaki said backstage he was misled into thinking that copying Ohka was a good idea.

Masahiro Takanashi countered Soma Takao’s Gin And Tonic into a Manjigatame. He then shuffled around and turned the move into the Takatonic to pin him. Afterwards, Takanashi threw in his support for KUDO to beat HARASHIMA later this month.

Kurashiki City is the latest area to be transformed into a Gay Town by Danshoku Dino’s success in wrestling matches. He asked everyone in the audience who lives in Kurashiki to raise their hand. He then told them to eat dumplings off each other’s crotches. Dino then warned that next year his target will be the nearby city of Tsuyama.

Two big singles matches celebrating DDT’s history is set for Korakuen Hall later this month. HARASHIMA and KUDO last had a singles match together in May 2015 but the two have a long history together as friends and rivals. Danshoku Dino and Super Sasadango Machine is another long time relationship, one that even Dino doesn’t want to damage. This match was unexpectedly put together by Hisaya Imabayashi, much to Dino’s surprise.
