Tokyo Ota Ward Industrial Plaza PiO Small Exhibition Hall
240 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. Just No Fall No Rope Match: Makoto Oishi defeated KANON by Countout (11:07).
2. 1 Vs 2 Handicap Match: Yuki “Sexy” Iino defeated Akito & Yusuke Okada when Iino submitted Akito with the Judgement Of Pheromones (9:03).
3. Special Tag Match: Masamune & Yukio Naya defeated Hideki Okatani & Kazuma Sumi when Masamune submitted Sumi with the Komoritsuri-katame (8:40).
4. Jun Akiyama, Saki Akai & Antonio Honda defeated Kazusada Higuchi, Yuki Ishida & Rukiya when Honda pinned Rukiya with a Rotating Leg Hold (12:31).
5. DAMNATION T.A Vs The 37KAMIINA!: Daisuke Sasaki & MJ Paul defeated Toy Kojima & Yuya Koroku when Sasaki submitted Kojima with the Crossface Lock (12:17).
6. Special Tag Match: Chris Brookes & Yuji Hino defeated HARASHIMA & Takeshi Masada when Brookes pinned Masada withe the Praying Mantis Bomb (14:22).
7. Special Tag Match: Soma Takao & Shota defeated Yukio Sakaguchi & Kazuki Hirata when Takao pinned Hirata with the Gin And Tonic (16:04).

A fired up Soma Takao went on to win in his hometown with Shota as his tag team partner. Together they beat Yukio Sakaguchi & Kazuki Hirata in the main event. Takao tried to get the three count by using the Endless Waltz, scoring nearfall after nearfall on Hirata. So he changed tactics and landed a Perfect Driver. That also wasn’t enough for the win. Takao had to use the Gin And Tonic in the end to pin Hirata. ROMANCE DAWN now want to win as many tag team championships as they can starting with the ones in DDT and Ganbare☆Pro. Takao will be celebrating his 15th anniversary in wrestling next year and to have it take place in Ota Ward while he is a champion would make him very happy.

Saki Akai described her trios side with Jun Akiyama and Antonio Honda as a “Triple A” tag team. She also asked Akiyama if it is possible they could wrestle against each other before she retires. Akiyama said he will do it if fate allows them.

The Just No Fall No Rope Match ended up with Makoto Oishi and KANON fighting each other outside the ring and around the room. They eventually realised the referee was counting them out so they got in each other’s way trying to make it back to the ring. Oishi kicked KANON away from the apron and climbed back in right before the count of 20 to win. Oishi is now confident he will easily defend the KO-D Tag Team Titles against KANON on 9th September. However he is still careful to treat KANON like an enemy even if right now he sees him more like a little brother.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Death Match returns to the Beer Garden! When music plays you must dance no matter what! Don’t know why they have faith in Antonio Honda showing up though. He often misses these things and need to be replaced by someone else. What’s A.YAZAWA up to?

Chris Brookes tweeted “this thing is ugly as hell and I hate it” in response to the reveal but he may have also been talking about Pokotan.

Danshoku Dieno is taking the next couple of shows off to get surgery for a nasal bone fracture he suffered at the Yamagata show two weeks ago. So he will have to miss the Ghost Story Death Match.

Runa Okubo gets to wrestle in Osaka for the first time because she is on summer vacation from school.

4. Special Tag Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & Daisuke Sasaki Vs Yuki Ueno & MAO

6. DDT Extreme Title & Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Kazuki Hirata (E/c) Vs Naruki Doi (I/c)
7. KO-D Openweight Title: Chris Brookes (c) Vs Shigehiro Irie

This past weekend Naruki Doi won his third DDT championship, becoming the new Iron Man Heavymwetalweight Champion. He feels like he has immersed himself into DDT and wants to ingrain himself even more by adding the DDT Extreme Title to his collection. Kazuki Hirata’s current title reign best represents DDT in Doi’s eyes so a big stakes double title match is now on the cards. However Doi is at risk of losing the Iron Man Title anywhere, even outside of DDT because he has a bunch of bookings in other companies coming up. He is getting his Extreme Title match with Hirata no matter what but if he was to lose the Iron Man Title before that it would sour their match a little bit.

The new KO-D Tag Champions Hino & Oishi aren’t done with DAMNATION T.A just yet. KANON is calling on Minoru Fujita to help mentor him towards winning the belts off of them.

DDT “DRAMATIC EXPLOSION 2023”, 18/09/2023

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW CITY CIRCUIT ’23 ~YOKOHAMA PERFORMANCE~”, 23/09/2023
Yokohama Radiant Hall

1. Sakisama & Mei Saint-Michel Vs X & X

The next time we see NEO Biishiki-gun will be in Yokohama at the end of September. Sakisama & Mei Saint-Michel are having a tag match there.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “WRESTLE PRINCESS IV”, 09/10/2023
Tokyo Tama Mirai Messe

1. Sakisama, Mei Saint-Michel, Martha & Yukio Saint Laurent Vs X, X, X & X
2. Special Single Match: Nyla Rose Vs Maki Itoh
3. Princess Tag Team Titles: X & X Vs X & X
4. Princess Of Princess Title: Mizuki (c) Vs Miyu Yamashita

Yamashita defeated Mizuki in the 1st Round of this year’s Tokyo Princess Cup. She decided she would not challenge her for the Princess Of Princess Title unless she went on to win the tournament. Yamashita did so, finally ending the one accomplishment in TJPW that’s been her Achilles Heel for her entire career.

The next Princess Tag Team Champions will be crowned on this show. They have been vacant since June because of Yuka Sakazaki’s injury. That it’s taken them this long to decide new champions makes me think the plan all along was for The Magical Sugar Rabbits to keep the belts all the way through to Sakazaki’s graduation.

Nyla Rose returns for a first time singles match against Maki Itoh. They’ve had a few AEW tag matches both against and teaming with each other.

The main foursome of NEO Biishiki-gun will appear for an 8-Person Tag Match.

When Soma Takao found out he was getting a homecoming show in Ota Ward, his immediate request was to team up with Shota as ROMANCE DAWN again. They normally team together in Ganbare☆Pro so this gives DDT fans a chance to see the team in person. Takao also wanted Yukio Sakaguchi & Kazuki Hirata to be his opponents because he is very close to both of them and thinks those two teaming together would be like putting oil and water together.

A lottery picked by random fans determines who teams with who in the main event.

This will be Saki Akai’s last time wrestling on a Beer Garden show so DDT is giving her an excuse to drink on the job.

8. Right Before Ryogoku! Road To KOKUGIKAN Special 6-Man Tag Match: Yuji Hino, Jun Akiyama & Hideki Okatani defeated HARASHIMA, Kazusada Higuchi & Akito when Hino submitted Akito with the King Kong Sleeper (14:02).
9. Special Single Match – WR ~Wrestling & Respect~: Yuki Ueno defeated HUB with the WR (27:55).

The annual Yukinori Matsui produced show in Osaka was this year headlined with a match between Yuki Ueno and HUB. It is a matchup Matsui put together because one year ago Ueno asked HUB to do the match on this show. HUB spent the bout targeting Ueno’s leg and also used the WR, his original version of the finishing move. He tried to finish his opponent off with the Avalanche Viper Strike but Ueno gave him a Frankensteiner to the canvas instead and used his own WR to win the match.

Afterwards HUB took off his mask in the ring but kept his face covered using a shirt. He said today’s match was the best in his 24 year career. He heard Ueno keeps talking about Konosuke Takeshita. That reminded HUB of the time he fought Takeshita as Zero back in 2016 and how he gave the Zero mask to Takeshita as a gift. Today he is giving Ueno an even better gift, the HUB mask he just took off! If Ueno wants to carry DDT on his back then HUB wants him to stand tall. Ueno said HUB is the wrestler he admires most. He may never become as cool as him but Ueno will make it his goal to be just as good looking!

The show also held the 30th Anniversary match for Magnitude Kishiwada. The special occasion saw the masked wrestler team up with Dick Togo & Black Buffalo to beat Shigehiro Irie, Yuto Kikuchi & Takeshi Masada. After pinning Masada with the Last Ride, Kishiwada declared that his career is only at the halfway point! After all there is no such thing as an actual pro wrestling retirement. Kishiwada’s going to wrestle for the rest of his life if he gets his way. The next thing he wants to do is fight Irie in a singles match.

You never see the wrestlers in Eruption get intimidated by anybody but that was before they had to fight No Name. The horror wrestler was such a scary presence that Eruption and even No Name’s partner Kazuki Hirata all tried to hide away from her. Their fear was warranted when after the match No Name trapped Saki Akai in a strangling submission and choked her unconscious. Yukio Sakaguchi ran away carrying Akai in his arms while No Name decided to chase Hirata around the venue.

After Match #4 Kikutaro told the audience that Matsui lost his wallet a few days ago. The wallet was found and returned to him but it was missing 50,000 yen. Kikutaro proposed the formation of Matsui AID to collect donations from the audience.

Yasu Urano was unable to wrestle on the show due to illness. Shota took his place in Match #2 which meant teaming with Soma Takao as ROMANCE DAWN again.

At the end of the show Matsui said he wants to hold the event again next October. This one is going to be more important than usual because he will be celebrating his 30th Anniversary in wrestling!

1. Ganbare☆Pro Vs Sento Minzoku: Ken Ohka, Shinichiro Tominaga & Munetatsu Nakamura defeated Isami Kodaka, Minoru Fujita & Daiki Shimomura when Nakamura pinned Kodaka with a Hold Down Pin (12:41).
2. Riara Debut Match: YuuRI defeated Riara with a Missile Kick (7:43).
3. Shuichiro Katsumura & Moeka Haruhi defeated Hartley Jackson & HARUKAZE when Haruhi pinned HARUKAZE with the Diving Foot Stomp (15:21).
4. Nao Kakuta defeated Yoshiko Hasegawa with the Shiden Kai (12:09).
5. Special Tag Match: Dan The Dad & Kody Lane defeated Shota & Soma Takao when Dan pinned Shota with the You’re Grounded (11:48).
6. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles Tournament – Final: Hikaru Sato & Tyson Maeguchi defeated Tatsuhito Takaiwa & Yumehito Imanari when Maeguchi pinned Takaiwa with a Buzzsaw Kick (18:41).
*Hentai Punch Drunkers become the 1st Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Champions!
7. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Mizuki Watase (c) defeated Keisuke Ishii with the Elbow Butt (22:31).
*V4 for Mizuki Watase.

Mizuki Watase was given his toughest test yet for the Spirit Of Ganbare Title, one that took his body to the limit. Keisuke Ishii spent the match trying to find the biggest ways to slam or strike Watase into defeat. He used a Tiger Suplex and the Double Arm Driver inside the ring and also used the latter move from the apron onto the floor outside. Watase countered the Kneel Kick by catching Ishii in midair and using the momentum to Back Drop him aside. However Ishii was able to hit the Kneel Kick later but he was too hurt to make the pin in time. Elbow Strikes became the key for Watase to win and when Ishii was left staggering, Watase charged in for one more big Elbow Butt to score the victory.

After the match Isami Kodaka unexpectedly entered the ring along with the other members of Sento Minzoku. He asked Watase if he would like to take on his challenge with the SOG Title on the line. However Michiyoshi Mishima stepped in and reminded Kodaka that he was pinned by Munetatsu Nakamura in the opening match so even though he is worthy of a title shot, he is in no position to ask for one right now. Watase is interested in defending the title against Kodaka in a Ganbare☆Pro Vs BASARA battle. He thinks a match like that is perfect for “WRESTLE SEKIGAHARA II” in Ota Ward Gymnasium on 9th July! So he came up with an idea. If Kodaka can beat Nakamura in a singles match then he will give Kodaka a title shot. But if Nakamura wins then Nakamura will get the big title match at Ota Ward instead!

The Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Title belts were not delivered to Ganpro in time for today’s show so they had to use a pair of trophies to represent the championship instead. Hentai Punch Drunkers became the first champions by beating the All-Star Junior All-Stars in the tournament final. Tyson Maeguchi showed his toughness by kicking out of Tatsuhito Takaiwa’s Death Valley Bomb. Hikaru Sato then cut off Takaiwa at the ropes allowing Maeguchi to take control of the match. He kept giving Takaiwa Penalty Kicks and Buzzsaw Kicks while Sato cut Yumehito Imanari off from making a save. The kicks were too much for Takaiwa to handle and he was eventually pinned after one more Buzzsaw Kick.

The new champions received their trophies but their celebration was interrupted by Dan The Dad & Kody Lane. The two American wrestlers want to be the first challengers for the SOG Tag Titles but there’s one small problem. They will be travelling home very soon and the only way they can do the match is if it happens on tomorrow’s Ganpro show. Sato was in the middle of telling them it won’t be able to happen when Maeguchi cut him off and agreed to do the match. Hentai Punch Drunkers will defend the belts tomorrow!

Dan & Lane could argue they earned their title shot by beating ROMANCE DAWN in the previous match. For Shota & Soma Takao the loss is another setback preventing them from becoming tag champions. Takao wants to get revenge but the problem according to Shota is they will have to follow the Americans back to St. Louis in order to get it.

It wasn’t that long ago when Yoshiko Hasegawa and Nao Kakuta were both in Actwres girl’Z together. They’ve had a few interactions in Tokyo Joshi Pro recently but their singles match today was a chance for the two to reconnect. Kakuta got Hasegawa to reach the ropes in order to break a Front Neck Lock but that just set Kakuta up to charge in for a kick and then get the win with the Shiden Kai. Kakuta said Hasegawa has changed because she no longer cries and is now showing confidence. Hasegawa said she learned everything from Kakuta because she is her senpai.

This weekend is Moeka Haruhi’s last GanPro matches before she goes on to donate a kidney to her sister. Since she was teaming with Shuichiro Katsumura the occasion called for Shu Sakurai to also appear for one big reunion of THE HALFEE! Fun times aside they were still in for a fight, especially when Hartley Jackson decided to Gorilla Press Haruhi and then HARUKAZE from the ring onto Katsumura outside. Katsumura & Haruhi worked together to get rid of Jackson, leaving HARUKAZE on her own. Haruhi went on to fight HARUKAZE by herself and earned the victory with the Double Foot Stomp. Afterward Haruhi said she realized life can be so painful but it can also be so happy. Katsumura praised her for giving a lot of people energy and the hope to live.

The legendary cabaret girl Riara had her debut wrestling match after months of training and preparation. She looked to be outmatched against YuuRI from the start when it came to strikes. She tried to switch over to submissions with a Crab Hold but YuuRI easily reversed it into a Half Crab and forced the rookie to crawl for a rope break. A Backslide Pin got Riara a two count but YuuRI regained control and won with a Missile Kick. Riara was happy to have her debut be against the senpai who took care of her the most. YuuRI is happy too, not just for Riara but also because Ganbare☆Joshi has now increased their roster from five women to six!

As mentioned earlier there was a massive upset when Munetatsu Nakamura pinned Isami Kodaka in the opening 6-Man Tag! The win came when Ken Ohka hit Kodaka with the Flame Spear and Nakamura went for the cover. Kodaka kicked out at first but Nakamura kept pinning him down until he surprised everyone by getting the three count. Ohka congratulated the rookie for doing something that Ohka couldn’t do for 20 years. It made Nakamura glad because he’s been watching Kodaka wrestle since he was in primary school!

Pheromones must win if Yuki Iino wants any chance of getting a KO-D Openweight Title shot.

The challengers for the KO-D Tag Team Titles showed their confidence in very different ways during a press conference today. HARASHIMA pointed out that he & Keigo Nakamura have a 100% win rate as a team. Nakamura showed his determination by threatening to eat a live cockroach he brought along in a jar! 4. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles Tournament – Round 1: Tatsuhito Takaiwa & Yumehito Imanari defeated Shota & Soma Takao when Takaiwa pinned Shota with the Avalanche Death Valley Bomb (17:49).

The last show on today’s Ganbare☆Pro tripleshot ended up shaping a lot of the card for Ganpro’s return to Korakuen Hall on 5th May. In the main event The All-Star Junior All-Stars defeated ROMANCE DAWN to advance to the tournament final. They will now face Hentai Punch Drunkers at Korakuen to determine the first ever Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Champions. It left Junior Stars in a familiar position because Tatsuhito Takaiwa became the first Spirit Of Ganbare World Champion by beatin Yumehito Imanari in a tournament final a year and a half ago. They vowed to win the Tag Titles by drinking highballs together during their post-match interview.

Earlier today on Mizuki Watase’s own produce show, Keisuke Ishii pinned him clean. Then on this show Ishii eliminated Watase in the 6-Man Tag Match. This resulted in Ishii challenging Watase for the SOG Title on 5th May because he has never won a singles main event in Korakuen. Watase accepted the challenge so he can show the world not only his own strength but the greatness of Ganpro too.

Isami Kodaka was in attendance to be in Daiki Shimomura’s corner for his match against Munetatsu Nakamura. His presence attracted the attention of several Ganpro wrestlers. First, Shota asked Kodaka to be his opponent for his 15th Anniversary mach on 22nd April. Kodaka accepted and shook Shota’s hand. Seems friendly enough. Then the mood of the room changed after Shimomura beat Nakamura by submission. Nakamura refused to shake his opponent’s hand after the match and Ken Ohka spoke about his frustration over Ganpro being unable to beat any of the wrestlers from Sento Minzoku. Kodaka said he can tell Nakamura has guts but he doesn’t sense if Ohka has any. This led to a Ganpro Vs Sento Minzoku match being set up for 5th May.
