2. Yokohama Two Major Singles Match: Akito defeated Kazuki Hirata when Daisuke Kiso submitted Hirata with a Cross Knee Lock (9:27).
3. Kazusada Higuchi & Yukio Sakaguchi defeated Shunma Katsumata & Yuya Koroku when Sakaguchi submitted Koroku with a Triangle Choke (11:07).
4. Yokohama Two Major Singles Match: Mad Paulie defeated Antonio Honda by TKO with a Bear Hug (11:17).
5. Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo, Soma Takao & Yuji Hino defeated HARASHIMA, Chris Brookes, Naomi Yoshimura & Yukio Naya when Sasaki submitted Naya with the Cross Facelock (16:31).
6. Junretsu Vs The 37KAMIINA!: Konosuke Takeshita, Yuki Ueno & MAO defeated Jun Akiyama, Makoto Oishi & Hideki Okatani when Takeshita submitted Okatani with the Modified Chickenwing Facelock (17:44).

The first preview for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2021” saw Konosuke Takeshita get the better of Jun Akiyama. But it was Hideki Okatani who stepped up to The 37KAMIINA until he got overwhelmed. Takeshita had to praise him for his incredible growth after the match. The 37KAMIINA celebrated their win by saying they will get more championships. Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata won the Ultimate Tag League and became the KO-D Tag Team Champions shortly after. Yuki Ueno has the DDT UNIVERSAL Title and next they will win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles so MAO will get a belt too. Last but not least, Takeshita wants to complete the plan by winning the KO-D Openweight Title from Akiyama in Fujitsu Stadium Kawasaki.

Antonio Honda used Gongitsune to trick Mad Paulie into thinking it was his dad. It worked too well because even after Honda tried rolling up Paulie for a nearfall, Paulie still believed it. Honda jumped into a Bearhug and was squeezed into unconsciousness. Paulie carried his “father” out of the ring back to the locker room to see if he was ok.

Kazuki Hirata mimicked Akito in their match, wearing similar ring gear and copying some of his moves. He went back to normal by knocking out both Akito and Daisuke Kiso with chops to the neck. Akito turned the tables by putting on the Hirata GO! glasses to dance. The referee Kiso then attacked Hirata’s leg and put him in a Cross Knee Lock. Hirata tapped out and Kiso awarded the match to Akito.

2. Nodoka Tenma defeated Mahiro Kiryu with the Killswitch (8:02).
3. Yuki Arai defeated Moka Miyamoto with the Finally (7:26).
4. International Princess Title: Hikari Noa (c) defeated Raku with the Blizzard Suplex (7:59).
*V2 for Hikari Noa.
5. Ameba Presents 8th Tokyo Princess Cup Pre-Battle Special 10-Woman Tag Match: Shoko Nakajima, Hyper Misao, Mizuki, Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe defeated Maki Itoh, Yuki Kamifuku, Nao Kakuta, Marika Kobashi & Mirai Maiumi when Tatsumi pinned Kobashi with the Missile Hip (22:48).

Before the main event began, Hyper Misao told both teams to take part in a cavalry battle to see which side was stronger. Mizuki and Maki Itoh were both carried on their team’s shoulders and they charged into each other when the bell rang. Both sides collapsed. After the match Rika Tatsumi said Tokyo Joshi Pro will continue to move forward and she will not set her own limits. Shoko Nakajima gave a shout out to the absent Miyu Yamashita and the team copied the poses of her, Yuka Sakazaki, Yuki Aino and Pom Harajuku to close out the show.

For the first time in their 4 year history, there was an all Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) championship match. Hikari Noa defeated Raku to defend the International Princess Title but there was a close call that could have ended with a title change. Raku used the Hurricane Turn that pinned Noa last month but this time Noa kicked out of it. Raku tried the move again but Noa fought her off with two Super Kicks and pinned her with the Blizzard Suplex. Noa’s current goal is to make it to “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2021” as the champion. Raku still chooses the IP Title as the championship she wants to win first if she gets another chance.

Yuki Arai wins her first singles match, beating Moka Miyamoto! Even if it was a fluke, Arai is happy to see her training is paying off. She was asked after the match if she wants to enter the Tokyo Princess Cup. She said she definitely does.

Ever since Kuro-chan pinned Atsushi Onita in a Current Explosion Death Match last December, he has avoided all of Onita’s calls for a rematch. Sanshiro Takagi needed to find wrestlers for the “WRESTLE PETER PAN” pre-show explosion match and felt it is the perfect time and place for that rematch to happen. Kuro-chan himself doesn’t want to do it but his manager signed the agreement for him along with Super Sasadango Machine to do the match. Sasadango told Kuro-chan that Hikari Noa thinks he is cute and wants to team with him so he agreed to take part. The truth is Noa wants to fight in a deathmatch and will team with anybody to do so. She also threatened to blow up Takagi. Kuro-chan also gets Tetsuhiro Kuroda on his team. Onita’s partners will be Takagi, Akito & Maki Itoh. Everyone is also being warned that the amount of gunpowder being used for the explosions will be 3 to 5 times higher than usual.

Tokyo is entering a fresh state of emergency that will last until 22nd August so don’t get attached with the upcoming schedule. I suspect changes are coming. If they’re banning spectators from the Olympics then I can’t see fans allowed at wrestling shows either. That’s if wrestling shows can go ahead in Tokyo at all.

News came out today that Pom Harajuku tested positive for Covid-19 and will miss this weekend’s shows. Miyu Yamashita and Yuki Aino were in recent close contact with her so they too are going to be absent while they self isolate. Last week Harajuku had a slight fever after receiving her first vaccine and when the fever did not disappear after a few days, she took a PCR test and it came back positive. She has since been feeling better but all three women will be under observation for a period of time until they are deemed ok to return. Both shows are currently having their match cards revised.

5. ReOStaff Presents Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Final: Minoru Fujita defeated SAGAT with the Modified Tombstone Piledriver (20:17).

Minoru Fujita wins the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ and pockets 500,000 yen in prize money. He joked about feeling sorry for the sponsors financing the tournament because their money ended up going to a freelancer instead of a full time BASARA wrestler. Fujita has ideas on what to use the money for but he can’t say what it is yet. Instead he wants to focus on the next mountain to climb and that is the Union MAX Championship! He challenged Takumi Tsukamoto to a title match on 27th July. Today, Fujita stands on top of BASARA and he told the rest of the roster they still have a lot of training to do.

Astronauts are now double champions in BASARA and Big Japan! For Sento Minzoku, victory was so close for them today. Daiki Shimomura capitalized on a blown double team spot from Astronauts and hit Fuminori Abe with an Asai DDT. However Abe blocked the Swanton Bomb with his knees and put Shimomura in the Manjigatame. Takuya Nomura held Isami Kodaka back until Shimomura finally gave up. Abe said he wants Astronauts to be the tag team that best represents the pro wrestling world. Their success is also making them stronger individually and Nomura has a chance to become a triple champion later this month when he challenges for the BJW Strong World Title.

The Jacket tag match ended up in chaos when all four wrestlers involved all fought in the ring together. Gouma tried to keep things under control but kept getting caught in crossfire after crossfire. He eventually gave up and called off the match much to everyone’s anger. They convinced him to restart the match but chaos broke out a second time and he cancelled the match again. Gouma declared himself the winner and the other wrestlers attacked him in retaliation.
