Palmer Events Center, Austin, Texas, USA
1,951 Fans

1. Suzume defeated Uta Takami with the Ring A Bell (6:12).
2. Sakura Hattori defeated Shino Suzuki with the Shinden Fudo Ryu Majime Ura (8:54).
3. Raku & Pom Harajuku defeated Hyper Misao & Mifu Ashida when Raku pinned Ashida with the Doctor Yellow (10:25).
4. Miyu Yamashita & Arisu Endo defeated Mizuki & Yuki Aino when Yamashita pinned Aino with the Skull Kick (13:53).
5. Jessie McKay & Cassie Lee defeated Shoko Nakajima & Wakana Uehara when McKay pinned Uehara after the IIdolizer (10:15).
6. Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi defeated Yuki Kamifuku & Yuki Arai when Watanabe pinned Arai with the Tear Drop (15:08).

Last year’s Texas tour was such a smash hit for Tokyo Joshi Pro that they’ve done it again this year, this time on a bigger scale. Four shows are on the bill this time around with the first two taking place in Austin as part of the SXSW festival. The crowd at the show were a mix of ticket buyers and festival attendees which all added up to a total announced attendance of 1,951 fans for the show. How much the split is between ticket buyers and festival passes hasn’t been revealed (and probably won’t be until well after the series has ended) but it is still a great number to start with for the tour.

Day 1 of the tour provided plenty of warm up matches for “GRAND PRINCESS ’26” happening back in Japan at the end of the month. Miu Watanabe and Yuki Arai had another tag team clash against each other. Watanabe had Rika Tatsumi as her partner and the combined strength of Daydream was too much for the Double YUKI pair of Arai & Yuki Kamifuku to handle. Tatsumi’s Hip Attack broke Watanabe free from Arai’s Scorpion Death Lock, then Watanabe went on a roll by Backbreaking Kamifuku out of action before hitting her signature moves on Arai for the victory. Daydream told the fans to come back tomorrow so TJPW can spread their love even further across Texas.

Before Kamifuku went out to wrestle in the main event, she got to watch her Ober Eats tag partner Wakana Uehara face The IInspiration in a preview of their Princess Tag Team Titles match at Sumo Hall. Uehara & Shoko Nakajima did their best but weren’t able to pull off the win. Jessie McKay blocked Uehara’s attempt at the Sushi Tornado and instead gave her the Pedigree. Nakajima was then taken out with a Blue Thunder Bomb from Cassie Lee, leaving Uehara defenceless. The IInspiration then put her away with their Magic Killer style Flapjack finisher called The IIdolizer. We’ll next see them at Sumo Hall when they will challenge Ober Eats for the Princess Tag Titles.

Today is a very happy birthday for Miyu Yamashita because she received a warm welcome from the Texas crowd and also got to Skull Kick Yuki Aino’s head off. Meanwhile Mizuki was able to arm herself with another Pico Pico Hammer to replace the one that was recently stolen from her. She proved to be some trouble for Yamashita & Arisu Endo to handle. Aino tried to push her weight around with Shoulder Blocks to Yamashita but then the Skull Kick took her down and out.

Hyper Misao spoke in English to introduce herself and Mifu Ashida to the fans. However by the time she was done, Raku & Pom Harajuku decided to take a nap in the middle of the ring. Ashida tried to wake them up with her cheering but it didn’t work. It was all a trap for the other team to roll them up for nearfall. Outside the ring Misao crashed the Hyper Dramatic Dream into the other team. Harajuku would get her revenge later in the match when Raku suddenly wheeled her out in her own Tesla and used it to run Misao over! Raku then got back into the ring to pin Ashida with the Doctor Yellow.

The former Kaya Toribami has now become Sakura Hattori with today’s show being the debut of her new persona. Gone is the high flying skills of the cassowary and in its place were agility and strikes taken from ninja jujutsu. A Flying Forearm got Hattori a nearfall but Shino Suzuki fought back by putting all of her power into a Sleeper Hold and the Swinging Neckbreaker. Hattori blocked the Belly-To-Belly Suplex and kicked out of the Rolling Backward Cradle before grabbing Suzuki in her new submission finisher. It is a Kata-Gatame style Shoulder Hold called the Shinden Fudo Ryu Majime Ura.

The opener saw Suzume defeat Uta Takami without too much trouble. She had a mishap when Takami dodged the Mikazuki Meteor Shower but Suzume quickly got back control by using the Corner Dive Facecrusher to shut down her opponent’s comeback. One Ring A Bell later and Suzume had her hand raised in victory.

It was as authentic a TJPW show that the promotion and their partners Tokyo Story USA could put together. Sayuri Namba was the ring announcer and The Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) performed a song at the start of the show. Just like with last year’s tour, they were joined by the Megami Maids for the performance.

MYSTERY WRESTLING X BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS Results

March 17, 2026

BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS/MYSTERY WRESTLING “MYSTERY WRESTLING X BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS”, 17/03/2026
Tokyo ARENA Shimokitazawa
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Baliyan Akki & Mei Suruga defeated Dark King Ueki & Princess Ram (w/ Munek) when Suruga pinned Ueki after the Dolphin Press (10:50).
2. HADDY & Junior Benito defeated Antonio Honda & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi when HADDY submitted Honda with the Crossface (10:25).
3. MAO defeated Fuminori Abe with an Side School Boy (12:55).
4. Chris Brookes & El Phantasmo defeated Evil Uno & Kikutaro when Phantasmo pinned Uno with the CR II onto the Plastic Box filled with firecrackers (20:44).

Evil Uno did not come alone for his latest tour of Japan. He brought along some buddies from Mystery Wrestling to be the “Friends” in Baka Gaijin + Friends this month! The two wacky wrestling promotions joined forces for a joint show and Chris Brookes personally welcomed Uno to ARENA Shimokitazawa. The two would face off in a main event tag match with mystery partners. Brookes expected Uno’s partner to be a Canadian wrestler but couldn’t guess who because the other Canadians who travelled over had already wrestled on the undercard. Uno couldn’t afford that but had a friend in Japan willing to team with him. It was Kikutaro! Uno also expected Brookes to have a Japanese tag partner except Brookes admitted he got a Canadian wrestler instead… El Phantasmo! The match was chaotic and full of nonsense that ended up bringing in plastic boxes and firecrackers. Brookes filled up one box with the firecrackers and ELP smashed Uno through it with the CR II to win the match. Brookes then sprayed everyone with a fire extinguisher after the match.

MAO and Fuminori Abe didn’t want to blow the roof off with their match but they almost fell through it! They fought their way outside the building up to the roof where there is a glass ceiling overlooking ARENA Shimokitazawa. They carefully put each other in submission holds while avoiding taking any impactful steps onto the glass. They made their way back down to the room safe and sound but now MAO wanted to try and make Abe throw up. A Thrust Kick to the stomach made Abe gag out some fluid and go double over, allowing MAO to cradle him with an Onryo Clutch to get the win.

The two other Mystery Wrestling talents involved in the show were HADDY & Junior Benito. No matter what experiences they had in Mystery Wrestling before, they had to expect the unexpected against Antonio Honda & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. Or in this case they had to expect the expected because when does Honda wrestle a match without ever doing a Gongitsune joke these days? Honda told his joke in English so they could understand but they still got their eyes poked after it. Things went wrong for Honda & Hiroshi when their Double Bionic Elbow spot hit each other instead of their opponents. HADDY took advantage and pulled Honda down into the Crossface to make him tap out.

Mystery Wrestling has also worked with ChocoPro in the past so it was only fitting for the BestBros to have a match on this show. Baliyan Akki & Mei Suruga had to not only fight off Dark King Ueki & Princess Ram but had to worry about the injured Munek interfering with his magic spells. And by magic spells I mean hitting Akki in the back with his crutch. Kaichow dealt with that by grabbing the magic wand off Munek to redirect one of his spells into Ueki and she then snapped the wand in half. The BestBros then pinned Ueki with the Dolphin Press which is impressive given the very tight space inside that bar.

The two teams who will fight to become the first MOP Tag Team Champions have been chosen. KANON & Viento Maligno will be there representing Strange Love Connection. Their opponents are the unexpected pairing of Junta Miyawaki & Rukiya. The two of them haven’t quite seen each other eye to eye when Miyawaki came into DDT at the start of the year. If the team doesn’t work out at least they can say they gave it a shot.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW LIVE IN LAS VEGAS 2026”, 16/04/2026
Pearl Theater At Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

1. International Princess Title: MIRAI (c) Vs X
2. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs X & X
3. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs X

The results of “GRAND PRINCESS ’26” will have a big effect on the card TJPW will put together for their return to Las Vegas in April. They have at least confirmed there will be title matches for each of their three championships. That’s an interesting announcement in regards to the International Princess Title because MIRAI has not been announced for the show, nor has she taken any American bookings for around the same time. At least not yet anyway. It could just be that if she successfully defends the title at Sumo Hall it will then be confirmed she’ll be flying over. Otherwise this news might end up being a spoiler. There are “international talent” yet to be announced for the show. That detail could also describe The IInspiration if they end up winning the Princess Tag Team Titles at Sumo Hall.

DDT “SENDAI NEW LEGEND 2026 ~HARAKO MESHI~” Results

March 15, 2026

DDT “SENDAI NEW LEGEND 2026 ~HARAKO MESHI~”, 15/03/2026
Miyagi Yume Messe
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Tomomitsu Matsunaga defeated Hinata Kasai with the Scorpion Death Lock (7:48).
2. Danshoku Dieno & Makoto Oishi defeated Kazuki Hirata & Antonio Honda when Dieno pinned Hirata with the Gay-do Clutch (0:09).
2a. Rematch: Danshoku Dieno & Makoto Oishi defeated Kazuki Hirata & Antonio Honda when Dieno pinned Honda with the Gay-do Clutch (10:38).
3. Jun Akiyama, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida defeated Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato when Ishida pinned Masada with the Buchikamashi (10:27).
4. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion defeated Kazuma Sumi, Yukio Naya & Viento Maligno when Sasaki submitted Sumi with the Crossface Lock (13:41).
5. Special Tag Match: Chris Brookes & HARASHIMA defeated Akito & Junta Miyawaki when HARASHIMA pinned Miyawaki with the Somato (12:02).
6. The 37KAMIINA Vs STRANGE LOVE CONNECTION!: Yuki Ueno & To-y defeated MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) when Ueno pinned KANON with a Cradle (21:31).

The show was meant to be a homecoming of sorts for MAO because he is an ambassador for Osaki City. The show was also in the same venue where MAO accidentally broke the room sprinkler with a Quebrada last year. Well, this time MAO was able to do the move without damaging anything but the spotlight was instead on Yuki Ueno and KANON for their final prelim match before “JUDGEMENT 2026” next week. There was some interference from both Strange Love Connection and The 37KAMIINA during the match. After that, KANON tried his best to avoid taking the WR but Ueno switched over to a roll up move to cradle him for the three count. Ueno can tell that KANON is incredibly strong but he told the challenger he will need to bare everything from the depths of his heart to have a chance at winning the KO-D Openweight Title.

If today repeats itself, the FANTÔMES DRAMATIC team of Chris Brookes & HARASHIMA will have a KO-D Tag Team Titles shot to look forward to in their future. However they are not taking Junta Miyawaki lightly. He almost pinned HARASHIMA with the Sunshine Clutch in today’s match but HARASHIMA kicked out just in time and was able to pin him with the Somato. When the No. 1 Contenders match happens on 22nd March, Fandora won’t just have the Sunshine Clutch to worry about but also the Aoki Clutch from Shinya Aoki too. Miyawaki described taking the Somato was like feeling the weight and power of DDT’s history in one move. He is confident though that he and Aoki will show everyone a bright future.

Once again Daisuke Sasaki has countered Kazuma Sumi’s School Boy and turned it into a victorious move, this time the Crossface Lock. He wanted to send his message loud and clear this time by bringing in a chair to attack Sumi with but this time Sumi fought him off with a Low Blow. Sumi then said even though he lost all of his warm up matches, he just needs to beat Sasaki once at Korakuen Hall next week to become the new DDT Universal Champion! Sasaki now worries that the Low Blow may have caused some long term damage. He’s supposed to be going to America soon where there are beautiful women waiting for him everywhere and suddenly his balls are gone!

paleyouth have now suffered their first setback after Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida beat them with some help from Jun Akiyama. Yoshimura was focused on fighting Daichi Sato in particular while Ishida & Akiyama paired off against Takeshi Masada & Yuya Koroku. The Harimao side got the victory and Akiyama advised it is up to them to give their group a boost while Kazusada Higuchi is out of action.

Makoto Oishi was tricked into sitting on the turnbuckle with the back of his costume pulled down at the end of Match #2. He stayed there until Jun Akiyama entered the ring for his match, slapped him on the rear and ordered him to get out.

5. Kaya Toribami defeated HIMAWARI with the Sento Choryu (10:13).
6. Miyu Yamashita & Arisu Endo defeated Toga & Ren Konatsu when Endo pinned Konatsu with the Ju no Okite (11:25).
7. Miu Watanabe, Yuki Kamifuku, Wakana Uehara & Suzume Vs Yuki Arai, Shoko Nakajima, Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro ended in a Time Limit Draw (20:00).

In just a few days time Tokyo Joshi Pro will be heading over to Texas and when they return, “GRAND PRINCESS ’26” will be just around the corner. So today was the last TJPW show in Japan before they go back to Sumo Hall on 29th March. The main event had a mixture of wrestlers from Ryogoku’s biggest matches in action. Yuki Arai teamed up with the ToJo Tokusatsu Club and was encouraged to form the base of their Megazord (to predictable results). Ober Eats and Suzume wanted to keep themselves sharp for their upcoming titles matches as well. But the final three minutes of the match belonged to Arai facing off against Miu Watanabe. The two fought to a stalemate with Watanabe powering out of the Scorpion Death Lock to give Arai a Giant Swing and Arai using her last gasp of strength to throw Watanabe down with the Full Nelson Buster. Both women were laid out after that exchange and the bell rang for the 20 minute time limit reaching its end. The two still wanted to continue wrestling each other after the match and had to be pulled apart by their teams.

After the match Watanabe told Arai she never thought they would become friends who could push each other to this level and become rivals. She wants them to have the best match TJPW can have on 29th March. Arai said she’s been watching Watanabe and her love for pro wrestling ever since Arai debuted five years ago. She’s happy to be called a rival but she thinks she can still do more. Arai is now determined to push herself forward even further so she won’t lose to Watanabe.

Arisu Endo is getting annoyed that all the talk about her match at Sumo Hall is about Miyu Yamashita being in the ring with Sareee & Takumi Iroha. It’s bothering her how she is being left out of the conversation. It motivated her to pick up the win for her team today and to do that again against Spark Rush. Yamashita thinks Endo is in good condition for the match and it is destiny for it to happen this way. She doesn’t think this matchup will ever happen again so she wants to enjoy it with all of her heart and soul. She also wants to win too which will make her and Endo enjoy it even more.

Today is Kaya Toribami’s last match under her current gimmick. The next time we will see her in the ring she will become Sakura Hattori. She said backstage after her match that in the five years of her career she has looked up to strong seniors and been supported by excellent juniors. Thanks to them all she was able to understand her own capabilities. She also got to wrestle her last match in this gimmick against HIMAWARI, the first junior she had a singles match with. She praised her too for also growing stronger and giving it her all today.

Pom Harajuku wanted to help out Mizuki for her preparations to fight Andreza Giant Panda at Sumo Hall. So Harajuku wrestled their match today dressed in an oversized panda costume. The inflated costume protected Harajuku from Mizuki’s strikes but it was also big enough to negatively effect Harajuku’s fast movements. Mizuki continued the running joke of her stealing Harajuku’s shoe and she tried to fit it onto her handle to make a replacement Pico Pico Hammer. But the moment she tried to swing it, the shoe flew off the handle into the audience. Mizuki then found the zip at the back of the costume and pulled it open, eventually forcing Harajuku to take it off completely. Mizuki grabbed the costume, hit her opponent in the face with it, stole her shoe again and pinned her with the Cutie Special.

After the match an unusual person appeared carrying the head of Mizuki’s Pico Pico Hammer. It was Mr. USA from New Nemuro Pro Wrestling, the home promotion of Andreza Giant Panda. Mizuki tried to get the hammer off him but he fought her off and took the rest of the hammer’s remains from her. He told Mizuki she now has no chance of beating Andreza without the hammer and left her in the ring where she had a small a hissyfit over her stuff getting stolen. However she said backstage she was able to beat “Pom-chan Panda” today so she will manage to find a way to beat Andreza at Sumo Hall.

Everyone in the 4 Way Match felt something was missing and it wasn’t until afterward that they noticed none of them had the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title around. Mahiro Kiryu asked who currently has the belt and someone in the crowd answered Hisaya Imabayashi. Then Rika Tatsumi told her that she saw him working at the merchandise booth earlier. Chika Nanase went over to find him and bring him to the ring to explain himself. He was wearing a tracksuit jacket but Raku pulled it open to reveal he was wearing the Iron Man Title belt beneath it! Kiryu asked him to give it back but he refused because he is meant to defend it at the DDT 29th Anniversary show on 22nd March. If he were to lose it before then it would cause a lot of trouble. Kiryu then ordered everyone to attack him but in the chaos, everyone ended up stomping on Kiryu instead while Imabayashi escaped out of harm’s way. He declared he will defend the belt in DDT and will then stand in the ring at Sumo Hall as a champion for an all out war between DDT and TJPW! The reason for this is because TJPW pays him a full wage whenever he works here while DDT only gives him a fixed monthly salary no matter how much work he does for them. Backstage Tatsumi said she will make Kiryu go and get the title back before Sumo Hall. Mifu Ashida cheered for Kiryu to do her best.

Something that Kira Summer had wanted for a long time was a singles match with Hyper Misao because she has a lot of respect for her. So much so that she was prepared for Misao’s tricks, like putting on goggles to protect her eyes from the Hero Spray. She was able to pull Summer’s goggles off and spray her in the eyes anyway. Misao used a Camel Clutch version of the Chickenwing Face Lock to win the match.

The new championship belts for the Princess Of Princess Title, the International Princess Title and the Princess Tag Team Titles were put on display at the show.

A new business deal has been put together this year for DDT to hold wrestling shows at different Mitsui Outlet Park shopping centers. The inaugural MOP Tag Team Champions will be crowned at the first show being held at the end of the month. There will be at least two other shows as part of the tour happening in April.

One of the memorable interactions that happened at last year’s Toru Yano Vs Super Sasadango Machine one match show was Antonio Honda and YOH bonding over a Gongitsune joke. YOH has a hatred of foxes going back to when he was bitten by one as a child but Honda got him to join in with telling the joke. Now almost one year later they will meet in the ring again, this time one on one against each other in a wrestling match!

DDT also has their sponsorship with Yamada Suisan going on for another year. The seafood wrestling storyline has taken a turn with the appearance of Unagi Mask Woman. She was said to be just a Yamada Suisan employee who wanted to become a pro wrestler but the real story is that she, Unagi Mask and Super Unagi Mask are all siblings who spent their lives near each other without ever knowing about it! The family needs to be a united force because Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda have formed an alliance with Aja Kong to wipe out the sea food loving wrestlers!

The latter half of the tour adds some familiar names. Vert Vixen is back for the Dallas and Houston shows. There’s also the return of somebody we haven’t seen for a while. Jada Stone made several appearances in TJPW throughout 2025 but a knee injury in September cancelled her tour of Japan. That was the last we heard of her in regards to TJPW. But she’s still been wrestling around America and has appeared on some TNA tapings lately. Next she will get to step back into the TJPW ring while they are in Texas.

Thirteen matches in total will fill up five hours at Korakuen Hall later this month. DDT is celebrating the 29th Anniversary of its creation and hopes are growing high that something big will be in store for their 30th. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves with that one. Almost every one of DDT’s championships will be defended (the KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Titles are being left out in the cold), future challengers for some of the belts will be set up and there is also the debut of Masami Inahata to look forward to.

It’s all going easy for paleyouth. I only took them a few days to win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles after the unit was created. They also don’t have to wait long for their first defence. Harimao are stepping up to the plate with Kazusada Higuchi standing by to support his buddies.

The Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title is currently in quite the predicament. Antonio Honda won the title only to lose it to Hisaya Imabayashi because the DDT GM does not trust Honda enough to beat YOH on 15th April. That match made Imabayashi paranoid that the belt would end up in New Japan’s hands and DDT cannot afford to ever let that happen again. However now he has to defend the title against six opponents and it won’t be in a Battle Royal. It is going to be a Handicap Match instead! The only hope he has is if the opposing team cannot get along and end up falling apart because of it. That could happen if Minoru Suzuki is in a particularly sour mood that day. Sanshiro Takagi does not often inspire a lot of loyalty among his wrestlers either, as a teammate or a boss.

A growing tag team between Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki that is built out of respect and admiration could soon see them get rewarded for their efforts. If they can beat Chris Brookes & HARASHIMA then they will become the No. 1 Contenders for the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Otherwise it will be the FANTÔMES DRAMATIC pair who will get the next shot.

The good news for Evil Uno is this appearance on a DDT show in Korakuen Hall cannot be as humiliating for him as the first one. The bad news is he will likely end up with more bruises because The Apex will be his opponents.

10. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Arai

Close-up images of the new Princess Championship belts have been revealed by Tokyo Joshi Pro. They will be on display at Sunday’s TJPW show but will not be given out to the champions until the Sumo Hall show.

In an unfortunate turn of events, TNA have told Tokyo Joshi Pro that Lei Ying Lee is unable to take part at their Sumo Hall show and her scheduled trip to Japan has been cancelled. Despite having the booking placed well in advance, TJPW were unable to convince TNA to change their decision. Instead, TNA provided TJPW with a statement that claims neither TJPW nor Lee are to blame over the situation. As best as I can tell, TNA have their “SACRIFICE” special as well as a TV taping happening in New Orleans during the same weekend as “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”. So if Lee is needed for the TV taping on the Saturday then she definitely can’t make it to Tokyo in time for TJPW on the Sunday. The time difference probably makes it too difficult for her to start travelling on the Friday night too. Plus there’s also the general travel risks from going in and out of America that’s currently happening right now that could be playing a part in this situation.

TJPW were quick to announce Lee’s replacement after they put that news out. They put out an offer to Marvelous to secure the TJPW debut of Takumi Iroha! She will be teaming up with Sareee which means their tag team Spark Rush is coming to TJPW! Miyu Yamashita was already excited to fight Sareee again but now she is salivating over the chance to fight Iroha too. Arisu Endo doesn’t want to be left out of the action and says she will shine the brightest out of anyone in the match!

The recent Iron Man Title changes have an effect on this card too. Rika Tatsumi is no longer the champion but she is still in the match. The deal with this Battle Royal is whoever holds the Iron Man Title must take part in the match, which means the DDT GM Hisaya Imabayashi could potentially defend the belt in Sumo Hall on a TJPW show! He never gets to beat Tetsuya Koda in the ring but a moral victory like this would be huge in their professional rivalry.

Another thing with the Battle Royal is TJPW have asked fans not to throw streamers for the entrances due to the nature of the match. However Minimo-chan has made requests for streamers from the fans to celebrate the mascot’s debut wrestling match. After a couple of discussions, TJPW decided that Minimo-chan will enter the match first and will be the only participant allowed to get streamers during the entrance.

Oh, and I almost forgot. Remember how Koda was told to go find a big star for the show but couldn’t do it? Well luck sort of fell on his lap. He accompanied Shion Kanzaki for her day of street performances in Shinjuku to promote the show. All of a sudden Koda was ambushed by the Sumire Uesaka, a voice actress and singer who once performed a solo concert at Sumo Hall ten years ago! She was armed with a saber and assaulted Koda with it in a way that reminded Tokyo Sports of Tiger Jeet Singh attacking Antonio Inoki in the same city back in 1973! Uehara appeared to be in a rage because she once held the Iron Man Title for a brief time last year and wants to be part of the Battle Royal to win it back! After Kanzaki stopped the incident and Uehara calmed down, she explained to Tokyo Sports that she was meant to grab her umbrella as she was leaving her home but grabbed the mysterious saber instead. She felt a sudden urge of fighting spirit overcome her but does not remember anything that happened after that.

6. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Takeshi Masada, Yuya Koroku & Daichi Sato defeated Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) when Masada pinned Takechi with the Masada No Chikara KOBU Mukimuki (18:25).
*Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi fail in V3. paleyouth become the 60th KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions!

The new generation is on a roll, paleyouth have already become champions and they’ve done it at Kaisei Takechi’s expense! Takechi & The 37KAMIINA almost wiped out the challengers completely with a triple Topé Con Hilo. They then targeted Takeshi Masada by having Takechi & To-y Double Choke Slam him followed by Yuki Ueno landing the Frog Splash. However Yuya Koroku went ahead and took out Ueno & To-y, then Daichi Sato helped Masada bring down Takechi. Masada then got to beat Takechi for the first time by giving him the Masada No Chikara KOBU Mukimuki to win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles!

After the match, Masada praised Takechi for growing so much and said whenever they fight each other they click so well. When the former champions made their exit, paleyouth quickly found out who their first challengers were going to be. Harimao walked out and Naomi Yoshimura said he, Ryota Nakatsu & Yuki Ishida wanted a title shot. Masada called Harimao a perfect match for paleyouth and he accepts the challenge for 22nd March at DDT’s 28th Anniversary show. Backstage Masada was happy with the recent turn of events. paleyouth was only made official a few days ago and they already won a championship and he got to avenge his previous losses to Takechi too. Meanwhile Takechi said he was frustrated over losing a second match in a row and he actually feels a little insulted by Masada’s praise for him. Ueno reminded him of his goal to wrestle in King Of DDT and also at Sumo Hall later this year. He is sure Takechi will get there.

Any hopes that Danshoku Dieno & Super Sasadango Machine had of CyberAgent exploiting their likenesses for trading cards and gacha games have gone out the window after the pair failed to win the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Instead it is Strange Love Connection that are currently in the better position to become the faces of DDT. KANON in particular got the brunt of the lewd attacks from the followers yet he figured out how to turn the tide against them. He pulled down his own costume to fight in his underwear and resist Dieno’s Raw Danshoku Claw before taking him down with the Lariat for the victory. KANON told everyone afterwards he has exposed everything about himself and has nothing left to show because he wants to become the new icon of DDT. Today he has beaten two DDT icons so now he must beat the biggest icon Ueno to become the new KO-D Openweight Champion!

The return of the Yamada Suisan pro wrestlers sets up DDT’s annual sponsored matches with the seafood company for this year. Shishamo Power & Unagi Mask teamed up with Gota Ihashi to win their match then had an announcement to make afterward. Ihashi works for the Tsukiji branch of Yamada Suisan and he met a woman there who wants to become a pro wrestler. A masked woman named Unagi Mask Woman entered the ring and did the splits to pose for everyone. However her big moment was interrupted by Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda attacking Ihashi until Super Unagi Mask came to the rescue. Honda challanged the seafood wrestlers to a match and told them that Aja Kong will be teaming with FANTÔMES DRAMATIC! The president of Yamada Suisan then had a shocking confession to make. The three masked wrestlers are all siblings who were seperated at birth! The “Unagi Brothers” must now join forces to face Kong & FANTÔMES DRAMATIC on 19th April. Ihashi complained about being left out so he was offered a chance to team with Shishamo Power on the same show.

After spending such a long time away from DDT, the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title has come back home. At least for now. Antonio Honda caused a scene after the Tokyo Joshi Pro dark match by attacking everyone with Gongitsune and winning the belt off of Rika Tatsumi. Then later in the show Honda was told by Hisaya Imabayashi that he will face YOH on 15th April. Honda said he will look forward to defending the Iron Man Title against him but then he was suddenly blindsided by Imabayashi! The GM knocked out Honda with the title and pinned him to become the champion, explaining afterward that he cannot risk losing a DDT championship to a New Japan wrestler. Imabayashi was then approached by Akito at the end of the show because a special match was being booked for 22nd March. Imabayashi must defend the title in a 1 Vs 6 Handicap Match and one of his opponents will be Minoru Suzuki! Imabayashi complained especially since Akito was making decisions involving the DDT GM without being a GM himself. Akito told him that company directors are above company general managers. Sanshiro Takagi then tried to ambush Imabayashi to win the title but Akito broke the pin and allowed Imabayashi to escape with the belt.

The Iron Man Title changes today created a bit of a problem for the upcoming schedule. The belt is meant to be on the line in a Battle Royal at TJPW’s Sumo Hall show at the end of the month. It turns out that is still going to happen, which means if Imabayashi somehow survives the DDT Anniversary show still as champion he will then get to defend the belt at Sumo Hall on a TJPW show! When Imabayashi learned about that scenario being possible, he became motivated to hold onto the title as best as he can until 29th March.

A No. 1 Contenders match for the KO-D Tag Titles was later announced for 22nd March. Chris Brookes & HARASHIMA will face Shinya Aoki & Junta Miyawaki. The winners will face MAO & KANON for the tag titles on 5th April.

A new championship has been created exclusively for a series of sponsored shows DDT will run in conjunction with the Matsui Outlet Park later this year. The first MOP Tag Team Champions will be crowned on 28th March. After that there are two other DDT x MOP shows scheduled for April where presumably a title defence or two can take place there.
