The stipulation for the next DDT Extreme Title match was decided over a bizarre online game of Rock Paper Scissors. To-y and Yasu Urano had to post videos of their choices at the same time but they kept ending in ties until Urano finally got the win. He came up with rules that every two minutes a different move will be revealed and the wrestlers need to win the match using that move. The moves will be selected by fan suggestions on Twitter. Countouts and disqualifications still apply and if the match ends in a draw, Urano will officially become the Extreme Champion.

The lottery for the singles matches were held this week with Marika Tani drawing all of the names under Rise Shirai’s supervision. The first nine names were all drawn on one side of the card and the remaining nine were picked to be their opponents. Some of the big pairings to look forward to include Mizuki Vs Rika Tatsumi and Miyu Yamashita Vs Yuki Arai. All of the singles matches on the show will have a 7 minute time limit.

3. Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul & Demus defeated Kazusada Higuchi, Chris Brookes & Daichi Sato when Paul pinned Sato with the Reverse Splash (12:45).
4. Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya defeated Jun Akiyama & Yuya Koroku when Iino pinned Koroku with the Spear (11:30).
5. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Akito defeated Takeshi Masada & Yuki Ishida when Akito submitted Ishida with the Figure 4 Leg Lock (17:01).
6. Special Tag Match: MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) defeated HARASHIMA & Kazuma Sumi when MAO pinned Sumi with a Running Palm Strike (18:29).

It’s a good thing this show happened in MAO’s neck of the woods because he might be the only DDT wrestler to get away with the property damage that was done in the main event. As the ambassador for Osaki City in Miyagi, he did a Springboard Moonsault to the outside and clipped his foot off of the sprinkler system hanging above the ring, causing it to open up a leak onto the floor below. KANON did his best to cup his hands together and collect the dripping water while MAO went on to pin Kazuma Sumi to give Strange Love Connection the victory. MAO wanted everyone to forget about the accident he just caused he told the fans he wants DDT to run even bigger venues in the area like the Sendai Sun Plaza while they go on their journey towards the Tokyo Dome. Also during the main event HARASHIMA paid tribute to the now retired John Cena by doing the “You Can’t See Me” pose to MAO.

Perhaps he is feeling the pressure or maybe he was recently humbled but Takeshi Masada kept a calm posture while fighting Yuki Ueno. He didn’t fall for any of Ueno’s attempts to provoke him. Instead it was Yuki Ishida who became fired up by Ueno’s actions during the match. Ishida ended up tapping out to Akito and afterwards complained to Ishida about him being so passive today. He admits it is just sour grapes though and he reminded Masada he has the confidence needed to fight Ueno for the KO-D Openweight Title. Out of everyone in D GENERATIONS, Ishida believes Masada is the closest to winning the belt right now so he should be fighting with his heart from here on out. Masada understood and then called out Ueno, telling him he will go back to being himself for their title match. Ueno said he is looking forward to it but told Masada he needs to bring it on.

Danshoku Dieno noticed how upset To-y has been ever since Yasu Urano stole the DDT Extreme Title belt away from him. To cheer him up, Dieno went over to the ring announced Task Ono and stripped his belt from his trousers. Dieno then held up the belt and said the 3 Way Match was now for the brand new (yet unofficial) Open The Dream Messe Championship! Dieno then attacked the other wrestlers with the belt, encouraging To-y to take Yukinori Matsui’s belt to use as a weapon while Kazuki Hirata went into the audience asking for their belts to borrow. To-y ended up winning the match and becoming the inaugural “champion”. He declared when he beats Urano to get the Extreme Title belt back he will unify it with all of the belts that were collected today in order to become a Six Crown Champion!

Hideki Okatani missed the show because of illness. MJ Paul replaced him in Match #3 and even scored the winning fall for his team.

The KO-D Openweight Title match is being sponsored by an electrical company named AXSEED. The company already utilizes Super Sasadango Machine as a spokesman for one of their security products so maybe this was set up back when he had a chance to become the champion. After a four month hiatus to focus on his education, Yuni returns to DDT on 21st December. He passed his college entry exams and has been accepted into Sophia University in Tokyo. For Yuni’s return he has been added to the dark match just to help him get his feet wet again.

Some thievery as led to a confusing situation over the DDT Extreme Title. Earlier in the week Yasu Urano stole the title belt from To-y and then beat him in an unofficial match to declare himself the new champion. However the match and “title change” was not sanctioned by DDT so To-y remains the champion. The problem is To-y isn’t feeling like a champion right now because that loss to Urano still feels real to him. It doesn’t helpt that Urano is acting like the champ too and is willing to “defend” the belt against To-y, advising him to forget everything that has happened up to now and to take on a challenger’s mindset. For clarification, To-y is still the champ and if he wins here it will be the 6th successful defence of his reign (even though he wonders if his number of defences has been reset).

DDT is giving everyone the early Christmas treat of Minoru Suzuki fighting Jun Akiyama in a tag match.

Christmas Eve is the date for these two masked men to settle their differences one on one.

Two guest wrestlers have been added to the show. It looks like Akira Shoji will stick around in Ganbare☆Pro for more than just one match. He’ll be at Korakuen Hall to test out Shuichiro Katsumura’s grappling skills. Also the GanPro Vs FREEDOMS rivarly is relaxed for the holidays, allowing Jun Kasai take part in an 8-Man Tag match filled with GanPro associated wrestlers on both teams.

Three returning guests have been announced for the show so far. They are Yuka Sakazaki, Sareee and Lei Ying Lee. At the moment Lee is the TNA Knockouts World Champion and is being promoted as such by Tokyo Joshi Pro. The title has been defended in TJPW once before in Las Vegas earlier this year so maybe Japan can be where it gets defended in the company for a second time.

3. The Apex Vs DAMNATION T.A!: Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya defeated Hideki Okatani & Demus when Naya pinned Demus with The World’s Best Back Drop (9:55).
4. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul & Ilusion defeated HARASHIMA, Akito & Kumadori when Ilusion pinned Kumadori with the Swanton Bomb (11:14).

7. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & To-y defeated Takeshi Masada & Yasu Urano by Referee Stoppage when Ueno used the Blackout Sleeper on Masada (22:07).

A decisive victory for Yuki Ueno over Takeshi Masada results in a growing cloud that is hovering over Masada’s KO-D Openweight Title shot. He is already fighting to prove he is a deserving challenger after winning a Rock Paper Scissors tournament to earn the shot. Also the promos he is currently cutting to convince everyone he can win are not convincing Ueno. So when Ueno choked out Masada with the Blackout Sleeper in the main event, Masada tried to start another fight after being revived only to be held back by the others. Ueno was happy to see him showing some spirit but told him that being the champion means more than just wearing the title belt around your waist and defending it in matches. The champion needs to carry everything in the company on their shoulders, including the fans and the opponents. It will be up to Masada to fight Ueno using his own style of wrestling and nothing else. Masada said in that brief moment he was unconscious, he had a dream where he was wearing the KO-D Title. He promised to win the title with all of his might for everyone who supports him.

The main event also had a situation take place over the DDT Extreme Title. After the match Yasu Urano offered to wrap the belt around To-y’s waist in a show of good sportsmanship but he then pulled the belt off him and ran off with it! Urano then approached Akito at the very end of the show to tell him he is the new champion. To-y came back out complaining that Urano stole the belt so Akito decided there will be a title match between To-y and Urano on 21st December. However Urano asked the fans if there is a better time for him to “defend” the title. The fans shouted to do it now so Urano told Yukinori Matsui to come in and start the match! Urano quickly won with a Backslide Pin but Akito told him it was not an unofficial title bout and you cannot win the Extreme Title the same way you would the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. He told Urano to hand the belt back to To-y and they will have the official title match on the 21st. However To-y was confused because he just “lost” a match and he now feels like a challenger instead of the champion. Urano decided to keep the belt for himself as the unofficial champion, then told To-y to forget everything that happened up to now and change his attitude into that of a challenger.

Unlike Masada and To-y, the F-SWAG tag team are overly confident that they will win the KO-D Tag Team Titles from Strange Love Connection in one shot. They have friends who work in DDT, some of whom are currently injured and others who are wrestling abroad. They would love nothing more than to defend the tag belts against them in the future. Jun Masaoka believes DDT will be more fun if F-SWAG become the champs while Gaia Hox has been waiting so long to be a part of DDT. F-SWAG came off looking better than the champs in today’s 6-Man Tag Match and shot another warning that they aren’t just here to have fun. However MAO thinks he and KANON are both bigger and faster than their opponents so the physical difference between the two teams will be the deciding factor on 21st December.

The cancelled Kumadori Vs Ilusion singles match is back on the menu, boys! During Match #4 Ilusion gave Kumadori several kinds of low blows on the way to pinning him with the Swanton Bomb. Then afterwards he got on the microphone to demand a singles match against him on Christmas Eve! He dared Kumadori to stand before him without using lame excuses like injuries or illnesses. Kumadori said he will beat Ilusion to a pulp when he finally gets his hands on him one on one.

A new song from NωA Jr. called “Fukanzen NEXT” will be released on 21st December. It was also announced that the band P-manjiken will be performing at their concert on 23rd December. That is the band that made Shunma Katsumata’s entrance song.

Where are all of these championships coming from? The Wrestle Brain Jr. Heavyweight Title has been around the obscure corners of the indies for over 20 years, originating from a long defunct company called Pro Wrestling Nightmare. It is currently held by Masato Kamino after he won it from Yuki Kanzaki. The YJF Cruiserweight Title belongs to Gokigen Pro Wrestling, the replacement for YMZ that hasn’t actually had its proper launch yet. Ayumu Honda is currently the holder of that championship.

There is one more match to be booked for the show. Which means there is still time to find another very obscure championship to put on the line.

The young wrestlers of Ganbare☆Pro want to get those opportunities instead of their seniors so an all or nothing 6-Man Tag Match will sort this issue out.

Akira Shoji? The Pride FC fighter? I don’t think he has wrestled since HUSTLE was around. Oh no, wait, he was in SMASH a bunch for its early shows. It’s all coming back to me now.

The women’s tag match is going to mix Ganbare☆Joshi with Tokyo Joshi Pro a little bit. Yuna Manase & Toga get to team up as Hot Shot again while YuuRI joins forces with Chika Nanase for the first time.

It’s just the KO-D Openweight Title on the line for Yuki Ueno’s last title match of the year. He put all of D GENERATIONS into a Rock Paper Scissors tournament to determine the No. 1 Contender and Takeshi Masada came out on top. His fighting words to build up the title match didn’t impress the champion though. Ueno wants to hear something from Masada that will make him want to fight him.

An outsider team is just what Strange Love Connection are looking for when it comes to their next KO-D Tag Team Titles defence. F-SWAG has come to DDT looking for gold an quickly set their sights on the tag belts. Jun Masaoka & Gaia Hox can be a handful together but MAO thinks it will do KANON a lot of good to start fighting wrestlers from outside of DDT.

More big opportunities are coming Kaisei Takechi’s way. He has a trip to the Tokyo Dome booked for 4th January so Sanshiro Takagi is giving him a New Japan flavored appetizer in the form of Yuji Nagata. Takechi will have HARASHIMA backing him up because HARASHIMA doesn’t want to miss out on the fun.

Should the GanPro veterans get past their pesky juniors, they will have championship matches to look forward to at the end of the year. Keisuke Ishii believes he is the one fated to win the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title from Masaaki Mochizuki in a battle between the Kneel Kick against the Saikyou High Kick.

Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga have become GanPro’s latest hope to take the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles from the BASARA team. They have wrestled in the same matches so frequently this year that they feel like they are already an established tag team in GanPro. That’s why they went and given themselves a tag team name called Touchable. That isn’t making Ryota Nakatsu or Takumi Tsukamoto shaking in their boots though.

DDT “NEW YEAR☆DRAMATIC PARADE 2026 ~THE ANSWER WILL BE REVEALED ONE YEAR LATER~”, 03/01/2026

1. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) Vs MAO, KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) & Kazuma Sumi

One day before Takechi (and possibly a few others) go to the Tokyo Dome, he has his first title defence with The 37KAMIINA to get through. Ueno, To-y & Takechi have to get past the trio of SLC & Kazuma Sumi if Takechi wants to enter the Dome with the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles still belonging to his team.

2026 will begin with a DDT wrestler taking time off for injury. Soma Takao will be out of action from January in order to get treated for a lingering left knee injury. He doesn’t know how long the break will last but the only thing he is certain of is you will find him working at the Dropkick Bar.

It’s familiar territory for Yuki Aino as she finds herself back to being a tag wrestler but she’s happy to hear that Haru Kazashiro wants to team with her. YukiHaru are wasting no time and have quickly made the Princess Tag Team Titles their target.

The guests announced for the show so far are Aja Kong, Yuka Sakazaki, J-Rod and Max The Impaler.
