4. Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie defeated HARASHIMA, Soma Takao & Antonio Honda when Paulie pinned Honda with the Paulie Buster (14:15).
5. Oyama NωA Festa! Single 3rd Bout ~Purple Volume~ P Playful Series: Danshoku Dino defeated MAO with the Danshoku Driver (10:36).
6. Konosuke Takeshita, Akito & Diego defeated KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Kouki Iwasaki when Takeshita pinned Iwasaki with a Lariat (17:12).

Each NωA member had a different motivation for their match today. Shunma Katsumata wanted to beat Daiki Shimomura one on one to prepare for their upcoming tag team match in DNA later this week. Katsumata won with a Thrust Kick, Buzzsaw Kick and the Swan Dive X Factor. Next, Makoto Oishi had never lost to Masahiro Takanashi in a singles match. He also prepared a secret weapon ready, the Headlock! Unfortunately, Takanashi had a secret weapon of his own and it was the Hammerlock. After a back and forth battle between the two moves, Takanashi countered a Headlock into a Cradle to get the three count. Lastly, MAO was sacrificing himself so he could turn Oyama back to normal after Danshoku Dino turned it into a Gay Town the last time he was here. In return, Dino demanded that if he won the match he would get MAO’s underwear. MAO would have won when he hit the Screw Kick but Daisuke Kiso was already knocked down by an accidental Lip Lock. When MAO revived him, Dino gave MAO the Lip Lock and Danshoku Driver to win. Both Oishi and Katsumata offered to give their underwear to Dino instead. Dino was touched by their passion to protect MAO and he revealed that today’s series of matches were meant to test NωA’s loyalty to each other. Their underwear would be saved.

The ALL OUT and Shuten-dōji wrestlers got into a fight after the main event. When they were pulled apart, Konosuke Takeshita reminded Shuten-dōji that they have a KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles defence against them in Yokohama next week. So enjoy your drinks now because they won’t have a chance to have any toasts in Yokohama! Diego called himself a Chilean who wants their belts. Akito said he wants to win the titles for Diego so he can become a champion.

Daisuke Sasaki threw a chair at Antonio Honda to break up his Octopus Hold on Mad Paulie. Then during the brawl Paulie pinned Honda with the Paulie Buster. Sasaki tried to attack HARASHIMA with the chair after the match but HARASHIMA stopped him with a High Kick. When asked if he had gone to the bank today to take out all of Ken Ohka’s money, Sasaki admitted he overslept, woke up at 5pm and had no time to go there.

Neither Kazuki Hirata or Kazusada Higuchi made their expected entrances for Match #2. When Hirata’s music played, Higuchi walked out carrying an unconscious Hirata! Higuchi told everyone he got so sick of hearing Hirata’s dance practice before the show that he did something to stop it. Toru Owashi was angry at what Higuchi did, not just because Hirata is his friend but also because he now had to fight a Handicap Match againsy Higuchi & Keisuke Ishii. Luckily, Owashi accidentally struck Hirata during the fight and it woke him up so the tag match went ahead as planned.

This Is The Real Final Settlement!: Makoto Oishi, Shunma Katsumata & MAO (w/ Kayoko Takagi) defeated Sanshiro Takagi, Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata when Oishi pinned Hirata after a Moonsault from Kayoko Takagi (8:23).
5. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Daisuke Sasaki (c) defeated Shuichiro Katsumura with the Crossover Facelock (14:59).
*V1 for Daisuke Sasaki.
6. Danshoku Dino & Keisuke Ishii defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Akito when Dino pinned Takeshita with the Gaydo Clutch (12:40).

Danshoku Dino grabbed on to the referee to block Konosuke Takeshita from doing the German Suplex. With the ref pulled aside, Dino gave Takeshita a Low Blow then put him in the Gaydo Clutch for the three count. Dino grabbed the ropes during the clutch to get extra leverage on the pin and wasn’t caught. Dino warned Takeshita that he is stronger than Takeshita thinks. Takeshita is younger but Dino has more confidence. Dino’s greatest strength is he always believes in himself. No matter what people tell him, they can never shake his core. As the producer, Dino’s goal is to make anything happen in DDT and one example is a chubby 40 year old like himself beating the young and strong KO-D Openweight Champion at Korakuen Hall on 22nd October. Dino has the seven coloured Gaydo Clutch in his arsenal, one for each colour of the rainbow. Takeshita learned one of the colours today, Dino looks forward to showing him the other six later this month.

Poor Daisuke Kiso took a few lumps in the Independent World Jr. Title match and he was just the referee! He took a kick from Shuichiro Katsumura by mistake then while he was down Daisuke Sasaki picked him up and dropped him with a Michinoku Driver for no reason. Sasaki hit Katsumura with a Spear and went for the pin but there was no count until Yukinori Matsui ran into the ring. Katsumura kicked out and put Sasaki into a Cross Armbreaker but Sasaki eventually countered it into the Crossover Facelock to make him submit. Sasaki told Katsumura afterwards that this is pro wresting. It has nothing to do with amateurs so he should study the sport more before he ever challenges him again. Sasaki demanded Ken Ohka to hand over his bank seal. Both Yumehito Imanari and Shinichiro Tominaga tried to attack Sasaki but he easily knocked both of them out. Ohka cried when he handed over his bank seal. Sasaki now has full control over all of Ohka’s savings and bank accounts! When Tominaga recovered he challenged Sasaki to a title match but that decision will not be made until after Sasaki’s next defence in K-DOJO on 15th October. Sasaki said if he loses the title there then Tominaga will still have to fight him. According to Sasaki, fighting him is more important than the championship. But even then it might not happen. Sasaki is so satisfied with the money and accomplishments he recently “earned” that he may retire from wrestling altogether. All he has to do is go to the bank tomorrow and cash out. He lost interest in that idea when he learned the bank doesn’t open until 3pm.

At the start of the show, Producer Dino was asked about who he picked to be the NωA’s ringside assistant for their match against T2Hide. He kept it a secret, only sharing that it involved Sanshiro Takagi lives near Seijo and this person was chosen to solve some family problems. When the match took place Makoto Oishi introduced the mystery person. It was Kayako Takagi, Sanshiro’s wife! Toru Owashi tried to calm the situation down by encouraging Kazuki Hirata to do his entrance but the match began. Hirata convinced Sanshiro to wear the HIRATA GO! glasses with him but Kayako wore a pair of her own to turn the duel into a stalemate. Shunma Katsumata & MAO got in the ring and knocked down T2Hide with Dropkicks. They placed Sanshiro on top of Hirata and Kayako Moonsaulted onto both of them. Everyone else then piled up on top of them to pin Hirata. Sanshiro tried to reconcile with Kayako after the match but she slapped him and left. Sanshiro told everyone in the audience he has a scary wife and he promises to make it up to her tomorrow.

Masahiro Takanashi used HARASHIMA’s own weapon against him. He goaded HARASHIMA into throwing a High Kick but ducked, leading HARASHIMA to kick his partner Kouki Iwasaki in the head by mistake. Takanashi then rolled Iwasaki into a pin with the Bacchus. HARASHIMA complimented Takanashi in an interview backstage. HARASHIMA said that although he himself was in an unfamiliar tag team with Iwasaki today, it was Takanashi’s skills and bond with KUDO that won the match for Shuten-dōji. Both KUDO & Takanashi commented that they want to see Naomichi Marufuji get kicked in the head in their KO-D Tag Team Title Match. KUDO wants to kick Marufuji while Takanashi wants to pull off the same trick he did with HARASHIMA today.

6. Takashigani Is The World’s Largest Crustacean! Numazu Special Tag Match: Danshoku Dino & Keisuke Ishii defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Diego when Dino pinned Diego with the Danshoku Driver (14:42).

Some early mind games are being played by Danshoku Dino against Konosuke Takeshita. The two squared off to start the main event but Dino paused to tell the Numazu fans that he will win the KO-D Openweight Title for them. He then immediately tagged in Keisuke Ishii. Takeshita was later taken out of the match when Ishii Dropkicked him into Dino’s Hell Gate. Diego tried to fight back on his own but was beaten with the Danshoku Driver. After the match Dino said when he saw Takeshita in the ring, he felt courage. Maybe Dino was lying, maybe he was telling the truth. Dino said he will use the attitude of DDT to become champion and raise his middle finger to the world while doing it. This is DDT and he is DDT’s best!

A mistaken collision between HARASHIMA and Soma Takao cost them their match against DAMNATION. HARASHIMA gave Daisuke Sasaki the Reverse Hurricanrana and charged in for the Somato but Takao was hit instead. Mad Paulie then got rid of HARASHIMA and Sasaki trapped Takao in the Cross Facelock for the victory. Despite the defeat, HARASHIMA is confident he can fight Sasaki in any match he can think of. Sasaki is busy thinking of a stipulation where he will have the advantage.

Akito tried to steal the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles after Match #4 but Shuten-dōji caught him.

T2Hide were happy to provide NωA with a warm up match to prepare them for their GHC Jr. Tag Title bout in NOAH tomorrow. Kazuki Hirata compared himself to YO-HEY and Sanshiro Takagi to HAYATA. Takagi protested and said he was more like Tsuyoshi Kikuchi. Shunma Katsumata & MAO won the match by giving Hirata a two man Miracle Ecstasy. They then asked the fans for their support in tomorrow’s title match.

Dino Vs Konosuke Takeshita is a match eleven years in the making. Dino kissed a young Takeshita in the crowd during his entrance at a show in Osaka eleven years ago. It was the first DDT show Takeshita ever went to and he credits it as a big turning point in his life. As the runner up, HARASHIMA was given 300,000 yen and a title match for any of the other championships in DDT. HARASHIMA chose the DDT Extreme Title so he will face Daisuke Sasaki for the belt on 22/10. Tetsuya Endo is annoyed that there is no cash prize for 3rd place. *V6 for Daisuke Sasaki. V8 for Konosuke Takeshita. Ken Ohka fails in V4. Daisuke Sasaki becomes the 25th Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Champion! Daisuke Sasaki wins Ken Ohka’s 714,146 yen!

Three champions entered the main event. One would leave with two titles, one would leave without a belt and the odd one out would be doing alright actually. Konosuke Takeshita and Daisuke Sasaki already have a lot of history with each other over the KO-D Openweight Title. The wild card was Ken Ohka. Not only was he defending the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title but earlier in the week Sasaki stole his bank account details! Sasaki did it because he thinks his own DDT Extreme Title is more valuable so he’d rather win Ohka’s money instead of the Indy Jr. Title. So now Ohka was fighting for both his championship and his money. This was confirmed when Hisaya Imabayashi took in Ohka’s savings book along with the three title belts during the ring introductions. Alliances were made and broken all throughout the match. Takeshita had Sasaki set up for the finish when he went into position for a Power Bomb but Ohka cut him off with the Fire Spear. Ohka then rallied the crowd and waited for Sasaki to get up for the Fire Spear. It all went wrong and Sasaki countered the Spear into the Cross Facelock. Ohka pulled himself over to the ropes but Sasaki rolled him back into the middle of the ring. Ohka tapped out before Takeshita could break the hold. As a result, Sasaki is still the DDT Extreme Champion and is now the new Independent Jr. Champion! Oh, and he now also claims all 714,146 yen of Ken Ohka’s money!

Sasaki was then informed he will have to defend the Indy Jr. Title against Shiori Asahi in K-DOJO for their 15th October show in Korakuen Hall. Takeshita is still the KO-D Champion and the result counts as a successful title defence for him. His next defence will be on 22nd October at Korakuen against the Dramatic General Election winner or if he wins the election, an opponent of his choice. Sadly for Ohka, he leaves with nothing. Sasaki told Takeshita that their grudge hasn’t been settled yet. If the fans want to see that happen, vote for Sasaki! He was told to stop campaigning inside the ring because it is against the rules. Sasaki leaned away from his comments and said of course he doesn’t know when they will fight each other again. Sasaki ended the show with a message to everyone watching whether it was on AbemaTV, Samurai! TV, DDT UNIVERSE, in Japan and around the world. He is “Charisma” Daisuke Sasaki! You only have to remember his name. Mother Earth and the DDT ring will turn to the centre of DAMNATION!

One of the longest relationships in DDT’s 20 year history was revisited when HARASHIMA faced KUDO. They have been both tag partners and enemies throughout their careers. Plenty of kicks and Diving Knee Drops were on offer. HARASHIMA’s Somato was countered with KUDO using his own Double Knee Kick. KUDO went for the Diving Double Knee Drop aiming for the back of HARASHIMA’s head but HARASHIMA rolled out of the way. HARASHIMA climbed the ropes but KUDO kicked him off and left him to dangle upside down by his legs. KUDO then hit the Diving Double Knee Drop to the outside. HARASHIMA fought back as much as he could but couldn’t outkick KUDO. He finally fell down to a Buzzsaw Kick and was pinned with the Diving Double Knee Drop. In his post-match interview KUDO said he was greatful for HARASHIMA’s “special existence” because their matches inspire him. KUDO was also happy because his family was in the audience today and they got to see him wrestle. HARASHIMA was disappointed he lost but hopes his rivalry with KUDO will continue for another 21 or 22 years. He does not want his rivalry to end with a loss.

Entire homes were supposedly on the line for the Danshoku Dino Vs Super Sasadango Machine bout. It was a Loser Leaves House match where whoever lost would be forced to move out of their current home. Sasadango was accompanied by Muscle Sakai but Sakai quickly moved over to a laptop so he could show off a PowerPoint Presentation titled “Consideration On Traceability Of Masked Wrestlers In The Professional Wrestling Industry”. Sakai has been busy away from wrestling, balancing careers in both film making and the molding industry. He is so busy that it leaves him feeling sluggish. One of the problems relating to this is he lives a double life as Super Sasadango Machine. Sakai’s solution was to sell all rights of the Super Sasadango Machine gimmick to a company called CyberAdango to form a subsidiary called M&A.

The subsidiary will rent out the Sasadango gimmick to other wrestlers, which explains how Sakai and Sasadango could be seen together recently. Sakai then revealed that the massive rookie Yuki Ino is renting the Sasadango gimmick and is the person currently under the mask. Also part of the deal allows Sakai and Sasadango to still be recognised as one person so they will be fighting Dino two on one even though it is still officially a singles match. Finally, Sakai said his plan for the match was to poke Dino in the eyes and blind him with the Iron Claw. Sakai then put on his Sasadango gear and entered the match. His plan worked perfectly during the match until Ino pulled off his own Sasadango mask and tights to reveal Danshoku tights underneath! Ino gave Sakai the Lip Lock then threw him into Dino for the Danshoku Driver. The referee raised both Dino and Ino’s hands in victory even though Ino looked embarrased. Sakai was furious at Ino for betraying him. Ino admitted he switched sides when Dino gave him the Lip Lock during the match. In the post-match interview both Dino and Sakai ignored questions about if the match stipulation would be upheld.

Some miscommunication between Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie cost them their match against Soma Takao & Yasu Urano. Paulie’s Corner Splash to Takao missed and instead squashed Endo by mistake. Paulie was so concerned over Endo that he couldn’t fight out of Takao’s La Magistral Cradle and was pinned.

Ryuichi Sekine wanted to get his hands on Saki Akai but wound up getting blocked. Meanwhile Yukio Sakaguchi and Rocky Kawamura had a strike duel that ended in a stalemate when Sakaguchi’s High Kick met with Kawamura’s Straight Mix Punch. Akai hit a Diving Cross Body on Kawamura but he used the momentum to roll backwards on top of her for the pin.

Yuu spent the early part of the show being chased by other wrestlers who wanted the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. She found a room to hide in, ate some katsudon with chopsticks and took a nap afterwards. Yukinori Matsui entered the room and saw the chopstick were on top of Yuu’s chest. 1…2…3! The Disposable Chopsticks were now the champion! Royce Isaacs suddenly appeared and snapped the chopsticks in half with his Miracle Ass. Now he is the champion. Isaacs then went out to the ring to defend the belt in a Battle Royal. Sanshiro Takagi entered the match still wearing his suit from the earlier announcement at the start of the show. Matsuno Collection A.T. took part in the match instead of Gorgeous Matsuno. Antonio Honda distracted Isaacs with a story about “Gon, The Little Fox” mixed in with Lupin III called “Lupine III”. The trick worked, Honda poked Isaacs’s in the eyes and pinned him with a School Boy to win the title. Yoshihiko then pinned Honda to become champion. Kazuki Hirata grabbed Yoshihiko and used it to hit Yuni with. Hirata then pinned Yoshihiko with a Fire Thunder Driver to win the belt. Hirata went on to eliminate five opponents in quick succession by using his HIRATA GO! glasses to make them dance and drop their guards. Only Yuni was left and the kid pinned Hirata with a Hurricanrana to win the title and the Battle Royal! Yuni celebrated with Makoto Oishi who lifted him up on his shoulder. Oishi then betrayed Yuni and gave him a Backbreaker to win the belt from him! His moment of glory was cut short when Yuu returned. She flipped him over with a throw and dropped him with the Last Ride to regain her title. She was then chased away from ringside by more wrestlers. When Yuu was finally safe and alone, she had an interview and revealed that she does the Last Ride in dedication to the late Super Uchu Power. She was very happy to do it in a DDT Korakuen Hall show. Yuu said she loves the Iron Man Title the most in the world and wonders if there is anybody else who cherishes it as much as she does.

The show kicked off with an NωA musical performance. While they were singing, Yuu appeared with the Iron Man Title and she was chased around the ring by other wrestlers. When she escaped, the match went on as normal and NωA won. Shunma Katsumata & MAO cut off Kouki Iwasaki and focused their attacks on Mizuki Watase. MAO hit Watase with the Screw High Kick and Katsumata got rid of Iwasaki with a Lightning Spiral. Katsumata then pinned Watase with the Firebird Splash.

Diego rolled away from Daiki Shimomura’s Swanton Bomb then hit him with the VHS to win the dark match.

The DDT roster including wrestlers from DNA, BASARA, Tokyo Joshi Pro and Ganbare☆Wrestling gathered in the ring for the announcement of the company becoming a member of CyberAgent group. Sanshiro Takagi was accompanied by the president of CyberAgent, Susumu Fujita. Takagi told everyone he is staying on as the company president and will continue to run DDT as normal. He brought up AbemaTV as a CyberAgent property that is influential among the younger generation. DDT can now use that to their advantage. With this new relationship, Takagi wants DDT to become the No. 1 pro wrestling company in the industry! Susumu admitted he was not a pro wrestling fan but enjoyed watching DDT’s Street Wrestling and Beer Garden shows. He even attended the Beer Garden show hosted by Danshoku Dino and Super Sasadango Machine and came away impressed by DDT’s vision of pro wrestling. He assures all of the fans that he does not want DDT to change at all. He wants to make DDT bigger of course but has faith in Takagi’s leadership to make DDT No. 1 in the future. Takagi then rallied the wrestlers group by group. DDT will make the next step. The DDT wrestlers cheered. DNA will make the next step. The DNA wrestlers cheered. BASARA will make the next step. The BASARA wrestlers cheered. Tokyo Joshi will make the next step. The Joshi wrestlers cheered. Ganpuro will make the next step. Ken Ohka cheered then realised he was the only Ganpuro wrestler in the ring.

Takagi reappeared at the end of the show to remind everyone he will continue to be DDT president and as president he will continue to enrich the pro wrestling world.

The schedule for the first ever D King Grand Prix was revealed. There will be 8 shows featuring tournament matches starting on 5th January in Shinjuku FACE with the final taking place at Korakuen Hall on 28th January.

DDT will be teaming up with Ring☆Dream once more to produce a 3rd wrestling show together on 16th December. Two new characters for the game based on DDT wrestlers will be unveiled at next month’s Korakuen show.

DDT will do two matches at the Tokyo Ramen Show 2017 on 26th October.

3. HARASHIMA defeated Rekka with the Somato (8:02).
4. Danshoku Dino & Royce Isaacs defeated Mizuki Watase & Yuki Ueno when Dino pinned Ueno with the Danshoku Driver (11:35).
5. Ring☆Dream Offer Match: KUDO, Soma Takao & Yoshihiko defeated Keisuke Ishii, Makoto Oishi & Cherry when Yoshihiko pinned Oishi with the Reincarnation (1:22).

The main event was sponsored by the Ring☆Dream online game but there was concern from the game’s producer about his company’s future relationship with DDT after yesterday’s news. Hisaya Imabayashi told him their relationship will not change and they tearfully hugged each other. Cherry wrestled the match dressed in a schoolgirl outfit based on of the game’s characters. She ask the producer if she could be added to the game in the future. He promised she would along with another unnamed wrestler.

The match between HARASHIMA and Rekka turned out to be a game of Fire Pro Wrestling World with both wrestlers using edits of themselves. Danshoku Dino complained to the game’s director about the Airplane Spin not being in the game. Also there aren’t enough varied parts to make for women in the edit mode, like skirts. The game ended in a time limit draw so HARASHIMA and Rekka decided to do a real wrestling bout for their rematch. It was a normal match except for at the start when the wrestlers locked up the same way as in the game. HARASHIMA won the match and requested for Street Wrestling and Campsite Wrestling to be added to the game.

KO-D Tag Team Titles – Factory Pro Wrestling Match: HARASHIMA & Naomichi Marufuji (c) defeated Sanshiro Takagi & Danshoku Dino when Marufuji pinned Dino with the Forklift Shiranui (27:21).
*V1 for HarashiMarufuji.

DDT’s visit to the Miyagi Iron Works began with an appearance by Gota Ihashi. He approached the truck loading platform and positioned himself as if he was making a wish to a shrine. He said he felt nervous like he was having his debut wrestling match all over again. He then entertained the fans with some stories. When he finished, NωA took over and performed a mini concert.

With the pre-show out of the way, it was time for the main attraction. HARASHIMA & Naomichi Marufuji put the KO-D Tag Team Titles on the line against Sanshiro Takagi & Danshoku Dino in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Takagi wanted to square off with Marufuji to start the match. He shook his hand and welcomed him to Factory Pro Wrestling. They exchanged holds and Marufuji quickly discovered how dirty he was going to get just from rolling on the ground.

HARASHIMA and Dino both tagged in and soon the match broke down into a free for all. Marufuji stepped back in to Chop Dino a few times. Takagi grabbed a shovel, scooped up some lime powder and threw it at Marufuji. HARASHIMA did the same to Dino. An angry Marufuji joined in and swung the shovel of powder at the challengers as much as he could. At this point all four wrestlers looked as white as ghosts. The heat from the powder also made them rush around to try and cool down.

Next, Marufuji chased Takagi up a crane to the scaffold. Up there, they tried to push each other off. HARASHIMA followed but his foot slipped on the ladder and he was left hanging upside down by his legs. Dino attacked the defenceless HARASHIMA until Marufuji climbed down to rescue him. Meanwhile the referee Yukinori Matsui was stuck at the top of the crane. His fear of heights got the better of him. Back on the ground, Marufuji tried to get him down by shaking and kicking the crane.

Dino brought Marufuji away from the crane and went to give him the Lip Lock. Marufuji’s attendant Junta Miyawaki stopped him but he was given the Lip Lock instead. Takagi returned to the scene on his Combat Bicycle, hitting HARASHIMA with a Lariat. Marufuji stopped Takagi in his tracks with a kick then robbed the bicycle. Marufuji cycled into Takagi and Dino, striking them down with Horizontal Chops. However he lost control and crashed into Shunma Katsumata and MAO.

Dino grabbed Marufuji and ordered Katsumata and MAO to climb up some nearby vending machines. They did so and both Moonsaulted onto everyone below. Takagi was the first to recover and he grabbed a trash can filled with bottle caps. He emptied the can over HARASHIMA.

Takagi told Marufuji he will taste an attack he had never tasted before over at “The Ark”. This turned out to be a blast from a fire extinguisher. HARASHIMA came to the rescue with his arms covered with traffic cones. He spun around hoping to strike everyone with the cones but Takagi sprayed him with the extinguisher.

The match found its way over to the roadside where Takagi and Marufuji found a truck with Gota Ihashi sitting inside it. Takagi ordered Ihashi to set up a table and a ladder next to the truck. Takagi sprayed Marufuji again and placed him on the table. He climbed up the ladder but in the meantime, Marufuji got off the table and put Ihashi in his place. Takagi didn’t noticed and dove off the ladder, crushing Ihashi through the table instead of Marufuji!

Back inside the factory, Dino found a hose and cleaned the powder off both himself and Takagi. Dino again tried to give Marufuji the Lip Lock, telling him his love from over the years will finally bloom. Marufuji fought him off with Chops. Takagi threw some chairs into a pile next to the truck. He tried to give HARASHIMA a Brainbuster from the truck to the pile but Marufuji stopped him by jamming a chair up his backside. Takagi fell back onto the pile and HARASHIMA dove onto him with the Somato. HARASHIMA went for the pin but Dino cut him off at two. Dino finally caught Marufuji with the Lip Lock but Marufuji kicked out of it.

Dino ordered Makoto Oishi to hold Marufuji while he got in the Hell Gate position on a forklift. The forklift moved up and down, making Dino do the Danshoku Nightmare on Marufuji. HARASHIMA returned with a traffic cone and he jammed it up Dino’s backside as the forklift descended. Marufuji found a road sign nearby. He threw it to Dino and when he caught it, Marufuji smashed the sign into Dino’s face with a Jumping Knee Attack. Marufuji then gave Dino the Shiranui off of the forklift to bring an end to the match. HARASHIMA & Marufuji are still the KO-D Tag Team Champions!

After the match HARASHIMA was full of positivity over Marufuji’s first Street Wrestling match. He called Marufuji a “truly flashing genius” and he couldn’t believe how well he did for his first time doing something like this. Marufuji said he felt a bit sticky but he & HARASHIMA showed everyone how powerful they are together no matter what the situation is. Their celebration was cut short when another forklift drove into the area.

The truck stopped and all of Shuten-dōji were on it. KUDO & Masahiro Takanashi were standing on the platform while Yukio Sakaguchi was in the driver’s seat. Takanashi congratulated the champions on their victory then challenged them to a title match. He said Marufuji’s chops cannot compare to KUDO & Sakaguchi’s kicks. He wants KUDO & Sakaguchi to be the next challengers. Sakaguchi caught Takanashi by surprise by admitting he wasn’t interested in going after the Tag Titles right now. This time, Sakaguchi wants to see Takanashi team with KUDO and go for the titles together. KUDO agreed. A confused Takanashi didn’t know what to do and told Sakaguchi to drive away but he didn’t. HARASHIMA & Marufuji accepted the challenge and agreed to put the titles on the line on 9th October when Marufuji is next available to wrestle for DDT. Marufuji then revealed he had stolen Takanashi’s phone and portable wi-fi device. Takanashi tried to save face by saying he didn’t need them, then finally convinced Sakaguchi to drive away. The champions finished their victory speech to close out the show. They are HarashiMarufuji! They will let the wind blow all over the world! Why? Because they train!

2. 38 Year Old Wrestler Trial 3 Way Match: Mad Paulie defeated Kazusada Higuchi and Makoto Oishi when Paulie pinned Oishi with the Paulie Buster (5:57).
3. KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Masahiro Takanashi defeated Mike Bailey, MAO & Diego when KUDO pinned MAO with the Diving Double Knee Drop (9:51).
4. Legendary Man Jet Resurrected Here! Nagoya Specialty 6-Man Tag Match – Technical Jet Rules: HARASHIMA, Toru Owashi & Shogo Takagi defeated Danshoku Dino, Keisuke Ishii & Antonio Honda when Takagi pinned Honda with the Technical Jet (13:10).
5. From Nagoya World! Special Single Match: Shigehiro Irie defeated Soma Takao with the Beast Bomber (12:23).
6. ALL OUT Vs DAMNATION!: Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Akito when Sasaki pinned Takeshita with the Sasaki Hurricanrana (16:01).

Daisuke Sasaki avenged yesterday’s result by pinning Konosuke Takeshita in today’s main event. Sasaki caught Takeshita with his flash Hurricanrana for the sudden three count. After the match Sasaki said that yesterday he borrowed from Ken Ohka but today he gave it back. He offered a handshake to Takeshita and convinced him that today he is different. Of course, he was lying and he kicked Takeshita between the legs during the handshake. Sasaki taunted Takeshita for not knowing any better then said he values the DDT Extreme Title over the KO-D Openweight Title.

I think this is Shigehiro Irie’s final DDT show before his next tour of America. He won his last match and is still on good terms with his opponent Soma Takao. Irie said it is important for both of their generation to grow up. He knows he will grow stronger in America and he hopes Takao will grow stronger too while he is gone. Then they can fight again when Irie comes home.

Disaster BOX were reunited to celebrate the return of Shogo “Jet” Takagi to a DDT ring. HARASHIMA marked the occasion by wearing his old Disaster BOX gear (which was pretty much the Darkside HERO! costume without the mask). Danshoku Dino said after ten years he and Takagi will get to settle their grudge. He then suggested the match to be fought under Technical Jet Rules. The winner is the first wrestler to use Takagi’s wind up punch finisher. It is necessary for the person to do four punches and yell “Jet!” during each punch. Then they had to wind up the fifth punch and hit it to win. Takagi and Antonio Honda got into a duel between Jet Punches and Bionic Elbows. It ended with Takagi coming out on top and hitting the final punch to win the match for Disaster BOX. HARASHIMA said in the post match speech that when he was in Disaster BOX he took part in more serious matches. But it was a pleasure to have fun with his old friends again.

Kazuki Hirata was accompanied by members of AED Medical Pro Wrestling in the opening match. The group promotes medical care through pro wrestling and music.

6. DDT 20th Anniversary Special Single Match That Danshoku Producer Wants To Show Everyone: HARASHIMA Vs KUDO
7. KO-D Openweight Title, DDT Extreme Title & Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title – 3 Way Match: Konosuke Takeshita (K/c) Vs Daisuke Sasaki (E/c) Vs Ken Ohka (I/c)

Producer Danshoku Dino explained why he decided to make the HARASHIMA Vs KUDO match. If Sanshiro Takagi, NOSAWA Rongai and MIKAMI were the most important figures in DDT’s creation then HARASHIMA and KUDO are the most important wrestlers for the rest of the 20 year history of the company. Dino wants to see who is the stronger of the two in today’s DDT. HARASHIMA thinks the winner of this match can have a claim to be the No. 1 Contender for the KO-D Openweight Title. KUDO is confident he will win because he beat HARASHIMA in their last singles match together.

For the 3 Way Match main event, KUDO predicts Ken Ohka will find a way to win. Ohka famously won the KO-D Title from KUDO back in 2015 by using his Right To Challenge title shot in the middle of KUDO’s defence against Yasu Urano, turning it into a 3 Way in the process. Ohka pinned Urano to become the champion. His plan worked perfectly but KUDO had his own Right To Challenge Contract and cashed it in to immediately win back the championship. KUDO thinks the landscape of the upcoming main event changes completely with the addition of Ohka. He knows Ohka will have a trick up his sleeve to win somehow.

A weird moment happened at the “NON-FIX ~ 9.13 ~” show a few days ago. Muscle Sakai and Super Sasadango Machine were in the ring together at the same time. It was odd because nobody had ever seen them in the same place before. Sasadango explained in an unusual voice that he hired Sakai as a subcontractor to help Producer Dino with his busy schedule. Sakai’s role is to produce the first ever singles match between Dino Vs Sasadango. Dino is allowing this because Sakai is such an indispensable part of DDT history. Sasadango shocked both Sakai and Dino by revealing that the match is now a Loser Leaves House match! Whoever loses must leave their home and move somewhere else! Sakai got mad because he, er, Sasadango just bought his house in Niigata. When asked why he would make that stipulation, Sasadango said it’s because he lived in Niigata for many years and should move to Tokyo even though he doesn’t want to. But he is also determined not to lose the match. He came up with this stipulation only because the match needs a bet. Sakai admitted he’d like to make Dino move to a new house so the stipulation was accepted!

6. Tomorrow Is Good! Osaka Specialty Special Tag Match ~ Kicking Prohibited Rule: HARASHIMA & Soma Takao defeated Danshoku Dino & Keisuke Ishii when HARASHIMA pinned Dino after a Danshoku Driver Switch (9:06).
7. Osaka City Blooming Flower High School Classmate Showdown Chapter 2!: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Yuki Ueno with the Wall Of Takeshita (21:40).

The two Osaka locals who have been friends since high school had their rematch, this time with members from their school in attendance. Konosuke Takeshita again beat Yuki Ueno, overwhelming him with Brainbusters, Lariats, Big Boots and Knee Strikes. Ueno finally crumbled when he gave up to the Walls Of Takeshita crab hold. Afterwards Takeshita told a story about how Ueno admired him so much that he became a pro wrestler. Takeshita thinks one day he will be surpassed by Ueno. But pro wrestling is not a simple wall you can climb over. It was never going to take only two matches for Ueno to catch up to Takeshita. His advice to Ueno is to not chase after him forever but to catch up with him and train everyday. He should first climb to the top of DNA before trying to be the best in DDT. Everyone in DNA is trying their hardest to succeed and that means they are hungry. That is why Takeshita is staying on top of the wall, to wait for those below to climb up to him. Ueno promised that he will be the best in DNA and he will one day beat Takeshita!

Producer Danshoku Dino wanted today’s tag match against HARASHIMA to be a Falls Count Anywhere New York Rules match. However Hisaya Imabayashi convinced him the venue was too cramped to do such a match. So Dino decided that all kinds of kicks in the match would be banned. He positioned two buckets of water by the entrance. Whoever broke the No Kicking rule would spend one full minute standing in one of the buckets as punishment. If your tag partner also breaks the rule while you are standing in the bucket then another minute is added to the punishment time. Both HARASHIMA & Soma Takao kept doing kicks by instinct but eventually got their acts together. Dino’s plan backfired when Keisuke Ishii was penalised for doing a Knee Strike, leaving Dino to fight alone. HARASHIMA was about to do the Somato but stopped himself because it was illegal. Dino recovered and tried to do the Danshoku Driver but HARASHIMA countered it into a Jackknife Pin for the victory. HARASHIMA said there was a lot of confusion in the rules but the match helped him prepare for the Factory Pro Wrestling match.

The last time Naomi Yoshimura and Royce Isaacs fought each other it was part of a tag match back in April. Yoshimura pinned Isaacs then and he did the same today. He bragged that he was only in half shape the first time and this time in full shape he crushed Isaacs. He enjoys beating up the DNA and foreign wrestlers.

Kazuki Hirata cradled Yuni into a pin during a “Tokyo GO!” dance session. It was such a big accomplishment for Hirata that the Pride FC Victory song played while he celebrated. Yuni responded by giving him a Hurricanrana. Everyone else who was in the match then slapped the ring canvas three times. Hirata swore revenge on Yuni for embarrassing him. Yuni then told him the battle between them has just begun!
