6. Fluorescent Light + Weapon Death Match: Jun Kasai & Tomoya Hirata Vs Ken Ohka & Mizuki Watase

The type of death match for tomorrow’s FREEDOMS Vs Ganbare☆Pro main event has been decided. Lighttubes are the recommended item on the menu but other weapons will be featured too.

GanPro has a secret weapon up their sleeve for the semi-main event. Yumehito Imanari & Yuna Manase will be accompanied by Nobita as their ringside attendant. Nobita is the nickname of Takahiro Nakayama, a GanPro staff member who was a pro wrestler for a very brief amount of time back in 2014. The FREEDOMS wrestlers had been bullying him around whenever they showed up at GanPro shows, unaware of his background. If Takashi Sasaki & Toru Sugiura are not careful he might decide to start fighting back!

We are getting ever so closer to Mahiro Kiryu making it home with the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title still in her grasp.

19th October is Miu Watanabe’s birthday so she gets a singles match with Mifu Ashida as her present.

We’re now reaching the end point of the Next Generation Tournament. The winner of Kira Summer Vs Chika Nanase will meet Uta Takami in the final.

There have been two previous KING OF DRUNK contests in DDT this year. MAO won the Spring contest while the Summer contest was split between Daisuke Sasaki, HARASHIMA and Chris Brookes. The four will now compete in a final to determine who the true KING OF DRUNK for 2025 is.

The 3 Way match between Yuki Iino, To-y and Yuki Ishida will have an extra rule banning the wrestlers from doing their trademark catchphrases and poses.

Osaka City Ikuno Ward Community Center

1. 3 Way Match: Hideki Okatani Vs Yuki Ishida Vs Kazuma Sumi

The match order for the show has not been decided yet other than Match #2, because Kazuki Hirata will always belong in Match #2.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW AUTUMN VICTORY IN RYOGOKU”, 26/10/2025
Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall

1. Next Generation Tournament ’25 – Final: Uta Takami Vs Winner Of Losers Bracket

Takami is in the driver’s seat because she will need to be beaten twice due to the double elimination format. Summer and Nanase cannot afford to lose at all for the rest of the tournament.

DDT “LET’S GO! IMAIKE MOTOIKE 2025”, 26/10/2025
Aichi Imaike Gas Hall

1. Antonio Honda Vs Kazuma Sumi
2. Chris Brookes & Takeshi Masada Vs Kazuki Hirata & Akito

Also MAO will be on the show.

BASARA “BASARA 291 ~KOO~”, 31/10/2025
Shinjuku FACE

1. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda (c) Vs Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino
2. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi

Aijin Tag defeated one half of MJ2 in order to win the IRON FIST Tag Tournament. Next they will have to beat the other half to bring the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles back to BASARA.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “ALL RISE ’25”, 09/11/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs HIMAWARI & Shino Suzuki
2. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs J-Rod

The next wrestler from America has been chosen to go on tour with Tokyo Joshi Pro this November. J-Rod has around three years of experience since graduating from the NJPW Academy in America with Ohio Valley Wrestling being her current most regular promotion. The “Ultimate Athlete” will debut in TJPW on the 1st November show but the big match of her tour will be fighting either Miu Watanabe or Yuki Aino for the Princess Of Princess Title at November’s Korakuen show.

I don’t mind this trend of tag teams getting themselves in line for a future Princess Tag Team Titles shot while the champions still have other challengers to get through. HIMAWARI & Shino Suzuki have teamed on and off together this year but both are feeling left behind by other wrestlers from their class. The two are taking their team to the next level by challenging the winners of Ober Eats Vs Hot Shot for the titles.

SUPER JAPAN “NEVER MIND”, 29/12/2025
Shinjuku FACE

1. Special Tag Match: MIKAMI & Takashi Sasaki Vs X & X
2. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Sanshiro Takagi, Jun Kasai & Ippanjin Munenori Sawa Vs Yuji Nagata, Kuroshio TOKYO Japan & Fuminori Abe

The last Super Japan show of the year is being advertised as the season finale of year one. Sanshiro Takagi is so happy with how Yuji Nagata has turned out as his chosen ace that he wants to wrestle Nagata himself. He also wants to team with Munenori Sawa again and expected Nagata to get more plenty of people offering to team with him so Jun Kasai was brought in to even up the numbers. Nagata has both Kuroshio TOKYO Japan & Fuminori Abe wanting to join his side so the two teams are now set.

Super Japan serves as an alternate take of what DDT could have turned into if Takagi chose that name instead of Dramatic Dream Team back in 1997. In DDT, MIKAMI & Takashi Sasaki were more like rivals than partners despite once holding the KO-D Tag Titles together back in 2002. So Takagi wants to see what it would be like if the two of them were a tag team from the beginning instead of opponents. MIKAMI & Sasaki are both curious to find out for themselves as well.

BASARA “BASARA 290 ~UTAGE~” Results

October 15, 2025

BASARA “BASARA 290 ~UTAGE~”, 15/10/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – B Block Final: Kyu Mogami & Naka Shuma defeated Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA by Disqualification after a Weapon Attack (11:26).
2. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – A Block Final: Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino defeated Ryota Nakatsu & Daichi Kazato when Kamino pinned Kazato with the Lariat (11:01).
3. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga (w/ Gouma Ryu) defeated Isami Kodaka, Lil’ Kraken & Takeru Inoue when Hiroshi pinned Inoue with the Perfect Plex (8:57).
4. SAGAT, Minoru Fujita & Tomoki Hatano defeated Takumi Tsukamoto, Daiki Shimomura & Tatsuya Hanami when SAGAT pinned Shimomura with a Spinning Bearhug Slam (12:34).
5. IRON FIST Tag Tournament – Final: Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino defeated Kyu Mogami & Naka Shuma when Nakano pinned Shuma with the Takagari (18:30).

This year’s IRON FIST Tag Tournament winners are Aijin Tag! They got past Shitamachi Rocket in the semi final, mostly because Daichi Kazato’s constant backfiring moves was too much for even Ryota Nakatsu to make up for. Their opponents in the final were the two delinquints from MJ2. They got past Hyakusho Ikki by tricking Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA into using weapons in front of the ref so they would get disqualified. Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino were able to defeat Kyu Mogami & Naka Shuma to win the final but they told the fans afterwards that is only half of MJ2 they have beaten. The other half Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda also happen to be the Iron Fist Tag Team Champions so Aijin Tag want to face them next with the belts on the line! Honda was in the corner for Mogami & Shuma during the show. He didn’t say anything but did shake hands with Nakano & Kamino to accept their challenge. The title match will happen on 31st October.

The DDT Extreme Title match keeps on growing. Antonio Honda has now been thrown into the mix. At least he had the good manners to do it in person at a DDT show instead of on social media.

Wrestlers from DDT, BASARA, GanPro, Big Japan and 2AW will all be involved in Yasu Urano’s 25th Anniversary show. Hot Shot, IRON FIST Semi Final, Extreme Title 4 Way

October 3, 2025

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW AUTUMN VICTORY IN SHINAGAWA”, 04/10/2025

1. Next Generation Tournament ’25 – Round 1B: Uta Takami Vs Ren Konatsu

3. Rika Tatsumi Vs Raku

5. Yuna Manase & Toga Vs Yuki Arai & Mifu Ashida
6. Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara Vs Mizuki & Pom Harajuku
7. Miu Watanabe & Shino Suzuki Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro

Yuna Manase & Toga have chosen a name for their tag team. They can now be called Hot Shot whenever they team together. They think it is the perfect name for them because it’s a phrase used for athletes who both excel in sports and can attract attention.

A fan vote that was done on Tokyo Joshi Pro’s Twitter has Uta Takami as the favorite to win the Next Generation Tournament ahead of Kira Summer. Although Chika Nanase didn’t finish last in the vote (that was Ren Konatsu), her low score as well as being left out of TJPW’s second season of the Next Generation Youtube series and also not having a homecoming show yet is convincing her she is the tournament underdog.

This year’s IRON FIST Tag Tournament begins and Aijin Tag are feeling unstoppable. Their opponents Takeru Inoue & Tomoki Hatano both have a background in volleyball and used volleyball inspired moves. They even name their team the Death Volleyball Club. Although they lost to Aijin Tag today, Inoue & Hatano claim just need to beat them the next two times they meet in order to become the real winners in the end.

The MJ2 domination in BASARA slightly increases with one half currently holding the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles and the other half here advancing past the first round. Kyu Mogami & Naka Shuma cheated to be Daiki Shimomura & Lil’ Kraken by attacking them with a chair. Neither of them thought the win was anything special and they felt like their opponents were missing for the entire match. They warn everyone that MJ2 is in BASARA to take it over!

Ryota Nakatsu got one back on Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi after getting pinned by him in Gunma last week. This time Nakatsu avoided the Spinebuster and used an Inverted Hurricanrana to get the three count on his upcoming Union MAX Title challenger. Daichi Kazato also thinks he and Nakatsu won because Gouma Ryu, the brains of WizRYU, wasn’t there to be with his team today. Shitamachi Rocket feel like they still need to improve as a team but if they have a score for today it is 95 out of 100.

The winners of the very first IRON FIST Tag Tournament decided to enter it again but couldn’t make it past the first round this time. Instead Ryuichi Sekine rolled up Isami Kodaka into a position for FUMA to kick him so Sekine could then apply the Let’s Combine to make Kodaka give up without Takumi Tsukamoto being able to stop it.

The IRON FIST Tag Tournament semi-finals on 15th October will be Shimatachi Rocket Vs Aijin Tag in the A Block and Hyakusho Ikki Vs MJ2 in the B Block. The final will take place on the same show.

DDT “NARAHA TOWN COME ON! ROJO PRO WRESTLING IN ASAKUSA”, 04/10/2025
Tokyo Asakusa Broadway Shopping Arcade

1. Falls Count Anywhere 3 Way Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & To-y Vs Kazusada Higuchi & Yuki Ishida Vs Kazuma Sumi & Rukiya

It is now three years since To-y became an unofficial immigration ambassador for Naraha Town. He is still in an incredible amount of debt to the area that is nowhere near close to being paid off so he is eager to promote the place as hard as he can which includes getting DDT to hold Falls Count Anywhere matches over there every once in a while. Naraha’s mascot Yuzutaro will be in attendance, partially because he is To-y’s debt collector.

A rematch between To-y and Ilusion is set for Niigata but this time the DDT Extreme Title is not on the line. It’s only going to be a singles match so there’s no streamer nonsense for either of them to worry about.

1. Special 5 Way Match: Raku Vs Pom Harajuku Vs Mahiro Kiryu Vs Suzume Vs Kaya Toribami

8. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs Yuna Manase & Toga
9. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Aino

The next big arena supercard show scheduled for Tokyo Joshi Pro will be over at Sumo Hall in March. The promotion wants its locker room to to start preparing for it straight away so they’ve come up with a “LEVEL UP TRIAL” for three of the lesser experienced wrestlers. Shino Suzuki, Haru Kazashiro and Uta Takami have been tasked with taking on Miyu Yamashita, Mizuki and Shoko Nakajima respectively in three singles matches. The goal of this challenge is for the younger side to win two of them.

The 5 Way Match will have special rules applied but they haven’t been decided on yet. It will like become an Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title match too if Mahiro Kiryu is still the champion on the day of the show.

Rika Tatsumi and HIMAWARI won’t be at the show because they will be wrestling each other over in China that day instead.

DDT “WRESTLING HARVEST ~UNDER THE RED SKY~”, 19/10/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Naomi Yoshimura & Soma Takao Vs Munetatsu Nakamura & Hinata Kasai
2. Jun Akiyama & Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs Daichi Sato & Rukiya
3. Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada Vs Danshoku Dieno, Super Sasadango Machine & Akito
4. Special Single Match: Shinya Aoki Vs Kazuki Hirata

6. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya (c) Vs Kazusada Higuchi & Yuki Ishida
7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) Vs Minoru Suzuki, HARASHIMA & Yuya Koroku

DDT held a press conference today to announce the upcoming title matches involving Yuki Ueno and Minoru Suzuki. Yes there’s more than one because it turns out Ueno’s fun idea for his first KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles defence is to nominate Suzuki as one of the challengers! Kaisei Takechi is just as excited by the idea because as a pro wrestler he wants to overcome all kinds of threats no matter how scary they can be. To-y feels like he has no choice but to fight Suzuki too. Suzuki first said he could fight all three champions by himself but Hisaya Imabayashi told him that wouldn’t be possible. Suzuki then asked if he could invite wrestlers like Lance Archer or Chris Jericho to team with him? Imabayashi couldn’t find an answer but Suzuki understood that would be too difficult to set up on short notice. Imabayashi decided he will choose who Suzuki will team up with, eventually picking HARASHIMA & Yuya Koroku to be on Suzuki’s team.

DDT “ULTIMATE PARTY 2025”, 03/11/2025
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan

1. Sanshiro Takagi Return Match – Special Single Match: Sanshiro Takagi Vs Hinata Kasai
2. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Jun Akiyama, Shinya Aoki & Yuya Koroku Vs Tetsuya Endo, HAYATA & Junta Miyawaki
3. DDT Extreme Title – 3 Way Match: To-y (c) Vs Akito Vs Super Sasadango Machine
4. Special Tag Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & Kaisei Takechi Vs X & X
5. Dramatic Dream Match: Zack Sabre Jr. Vs Chris Brookes
6. KO-D Openweight Title & DDT Universal Title: Yuki Ueno (K/c) Vs Minoru Suzuki (U/c)

Double title matches aren’t anything new in pro wrestling lately. In fact they’ve kind of become a bit too common. At least here it will be the first time the KO-D Openweight Title and DDT Universal Title will both be on the line in the same match. This whole thing started with Ueno luring Suzuki to DDT by using the Universal Title only to lose it to him. At the press conference, Suzuki even blamed Ueno for thinking he could beat him with just youth and momentum. He came to DDT to become a dominant champion and now that he sees Ueno with the KO-D Title he is coming to take that too. Ueno admits that this match was always his plan to get revenge on Suzuki. He felt the best way to get the rematch was to win DDT’s most important title and put it on the line against him. With that said, Ueno can’t find it in himself to hate Suzuki. He also said if he loses this match he will never challenge Suzuki again. Suzuki then started pretending he was a reporter for “Weekly Piledriver” and asked Ueno questions about why he wanted this match so badly so Ueno then did the same to him as a “Weekly Sauna Kamiina” reporter. Eventually the two almost got into a fight over the belts and had to be seperated.

“YASU URANO 25TH ANNIVERSARY BOX OFFICE”, 16/11/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Yasu Urano Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi

We’ve had twenty five years of the bandana boy Yasu Urano bouncing around the Japanese indies. DDT was his home for a lot of that period but he’s been a freelancer for a long time now with BASARA being one of his regular spots. Urano is putting together his own show to celebrate his anniversary but BASARA have been promoting it pretty strongly so for all intents and purposes I’m lumping the show in the BASARA category on this site.

Urano has picked Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi to be his opponent but several other wrestlers have already been booked for the show. They are Minoru Fujita, HARASHIMA, Toru Owashi, Antonio Honda, Daisuke Sasaki and Fuminori Abe with more to come.

BASARA “KANRA PRO WRESTLING FESTA 2025” Results

September 28, 2025

BASARA “KANRA PRO WRESTLING FESTA 2025”, 28/09/2025
Gunma Kanra Junior High School Gymnasium
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. Masato Kamino defeated Lil’ Kraken with the Lariat (8:53).
2. Minoru Fujita & MAZADA defeated Takato Nakano & Takeru Inoue when MAZADA pinned Inoue with the Shoda Otoshi (15:07).

5. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga defeated Ryota Nakatsu, Ryota Hama & Kotaro Nasu when Hiroshi pinned Nakatsu with a Spinebuster (11:29).
6. Masato Tanaka & Daisuke Sekimoto defeated FUMA & Ryuichi Sekine when Tanaka pinned FUMA with the Sliding D (15:43).

BASARA returned to the area FUMA has called home for quite a few years now. Their annual visit to Gunma pits FUMA against some big name opponents in the past and it was the same here. He & Ryuichi Sekine wore new matching gear for their tag match against the two outsiders Masato Tanaka & Daisuke Sekimoto. While their teamwork took them far, including a tandem that had Sekine give Tanaka the Kamikaze after FUMA hit them with a Missile Dropkick from behind, victory escaped from their grasp. Sekimoto grabbed both Tanaka and FUMA to do a Double German Suplex and Tanaka got up first to hit FUMA with the Sliding D for the win.

Ryota Nakatsu tried to impress the locals by bringing along the three championships he currently holds (BASARA’s own Union MAX Title, the Dove Tag Title from Dove Pro and the Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Title from Ganbare☆Pro) but Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi spoiled his day by getting the pin over him!
