The final match added to Ganbare☆Pro’s 2025 finale is a Mixed 3-Way Tag Match. Ken Ohka, Yuna Manase and Moeka Haruhi must all go and find tag partners of the opposite gender to team with them. The mystery choices will be revealed once the wrestlers can confirm they will show up.

To whoever wanted to see a reunion of The Sailor Boys you are getting your wish for the holidays. Super Japan have decided to book Taiji Ishimori and get him back together with The Brahman Brothers. It looks like they will get to stick to their current personas but Ishimori did previously come to terms with his embarrassing past gimmick before. He learned to embrace it to avoid having mind games played against him. To add even more Toryumon flavour to the match, the three of them will be facing three other men who carry the “Dragon Gene” inside them: Shuji Kondo, Ken Ohka & Mac Matsushita.

The Final Road Towards The End Of The Year Starts Now

December 2, 2025

BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 26: WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER?”, 02/12/2025
Shinjuku FACE

1. The Great Baka Mecha Wars Volume 2: Mecha MAO Vs Takagi Sanshirobo (w/ Mad Dr. Hige) Vs X
2. 18th Anniversary Special Single Match ~ A Match Of Hate?: Chris Brookes Vs X
3. BK-G Openweight Title – Mascara Contra Mascara: Mr. Malo (c) Vs Mr. Bueno

According to Chris Brookes on Twitter, today’s big show for Baka Gaijin + Friends has sold out of tickets!

DDT “GO UPDATE 2025”, 03/12/2025
Shinjuku FACE

1. Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda Vs Danshoku Dieno & Kazuki Hirata
2. Soma Takao & Shota Vs Yuya Koroku & Hinata Kasai
3. Jun Akiyama, Sanshiro Takagi & Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs Kazusada Higuchi, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida
4. The Apex Vs DAMNATION T.A!: Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya Vs Hideki Okatani & Demus
5. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul & Ilusion Vs HARASHIMA, Akito & Kumadori
6. Special 6-Man Tag Match: MAO, KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) & Kazuma Sumi Vs Jun Masaoka, Gaia Hox & Rukiya
7. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & To-y Vs Takeshi Masada & Yasu Urano

Some new title programs have opened up for DDT’s last few weeks of the year. We also have what could be the last ROMANCE DAWN tag match for a while. More on why that is later.

BASARA “BASARA 294 ~UTAGE AKA – HIEN~”, 11/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. YJF Cruiserweight Title: Ayumu Honda (c) Vs FUMA
2. Wrestle Brain Jr. Heavyweight Title: Masato Kamino (c) Vs Takeru Inoue
3. BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title: Kosuke Sato (c) Vs Takato Nakano
4. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Seiya Morohashi

Where are all of these championships coming from? The Wrestle Brain Jr. Heavyweight Title has been around the obscure corners of the indies for over 20 years, originating from a long defunct company called Pro Wrestling Nightmare. It is currently held by Masato Kamino after he won it from Yuki Kanzaki. The YJF Cruiserweight Title belongs to Gokigen Pro Wrestling, the replacement for YMZ that hasn’t actually had its proper launch yet. Ayumu Honda is currently the holder of that championship.

There is one more match to be booked for the show. Which means there is still time to find another very obscure championship to put on the line.

GANBARE☆PRO “FLASH GORDON 2025”, 13/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Mizuki Watase & Rukiya Vs Yasu Urano & Rekka
2. Moeka Haruhi Vs Gabai Ji-chan
3. Yuna Manase & Toga Vs YuuRI & Chika Nanase
4. Ken Ohka & Akira Shoji Vs Takuya Wada & Tyson Maeguchi
5. 3 Way Match: Shuichiro Katsumura Vs PSYCHO Vs Choun Shiryu
6. Yumehito Imanari, Keisuke Ishii & Shinichiro Tominaga Vs Munetatsu Nakamura, Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motojima

The next challenges for the two Spirit Of Ganbare Championships have been thrown down for Korakuen Hall at the end of the year but the coast isn’t clear just yet. The young wrestlers of Ganbare☆Pro want to get those opportunities instead of their seniors so an all or nothing 6-Man Tag Match will sort this issue out.

Akira Shoji? The Pride FC fighter? I don’t think he has wrestled since HUSTLE was around. Oh no, wait, he was in SMASH a bunch for its early shows. It’s all coming back to me now.

The women’s tag match is going to mix Ganbare☆Joshi with Tokyo Joshi Pro a little bit. Yuna Manase & Toga get to team up as Hot Shot again while YuuRI joins forces with Chika Nanase for the first time.

DDT “SENDAI NEW LEGEND 2025 ~SERI HOYA HYOTAN-AGE~”, 14/12/2025
Miyagi Yume Messe Miyagi

1. Ilusion Vs Hinata Kasai
2. 3 Way Match: To-y Vs Danshoku Dieno Vs Kazuki Hirata
3. Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Demus Vs Kazusada Higuchi, Chris Brookes & Daichi Sato
4. Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya Vs Jun Akiyama & Yuya Koroku
5. Special Tag Match: MAO & KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs HARASHIMA & Kazuma Sumi
6. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Akito Vs Takeshi Masada & Yuki Ishida

This will be the last time in 2025 that MAO will get to wrestle in his home area.

DDT “RING FINALE 2025 ~EVERYONE IS THE STAR OF THE CURTAIN CALL~”, 21/12/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Special Tag Match: Yuji Nagata & Sanshiro Takagi Vs HARASHIMA & Kaisei Takechi
2. KO-D Tag Team Titles: MAO & KANON (c) (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Jun Masaoka & Gaia Hox
3. KO-D Openweight Title: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs Takeshi Masada

It’s just the KO-D Openweight Title on the line for Yuki Ueno’s last title match of the year. He put all of D GENERATIONS into a Rock Paper Scissors tournament to determine the No. 1 Contender and Takeshi Masada came out on top. His fighting words to build up the title match didn’t impress the champion though. Ueno wants to hear something from Masada that will make him want to fight him.

An outsider team is just what Strange Love Connection are looking for when it comes to their next KO-D Tag Team Titles defence. F-SWAG has come to DDT looking for gold an quickly set their sights on the tag belts. Jun Masaoka & Gaia Hox can be a handful together but MAO thinks it will do KANON a lot of good to start fighting wrestlers from outside of DDT.

More big opportunities are coming Kaisei Takechi’s way. He has a trip to the Tokyo Dome booked for 4th January so Sanshiro Takagi is giving him a New Japan flavored appetizer in the form of Yuji Nagata. Takechi will have HARASHIMA backing him up because HARASHIMA doesn’t want to miss out on the fun.

GANBARE☆PRO “BEFORE SUNRISE 2025”, 27/12/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. YuuRI 5th Anniversary Match: YuuRI Vs Sareee
2. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Ryota Nakatsu & Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga
3. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Keisuke Ishii

Should the GanPro veterans get past their pesky juniors, they will have championship matches to look forward to at the end of the year. Keisuke Ishii believes he is the one fated to win the Spirit Of Ganbare World Title from Masaaki Mochizuki in a battle between the Kneel Kick against the Saikyou High Kick.

Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga have become GanPro’s latest hope to take the Spirit Of Ganbare Tag Team Titles from the BASARA team. They have wrestled in the same matches so frequently this year that they feel like they are already an established tag team in GanPro. That’s why they went and given themselves a tag team name called Touchable. That isn’t making Ryota Nakatsu or Takumi Tsukamoto shaking in their boots though.

DDT “NEW YEAR☆DRAMATIC PARADE 2026 ~THE ANSWER WILL BE REVEALED ONE YEAR LATER~”, 03/01/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) Vs MAO, KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) & Kazuma Sumi

One day before Takechi (and possibly a few others) go to the Tokyo Dome, he has his first title defence with The 37KAMIINA to get through. Ueno, To-y & Takechi have to get past the trio of SLC & Kazuma Sumi if Takechi wants to enter the Dome with the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles still belonging to his team.

2026 will begin with a DDT wrestler taking time off for injury. Soma Takao will be out of action from January in order to get treated for a lingering left knee injury. He doesn’t know how long the break will last but the only thing he is certain of is you will find him working at the Dropkick Bar.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO JOSHI PRO ’26”, 04/01/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Shoko Nakajima Vs Hyper Misao
2. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro
3. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Suzume

A new tag team has shown up to challenge Ober Eats! It’s familiar territory for Yuki Aino as she finds herself back to being a tag wrestler but she’s happy to hear that Haru Kazashiro wants to team with her. YukiHaru are wasting no time and have quickly made the Princess Tag Team Titles their target.

The guests announced for the show so far are Aja Kong, Yuka Sakazaki, J-Rod and Max The Impaler.

5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Ken Ohka

Is Ken Ohka going to go zero for two in meaningful title matches this month?

It looks like Rukiya is going to be a part timer with Ganbare☆Pro alongside his DDT bookings. When he said he’s trying to catch up to the rest of D GENERATONS he meant it.

BASARA “BASARA 293 ~TAKAGARI 30~”, 29/11/2025
Tokyo Takashimadaira Kumin Center

1. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Chicharito Shoki Vs Lil’ Kraken & SAGAT
2. Basara Jacket Match: Masato Kamino Vs Ryota Nakatsu

Bad Kids: Ryota Nakatsu, Takumi Tsukamoto, FUMA, SAGAT, Daiki Shimomura, Lil’ Kraken & Banana Senga

The theme of the next BASARA show is a team of “Good Kids” taking on a team of “Bad Kids”. There is also the return of the dreaded Jacket Match. Ryota Nakatsu is ranked No. 4 on the alleged world rankings for jacket wrestling while Masato Kamino is unranked.

BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 26: WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER?”, 02/12/2025
Shinjuku FACE

1. BK-G Openweight Title – Mascara Contra Mascara: Mr. Malo (c) Vs Mr. Bueno

The rest of the card will be unannounced until the show takes place. What we do know is who will be showing up. The usual Baka Gaijin + Friends crew will be there along with Fuminori Abe, Hagane Shinno and somehow Dr. Cube from Kaiju Big Battel will be appearing too. He won’t be coming alone either…

BASARA “BASARA 294 ~UTAGE AKA – HIEN~”, 11/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title: Kosuke Sato (c) Vs Takato Nakano
2. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Seiya Morohashi

Ohka caused some trouble over in BASARA by prematurely promising a Union MAX Title shot to a old colleague of his. Ohka couldn’t win the title from Ryota Nakatsu so now it is up to the champion to deliver on that promise. Since the promise revolved around Union Pro, Nakatsu decided he will first defend the title against another wrestler who used to cut his teeth in the now obsolete promotion, Seiya Morohashi.

The show will have another title match involving a connective past shared between the champion and challenger. Takato Nakano wants to face Kosuke Sato with the BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title on the line. The two of them used to train together in the Hamaguchi Gym and Takato believes they are equally skilled where they currently stand.

BASARA “BASARA 296 ~UTAGE~”, 28/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Shuji Ishikawa

The promise Ohka made was to give Shuji Ishikawa a Union MAX Title match. Ishikawa was Union’s ace for a good chunk of its decade long existence but he never held the Union MAX Title. It bothered Ohka that the championship was being used in BASARA instead of being held by a Union wrestler like himself or Ishikawa. So Nakatsu has taken on the promise to give Ishikawa a title match at BASARA’s last show of the year. If Morohashi wins the title first then he will be the one defending it against Ishikawa. It would be a bad look for BASARA for its big main event to turn into a Union Pro tribute match featuring only outsiders but it is a risk that Nakatsu is willing to take if it can help the company’s business.

BASARA “BASARA 292 ~UTAGE~” Results

November 18, 2025

BASARA “BASARA 292 ~UTAGE~”, 18/11/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING
??? Fans – Unannounced

1. 3 Way Tag Match: Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino defeated Daichi Kazato & Yasu Urano and Takeru Inoue & Tomoki Hatano when Nakano pinned Inoue with a Spinning Crucifix Pin (10:40).
2. SAGAT, Lil’ Kraken & Minoru Fujita defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga when SAGAT pinned Hiroshi with the Super Earth Reverse Spin Slam (8:50).
3. Takumi Tsukamoto defeated Daiki Shimomura with the Running Zudon (8:52).
4. Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA defeated Munetatsu Nakamura & Shota Kawakami when FUMA submitted Kawakami with an Arm Bar (10:58).
5. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) defeated Ken Ohka with the V Slider (13:24).
*V5 for Ryota Nakatsu.

The main event was a battle between the BASARA boss and the Ganbare☆Pro boss over the future of the Union MAX Title. The challenger Ken Ohka felt he deserved to take the championship as one of the few remaining Union Pro wrestlers still around. However Ryota Nakatsu withstood the Spear Of Flame and turned it into the V Slider to defend the championship. After the match Nakatsu confronted Ohka over a rumour that he already offered title match to somebody on 28th December if he ha become the champion today. Ohka admitted he did and the person he made the offer to was the one wrestler you think of above anyone else when it comes to Union Pro, Shuji Ishikawa!

28th December is the only date Ishikawa has available for the rest of the year so Ohka decided they could do the title match on that day’s BASARA show. Nakatsu thought about it and pointed out that Seiya Morohashi is also still active. Ohka then admitted he was going to give him a title shot on the 27th December BASARA show. Nakatsu decided he will give Morohashi a MAX Title shot on 11th December and the champion coming out of it will then defend the belt against Ishikawa on the 28th. He is aware that this plan can backfire and turn BASARA’s final show of the year into a Union Pro memorial!

Three days ago Daiki Shimomura & Lil’ Kraken went over to 2AW and lost to MJ2 in a failed attempt to bring the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles back to BASARA. After his match today, Shimomura said he isn’t giving up chasing after the title and now wants Takumi Tsukamoto to help get the belts back. Tsukamoto made sure that Shimomura is motivated enough to do that before accepting to team up with him.

Takato Nakano threw out a challenge to Kosuke Sato for the BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title. The two have known each other through the Hamaguchi Gym ever since Nakano moved to Tokyo when he was 18 years old. He thinks Sato is the wrestler most like himself and also the person he would like to wrestle the most.

2. Yuko Miyamoto & Naka Shuma defeated Fuminori Abe & Yuya Koroku when Miyamoto pinned Abe with the Gannosuke Clutch (10:22).
3. JARASHIMA, Toru Orochi & Poison Sawada JULIE (w/ Habukage Toguro & Naomi Susan) defeated Shuji Ishikawa, Antonio Honda & Seiya Morohashi when JULIE submitted Honda with the Cattle Mutilation (12:02).
4. Minoru Fujita & Ikuto Hidaka defeated Daisuke Sasaki & Ilusion when Hidaka submitted Ilusion with the Shawn Capture (14:47).
5. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi defeated Yasu Urano with a Takatonic (20:01).

Yasu Urano gave himself a very busy day to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of his debut match. Not only did he put together his own show in Shin-Kiba 1st RING, he was also involved with a special K-DOJO reunion show in Chiba that same day and also found time in the evening to wrestle Akito in a Best 4 Out Of 7 Falls Match inside the Ochanomizu Dojo owned by DDT! On this show though Urano’s focus was on wrestling Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. His opponent ended up using Masahiro Takanashi’s finisher the Takatonic to win the match.

The involvement of Poison Sawada JULIE on the undercard led to some snake magic related brainwashing. His teammates HARASHIMA & Toru Owashi were transformed into JARASHIMA & Toru Orochi before the match and KUDO also showed up to get involved in the match too. Shuji Ishikawa was brought in to be Danshoku Dieno’s replacement when Dieno was not cleared to wrestle.

All Rise Press Conference, Ohka Challenges For Union MAX Title

November 5, 2025

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “ALL RISE ’25”, 09/11/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. 4 Way Tag Match: Mizuki & Suzume Vs Miyu Yamashita & Kaya Toribami Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro Vs Raku & Pom Harajuku
2. Rika Tatsumi, Kira Summer, Chika Nanase & Ren Konatsu Vs Hyper Misao, Kakeru Sekiguchi, Mahiro Kiryu & Mifu Ashida
3. Hiroyo Matsumoto & Yuki Arai Vs Yuna Manase & Toga
4. MLW Women’s World Featherweight Title: Shoko Nakajima (c) Vs Viva Van
5. International Princess Title: Arisu Endo (c) Vs Uta Takami
6. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs HIMAWARI & Shino Suzuki
7. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs J-Rod

A press conference was held yesterday to promote the three championship matches taking place next week. It was a chance for Miu Watanabe and J-Rod to get to know each other better before they fight over the Princess Of Princess Title. J-Rod spoke about how impressed she is by Watanabe’s strength despite looking so small next to herself. But pro wrestling is not a fairy tale and J-Rod has been preparing for the match like a beast. Watanabe admitted she always feels nervous when she has to fight foreign wrestlers but she wants to become stronger so she can defend the title at next year’s Ittenyon show and then after that, Sumo Hall in March. She is also confident she can Giant Swing J-Rod because she was able to do it on the cardboard dummy she made last week. J-Rod thought she was just being cute at the time but if Watanabe thinks she really can do it then J-Rod dares her to try. Also while J-Rod has been taking her diet seriously to prepare for the match, Watanabe has been eating chocolate for breakfast to increase her own cuteness points.

The Princess Tag Team Titles match puts a focus on three wrestlers from the 2023 Class all trying to catch up to each other. Shino Suzuki was happy to see Wakana Uehara win the title but also felt frustrated seeing her classmate move ahead. She felt the same way when Toga recently got a title shot too because at that point Suzuki was feeling left out with nothing to show for. But HIMAWARI has been by her side as a tag partner and the day came when Bumping gRitters came to life and challenged Ober Eats for the titles. HIMAWARI challenged for the belts once before and even teamed with Uehara for that match, so it gets to her seeing Uehara move on and win the belt without her. Uehara considers her opponents to be important friends because they all started together but she doesn’t want to stay at their level or lose the titles to them. She’s going to swallow Bumping gRitters whole! Yuki Kamkifuku finds the whole talk about classmates a bit boring, like when people think it is fate if they find out they have the same birthday. She has no intention of losing to a tourist guide or a long haired woman. Suzuki doesn’t like the way Kamifuku calls her weak so she wants to make her bow in apology.

Uta Takami got Arisu Endo to talk about ice cream while building up the International Princess Title bout. Takami is feeling lucky because every day she’s been buying a popsicle and today there was only one left and it was a chocolate coffee flavored Papico which made her really happy. Endo likes eating cookies & cream Häagen-Dazs which doesn’t suprise Takami because it is a high end and expensive ice cream. Endo thought she would be able to beat Takami 100 times out of 100 but after their recent matches she’s starting to think there is a one in a thousand chance she could lose. She notices how despite Takami’s lack of experience, she belives in herself and even walked into this press conference with her head held high. Takami then said she will continue her run of good luck later today when she goes to get the last chocolate coffee Papico again.

BASARA “BASARA 292 ~UTAGE~”, 18/11/2025

3. Ryuichi Sekine & FUMA Vs Munetatsu Nakamura & Shota Kawakami

5. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Ken Ohka

One of the last glimmers of light from Union Pro is hoping to take the title he never got to fight for. Ken Ohka believes he should deserve to be the Union MAX Champion just because they both originally came from the same promotion. It’s up to Ryota Nakatsu to show Ohka that the championship belongs to BASARA and will stay there.

*V2 for MJ2.
6. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi with the V Slider (15:42).
*V4 for Ryota Nakatsu.

The big move Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi kept trying to use in the Union MAX Title bout was the Perfect Plex. It took him several attempts to pull it off against Ryota Nakatsu but when it finally hit it wasn’t enough to pin the champion. Nakatsu brought in a counter attack that took Hiroshi’s energy away. But rather than finish him immediately, Nakatsu gave Hiroshi one last chance to fight back. Hiroshi hit him with a Knuckle Punch but had nothing left to give so Nakatsu gave him the V Slider and pinned him for three. Nakatsu praised Hiroshi for his passion and leaving his feelings all out in the ring. When he started to talk about his next title defence, Ken Ohka entered the ring chanting the number “4642” over and over. Ohka told Nakatsu that number is how many days its been since he left Union Pro Wrestling back on 13th February, 2013! Not a day has gone by without Ohka remembering Union Pro and the only thing left around that represents it is the Union MAX Title. As a Union original that belt has Ohka’s name on it which means he deserves to have it! Nakatsu accepted his challenge for 18th November.

The Iron Fist Tag Team Titles remain with MJ2 after Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda defeated Aijin Tag. Mashimo and Masato Kamino took each other out so the finish came down to Honda against Takato Nakano. Honda countered a roll up into an Arm Bar and increased the pressure by clutching onto Nakano’s leg. Nakano wouldn’t give up but the referee had to stop the match in MJ2’s favour. After the match Kyu Mogami spoke on behalf of his stablemates and said the next Iron Fist Tag Titles defence will happen at a 2AW show in Yokohama Radiant Hall on 15th November. Daiki Shimomura & Lil’ Kraken ended up confronting MJ2 backstage later to challenge them at that show.

Gouma Ryu will be taking a break from wrestling for a few months to focus on other priorities in his career. Today was his last match in BASARA for the time being until he returns.

Earlier in the week Tetsuya Koda tweeted about the Next Generation Tournament final and compared it to the Pacific League Climax Series that is currently going on. Uta Takami is the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks who already started the series with a one win advantage and had taken the early lead at that point while Chika Nanase is the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters who needed to make a big comeback to keep the series going. It’s been a few days since that tweet was put out there and the Hawks ended up winning the series, so things are looking good for Takami.
